4차산업직종 공공직업교육훈련에서의 플립러닝 적용사례 연구 (A Case Study of Flipped Learning Application of Public Vocational Education and Training on the 4th Industry Occupation)

  • 본 연구는 4차산업직종 교육훈련방식 변화 요구에 맞춰 플립러닝 운영사례를 적용해봄으로써 직업교육훈련방식의 변화가능성과 교수학습 지원의 시사점을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 공공직업교육기관인 P대학 융합기술교육원 임베디드 시스템과, 대졸자 대상 직업교육훈련과정 중 총 2개의 학습모듈에 플립러닝 전략을 적용하여 시범운영 수업을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 플립러닝 적용에 대한 학습만족도는 평균 4.0, 수업추천 의향은 평균 4.2로 나타났으며, 기존 강의식수업과 비교했을 때, 교육훈련생 56.1%가 플립러닝 수업에서 몰입도가 더 높았고, 교육훈련생 36.9%가 학습 에너지는 더 소모된다고 응답하였다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 4차산업직종 교육훈련방식 적용을 위한 사전학습 참여에 대한 제도의 필요성, 플립러닝 지원을 위한 교수학습 역량강화 방안을 제안하였다.

Proposals for the New Maritime Education System in Asian Countries

  • The maritime education and training is executed in Asian countries according to The International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watch keeping for Seafarers(STCW). However, mainly basic training and education takes in maritime universities, because this convention is minimum requirements to become junior mariner. So, until now researches have not developed to the stage of discussing how maritime universities of advanced shipping countries should pursue the direction of education in the new eras. Korea and Japan as the leading shipping countries in Asia, need to take initiatives in building a new education system in order to foster the next generation maritime expert. To enhance the professional abilities of maritime technologists in the new era, element design of science and technology relating to maritime issues and a new education system based on an amalgamation of maritime education and scientific and technological education were discussed.

가정과 수업에의 적용 가능성 탐색을 위한 부모자녀간 의사소통훈련 프로그램의 효과분석 (Analysis of the Effect of Training Program for Parent-Adolescent Communication Applied to Home Economics Classes, and the Possibility to Implement the Program)

  • The Purpose of this research was to introduce communication training program for positive parent-adolescent relation into home economics education curriculum. The research applied the program named "Making the desirable world 2" which was revised by K.E.T.I(Korea Effectiveness Training Institute). This program was given two hours a week during 8 weeks. The subject of this study was 24 students, divided into two groups, the experimental and the control group. This research supposed that parent-adolescent communication and self-esteem in the experimental group would significantly increase by group training program. The results of this research are as follows. First, parent-adolescent communication in the experimental group was significantly increased by the group training program. Second, self-esteem in the experimental group was significantly increased by the group training program. For home economics education as a practical subject matter, promoting qualitative maturity of students' family life, this study aimed both at enhancing communication for positive relation of parent-adolescent by group training and implementing home economics education curriculum practically.

가상현실기반 훈련 콘텐츠에서 발달장애인의 시각적 주의집중도 분석 (Analysis of Visual Attention of Students with Developmental Disabilities in Virtual Reality Based Training Contents)

  • In the era of 'Untact', virtual reality-based job training platforms are actively being used as part of non-face-to-face education for students with developmental disabilities. Because the people with developmental disabilities may lack sufficient cognitive abilities, it is difficult to conduct untact training seamlessly without the help of a third party. Therefore, it is necessary for training programs to identify the right timing to provide help so that the training can be continued. This research analyzed the visual attention of students with developmental disabilities in virtual reality-based job training program in order to determine the point of time when an intervention is required by the trainee. Results showed that students who completed the mission tended to have intense visual attention on a small number of objects for a certain period of time; the visual attention of the students who failed tended to shift erratically among multiple objects.

의료관광교육 서비스품질이 교육만족도 및 교육훈련전이에 미치는 영향: 조직특성 및 국가관계의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Medical Tourism Education Service Quality on Education Satisfaction and Transfer of Education Training: Focusing on the Moderating Roles of Organizational Characteristics and National Relations)

  • The medical tourism industry, a convergence of medical services and tourism, has been getting more and more popularity as a new value-added industry in the 21st century. Accordingly, the number of professional workers within this industry has been increasing, and the role of educational institutions to cultivate well-equipped human resources has also become critical. However, compared to practically activated medical tourism-related education programs, studies investigating the effectiveness of these education programs are relatively rare. Therefore, this study attempts to examine the effect of five dimensions of medical tourism education service quality (i.e., tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on learners' education satisfaction and transfer of education training. In addition, the moderating roles of national relations as well as organizational characteristics (i.e., transfer climate and support of supervisors and colleagues) in the relationship between education satisfaction and transfer of education training are further verified. The results of the structural equation model (SEM) using 151 samples from respondents with experience in completing medical tourism education programs reveal that tangibles, reliability, and assurance are found to have a significant impact on education satisfaction, which in turn leads to a high level of transfer of education training. Moreover, it is found that national relations and support of supervisors and colleagues play a moderating role. This study would provide guidelines for improving the efficiency of educational institutions, creating outcomes for learners' affiliated firms (e.g., hospitals), and promoting medical tourism at the national level from the perspective of medical tourism education.

