화재 수신기용 과도현상 보호시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Transient Phenomenon Protection System Development for Fire Alarm System Control Unit)

  • 본 연구에서는 서지나 순간 과전압 등에 의한 과도현상으로부터 보호될 수 있는 높은 신뢰성의 화재수신기가 될 수 있도록 과도현상 보호시스템의 개발에 대한 연구를 수행하였고, 보호시스템의 성능을 시험으로 입증함으로써 과도현상 보호시스템을 개발할 수 있는 기틀을 마련하였다. 과도현상 보호시스템의 개발을 위한 프로세스 정립과 이론을 바탕으로 과도현상으로부터 보호될 수 있는 1단계 및 2단계 보호시스템을 개발하였고, 소방법 및 관련규정에서 제시하는 제반 성능조건으로 시험하고 만족스런 결과를 얻음으로써, 과도현상 보호시스템을 개발할 수 있는 엔지니어링 데이터 구축과 원천기술을 확립하였다.

  • The non-preiodic fluctuation of the engine torque appears to be the major source of the torsional vibration of the automotive driveline. The reduction of this torsional vibration hs become a significant problem along with the requirements of higher performance. The shuffle(tip-in, tip-out) is the transient vibration phenomenon of a vehicle which appears at the sudden change of an accelerator under traveling. By executing of an experiment and a simulation using a model, it has become possible to obtain the design parameter of a driveline for the torsional vibration. This paper presents an experimental and theoretical research on the transient vibration phenomenon of a vehicle which appears at the sudden change of an accelerator under traveling. A dynamic model for the automotive driveline was developed, and all parameters of the mmdel were evaluated with experimental data. The results are as follows: (1) The lower the gea ratio of the transmission is, the more the transient vibration phenomenon of a vehicle appears clearly. (2) The transient vibration phenomenon of a vehicle is affected by the design parmeter of the driveline.

실증시험을 통한 지중배전선로 모델링 기법 검증 연구 (Verification of Underground Distribution Line Modeling with Field Test)

  • This paper described the verification of modeling technique of underground distribution from comparison between field test and simulation. It needs more exact transient phenomenon analysis model to establish lightning protection of underground distribution line. Although, there were a lot of transient phenomenon researches, nobody could has verified the confidence of modeling from field tests in interior until now. So, simulation model verified field test is needed to analyse transient phenomenon of underground distribution system. The examination must be accomplished in many different condition before suggesting these verified analysis model. In this paper, the conditions were examined and the various data results on the different line composition was compared with the EMTP simulation, when the lightning impulse test was accomplished at underground distribution line. Also the value between field test and simulation was very closed and the method of modeling has demonstrated confidence, when the method is used to analyse domestic transient phenomenon of underground distribution.

  • In general, the electromagnetic transient phenomenon always exists in induction motor(IM) with the torque change. The control performance of IM is very worse than that of D.C motor owing to this transient phenomenon. So many studies about the elimination methods of the transient phenomenon have been making progress. Interesting methods of them are the Field acceleration method(FAM) and the method of impulse addition on the input voltage at the time point of torque change. In this paper, first, the circuit equation of IM is derived from the phase segregation method. The torque equation consisted of the stator and rotor currents is derived from the solving of the circuit equation. As we well known, the transient terms exist in this the torque equation. The method of impulse addition on the input voltage at the instance of torque change is confirmed theoretically for the elimination of the transient phenomenon. With the base on it, the author proposed a real time algorithm to eliminate the transient terms. The control system is consisted of the PI controller with the feedforward of torque change. The author could confirm that the quick stepwise responses of torque and speed can be obtained from response simulations.

