국내 아동비만 중재연구의 동향 분석 (Trends in Intervention Study for Childhood Obesity in Korea)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify trends in intervention studies on childhood obesity in Korea. Methods: From 1996, when the first research paper on childhood obesity intervention was published, to 2015, 192 published papers were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results: The number of studies increased sharply between 1996 and 2007, but declined slightly from then. The majority of studies involved only children as intervention participants. Most were elementary students, and overweight and obese children. Exercise therapy was the most common type of intervention. Parental participation was found in 35 studies, while teacher's participation was found in only one study. In many studies physiological indicators were used as measurement variables, but follow-up was done in only 10 studies. Finally, only a few studies applied a conceptual framework, while a quasi-experimental research design was used for most studies. Conclusion: Examination of trends in intervention studies on childhood obesity in Korea, shows there has been a quantitative increase but not enough improvement in terms of the quality of interventions. Findings in the present study suggest that it is necessary to seek diversity in terms of study participants, interventions and evaluation method along with quality improvement in research methodology.

  • The purpose of the paper is to review current trends and future issues of automotive ergonomics. The current trends include 1) universal design considering for regional differences, elderly drivers, female drivers, 2) quantification of driver's discomfort 3) trade-off between design trends and comfort, 4) digital ergonomic evaluation with digital human models 5) optimization of driver's interface. The future issues of automotive ergonomics cover 1) intelligent driver assistance system 2) Fun-to-drive and 3) differentiation from other vehicles based on ergonomics.

Trends and Issues of e-Learning Curriculum for Human Resources Development in the Corporate Context

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze majors trends and issues of e-Learning curriculum for human resource development in the corporate context. The e-Learning curriculum was chosen as the subject of research consists of 2,710 lectures that were given from 2007 to July 2009 for the recent three years by providing at Ministry of Labor and Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training. In order to investigate trends and issues, it was employed theme analysis which is one of the types of document analysis that approach a qualitative research methodology. As a result of this research, 7 major trends and issues in e-Learning curriculum for HRD in the field of corporate education were drawn; ① Strengthening expertise through learning of job related professional knowledge, ② Cultivation of common & essential knowledge for a job to increase work performance efficiency ③ Organizational management strategy for improving performance, ④ Organizational management and operational strategy for actively responding to environmental changes, ⑤ Leadership as a strategy for cultivating core personnel and field-centered practical leadership. ⑥ Creating a happy workplace through the work-life balance, ⑦ Strengthening global communication skill. Based on these analysis, practicals and theoretical implications of e-Learning professionals and HR researchers for HRD were suggested.

Review on Mega-trends in shipping and port & its implications

  • This paper aims to understand and analyze the mega-trends such as trends towards larger vessels due to an increasing trade volume, accordingly fewer port calls, strategic alliances and M&A Increasing degree of concentration through M&A activities in shipping industry results in a decreasing number of shipping finns with an increasing share in the world shipping capacity. But competition is strongly increasing on main trunk routes. Therefore, shipping concentration directly leads to further concentration of port traffic in fewer and larger ports with an increasing competition among neighboring ports.

한국 의료건축연구의 근거기반설계에 대한 최근 연구동향 (Status Quo of Evidence-Based Design Research and Its Research Trends in Korean Healthcare Architecture)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide understandings about EBD research trends in Korean healthcare architecture research. Method: The systematic literature review was conducted, while comparing the characteristics of research papers in Journal of Korea Institute of Healthcare Architecture with EBD related research papers among them. Results: It is found that the difference of research method utilized between healthcare research in general and EBD research. Specifically, a research method most utilized in general is a field study. In EBD research, however, literature review is most frequently used. Implications: This study can be used as a reference point for further development of EBD research in Korean healthcare architecture. In addition, research results can be used as a communication tool with healthcare specialists such as doctors and consultants in a healthcare project team. Thus, this study is anticipated to play a preliminary role for the development of healthcare architecture design in Korea.

