한국의 닭고기 가격 결정 시스템 개선 (Improvement in Chicken Meat Pricing System in Korea)

  • 한국의 닭고기 가격은 관행적으로 전날 생닭 가격 시세와 운반 비용을 합한 값을 육계 수율로 나누고 여기에 도축 제비용을 합하여 계산, 이를 고시하고 이 고시된 가격이 유통 당사자들의 거래 가격을 결정하는 기준이 된다. 그런데 한국의 육계는 85% 정도가 계열화 생산으로 이루어지므로 생닭 시세는 계열 주체와는 무관한 가격이다. 이러한 여건 하에서 닭고기 유통 단계별 이해 당사자의 손익을 따져 보면 생닭 가격이 낮으면 계열 주체는 적자를 보지만, 대리점 마진은 상대적으로 높아진다. 반대로 생닭 가격이 높으면 계열 주체는 흑자를 보지만, 대리점 마진은 상대적으로 낮아진다. 생닭 가격 인상폭을 그대로 소비자 가격에 반영하지 못하기 때문이다. 결국 생닭 가격과는 관련이 없는 계열 주체가 생닭 가격 등락에 따라 그들의 손익이 좌우되는 모순을 들어낸다. 따라서 닭고기 가격은 생닭 가격과는 무관하게 닭고기 생산 원가를 기준으로 하고 여기에 적정 이윤을 붙여 공장도 가격을 결정 대리점으로 넘기는 가격 결정 시스템이 정착되어야 한다. 이를 위하여 경매 가격이 없는 닭고기 시장에서 거래에 기준이 될 만한 가격을 정하고 이를 널리 고시해야 한다. 일본에서는 일본 젠노 치킨푸드사와 같이 공공적인 특징을 가진 경영체로 하여금 시장 상황을 종합적으로 판단하여 매일 닭고기 희망 가격을 발표케 하고 이를 닭고기 거래에서 참고하도록 하고 있다. 한국도 생닭 가격을 기준하여 계산한 닭고기 가격 결정 방식을 버리고 NH사로 하여금 매일 닭고기 희망 가격을 발표케 함으로써 닭고기 거래의 기준이 되게 하는 방안을 제안한다. 물론 NH사의 닭고기 시장 점유율은 5%에 지나지 않지만 그 공공성을 인정하여야 할 것이다. NH사는 농협중앙회 자회사이기 때문이다.

  • Electronic commerce and the Internet offer unprecedented opportunities. The explosive expansion of the use of the Internet makes it possible for businesses to expand their markets and render services. Global transaction costs are easy to cut off using Internet and transaction speed is faster than before. Where cyberspace is not free from claims, Offline transaction can lead to problems and disputes the same is for cyberspace transactions. However ADR is not meet for the online transaction for speed, cost and open network system, ODR methods to resolve electronic commerce conflicts is crucial for building confidence and permitting access to justice in an online business environment. The use of the Internet and the network in dispute resolution has an impact on the types of communication implied in the relevant processes such as automated negotiation, online mediation and online arbitration and involves new technological issues such as the integrity and confidentiality of data and communication used to transmit and store data. Among the ODR systems Online Arbitration is currently binding both parties disputed and can achieve the aim of dispute award the same as the traditional arbitration. Arbitration is based on the New York Convention 1958, Arbitration Model law 1985 and national Arbitration Act that are founded on territorial area and rested on arbitration agreement, constitution of the arbitral tribunal, due process, final and binding award and enforcement of the arbitration award. To compare with this issues Online arbitration has unnecessarily legal unstability and risk. ODR is the burgeoning field and has created a new issues. All such issues which have been debated in the ADR are composed with ODR. But these are not limited Some of issues are further complicated by the nature of the online environment such as confidentiality and principle of parties. It is true that online arbitration should comply with legal provisions, but which is impossible to adhere of the law. Flexible translation and functional equivalence of legal provisions are needed for acceptance of electronic commerce disputes. Finally electronic commerce now takes place on the Internet, it is inevitable that the commercial world wants access to dispute resolution process that best suits the new commercial environment. ODR methods are processing for development and legal issues are considered by both national and international authorities. Introduction of new Conventions or amend Convention and Model law of ODR comes near.