  • 본 연구에서 축 방향으로 충전 된 이종 추진제를 적용 이중 추력 추진기관의 성능 예측/해석 방법을 개발하였다. 부스터로부터 서스테이너 단계로 천이될 때 계면에서 성능에 관한 과도현상이 발생하였는데, 그 과도현상의 원인과 특성을 연소시험 결과와 함께 비교하여 조사하였다. 성능과도 현상은 추진제 물성이 서로 다른 추진제 사이 형상설계뿐만 아니라, 추진제 경화 수축에 따른 제작상 오차에 의해 민감하게 발생되고 있음을 확인되었다.

중성점 비접지 UPS시스템의 부동현상에대한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study of The Floating-Phenomenon on Neutral Ungrounded UPS System)

  • In this study we investigate the background of UPS output transformer(${\Delta}-Y$) operation on neutral ungrounded system, and perform field experiment of neutral floating-phenomenon for the inter-locked securing of electric facilities and improvement of neutral floating-phenomenon. Experiment results show that a floating-phenomenon occurs when four-pole input-breaker trip and the neutral to earth voltage occurring concurrently is identified as phantom voltage. And the measures for the transient overvoltage that can occur in floating-state also are investigated. As a result, the risk elements of neutral ungrounded method as well as neutral floating-phenomenon are removed by installation of separate solidly-grounded transformer and switching four-pole input-breaker to three-pole input breaker.

  • Inside the factory buildings of aprecision industry (which produces semiconductors or TFT-LCD), thousands of vibration-sensitive precision equipments operate in the clean rooms. Various utility equipments that are installed around them for proper operation cause various sources of noise and of vibration to exist inside the clean rooms and thus deteriorate the noise and the vibration environment within. In this study, we check if the existing transient vibration phenomenon is caused by the vibrations that arise from operating the utility installed near these equipments; compare and evaluate the vibration criteria of precision equipments regarding the transient vibration phenomenon; and check the efficiency of these criteria.

  • Connecting a synchronous generator to a power system is a dynamic process, requiring the coordinated operation of many components and systems. The goal is to connect the oncoming generator to the system smoothly i.e without causing any significant bumps, surges, or power swings, by closing the ACB when the oncoming generator matches the power system in voltage magnitude, phase angle, and frequency. If oncoming generator voltage is not matched to the power system voltage, reactive power will flow either into or out of the system at the instant of ACB closure. If this voltage difference is too great, the reactive power flow may result in high transient stresses that could damage the windings of the generator. Also, if oncoming generator frequency is not matched to the power system frequency, transient power will flow between generator and power system. If the frequency difference is too great, the transient power flow is reflected into the prime mover shaft, and this may result in excessive shaft or coupling stress. This paper tries to prove the necessity of correct synchronization for ship generators through a transient phenomenon analysis.

교류발전기 병렬운전시 과도현상 해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Transient Phenomenon Analysis at the instant of Parallel Running for A.C. Generators)

  • It is common knowledge amongst electrical and marine engineers that short-circuit in electrical system may cause large mechanical torque on generator and prime mover However, it is not so widely known that the faulty synchronizing of generators may cause even higher torques than that of short-circuit. In this study, the transient phenomena related to the parallel running of synchronous generators are analyzed and the exact computer simulation method is proposed. In result, maximum transient torque and current take place in case of $120^{\circ}$ voltage angle difference between Master and Slave and that may develop higher torque than the short-circuit according to a condition of synchronizing. When synchronizing in power system using only two generators higher torque and current occur Master, but using multimachine system those occur to Slave. The short-circuit of marine generator does not happen frequently but faulty synchronizing sometimes takes place, therefore, it is necessary for designers to consider these phenomena.

  • the present study, the addresses the hysteric phenomenon of under-expanded jets with a help of a computational fluid dynamics methods. The under-expanded jets of both dry and moist air have been employed to the transient processes for the pressure ratio. It is known that under-expanded air jet produced during the process of increase in pressure ratio behaves different from the reducing process, leading to a hysteric phenomenon of under-expanded jet. It is also known that moist air jet significantly reduces the hysteric phenomenon found in the dry air jet, and that non-equilibrium condensation which occurs in the under-expanded moist air jet is responsible for these findings.
