It is very important to have a satisfactory measurement system, since it is useless to try to improve the manufacturing process without an adequate measurement system. Therefore, evaluation of the measurement system is the first step for the quality improvement of the manufacturing process. To estimate the measurement error we must conduct a controlled gage repeatability and reproducibility(gage R&R) study. Many manufacturers use a gage or instrument to measure multiple dimensions for the overall quality of the manufactured parts. In this case, it is necessary to estimate the gage R&R for multiple dimensions. When a gage measures a large number of dimensions of a part, it is very time-consuming and costly to measure all the dimensions. In this paper we propose the use of the principal component analysis method to identify a few principal components out of the original multivariate measurement capability to explain most of the measurement system variation pattern.

This thesis is a research to develop mathematical problems related to every day life, and to apply to mathematical extracurricular activity. The conclusions are as followings; (1) The materials of mathematical extracurricular activity totaling 34 hours' class time were developed and its theaching methods were thought out. (2) Through studying the mathematical problems related to everyday life, we could create a lively atmosphere in the classroom. (3) Through studying the mathematical problems related to everyday life, we could change the learning attitude of students affirmatively and make the students solve the problems for themselves. (4) We could try to build up to the management of mathematical extracurricular activity.

In the drawing of large size automotive panels, elastic deflection of die components is induced by the contact force between them. The deflection is nonuniform and locally distributed, and results in nonuniform material flow. In order to arrange such a nonuniform die gap, a correcting operation, so called die spotting, is inevitable, which requires trial and error works and consuming time. A prediction of the bending deflection prior to a try-out must be useful to reduce the die spotting time. In this study, drawing process of a front fender is simulated first. and the deflection of the blank holder is calculated from the contact force imposing on th blank holder. The balance block heights ensuring a uniform deflection are optimized by the analysis and design of experiments.

The piercing and blanking of thin sheet metal working is specified division in press die design and making. In order to prevent the defects, the optimum design of the production part, strip process layout, die design, die making and try out etc. are necessary the analysis of effective factors. For example, theory and practice of metal shearing process and it's phenomena, die structure, machine tool working for die making, die materials and it's heat treatment, metal working in field, their know how etc. are included in those factors. In this study, we analyzed whole of data base, theoretical back ground of metal working process, and then performed the progressive die tryout with the screw press.

In order to prevent the production defects the optimum design of product, jig and fixture putting in the field is very significant manufacturing method. Drilling Jig is the device according to industrial demand for multi manufacturing products on the growing at alarming rate. In the field of design and making for machine tool working, welding, assembling with jig and fixture for mass production is a specific division. They require analysis of many kinds of important factors, theory and practice of machine tool operating process and jig & fixture structure, machining condition for tool making, tool materials, heat treatment of jig & fixture components, know-how and so on. In this study we designed and constructed a drilling jig of mass production and performed tryout under the Auto CAD, Auto Lisp database, that we made by database, and window environment. Especially this study is reveals with the analysis of part drawing, jig planning, jig design etc, and then the result of drill jig's making try out.

Objectives : The purpose of the study is to investigate the influencing factors on English interest and anxiety in dental hygiene students. Methods : A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 1,040 dental hygiene students in six universities in Busan and Gyeongnam from April 1 to 30, 2013. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics, foreign language performance anxiety scale, and English interest. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regressions. Results : Those who travelled abroad tended to have a liking for English. English credits significantly influenced on English interest. and employment. The period of English study was proportional to interest and grade of English. Conclusions : The interest and anxiety for English was the major factor to improve the mastery of English. The dental hygienists must try to improve the mastery of language proficiency.

The ubiquitous technology, leading the stream of change in telecommunication market, makes VoIP a foundation technology to enter NGN era. With this trend in mind, VoIP providers try to satisfy customer needs and invest on R&D in order to survive in this emerging market. The critical issues to VoIP providers are two fold the first one is to find out the quality attributes of Internet telephony service; and the second one is to assess the impact they have on customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and customer performance. In this study, we attempt to empirically answer the above two issues employing SEM (structural equation modeling) and AHP (analytic hierarchy process), and suggest strategic guidelines for successful deployment of Internet telephony service.

Universal service policy is the core of telecommunications policy and, therefore, in many countries, governments have been accomplished universal service as the critical goal of telecommunications policy. In the past when the market was under monopoly, the monopolist had the responsibility of supplying for universal service, whereas supply cost complemented through internal assistance. From 1998 when WTO basic telecommunications negotiation took effect, however, telecommunications markets fully opened, it was impossible to supply of universal service under the past system. Therefore, governments of major countries are trying to renew laws and institutions for policies compatible with competition environments. In this paper, I analyse and compare major countries' policies for the universal services and try to find out policy implication for Korea.

As information technology had shown tremendous development in late 20th century, various service opportunities appeared in many industries. Also, new types of service are becoming available such as, reservation, teleconsultation, telemedicine. In health care industry, in which, many hospitals are faced operational difficulties and competing impetuously, a web site has become a effective tool to attract patients and transfer tremendous health information to the patients. This study is based on many previous researches on online service quality, try to figure out e-service quality factors of health information sites, and the factors' effect on users' satisfaction on the web site via providing knowledge and trust on the web site. As a result, usability, site aesthetic, responsiveness and security are the 4 factors to measure e-service quality of health information web site. All factors except site aesthetic have significant effects on providing knowledge, security only effects on trust on the web site.

As the numbers cf vessels in and out cf korean ports and passing ships through korean waters are increasing, possibilities of marine accidents grow higher and damages caused by such accidents would be expected larger. The author accordingly try to seek for the appropriate measures to enhance the present korean Search and Rescue(SAR) systems and future plans comparing korean system with international movement and relevant systems of maritime advanced countries.