증권업의 온라인과 오프라인간 가격수용범위 (latitude of price acceptance) 차이에 관한 연구 (The Difference in the Latitude of Price Acceptance between On- and Off-line transaction in Stock Industry)

  • 온라인 주식거래 고객은 증권사사이트 간 거래의 차별성이 적고, 전환비용(switching cost)이 낮기 때문에 거래증권사를 바꾸기 쉽다는 특징이 있다. 반면, 오프라인 주식거래 고객은 온라인 거래에 비해 영업직원의 밀착 서비스를 받기 때문에 수수료가 더 많고, 거래를 위한 시간적 비용도 더 지불해야 하기 때문에 비교적 전환비용이 높으며 이에 따른 상표 충성도도 온라인에 비해 높다. 이러한 전환비용과 충성도는 주식거래 수수료를 변경할 경우, 그 회사와 거래를 지속할 것인지 혹은 다른 회사로 이탈할 것인지에 대한 의사결정에 영향을 주게 된다. 그러면, 증권사의 수수료 수준에 따라 고객이 유지 혹은 이탈의도를 나타내는 가격탄력도는 얼마일까? 그리고, 이러한 가격탄력도가 온라인과 오프라인에서는 어떻게 달라질까? 이를 알아보기 위해 결합분석에 의한 개별 가격반응함수를 도출하고 각 가격대별 선택확률간의 차이 발생여부에 따라 현재가격에서 가격을 을리거나 내려도 증권거래량이 변화하지 않은 가격수용범위(latitude of price acceptance)를 측정하여 온라인과 오프라인에서의 차이를 비교하였다. 그 결과, 현재가격을 준거가격(reference price)으로 한 경우, 사이트의 수수료를 인상하여도 주식거래량에 유의한 차이가 나지 않는 가격수용범위가 오프라인이 온라인보다 더 넓은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 증권 사이트 간 차이가 적고, 사이트 간 전환비용이 낮은 주식온라인거래의 특성이 반영된 것으로 판단된다. 이 연구의 의의로는 학술적 측면에서 제품에 적용하고 있는 가격수용범위의 측정방법을 증권업에 상표별로 확대 제시하였다는데 공헌점이 있으며, 더나가 온라인과 오프라인이라는 매체 육성에 따라 가격수용범위의 길이가 차이가 있음을 실증분석하는 결과를 제시하였다. 실무측면에서는 마케터 자신의 증권사이트에 해당하는 상표별 가격수용범위를 확인하고 이 범위 안에서 가격인상만으로도 이익을 향유할 수 있는 기회를 제공하였다.

인터넷 뱅킹에서 오프라인 신뢰와 온라인 거래의 관계 (The Relationship between Offline Trust and Online Transaction in Internet Banking)

  • Owing to the rapid growth of using the Internet, not only click-and-mortar companies but also brick-and-mortar ones have been expanding their distribution channels into online, Moreover, since online channels are more attractive than offline ones in control and maintenance, switching customers into online ones is emerged as one of very important managerial issues in a view of reduction of cost as well as expansion of services. However, the switched customers should be faced by uncertainties which could not have been experienced in offline. Specifically, in online channels, buyers and sellers are separated temporally and spacially and there are always so many kinds of threat for security as well as not enough systems and conventions for them yet. Therefore, trust has been considered as one of the most critical mechanisms for resolution of such uncertainties in online transactions. However, it is not easy to build and maintain the relationships in online since most of them are virtual and indirect generally. Therefore, in order to switch offline customers into online ones, it is very important to make strategies based on identification of the relationship between online transaction and offline trust which has been built in offline business. Generally offline trust, which has been built independent of online, could not include trust for online-dependent activities such as payment security during or after transactions, while most of online trust include it. Therefore, a customer with high offline trust does not always perceive high security and assure safe transactions. Accordingly, while online trust, where technical capabilities for online security is one of main bases, includes control trust implicitly or explicitly, offline trust does not. However. in spite of such clear discrimination and independence between offline trust and perceived security, there can be the significant dependency between these two beliefs. The customers with high offline trust believe that the company would do some activities for online security for customers' safe transactions since it has been believed of doing well for customers' trust. Theoretically, users' perception of security is interpreted as a kind of control trus, which is trust for company's technical control capacities in order to resolve technical uncertainties in online. Therefore, the relationship between two beliefs can be considered as transference from offline trust to another type trust. that is, control trust. The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of offline trust on online transaction uses mediated by perceived security. For this purpose, we suggest a research model based on technology acceptance model (TAM). Reuse intention is adopted as a dependent variable and TAM is modified by adding perceived risk (PR) as well as two beliefs of using Internet banking, perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU). Moreover, perceive security (PS) is adopted as an external variable for PR and PU, while offline trust (OT) is an antecedent of PS. For an empirical test, sampling from 108 visitors to the banks in Daegu, Korea, we analyze our model by partial least square (PLS) approach. In result, our model is shown to explain 51.4% of the variance in reuse intention and all hypothesis are supported statistically. A theoretical implication of this study is to identify a role of PS between offline trust and reuse intention of using online transaction services. According to our result, PS can be considered as a mediation variable for bridging between two different concepts: trust that explains social aspects of customers and companies, and TAM that explains customers' reuse intention.

