The objective of this paper is to study the establishing system of truck collaboration and to reduce traffic cost for participating transportation enterprises. The system of truck collaboration can enhance the transport efficiency and to reduce traffic cost without new investment for trucks and equipments. The type of truck collaboration should be enumerated (1) the system of head and branch base (2) the system of central terminal (3) the system of separating collection and delivery for cargo (4) the system of cooperating cargo order and truck allocation. The efficiency of truck collaboration is possible to be realized for transportation enterprises, receiver and sender of cargo.

More and more medium and small enterprises do business across the world according to generalization of online shopping mall such as eBay and Amazon. But high export and import transportation cost make weak the price competitive power of medium and small enterprises products. Then this paper deals with the development of new business model which can reduce the transportation cost for global logistics through efficiently overcoming the constraints as length, size, and weight of product. We explain this model with application for company which export the automobile parts. We can expect the transportation cost reduction by 50%.

The objective of this paper is to calculate the minimum scale of management for transportation business in order to achieve a form of enterprise. In this study the tracking minimum scale of business is the minimum number of operating trucks. Transportation companies should ensure the number of trucks for a type of business model rather than a means of livelihood model. The method to calculate the minimum number of trucks for the transportation business model can use an approach of either the qualitative and the quantitative technique. This study chooses the quantitative technique to calculate the minimum number of trucks through the analysis of break-even point.

Through an analyses of the necessity and the practical meaning of the assets operation in railway transport enterprises, the authors argue that a railway transport enterprise shall lay equal stress on assets operation and production management, and suggest to take concrete steps on the basis of the aforesaid management strategy.

It is very important to delivery timely and safely items in logistics. So, the home delivery service system is introduced by many enterprises. Also, the beginning in 1990's, the rapid increase of automobile increased logistics cost and led to road stagnation. So, the railway transportation use in logistics can be considered. The railway transportation in home delivery service system can overcome the limit of transportation by land. This study evaluate railway transportation in home delivery service system by economical efficiency and timeliness.

To improve the railway transportation capacity and maximize the benefits of railway transportation, a method for layout optimization of railway transportation route based on deep convolution neural network is proposed in this study. Considering the transportation cost of railway transportation and other factors, the layout model of railway transportation route is constructed. Based on improved ant colony algorithm, the layout model of railway transportation route was optimized, and multiple candidate railway transportation routes were output. Taking into account external information such as regional information, weather conditions and actual information of railway transportation routes, optimization of the candidate railway transportation routes obtained by the improved ant colony algorithm was performed based on deep convolution neural network, and the optimal railway transportation routes were output, and finally layout optimization of railway transportation routes was realized. The experimental results show that the proposed method can obtain the optimal railway transportation route, the shortest transportation length, and the least transportation time, maximizing the interests of railway transportation enterprises.

The advance into the overseas markets of domestic enterprises has been increasing continuously. Brazil, for domestic companies, has been emerging as the huge potential country in the development of markets and resources. According to the reports from World Bank and Brazil government, one of the biggest difficulties of businesses in Brazil for foreign enterprises is the lack of Transportation Infrastructure and high logistics costs. However, until now, there is no professional institute and systematic DB in Korea to provide the overall information of Brazil logistics or details oriented to enterprises' needs; furthermore, enterprises have the difficulties to gather or investigation the logistics information by themselves due to the constraints of language and budget. For these reasons, with the latest data, this study reviews the overall information of Brazil logistics environment and provides the status of Brazil logistics that is necessary for enterprises to advance into Brazil market. Also, this explains the reason for why Brazil has such a high logistics cost with the objective data. In addition, this paper carried out the benchmarking case study as an example of logistics strategy and plan in Brazil. This study can contribute to serve as useful information for domestic enterprises which planning or doing business in Brazil.

Occupational injury rate of Korea recently slides slightly downward after stagnating around 0.7%'s for more than 10 years. To accelerate this trend, injury prevention for small enterprises is crucially important because vast majority of injuries take place in small enterprises. Considering huge number of small enterprises, we need to focus our efforts to type of riskier industries. By analysing detailed injury data, we select type of industries which need our concentrated prevention efforts. Several preventive measures are recommended, after we made literature survey of case studies for small enterprises. The result identifies riskier type of industries including transportation machinery manufacturing industry type(B), woods & veneer manufacturing industry, etc. Safety of machinery, new enterprises less than 2 years in service and new employees serving less than 6 months are in need for focused prevention efforts. To cope with these vulnerable spots, recommended preventive measures include strengthening of machinery safety standards, early assistance for safety to new enterprises, mandatory safety education before employment, etc.

본 논문은 정보화경영체제를 인증획득한 중소기업이 왜 인증을 취소하는 가에 대한 원인을 분석하여 중소기업의 정보화경영체제를 지속적이고 체계적으로 추진하도록 개선방안을 마련하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구결과 정보화경영체제의 인증이 정보화경영의 기본을 준수하고 기업의 정보화경영체제 정착을 위하여 필요한 기업이 인증받고 유지했으나 정보화지원사업의 변화에 따라 지원기관의 요구조건이 없어지게 되면서 인증유지의 필요성을 느끼지 못하는 경영진의 관심과 지원부족, 그리고 전사원의 협조부족으로 인하여 취소와 반납이 나타나게 되는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 원인과 연관되어 있는 요인으로는 '지속적인 문서화 작업'으로 인한 것으로 나타났으며 이러한 요인이 중소기업에서 정보화경영체제를 유지하는데 어려운 문제로 인식되고 있어서 이를 위하여 정보화경영체제 추진 담당자의 채용과 인증유지를 위한 심사비 등을 부담으로 느끼는 중소기업의 경영자가 인증을 유지하지 못하고 반납 및 취소를 하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.
