목 적 : 터너증후군은 45,X의 전형적인 핵형 이외에도 다양한 정도의 X 염색체의 이상을 가진 질환으로 신장, 심혈관 기형, 갑상샘질환 및 청력이상을 동반하는 빈도가 많다. 본 연구에서는 핵형에 따른 동반질환의 발생빈도와 양상을 조사하였다. 방 법 : 1998년 1월부터 2007년 12월까지 호남지역 4개 병원에서 염색체검사상 터너증후군으로 확진된 90명의 의무기록을 후향적으로 분석하였다. 이들의 핵형을 45,X 군, 모자이시즘군, 구조적 이상군으로 분류하고 신장 및 심장초음파, 갑상샘기능검사, 청력검사 등을 통하여 동반질환의 발생빈도를 조사하였다. 결 과 : 45,X 군은 47.8%, 모자이시즘군은 34.4%, 구조적 이상군은 17.8%의 분포를 보였다. 신장, 심혈관 기형, 갑상샘질환, 청력이상은 각각 순서대로 4.4%, 10.0%, 11.1%, 5.6%의 빈도를 보였다. 45,X 군은 신장 기형이 7.0%, 심혈관 기형이 18.6% 갑상샘 질환이 9.3%, 청력이상이 11.6%에서 나타났다. 모자이시즘군은 신장기형이 3.2%, 갑상샘 질환이 12.9%의 발생율을 보였고 심혈관 기형과 청력이상이 있는 환자는 없었다. 구조적 이상군은 심혈관 기형이 6.3%, 갑상샘질환이 12.5%에서 나타났다. 45,X 군에서는 심혈관 질환의 발생율이 다른 두군에 비하여 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다(P =0.025). 결 론 : 터너증후군에서 핵형별로 동반질환의 분포가 다른 양상을 보였으며 적절한 선별검사를 통해 질환을 조기 진단하여 적절한 관리가 필요하리라 생각된다.

목 적 : 터너증후군 환자에서 대사증후군과 심혈관 질환의 위험성이 높다. 성인 연령의 터너증후군 환자들에서 대사증후군 관련요인을 분석하고, 인슐린 저항성의 대사위험성을 알아보기 위한 연구를 시행하였다. 방 법 : 43명의 성인 터너증후군 환자에서 대사증후군의 빈도와 관련 요인 값들을 분석하였다. HOMA-IR을 이용하여 인슐린 저항성군과 비저항성군으로 분류한 후 각 집단을 분석하고, HOMA- IR과 대사 증후군 관련요인의 상관관계를 알아보았다. 결 과 : 대사증후군은 터너증후군 환자의 7%에서 보였고 각 항목에 대해서 인슐린 저항성은 16.3%, 복부 비만이 15.4%, 고중성지방이 2.3%, 저HDL 콜레스테롤이 9.3%였고, 고혈압이 36.8 %였다. 체질량지수, 허리둘레, 공복 혈당, HOMA-IR, 수축기 혈압은 인슐린 저항성군에서 의미 있게 높게 나왔으며, HOMA-IR은 체질량지수, 허리둘레, 공복 혈당, 수축기 혈압과 양의 상관관계를 보였다(P<0.05). 결 론 : 터너증후군 성인 환자들에서 대사증후군의 위험성이 있으며, 인슐린 저항성과 대사증후군 관련요인 간에 상관관계를 보인다. 터너증후군 환자들에게서 대사관련 요인을 일정기간 마다 검사하여 대사증후군 또는 인슐린 저항성으로의 진행여부를 감시하고 심혈관 합병증을 예방하는 것이 필요하다.

