해외사례를 통한 철도역 환승체계 시사점 연구 (A Study on the Foreign Railway Station Transfer System and Implications for Korea)

  • Recently the Korean Government is increasing investment and interest on railway in the transportation field as "low carbon and green growth" policy become main national development strategy. While railway competitiveness is weakening over the road from the inconvenient door-to-door and transfer system of railway, it is meaningful to review excellent railway transfer system of advanced countries and adapt their implications for Korea. Their transfer systems like Japan, Hongkong, France, U.K. and German can be categorized in this research as kinds of transfer & connectivity system and transfer facility & flow planning, and, as a result, their implications can be concluded. Also, analyzing transfer system of Korea's main stations and reviewing the difference between Korea and other countries, this paper suggests main principles and directions of urban planning, alignment of rail line, partnership of project stakeholder in the establishment of transfer system in the railway station in the future.

도로표지병의 형태 및 기능 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improvement of the Shape and Performance of Raised Pavement Marker)

  • The existing raised pavement marker, however, have some limitations. Most of them are square-shaped which makes only forward and backward retro-reflection, their orientation can be easily changed by impact of vehicle, and the surface reflector can be readily contaminated leading poor functioning. In addition, maintenance for broken raised pavement marker is not easy. The purpose of the study is to design and manufacture a new and improved type of raised pavement marker. The new raised pavement marker has round-shaped upper structure. Its body was separated from the holder and the reflector was surrounded by acrylic cover. We tested performances of the constituent parts, optimum load after installation, and reflection efficiency. The new raised pavement marker will be an initiation of studies on the improvement of the shape and performance of raised pavement markers.

  • 경제성장의 급속한 발전으로 인하여 해상의 수송물량이 급격히 증가함으로써 해상에서 크고 작은 해상재해 가 발생되고 있다. 그러므로 무엇보다 중요한 해상의 안전통신망 관리체계와 그 시설 현황을 살펴보고 분석함으로써 국내 해상안전 통신망의 선진화 방안과 관리체계를 연구하고자 한다.

  • 화물 수송은 상품의 생산과 소비에 직결되어 있으며 원활한 화물 수송이 경제에 미치는 영향이 크므로 그 중요성이 날로 증대되고 있다. 우리 나라는 그 동인 지속적 경제 성장으로 인한 경제 규모가 확대되면서 화물 수송에 대한 수요가 급격히 증가하였다. 이러한 화물 수송 수요의 증가 추세에 비해 물류 단지의 확충에 위한 적절한 투자 및 정책 등이 결여되어 왔다. 그러므로, 경제 및 산업발전에 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있는 물류 단지를 파악하고 물류 단지 입지 결정 모형을 개발하고, 이 모형을 토대로 적정 입지를 결정하고자 한다. 물류 단지 입지에 관한 문제의 주요 관심 대상은 수송비용을 최소화하면서, 원하는 목적지까지의 빠른 수·배송을 이루어지게 하는 효율적 수송 입지 단지를 찾는데 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 물류 단지의 적정 위치 결정을 위하여 혼합 정수 모형을 이용해서 수송비용과 차량 경로를 고려한 수학적 모형을 개발하고자 한다. 개발된 모형을 공로부문의 수송을 중심으로 경기도 지역의 여러 물류 단지 후보 지역에 적용하고 적정 물류 단지를 찾고자 한다.

  • 정부는 자전거 이용활성화에 관한 법률」을 1995년에 제정하여 지자체별 자전거이용시설의 정비계획을 수립하도록 하였지만 실제적으로 수립되고 있는 많은 정비계획들이 아직 초기단계기고, 사전에 충분한 시간을 갖고 세밀한 분석과 연구 없이 수립되다보니 상위계획과의 연계성부족과 지역적 특성에 부합되는 계획안 부족, 도로설계기술의 부족 등 많은 부분에서 문제점들이 지적되고 있다. 따라서 보다 발전한 연구내용의 계획으로 실제적으로 자전거 활성화에 기인하기 위해서 도출되는 문제점들을 진단하고 수정 분석하여 보완하는 작업이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 1995년부터 1998년 상반기까지 내무부에서 검토된 자전거이용시설 정비계획 보고서 중 10개 도시에 대하여 각도시별 정비계획의 문제점을 현황조사부분과 분석부분 계획부분으로 분류하여 분석하고 이의 개선방향을 제시하였다.