디지털 도서관에서 전자상거래 트랜잭션을 위한 메타데이타 관리 기법 (Metadata Management for E-Commerce Transactions in Digital Library)

  • Dublin Core같은 기존의 정적인 메타데이타 집합은 서지 정보 중심의 정적인 데이터 요소를 가지므로 새로운 환경에 적용하기 위해서는 다양한 메타데이타를 위한 메타데이타 간의 통합, 웹 환경에서의 메타데이타의 표준화 문제 및 확장성 문제들이 고려되어야 한다. 특히, 디지털 라이브러리에서 전자상거래의 개념을 포함하며 서로간의 상호운영성을 위해 이벤트중심의 메타데이타 기록 방식이 등장함에 따라 기존 관리법으로는 갱신 연산간의 차별화가 이루어지지 않아 부적절한 갱신 연산 지연이 발생하므로 이에 대한 고려 역시 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 우선 디지털 라이브러리 환경에서 완화된 트랜잭션 일관성의 적용여부를 보이며, 새로운 방식의 메타데이타 요소를 사용자 질의 트랜잭션의 판독연산에 관련있는 정적 메타데이타 요소와 전자상거래 트랜잭션의 갱신연산과 관련있는 동적 메타데이타 요소로 구분한다. 구분된 메타데이타 요소에 따라, 관련 트랜잭션들을 재분류함으로써 전자상거래 요소와 동적 갱신(전자상거래) 트랜잭선을 고려한 새로운 메타데이타 관리기법을 제안한다. 최소의 유지비용으로 갱신을 고려하는 2버전과 동적 갱신 연산 충돌의 최소화를 위한 ARU(Appended Refresh Unit)를 사용함으로써 기록연산 간의 충돌을 최소화해 빠른 응답시간과 높은 최근성 비율을 보이게 된다. 성능분석을 통해, 새로운 메타데이타 환경하에서 제안한 알고리즘이 기존의 알고리즘에 비해 좋은 성능을 가짐을 보인다.

한국 RE100 제도에서 녹색프리미엄의 특성 및 한계 (Characteristics and Limitations of Green Premium in the Korean RE100 System)

  • The green premium is the most important feature of Korea's RE100 system. Green premium has three characteristics. The first, the cost of implementation is lower than that of other means of implementation. The second, it is linked with the RPS system to keep the means of implementing the green premium low. Third, the funds raised by the green premium are used to supply renewable energy to compensate for the additionality that the green premium does not have. When the entire industrial sector's electricity consumption is converted to renewable energy, the implementation cost of the green premium is estimated to be 3,377.4 billion won, and the REC purchase is estimated to incur the implementation cost of 6,576.4 billion won, which is 3.5 trillion more than the green premium. It was analyzed that an additional implementation cost of KRW 100 million would occur. In addition, in the case of solar PPA, it was analyzed that additional implementation costs of KRW 13,375.7 billion to KRW 16,162.3 billion were incurred. It was estimated that the renewable energy that could be supplied to the green premium would at least be sufficient for companies exporting to the US and EU. In addition, it was analyzed that when the fund created as a green premium is used for renewable energy supply, about 30.7% of the renewable energy supply through PPA can be supplied. However, as ESG is emphasized, green premium can be criticized by green washing because there is no additionality. There is also a limit to responding to the EU's CBAM. Therefore, companies can use the green premium depending on the situation, but it is more advantageous to use PPA, etc. The government needs to sufficiently maintain the supply of renewable energy using the fund to maintain the green premium.

