중국 물류 산업에 큰 변화가 있었음에도 중국 물류의 연구 동향에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 기존 연구는 운송 효율성, 창고 위치 및 항만 효율 등과 같은 세분화된 주제로 연구가 진행되었다. 본 연구에서는 2000년부터 2017년까지 중국 물류의 연구 동향을 SNA방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 자료는 해외저널에서 수집되었으며, 총 82 개 관련 학술지가 분석대상으로 사용되었다. 2000년에서 2017년까지 기간을 나누어 분석을 진행하였고, 첫 번째 기간 (2000-2008)은 "Globalization", "Hong Kong", "FDI" 및 "outsousing"과 같은 키워드가 상위 키워드로 도출되었다. 두 번째 기간(2009-2013)의 결과는 "internation trade", 및 "reverse logistics"와 같은 키워드들이 도출되었고, 세 번째 기간(2013-2017)에는 "3PL", "warehousing", "railways", "supply chain", "economic", "port" 및 "Belt and Road"등의 키워드가 상위로 나타났다. SNA 방법을 사용한 중국물류 연구 트렌드 분석 결과, 세계화 상황에서 중국이 급속히 변화함에 따라 중국 물류의 연구동향이 진화하고 있음을 보여주고 있다.

자동차 운송선사들은 보다 많은 차량을 수송하고, 수송비용을 줄이기 위해서 보다 효율적인 운송계획을 통하여 자동차 운송선을 운용하고자 하지만 차량 해상운송 계획업무는 주로 실무자의 경험에 의존하여 수작업으로 이루어지고 있다. 해상운송은 국제 물류에서 차지하는 비중만큼이나 연구자의 높은 관심으로 다양하고 많은 연구들이 이루어져 왔지만, 자동차 운반선과 같이 해상운송 시장에서 작은 비중을 차지하는 경우에는 관심 부족으로 연구가 거의 이루어지지 못하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 자동차 운반선사의 수작업 기반의 계획방식을 체계화된 알고리즘을 통해 최적의 해상운송 계획안을 제공할 수 있는 유전 알고리즘(genetic algorithm)을 제안하고, 제안된 알고리즘은 정수계획 모형으로 얻어진 최적해와 비교하여 평가한다.

물류표준화는 표준화에 따른 비용절감 및 효율성 제고 등으로 인해 산업 부문뿐만 아니라 국민경제에 미치는 영향이 지대할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 세계 각국은 물류부문의 글로벌 표준화를 선도하기 위하여 국가별로 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있으나 우리나라에서는 아직까지 물류 분야의 표준화가 본격적으로 추진되고 있지 않은 실정이다. 또한 물류표준화의 효과를 측정하는 연구가 미흡한 실정이며, 특히 물류표준화의 근간이 되는 파렛트 표준화의 효과평가 및 평가척도 개발에 대한 연구는 현재까지 전무한 실정이다. 물류표준화가 시행되기 위해서는 우선 표준화의 필요성 및 그에 따른 효과를 명확히 제시해야 할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 물류표준화의 효과 측정 및 효과 평가방법을 명확히하여 물류표준화의 효과를 정량적으로 제시하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 일관수송 중심의 물류표준화의 근간이 되는 일관수송용 파렛트 표준화의 효과평가방안에 대해 살펴보고, 표준화에 따른 효과를 평가하기 위해 효과평가척도(MOE)를 선정하였다. 효과평가척도 선정을 위해 우선 예비효과평가척도를 선정하였는데, 그 결과 차량적재율 수 배송 비용 창고보관효율 창고 자동화율 상 하역 소요인력 등 12개의 척도가 선정되었다. 이와 같이 선정된 예비효과평가척도를 이용하여 전문가 평가와 업체 대상 응답가능성 조사 결과를 바탕으로 최종 효과평가척도를 선정한 결과 차량/트럭 적재율 창고보관 효율 상 하역 시간, 포장비용 비중, 일관수송 비율이 파렛트 표준화에 따른 효과평가를 위한 척도로 선정되었다.

H maritime company in Korea had a long history of difficulty in obtaining enough empty containers to transport its commodities. Despite efforts to resolve the problem, the repositioning of empty containers between depots was still planned manually, which consumed much worker time. To automate the generation of reposition plans, we developed a planning system to optimize the company's reposition of empty containers between global depots with a linear programming model functioning as a key decision engine in the system. The model determines the route, volume and mode of transportation for repositioning empty containers from depots with surplus containers to those requiring containers, as well as the empty space of ships generated from the unloading or loading of full and empty containers. The system has been in operation in the company's global network since March 2008.

