웹 검색질의어 분석을 통한 사회·문화적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Social and Cultural Characteristics of Web Queries)

  • 본 연구에서는 인터넷 정보 검색엔진으로부터 2007년부터 2009년까지 3년 동안 인기 검색어를 주제별로 분석함으로써 이용자의 검색어들이 시간이 흐름에 따라 주제별 변화양상을 살펴보았다. 또한 2009년도 네이버에서 제공하고 있는 상위 500개의 인기 검색어를 이용자의 검색의도에 따라 정보획득형(informational), 탐색형(navigational), 트랜잭션(transactional)형태로 구분하여 특성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 시간의 흐름에 따라 이용자의 관심 주제가 다르게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 또한 이용자의 검색의도에 따라 인기 검색어를 분류한 결과 정보획득형 82%, 탐색형 10.8%, 트랜잭션형 7.2%로 나타났다. 이러한 연구는 미래의 검색엔진 또는 포털시스템에서 주제별 콘텐트를 구축하여 제공하는 정책수립에도 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다. 더 나아가서 이용자들의 사회적, 문화적 관심사를 분석함으로써 인기키워드의 주제 분석을 통해 나타난 사회 문화적 특성을 파악하는 데 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

리더십유형이 병원 조직구성원의 직무만족, 조직몰입 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Influences of Type of Leadership on Hospital Organizational Members' Job Satisfaction, Organizational commitment, and Turnover Intentions)

  • It is important how the leader leads the organizational members with leadership appropriate to environment changes as the leader has great influence on the management of hospital organization. These data were collected from the questionnaire surveyed, from February 14 through February 28, 2003, to 218 people among those in the field of doctorship, management administration, nursing, technology, medical engineering, management engineering, and general affairs, working for three hospitals under S medical foundation in Pusan. The principal findings of this research are as below : 1. Type of leadership and job satisfaction had positive correlation in terms of both transformational and transactional leadership, with former having more relation than the latter. 2. Type of leadership and organizational commitment had positive correlation in terms of intellectual stimulus and situational rewards, having little relation statistically. 3. Type of leadership and turnover intentions had negative correlation only in individual consideration, situational rewards, and exceptional management, showing that transactional leadership had more relation than transformational leadership. 4. In terms of leadership and its effect on the organizational performance and turnover intentions, transformational leadership had more correlation than transactional leadership. But transactional leadership also turned out to have effect on organizational performance. When transformational leadership used, turnover intentions were lower than when transactional leadership used. However, both transformational and transactional leadership had negative correlation to turnover intentions. 5. Effect that type of leadership according to job classification, status, age, and academic career has on organizational performance and turnover intentions was differed by those factors; especially, in the occupation of doctor, both transformational and transactional leadership had positive correlation to turnover intentions. 6. Regression analysis on the factors of organizational performance and turnover intentions showed that higher age had positive correlation to the organizational performance in terms of socio-demographical features and that the more leadership was used for charismatic and situational rewards and the less leadership was used for intellectual stimuli, the higher organizational performance was likely. In short, hospital operators and managers should examine each manager's qualification, type, and style of leadership in the hospital organization, and they must develop lasting programs for effective education and training for developing characteristics of leadership are in needed to have managers with appropriate managerial mind to respective post and status. It should be kept in mind that manager's leadership especially has great effect on members' goal-setting, goal-achievement, organizational performance, and turnover intentions as it is a decisive factor of organizational members' attitude and motivation.

농업 경영체의 CEO 리더십, 농산물 교육과정의 참여동기 및 성과 간의 관계 (Relationship among CEO's Leadership of Agricultural Management, Motivation for Participation in Agricultural Curriculum and Outcomes)

  • 본 연구는 농산물유통상품화CEO과정의 CEO 176명으로부터 회수한 설문을 활용하여 CEO 리더십이 교육과정 참여동기 및 농업 경영체 성과 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 가설 1의 농업 경영체의 리더십(카리스마, 서번트 리더십)은 교육과정의 참여동기인 목표지향에 통계적으로 유의한 관계이었다. 둘째, 가설 2의 농업 경영체의 리더십(거래적 및 서번트 리더십)은 교육과정의 참여동기인 활동지향에 통계적으로 정(+)의 관계로 나타났다. 셋째, 가설 3의 농업 경영체의 리더십은 교육의 참여동기인 학습지향에 정(+)의 관계일 것이다는 모두 기각되었다. 넷째, 가설 4의 농업 경영체 CEO의 교육과정 참여동기(목표지향)는 농업 경영체의 성과에 통계적으로 정(+)의 관계로 분석되었다. 다섯째, 가설 5의 농업 경영체의 리더십(카리스마, 서번트 리더십)은 성과에 정(+)의 관계로 확인되었다.

지도자의 리더십 유형이 체육고등학교 운동선수들의 성취목표성향에 미치는 영향 (The effect of leadership types on achievement goal orientation of the athletes in Physical Education High Schools)

  • 지도자의 리더십 유형이 체육고교 운동선수들의 성취목표성향에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 총 290명의 체육고등학교 운동선수들을 대상으로 다요인 리더십 질문지(MLQ)와 성취목표검사지(TEOSQ)가 사용되었다. 수집된 자료에 대하여 t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe 검증, 다중회기분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과가 도출되었다. 첫째, 성별에서 남학생이, 종목별에서 대인종목, 운동경력에서 2년 이하, 주전/비주전에서 주전선수 요인이 리더십을 높게 지각했다. 둘째, 성별에선 남학생, 주전/비주전에서 주전선수가 성취목표성향을 높게 인식하였다. 셋째, 자아목표성향의 선수에게 지도자의 리더십 유형의 개별적 배려, 지적자극 요인, 조건적 보상 요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 과제목표성향의 선수는 카리스마와 조건적 보상 부분에서 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 덧붙여서, 체육고등학교 선수들은 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 리더십 유형과 성취목표성향을 다르게 인식했으며, 선수의 성취목표성향에 따른 리더십 유형의 구성요인 별도로 각각 다르게 인식하는 경향성을 보였다.