민담에 뿌리를 두고 있는 동화는 인류의 무의식과 보편적 정서를 담아낸다. 또한 다양한 서사 변용 작품에서 원형 콘텐츠로서의 역할을 담당하고 있다. 안데르센의 <빨간 구두>는 빨간 구두와 춤, 그리고 발목의 절단이라는 상징적인 기표를 통해 다양하게 해석될 여지를 갖는 수많은 기의를 끌어온다. 빅터 터너의 사회적 드라마 이론은 단지 이 작품을 탐욕과 허영심으로 가득한 소녀의 징벌이라는 틀로만 읽어왔던 그간의 시각을 넓혀주어 당대 사회가 개인에게 요구하는 사회공동체의 조건이 무엇인가를 환기하도록 만든다. 원형 콘텐츠로서 안데르센의 <빨간 구두>는 여성으로서의 성장과 사회공동체로의 편입이라는 이중 진입 장벽 앞에서 어린 소녀가 공동체의 일원이 되기 위해서 수용되고 거부되는 사회적 조건이 무엇인지를 상징적으로 보여주는 고통의 서사이다. 안데르센의 서사를 변용한 구병모의 소설 <빨간 구두>는 흰색으로 대변되는 천국의 영광과 빨간색으로 집약되는 지상의 색채 대비를 통해, 무질서해 보이지만 생명력이 넘치는 그 세계가 바로 지상의 세계이며 인간이 존재하는 방식과 의미임을 확인시켜준다. 윤미경의 동화 <빨간 구두 춘맹 씨>는 가비라는 소녀의 여성으로의 성장 서사와 함께 낯선 문화적 배경을 가진 외부인 여성 춘맹의 사회 진입 서사를 동시에 보여줌으로써 다문화 가정과 이방인에 대한 선입견과 편견을 고발한다.

S. Turner has shown that a Neron symbol can be calculated from the values of K-meromorphic theta functions corresponding to divisors on K-holomorphic torus of strongly diagonal type. Using an isogeny to a K-holomorphic torus of strongly diagonal type, he constructed a Neron symbol on K-holomorphic torus of diagonal type. In this work, we provide a simple formula of the Neron symbol on the Tate curve. And then we construct the Neron symbol on K-holomorphic torus of diagonal or st rongly diagonal type without using isogenies.

We often use the Hausdorff dimension as a tool of measuring how complicate the fractal is. But it is usually very difficult to calculate that value. So there have been many tries to find the dimension of the given set and most of these are related to the density theorem of invariant measure. The aims of this paper are to introduce the k-irreducible subsimilar sets as a generalization of the set defined by V.Drobot and J.Turner in ([1]) and calculate their Hausdorff dimensions by using algebraic methods.

In contrast to conventional belief that extended inflation ends when the Universe percolates, we find inflation may continue at least many Hubble times even after the Universe percolates. What is observed is that inflation will not stop unless the global equation of state changes from inflationary one into radiation one. Thus the energy density of shorter wavelength gravitational waves induced by bubble collision at near the end of inflation should be at least Order $(10^2)\~O(10^3)$ times greater than previous estimation of Turner and Wilcek(TW).

To evaluate the short term air pollution dispersion model, the diffusion experiment was conducted on the flat terrain near Chuncheon. Sulfur hexafluoride $(SF_6)$ gas was used to determine the horizontal spread of plume $(\sigmay)$ for calculated by CRSTER model. Results show that CRSTER model underestimates $\sigma$y because averaging time adjustment is not applied to calculate the $\sigma$y. The scheme that can estimate the atmospheric stability more accurate than Turner method, was presented.

This paper reports the progress of a search for exoplanets with S-type orbits in short-period binary star systems. The selected targets have stellar orbital periods of just a few days. These systems are eclipsing binaries so that exoplanet transits, if planets exist, will be highly likely. We report the results for seven binary star systems.

A time fractional advection-dispersion equation is Obtained from the standard advection-dispersion equation by replacing the firstorder derivative in time by a fractional derivative in time of order ${\alpha}$(0 < ${\alpha}$ $\leq$ 1). Using variable transformation, Mellin and Laplace transforms, and properties of H-functions, we derive the complete solution of this time fractional advection-dispersion equation.

우리나라에 분포하는 모자반류는 모두 24종으로 알려져 있으며 (이와 강 19861 이 가운데 식용으로 이용되는 것은 모자반 (S. fulvellum)이 대표적이다. 모자반의 양식은 주로 서남해 지역에서 이루어지고 있으며 이들의 종묘생산은 자연에서 생식기탁의 성숙되는 4-5월경에 이루어지는데, 유배의 대량 방출을 위한 성숙 모조의 다량 확보가 어렵고 일시에 유배의 대량 방출을 유도하기 위한 성숙 유도 기법의 연구는 전무한 실정이다. (중략)