A Recovery Technique Using Client-based Logging in Client/Server Environment

  • The existing recovery technique using the logging technique in the client/sewer database system only administers the log as a whole in a server. This contains the logging record transmission cost on the transaction that is executed in each client potentially and increases network traffic. In this paper, the logging technique for redo-only log is suggested, which removes the redundant before-image and supports the client-based logging to eliminate the transmission cost of the logging record. Also, in case of a client crash, redo recovery through a backward client analysis log is performed in a self-recovering way. In case of a server crash, the after-image of the pages which needs recovery through simultaneous backward analysis log is only transmitted and redo recovery is done through the received after-image and backward analysis log. Also, we select the comparing model to estimate the performance about the proposed recovery technique. And we analyzed the redo and recovery time about the change of the number of client and the rate of updating operation.

회계정보시스템 아웃소싱의 결정요인과 성공요인에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Determinant Factors and Success Factors of Accounting Information Systems Outsourcing)

  • Faced with tougher competition in global, organizations are pressured to improve organizational productivity, including information systems(IS) departments. Especially related to IS, trying to remain competitive and up-to-date in rapidly changing world is becoming a financial burden to many organizations. Through outsourcing, organizations can provide better services and acquire and maintain a competitive advantage. In recent years IS outsourcing related researches have appeared in trade and academic literature. However the research on accounting information systems(AIS) outsourcing is very little or limited. This study attempts to empirically test the relationship between determinant factors and the degree of accounting information systems outsourcing as well as the relationship between success factors and the interactions between the degree of accounting information systems outsourcing and outsourcing success. Based on the previous studies on IS outsourcing and its related theories, determinant factors(transaction characteristic, resource performance, and risk dependence) and success factors(monitor, participation, and vendor capability) were identified and their measures were developed. Empirical results demonstrate that the change in the degree of AIS outsourcing is determined by the specificity of accounting information asset, uncertainty, the effect of internal AIS, AIS cost-effectiveness, and cost increase risks, and that monitor and vendor capability are implementation factors determining the degree of outsourcing success.

Technological Innovation and Multiple- and Single-Sourcing Policies In the Automobile Parts Trade

  • The single sourcing policy, in which an automobile manufacturer purchases identical or similar parts from one supplier, has an advantage of scale economy. Meanwhile, multiple sourcing policy, which allows procuring similar parts from multiple suppliers, has benefits of dispersing risks and promoting competition among suppliers. This paper analyzes the procurement policies by presenting a model of the Japanese automobile parts trade. It concludes that maturity of technology involved should be taken into account besides above-mentioned factors which have traditionally been recognized. For parts produced using evolving technologies, the single sourcing enhances purchaser’s benefits because of the scale economy in learning process. In the meantime, multiple sourcing is more beneficial to the purchaser if the parts are based on mature technologies. In either policy, if the technology involved is evolving, motivating suppliers by returning a great part of cost reduction as a reward to them may eventually increase profit for the purchaser. The conclusion supports the situation where the number of suppliers is being cut down as the trend of modularization and system deliveries of parts progresses in the auto parts industry, and suggests that returning part of benefits to parts suppliers may be encouraged from the viewpoint of auto manufacturers’ own interest.

  • This paper presents a game theoretic approach for power transactions analysis in a competitive market. The considered competitive power market is regarded as PooICo model, and the participating players are restricted by only two generating entities for simplicity in this paper. The analysis is performed on the basis of marginal cost based relations of bidding price and bidding generations. That is, we assume that the bidding price of each player is determined by the marginal cost when the bidding generation is pre-determined. This paper models the power transaction as a two player game and analyzes by applying the Nash eauilibrium idea. The generalized game model for power transactions covering constant-sum(especially zero-sum), and nonconstant-sum game is developed in this paper. Also, the analysis for each game model are performed in the case studies. Here, we have defined the payoff of each player as the weighted sum of both player's profits.