가상훈련 콘텐츠를 사용한 온라인 교육의 사례 연구 (Case Study of Online Education Using Virtual Training Content)

  • 최근에는 가상현실 기술의 급격한 발전으로 인해 현실세계에서 직접 경험하지 못하는 상황을 실감적으로 체험하는 것에 대한 요구가 더욱 증대하고 있다. 특히 고위험, 고비용의 산업훈련을 대체하는 장비실습에 대한 체험형 가상훈련 콘텐츠 요구가 증대되고 있다. 그러나 가상훈련 교육은 일반적인 기술교육과정과는 그 목적이나 효과가 다르기 때문에 가상훈련 콘텐츠로 하나의 연수 과정을 대체하는 것이 아니라 교보재로 일부 활용하거나 이러닝 콘텐츠와 결합하여 이용하면 더욱 효과적이라는 것이 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학의 온라인평생교육원에서 이러닝 콘텐츠와 결합된 방식으로 2017년에 개발된 장비실습형 가상훈련 콘텐츠인 전기유압 서보제어 과정 및 유사한 과정에 대해 효과적 활용을 위한 개발 방법을 탐색하고 교수학습 전략을 수립하기 위하여 가상훈련 콘텐츠를 사용한 수업사례를 실제로 개발 운영해 보고 해당 수업에서 적용한 교수 학습 전략들이 학생들에게 미치는 영향과 교육적 유용성을 설문 및 사례연구를 통해 조사한다.

정부의 디지털 신기술 분야 직업훈련 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Vocational Training Program in Digital New Technology of Government)

  • 본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명 대응 디지털 신기술 직업훈련의 대표적인 정부사업인 K-디지털 트레이닝 사업을 분석하고 개선안을 제시하였다. K-디지털 트레이닝 사업은 시행 후 3년만에 훈련 운영기관은 7.1배, 훈련과정 프로그램은 8.5배 증가하는 등 급격히 확대되고 있으나 교육훈련 프로그램이 수도권에 집중되는 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 공유훈련모델을 제시한다. 이 모델은 지역의 열악한 인적 물적 자원을 최대한 활용하여, 체계적 구성과 운영으로 디지털 신기술에 대응하고 교육훈련의 내실화와 신뢰성을 높이는 방안이다. 지역별로 디지털 신기술 관련 강사, 교육훈련 콘텐츠, 교육훈련 인프라 등 여러 훈련기관별로 흩어져 있는 자원을 공동 활용하는 컨소시엄 형태의 공유 협력 모델을 구축함으로써, 급격히 발전하는 디지털 신기술 교육훈련의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 교육훈련 인증평가 제도를 도입하는 것을 주요 내용으로 한다.

교통안전교육 전 . 후의 지식, 태도 및 실천에 관한 비교 연구 -초등학교 4학년 학생을 대상으로- (A Comparative Study of knowledge, attitude, and practice by Before-after trafffic safety education : focusing on the 4th grade student in elementary school)

  • Increase of automobiles become today's environmental problem decreasing space for our children's playground. The traffic situation around us shows automobiles over filled the public roads and started to intrude even on the side walks. Children's traffic safety education for the awareness of the danger from traffic mishaps, and for the behavior to cope with preventives measure by continual learning programs in systematized method is very important need in current health education. For this research, the subject was represented by 243 students from 4th grade in D Elementary School located at Daechi-dong, Seoul. During total of 5 weeks (September 4, 1997 to September 30, 1997), lessons were taught to the subject. Lessons consist of traffic safety education and customized education program that were designed and developed specificially for the subject level. In this research, Case group of 3 classes and control group of 3classes were predetermined before subject's degree of knowledge, attitude, and practice was analized. The difference before and after the training of this education was observed to verify the effectively and to find the influential factors of this education program. On September 2-3, survey study was performed after the training. the results of this study were as follows: 1. The knowledge analysis from the comparison between before and after of the training shows case group and control group scored(8.36, 8.86) before the traning, but scored(10.36, 8.52) after the traning. the difference from the result of the case group is statistically significant(p〈0.001). 2. The attitude analysis from the comparison between before and after of the training shows case group and control group scored(48.23, 49.87) before the training, but scored (51.05, 48.45) after the traning. the difference from the result of the case group is statistically significant(p〈0.001) 3. The practice analysis from the comparison between before and after of the training shows case group and control group scored (27.42, 28.08) before the training, but scored(30.49, 28.25) after the training. The differece from the result of the case group is statistically significant (p〈0.001). 4. The correlation analysis of traffic safety education's influence on traffic safety knowledge, attitude, and practice before training shows the relationship between attitude and practice was satistically significant(p〈0.05). The result after the training shows the relationship between knowledge and attitude, attitude and practice, and knowledge and practice was all statistically significant(p〈0.001).

