Purpose: This study identifies the relative importance of the sub - factors of initial services and continuous services using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method, and calculates the competitive index for the detailed factors. The purpose of this paper is to propose the establishment of long - term and short - term management strategy for expansion of business of food service franchise, franchisors, long - term and win - win relationship with franchisees, and rationalization of operating system. Research design, data, and methodology: The population for the survey is 92 franchisees in 46 foreign brands and 46 domestic brands in the Seoul metropolitan area (Seoul / Gyeonggi / Incheon). The survey was conducted from July 1 to August 31, 2018 through the survey agency with a telephone interview and a surveyor's direct visit. A total of 100 questionnaires were collected, but a total of 92 parts were used for analysis except 8 parts that were considered to contain false information. Using the AHP method, relative importance and competitiveness index were calculated for the details of initial services and continuous services. Results: The results shows continuous services were significantly higher for both foreign brand franchises, domestic brand franchises, and overall than initial services, This suggests that the continuous services of the affiliated franchisors has a higher relative importance than the initial services. Among the continuous services, brand reinforcement and promotion were significantly higher for both foreign brand merchants and domestic brand franchises. This can be regarded as the most important factor in brand reinforcement and promotion when selecting a food service franchisors. Conclusions: In the Standard Terms and Conditions governed by the Fair Trade Commission, the franchisors should increase the fairness by creating manuals for supporting services, especially after opening, and regularly checking whether the supporting services have been carried out like manuals since the establishment of franchisees. In addition, the Brand Strengthening and Public Relations Committee (tentative name) jointly participated by the franchisors and franchisees for the purpose of strengthening and promoting the brand, suggesting a system for transparent and efficient execution of the brand reinforcement and promotion budget and monitoring afterwards.

최근 복지서비스의 확대에 힘입어 여러 정부기관에서 복지 관련 서비스를 다양하게 제공하고 있으며 이에 따라 복지관련 서비스의 양과 질의 향상이 동시에 이루어지고 있다. 복지서비스 향상과 더불어 부적정 신청자로 인한 부정·중복수급율도 증가하고 있다. 특히 여러 기관에서 유사하게 추진되는 사업의 경우 기관들 간 시스템 불일치 및 자격검증 지연의 문제 등에 기인한 중복신청 확인이 미흡할 수 있으며 이로 인한 중복수급이 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 여러기관에서 진행되는 복지서비스 유사사업 관련 중복수급 방지를 위하여, 기관 간 데이터 관리 및 공유의 문제점을 검토하고 블록체인기술의 적용방법을 단계별로 제안하였다. 본 논문의 제안을 통하여 수급대상자의 투명한 데이터 관리가 가능하며 이를 통하여 신뢰기반의 복지급여 관리가 가능할 것이다.

This study aims to find implications for the introduction and practice of ESG by domestic fashion companies by examining the core ESG topics and strategies of Samsung C&T Fashion Division, Kolon FnC, F&F holdings, and Fila. ESG management analysis examined the importance of the criticality evaluation process, critical issues, and implementation strategies for each key topic based on the company's 2021 ESG sustainable management report, and analyzed the relationship with UN SDGs and the GRI. The analysis results are as follows: As for KCGS' ESG rating, Samsung C&T's fashion division, Kolon FnC, and Fila Holdings were rated A, while F&F Holdings was rated B+. The major issues derived from ESG's criticality assessment are environmental issues related to Samsung C&T's fashion division. Kolon FnC was found to have focused on the social sector and F&F Holdings focused on governance structure. After examining the correlation between the ESG core strategies of the investigated fashion companies and the 17 SDGs, the common areas were identified as quality employment, sustainable production and consumption, and climate changes and response. Correlation with the GRI Standards 2021 Index, (GRI 1, GRI 11, and GRI 12 created in 2021) was not reflected. In the future, it will be necessary to have a transparent governance structure that meets global standards, sets measurable goals, and continuously manages them. Other companies should also recognize ESG management processes that embrace various stakeholders and strengthens win-win cooperation to manage risks, and establish mid- to long-term response strategies.