호텔 연회 결혼식이 고객만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Research on the Factors Affecting Customer Satisfaction in Hotel Banquets and Wedding Ceremonies)

  • This research explores the intension of repeatable guests through on the wedding facilities, employees' service ability, and banquet menu. First, wedding facilities include transportation, parking lots, subsidiary facilities, reception desks, Paebaek Rooms, and waiting rooms for brides. Secondly, according to the analysis for service quality of hotel wedding feasts, respondence and sympathy were not be fully considered while good effects showed through materiality, reliability and conviction. Thirdly, hotels will be expected to have re-visiting guests when the guests have good experience on the hotel facilities and satisfying menu. Alternatively, menu would have a negative result if there's not satisfying service. Employees should be aware of the list of menu and can be able to offer a suggestion. In other words, a banquet has to be prepared not only with fresh or seasoned ingredients but with good service to make the guests revisit. Therefore, we should be aware of what our guests want and how to prepare for their satisfaction.

Parametric Study on Geogrid-Reinforced Track Substructure

  • The purpose of this paper was to evaluate the effectiveness of geogrid for conventional ballasted track and asphalt concrete underlayment track using PLAXIS finite element program. Geogrid element was modeled at various locations that include subballast/subgrade, subballast/ballast interfaces, middle of the ballast, and one-third depth of the ballast. The results revealed that the effectiveness of geogrid reinforcement appeared to be larger for ballasted track structure compared to asphalt concrete underlayment track. Particularly, in case of installing geogrid at one-third depth of ballast layer in a conventional ballasted track, the most effectiveness of geogrid reinforcement was achieved. The influence of geogrid axial stiffness on track substructure response was not clear to conclude. Further validations using a discrete element method along with experimental investigation are considered as a future study. The effect of asphalt concrete layer modulus was evaluated. The results exhibited that higher layer modulus seems to be effective in controlling displacement and strain of track substructure. However it also yields slightly higher stresses within track substructure. It infers that further validations are required to come up with optimum asphalt concrete mixture design to meet economical and functional criteria.

고객서비스에 따른 수요변화하에서의 분배센터 입지선정과 경로 문제 (Distribution Center Location and Routing Problem with Demand Dependent on the Customer Service)

  • The distribution center location and routing problem involves interdependent decisions among facility, transportation, and inventory decisions. The design of distribution system affects the customers' purchase decision by sets the level of customer service to be offered. Thus the lower product availability may cause a loss of demand as falls off the customers' purchase intention, and this is related to the firm's profit reduction. This study considers the product availability of the distribution centers as the measure of the demand level change of the demand points, and represents relation between customer service and demand level with linear demand function. And this study represents the distribution center location and routing to demand point in order to maximize the total profit that considers the products' sales revenue by customer service, the production cost and the distribution system related costs.

A Study on Architectural Facility and Spatial characteristics of Busan Port International Passenger Terminal

  • As the international society becomes more and more open, the international marine transportation demand is growing. And the growth of international tour demands and the developments of new passenger ship routes make the role of passenger terminals crucial. In this context this study analyzes and compares the terminals of Korea and Japan and defines design criteria for the construction of a passenger terminal. As a result of this study, it is proposed that an urban context, an architectural type and spatial characteristics be taken into account for the construction cf a passenger terminal. The ultimate purpose cf this study is to build a future-oriented international passenger terminal based on the result of this study, which will lead the ocean culture.