Structural Components Of The Digital Competence Of The Master Of Production Training Of The Agricultural Profile

  • With the rapid development and introduction of digital technologies, both everyday human life and technological processes of any production are changing, which stimulates the transformation of the economy and education. Digital technologies are not only a tool, but also a living environment of modern human, which opens up new opportunities: learning at any convenient time, continuing education, the ability to form individual educational learning trajectories and more. However, the digital environment requires teachers to take a modern approach to the organization of the educational process, the formation of new skills and abilities to work in the digital educational environment. As a result of the study, it was found that the system of vocational education should provide training for masters of industrial training who have a high level of digital competence. The purpose of the article is to single out, theoretically substantiate and determine the level of formation of structural components of digital competence of future masters of agricultural training. The structure of digital competence of agricultural master was analyzed on the basis of domestic and foreign scientists researches. Systematized research results indicate that digital competence consists of four components: motivational-value (combination of internal and external motives for the use of digital technologies in future professional activities), cognitive (a set of theoretical knowledge, skills and abilities of future master of industrial training to effectively build educational process with the use of digital technologies), activity-professional (expansion and deepening of knowledge, skills, necessary skills for effective implementation of digital technologies in the educational process) and evaluative-reflexive (ability to analyze and self-analyze own activities and its results taking into account professional characteristics, self-realization in professional activities through the use of digital technologies). These components are comparable with the indicators that describe the knowledge, skills and abilities needed by the future master of industrial training to organize the modern educational process. A questionnaire was conducted to determine the levels of this competence formation, which allows us to conclude that it is necessary to increase the level of formation of all components of digital competence of future masters of industrial training in agriculture. The results of the study can be used as a basis for the development of disciplines that form the special competencies of masters of industrial training in agriculture and programs of advanced training of teachers.

직업능력개발훈련 교·강사의 자격연계형 마이크로 크리덴셜 적용 방안 (A Study on the Application of Micro-Credentials for Vocational Competency Development Training Teachers and Instructors)

  • 본 연구는 직업능력개발훈련 교·강사의 보수교육과정을 살펴보고, 마이크로 크리덴셜을 적용하기 위한 방안을 살펴보기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 K대학교 능력교육개발원의 직업능력개발훈련 교·강사의 보수교육과정 현황, 마이크로 크리덴셜의 특징, 보수교육과정과 마이크로 크리덴셜의 연계가능성을 살펴보고, 스타훈련교사의 인터뷰를 실시하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 디지털 인증서에 대한 인식은 훈련과정 이수시 디지털 인증서인 디지털 크레딧, 디지털 뱃지 발급과 보수교육의 공인된 자격과정에 대한 인식은 대부분 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었다. 또한, 보수교육의 마이크로 크리덴셜 적용방안으로 다양한 사례로 보수교육보다 혜택을 주는 방안, 보수교육의 체계화, 자격과정의 체계화 및 등급화, 자격과정의 학점화 등을 제안하였다. 둘째, 마이크로 크리덴셜을 적용한 보수교육 활용성 제고를 위한 제도적 보완장치로 NCS기반 전공 보수교육 확대 필요성, 효율적인 학습콘텐츠와 학습방법 제공, 최소 이수시간 설정 등을 언급하였다. 그리고, 직업능력개발훈련 교·강사의 이해도 제고방안으로 가장 많이 응답한 내용은 마이크로 크리덴셜 홍보방안이었다. 셋째, 보수교육기관과 직업능력개발훈련 교·강사의 역할에서 보수교육기관은 교육품질 유지에 대해 가장 많이 언급하고 있으며, 직업능력개발훈련 교·강사의 역할로 가장 많이 응답한 내용은 적극적 참여였다. 본 연구로 직업능력개발훈련 교·강사의 보수교육과정과 마이크로 크리덴셜 간의 자격연계로 전문성 제고와 실무역량 이력 포트폴리오를 실질적으로 제공할 수 있는 직업훈련 환경구축을 기대한다.