  • 최근 인공지능(Artificial Intelligence; A.I.)의 기술 발전과 함께 이에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있으며 관련 시장도 비약적으로 확대되고 있다. 아직은 초기단계이지만 2000년 이후 현재까지 계속 확장되고 있는 인공지능 기술 분야의 연구방향과 투자 분야에 대한 불확실성을 줄이는 것이 중요한 시점이다. 이러한 기술 변화와 시대적 요구에 따라서 본 연구는 빅데이터(Big Data) 분석방법 중 텍스트 마이닝(Text Mining)과 토픽모델링(Topic Modeling)을 활용하여 기술동향을 살펴보고, 핵심기술과 성장 가능성이 있는 연구의 향후 방향성을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과로부터 인공지능의 기술동향에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 향후 연구 방향에 대한 새로운 시사점을 도출할 수 있으리라 기대한다.

텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 재생에너지 연구 동향: SCOPUS DB 논문을 중심으로 (A Study on Renewable Energy Research Trends Using Text Mining: Focusing on SCOPUS DB Papers)

  • 전세계적으로 기후 변화 문제가 심화되고 있으며, 화석연료의 사용 증가로 인한 다양한 문제들이 야기되고 있다. 특히 탄소중립 정책이 가속화됨으로 재생에너지에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 SCOPUS DB를 활용하여 신재생에너지 연구 동향을 파악하였다. 초록 제공이 가능한 1,353개의 데이터를 확보하고 이를 분석할 수 잇도록 데이터 전처리를 수행하고 분석을 수행하였다. 토픽모델링 분석 결과 중요한 키워드로 renewable와 enegy로 나타났다. 이 외에도 electricity, solar, wind, 등이 중요한 키워드로 분석이 되었다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 신재생에너지 관련 기업의 실무자들이 신재생에너지 관련 연구동향을 실무에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

어린이집 장애영유아 통합보육에 관한 연구 동향 (Research Trends in Inclusive Child-care for Young Children with Disabilities)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to understand the research trends of inclusive child-care for young children with disabilities and suggest some implications for future research on inclusive child-care. Methods: There were a total 330 previous research papers about child-care inclusion, which means the practice of educating and caring for children aged 0 to 5 years old with disabilities alongside their typically developing peers at child-care centers. The studies were analyzed in terms of main research topic, subject, and research methods. Results: The major results of this study were as follow. First, a quantitative increase of the research since 2003 and a sharp increase of total research in this area since 2006 were found. Second, as a result of the main topic analysis, recognition and attitude research was the most frequently conducted, followed by the research about child-care programs, teacher and family support, and the effect of inclusive child-care. Third, more than half of the researches were done by teachers. Lastly, quantitative research methods were mainly used. Conclusion/Implications: Based on these findings, this study suggested to extend the research on inclusive child-care effect, intervention programs, non-disabled children, infants, and qualitative research.

그린ICT 산업의 VC투자 동향과 시사점 (Trends and Implications of Venture Capital Investment in Green Information and Communication Technology)

  • As the response to climate change becomes a more pressing global issue, so do expectations for climate change in the green information and communication technology (ICT) industry and the possibility of solving environmental problems through ICT. However, because the green ICT industry is still in its early stages, there is little research on it. Understanding the startup ecosystem in the industry is helpful for recognizing innovation trends in emerging technologies such as green ICT. In this regard, this paper investigates the current state and characteristics of the green ICT ecosystem and presents implications based on an examination of startup venture capital investment trends and submarket identification in the green ICT industry as emphasized by the carbon neutrality paradigm shift. The analysis included 4,807 companies and 3,990 funding records, as well as exploratory data analysis and "k-means" clustering techniques.

인공지능 기반 건전성 예측 및 관리에 관한 국내 연구 동향 분석 (Analysis of Domestic Research Trends on Artificial Intelligence-Based Prognostics and Health Management)

  • Purpose: This study aim to identify the trends in AI-based PHM technology that can enhance reliability and minimize costs. Furthermore, this research provides valuable guidelines for future studies in various industries Methods: In this study, I collected and selected AI-based PHM studies, established classification criteria, and analyzed research trends based on classified fields and techniques. Results: Analysis of 125 domestic studies revealed a greater emphasis on machinery in both diagnosis and prognosis, with more papers dedicated to diagnosis. various algorithms were employed, including CNN for image diagnosis and frequency analysis for signal data. LSTM was commonly used in prognosis for predicting failures and remaining life. Different industries, data types, and objectives required diverse AI techniques, with GAN used for data augmentation and GA for feature extraction. Conclusion: As studies on AI-based PHM continue to grow, selecting appropriate algorithms for data types and analysis purposes is essential. Thus, analyzing research trends in AI-based PHM is crucial for its rapid development.