글로벌 금융위기 이후 경기침체의 극복은 물론 글로벌 경쟁에 대응하기 위한 국가연구개발 사업의 중요성에 대한 인식이 더욱 더 확대되고 있다. 투입되는 예산이 증가하고 수행과제들의 규모가 거대해질수록 정부에서는 투명한 연구비 집행관리를 위하여 수시로 고강도의 감사 및 자료를 요구하고 있다. 이로 인하여 본연의 연구업무에 집중하여야 할 연구원들이 연구업무에 집중하는 시간보다도 행정처리 및 정부감사 그리고 요구자료 대응에 많은 시간을 보내고 있는 현실이다. 연구원들이 효율적으로 업무를 처리하고 본연의 연구에 집중하기 위하여 전사적 관점에서 연구개발사업을 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 시스템이 절대적으로 필요하다. 우리나라 정부도 국가연구개발 투자를 늘려 나가고 있으며, 이에 따라 수행과제들의 규모가 거대해지고 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 투명한 연구집행 관리를 위한 연구관리시스템의 구축에 필요한 국가연구개발사업의 표준관리체계를 분석하고 성공적인 시스템구축을 위한 상세제안요청서(RFP)를 바탕으로 다양한 시스템개발 프로젝트에 적용할 수 있는 통합된 관리과정의 수립을 위해 사례연구를 하고자 한다.

본 연구는 정부가 2013년부터 중견기업 중점 지원사업으로 추진하고 있는 글로벌전문사업에 선정된 기업에 대하여 심사연도와 선정연도 시점에 이익의 질의 차이를 관찰하고자 하였다. 이익의 질을 구성하는 속성 중 재량적 발생액을 이익의 질 측정 대용치로 선정하고 글로벌전문 기업으로 선정된 기업의 회계이익을 이익의 질 차원에서 분석하는 것이다. 구체적으로 글로벌전문사업에 선정된 기업이 글로벌기업으로 성장하기 위하여 기술확보, 수출확대, 투자, 경영혁신 고용 등 평가 분야에서 심사를 통과하기 위한 자기 노력이 이익의 질에 미치는 긍정적 효과와 사업 신청 요건(최근 3년간 연 직수술증가율 2천만불에서 1억불사이에 1회 이상 경험)을 충족하고자 하는 유인, 사업 선정 후 성장전략서에 제시된 미래 목표 성과를 충족하기 위한 기업의 부담이 선정기업의 이익의 질에 미치는 부정적 효과가 선정기업의 이익의 질에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 발생액의 질은 대체적인 발생액 예측모형을 이용하여 추정된 재량적 발생액중에서 Dechow et al.(1995)의 수정 Jones 모형과 Kothari et al.(2005)의 ROA통제모형으로 측정된다. 본 연구가 지니는 특징은 표본기업으로 선정기업의 이익의 질과 대응기업의 이익의 질을 비교하고 있을 뿐 아니라 선정기업만을 표본으로 하여 심사직전연도와 심사시점(t-1기)과 선정시점(t기)의 각각의 이익의 질의 차이를 비교 분석하고 있다는 점이다. 연구기간은 2011년부터 2015년까지 5년간으로 설정하고 표본은 2013년부터 2014년까지 글로벌 전문기업에 선정된 65개 기업 중 표본선정기준에 부합되는 55개의 관심표본과 대응표본으로서 동일한 시장과 산업에 속하는 기업 중 총자산규모가 가장 유사한 기업을 1:1로 구성하여 연도별 표본수는 110이다. 따라서 연구기간 5년 동안 550 기업-년도의 관찰치로 구성된 총표본을 이용하여 연구가설을 검정하고 추가분석을 실시하였다. 주요 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 글로벌전문사업에 선정된 기업은 대응기업의 이익의 질 보다 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 선정기업이 심사절차를 통과하고자 평가지표를 달성에 대한 이익조정유인이 이익의 질에 부정적 영향으로 미친 것으로 보인다. 둘째, 선정시점에는 선정기업의 이익의 질이 선정이전에 비하여 개선된 것으로 나타났다. 이는 선정 후 경영자의 경영혁신 노력과 투명경영정착을 위한 노력이 이익의 질 향상에 긍정적 효과를 영향을 미친 것으로 보인다. 이러한 결과는 추가분석에서 선정기업만으로 표본을 재구성하여 심사직전연도를 기저로하여 심사연도, 선정연도를 각각 비교한 분석에서도 동일하게 나타났다.