  • 본 연구는 어릴 때 형성된 성격이 현실의 생활과 성장에 도움이 되지 않을 때, 이성과 감성을 통합하는 대화훈련을 통하여 자율적인 인간으로 재탄생하게 하는 프로그램을 만드는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 연구방법은 현재 자신의 성격을 5가지 자아 상태로 분석하고, 그 결과를 수정 보완하는 방법을 찾는 것이다. 연구결과는 외적으로 나타난 자아 상태를 자아 상태 활성화기법으로 보완하는 방법을 알게 하고, 내적인 부분은 교류분석(TA)변화의 궁극적 목표인 삼위일체의 변화 즉, 자각성, 자발성, 친화성의 3가지 능력의 변화를 통해 자율성을 달성하게 하는 것이다. 이는 개인의 모든 자원을 사용하여 문제점을 해결하는 능력으로 해방시키거나, 회복을 실제 행해보이게 하는 것이다.

Development of a Smart Supply-Chain Management Solution Based on Logistics Standards Utilizing Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things

  • In this study, the author introduces a supply-chain management (SCM) solution that connects suppliers, manufacturers, customers, and other companies within a transactional relationship to enable efficient inventory management and timely product supply, which ultimately maximizes corporate profits. This proposed solution exploits Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT), which provide solutions to complex management issues generated by the broader market. The goal of the current study was to develop an advanced and intelligent smart SCM solution that complies with logistics standards, to enhance the visibility, safety, and efficiency of a supply chain made up of manufacturers and suppliers. This smart SCM solution aims at maximizing corporate profits through efficient inventory management and timely supply of products, and solves the complex management problems caused by operating within a wide range of markets.

  • Business transactional process is usually long running computation which requests services from multiple enterprises. Web Services Transaction specification (WS-TX) defines a protocol, WS-BusinessActivity which is specifically designed for such lengthy interaction and maintains overall consistency through compensation. However timely web services transaction is prone to compensate due to tasks' missing deadline. Therefore, this paper proposes a reservation-based protocol which is used to select providers who can provide resources promptly and deselect ones who may fail. And this selection happens during resource reservation phase and before real commitment. In this way, we achieve the goal of minimizing transactions' compensation. Finally, we design the framework architecture for the proposed protocol that is extended from WS-BusinessActivity.

조직특성 및 개인특성이 판매원 성과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Organizational and Personal Characteristics on Salesforces' Performance)

  • 본 연구에서는 판매원성과의 결정요인을 분석하기 위해 자동차 판매원들을 대상으로 조사 를 실시하였다. 분석의 결과, 변혁적 리더십과 거래적 리더십, 시장지향성, 조직분위기 등의 조직특성변수의 일부가 판매원 성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 개인특성 변수로는 성취욕구, 내적 동기부여, 학습목표지향, 자기효능감이 양(+)의 유의적인 영향을 미 치고 외적 동기부여는 음(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 대한 관리적 시사점을 제시하고 연구의 한계와 미래 연구방향을 제시하였다.

Impact of Leadership, Empowerment, and Organizational Effectiveness on Turnover Intention for Employees of Korean Dental Clinics

  • This study inquires into employee's intent to leave in South Korean dental clinics. A systematic research was undertaken on theories of leadership types, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and empowerment, and then interaction between these variables was verified based on quantitative data by using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The findings suggest that making improvements of empowerment, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment demand individualized consideration and charisma, the components of transformational leadership. As a way to reduce turnover intention, the role of job satisfaction and organizational commitment was more influential than that of empowerment. Also, a combination of charisma of transformational leadership and contingent reward of transactional leadership turned out to be the ideal leadership type to reduce turnover intention. Lastly, the harmony of individual goal with that of organization, apparent documentation of reward system, and stress control were recommended as practical solutions to improve organizational profitability and effectiveness and to reduce turnover rate in dental clinics.

Micro Account Officer's Performance in New Era: Evidence from Banks in Indonesia

  • Professional micro account officers create top-notch state-owned bank human resources using their knowledge, attitudes, characteristics, and talents. Therefore, it is vital to undertake study to ascertain how the performance of micro account officers will impact the personality and leadership style mediated through motivation. The goal of this study is to identify the mediated role of motivation (MOT) in the relationship between micro account officers' performance (citizenship behavior/CB) and leadership styles (LS) and personalities (BFP). Data was collected from 1.510 micro account officers of banks in Indonesia using the causal survey method to determine their citizenship behavior, leadership styles, personality, and role of motivation. The data collected was analyzed by structural equation modeling (SEM), with the result that leadership style, personality, motivation, leadership style, and personality have a significant effect on motivation and citizenship behavior. The interesting findings are related to the role of leadership style, micro account officer's personality, and citizenship behavior mediated by motivation. It was determined that micro account officers' enhanced performance (CB) was assigned by taking into account how their perceived superordinate leadership style, whether transformational direction or reversely by transactional propensity, and features of micro account officer including their personality, which was affected by five factors as well would then be well mediated by motivation.