Analysis of current state of construction industry functioning in Ukraine allows us to identify a number of problems having negative impact on sustainable development of construction industry, especially in terms of its organization. Therefore, it is absolutely essential to study existing methods of organization system supplying construction sites with necessary material resources. Companies can develop their own logistics departments, which independently solve logistics issues related to transportation organization and management, accounting and inventory management, acquisition and warehousing, intercommunication (ability to obtain both final and intermediate information during transporting materials). Using a complex of methods is substantiated: the hierarchy analysis method (Saati's method), the network method, the defect elimination algorithm DEA, the transportation problem that finds optimal problem solutions for construction sector with the purpose of rational supplying uninterrupted construction with building resources in the designed model "provider-transportation-costs".

최근 철도수송 물동량은 점진적으로 줄어드는 추세이며, 특히 무개차의 수송량이 크게 줄어드는 경향을 보이고 있다. 무개차는 덮개가 없는 화차로서 용도에 따라서 일반 무개차, 호퍼차, 자갈차로 분류할 수 있으며, 이 중에서 일반 무개차를 가장 많이 보유하고 있다. 일반 무개차는 2001년 전체 화차수송횟수의 약 23.3%를 차지했지만 2010년에는 14.5%로 그 역할이 많이 축소되었다. 최근에는 일반 무개차를 컨테이너 수송 용도로도 활용하고 있으며, 벌크화물을 컨테이너차로 수송할 수 있는 다양한 용기가 개발되고 있어 장기적으로 일반 무개차의 수요는 줄어들 것으로 판단된다. 그러나 일반 무개차는 여전히 철도수송에서 벌크시멘트차, 컨테이너차 다음으로 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있으며, 장기적인 관점에서의 수요 감소에 대비한 운용 방안의 수립이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 일반 무개차의 효율성을 분석하고 향후 일반 무개차의 운용 방안 수립을 위한 방향을 제시하였다.

It is one of the crucial components of electronic logistics systems to manage logistics information of cargos and transportation companies and to mediate appropriate brokerage between them. Due to the advance of e-Commerce technologies many kinds of logistics transactions can be handled by means of EDI or XML/EDI applications. but the brokering processing relies mostly on the traditional processes and the research in this field is still at the initial stage. In this paper we study a logistics brokering system for ships and cargos and describe the design and implementation of the system. We analyze the brokering constraints for logistics of cargos and ships and construct an optimization model for their brokering. We also suggest a brokering procedure and a simple heuristic algorithm with respect to the proposed matching criteria. The experimental result shows that the proposed greedy-based heuristic algorithm performs very well. In its response time the proposed algorithm executed within a couple of seconds independently of the number of cargos and the container capacities of ships. The output of the algorithm is very close to that of the optimal solution. showing higher than 95% of approximation. The proposed system is implemented for the Web environment using JSP and PL/SQL.

부산항은 컨테이너 물동량 기준으로 세계 6위의 항만이며, 환적화물 기준으로 세계 2위의 항만으로 큰 기능을 하고 있다. 그러나 항만시설 및 운송업체에 대한 정책적 배려 부족으로 부산 신항내 환적화물의 운송과 배후물류단지 화물운송에 있어 과적단속이 심각한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 이에 관련 운전자, 운송업체, 항만 배후물류단지 담당자를 대상으로 그 실태를 살펴보고, 그 문제점을 파악한 후 개선방안을 제언하였다.

The development of Joint-Logistics System(JTS) for small/medium sized companies has been proposed for, particularity, Namdong Indusrial Complex located in Incheon. In this paper, JTS methodology is introduced and characterized in terms joint-control transportation, material handling and storage and order receipt. This methodology, which is unprecedented in Korea, has been considerably investigated and developed to implement a feasible model in Japan. A number of successful cases in Japanese companies are also presented to show how it works.

In recent years, market access is expected to become more important in logistics location selection. In addition, it is necessary to support logistics functions for small and medium-sized enterprises. In this study, we propose a location suitability evaluation system for public rental logistics spaces. The location selection and evaluation system of the public rental logistics space proposed in this study is composed of large (5), medium (10), and small (20) indicators. The 1^st class were five factors: market factors, economic factors, transportation factors, site factors, policy and social factors, and the 2^nd classifications per the 1^st class, and the 3^rd class for each 2^nd class. After deriving the relative importance of each indicator through AHP for experts, it was verified by utilizing GIS analysis for virtual candidates in the metropolitan area. As a result of the trial application, it was evaluated that it could be applied with realistic results. In addition, it was confirmed that it is possible to apply evaluation indicators using spatial data constructed in Korea, and to use the evaluation indicators, it is necessary to perform various spatial analysis and processing tasks on raw data.