At present, the payment system in Thailand changes from a paper-based system to a cashless payment system. A coin has its two sides, so the cashless payment has its advantages and disadvantages. This article describes the general advantages and disadvantages of a cashless society in Thailand in the COVID-19 situation. The cashless payment in Thailand consists of credit cards, automated teller machines, direct debit, mobile/Internet banking, e-Wallet, PromptPay, and QR code. The cashless payment is able to assist the government for tax collection accuracy and facilitates users to make financial transactions more transparent and efficient. In addition, the cashless system provides benefits to businesses in which they are able to increase sales and expand business by providing convenient, safe and faster services to customers in making payment for goods/services. It assists businesses to save time and cost of cash management and reduce the paperwork. The cashless payment made the life of students, housewives, and elderly people very easy to carry out financial transactions and there is no need to meet the financial institution staff. This payment system needs advanced technology system skills, a smartphone, and a technology facility. Finally, the cashless payment can reduce the spreading of COVID-19.

Designed by star architect of Moshes Safdie, Raffles City Chongqing includes a total of 6 mega high-rise towers 250 to 380 m tall, a sky conservatory, a 5-storey high shopping mall and a 3-storey basement car parking. Located at the confluence of the Yangtze and Jailing Rivers, the site for the project is imbued with a significance that is immediately symbolic, both as a sign of Chongqing's important past and as a vivid indicator of the city's thriving present and future. The design for the project to be situated at this gateway takes as its governing idea the image of powerful sails upon the water. The outer facades of the project's eight towers - the transparent surfaces that will face the water to the north - are meant to recall a fleet of ancient Chinese ships, with their huge rectangles of white canvas filled by the wind. This is a $1.13million\;m^2$ mega scale integrated project of office, retail, hotel, service residence and high-end residence with the transportation hub and traffic circulation at various levels of the project. This paper presents the multi-dimensional hybrid design, engineering and construction of this mega scale project. The innovations and the cutting-edge technology used in this project are introduced and discussed benchmarking the design and construction of the skyscraper cluster in a major city like Chongqing of China.

Although current wireless mesh network (WMN) applications experience a perceptually uninterrupted hand-off, their throughput after the hand-off event may be significantly degraded due to the low available bandwidth of the mobile client's new master. In this paper, we propose a novel mobility management scheme for 802.11-based WMNs that enables both seamless hand-off for transparent communications, and bandwidth awareness for stable application performance after the hand-off process. To facilitate this, we (i) present a new buffer moment in support of the fast Layer-2 hand-off mechanism to cut the packet loss incurred in the hand-off process to zero and (ii) design a dynamic admission control to grant joining accepts to mesh clients. We evaluate the benefits and drawbacks of the proposal for both UDP and TCP traffic, as well as the fairness of the proposal. Our results show that the new scheme can not only minimize hand-off latency, but also maintain the current application rates of roaming users by choosing an appropriate new master for joining.

The purpose of this study is to give meaningful information about the coordination process in the construction of cooperative housing, hoping that the interest in this type of housing would spread wide in Korea. The Seongmisan village, a representative urban community village in Seoul, was studied in this study on the opinion coordination between residents and coordinators. For this qualitative research, 2 residents and 2 coordinators answered the 'open questionnaires' on the prior basic planning, land purchase, financing, architectural planning, construction & inspection, and the actual life thereafter. Following is the result. 1) The residents, in almost every step from the prior basic planning to the construction, had no sufficient information or knowledge especially in the legal or financial aspects. It explains why the coordinator has to participate in every step educating residents by means of the workshop or debate with professionals. 2) The construction cost was the most debated topic, which means that the cost has to be accurately projected by the coordinator. The confidence and success of the project stems from the accurate projection and transparent management of the construction cost.

In this study, the smoke flows of the inner subway station were visualized through a numerical analysis and visualization experiment in the subway fire. A transparent acrylic model was designed and installed as 1:25th scale-down as the actual subway station by using geometrical similarity The properties of subway fire were reconstructed according to Densimetric Froude Similarity. The 47 to 53 ratio of the mixed air and Helium was inputted in the inner acrylic model to describe 1MW fire intensity with reference to the experiment paper. For the same time, the fire smoke from a smoke generator was inputted in the inner acrylic model with the mixture. At this time, the buoyancy effect of Helium gas went up the smoke to the acrylic model. When the sheet beam of Ar-lon laser was given out to the top and stair of subway model, the digital camcorder took the images of the scattered cluster of smoke particles when applying the smoke management system and PSD.
