게임프로그래밍 수업을 위한 플립드 러닝 환경에서 피어튜터링에 관한 연구 (A Study on Developing TGF(Tutoring Game in Flipped Learning) for Game Programming Course)

  • 본 논문은 학습자가 효과적인 게임프로그래밍을 학습하도록 피어튜터모형(TGF: Tutoring Game program in Flipped learning)을 설계하고, 수업에 적용한 학습경험을 교수와 피어튜터 및 학습자의 관점에서 제시하고, 학습 성과를 설문조사를 통해 분석하여 플립드 러닝 환경에서의 TGF가 전통적인 수업방식에 비해 게임프로그래밍 수업에서 학습목표를 달성하는데 더욱 효과적임을 보였다.

  • 일상생활을 살아나가면서 발생하는 안전사고 중에 어린이에게 가장 위협적인 사고는 보행 중 발생하는 교통사고이다. 사고발생 후의 대책이나 처리보다 사고를 미연에 방지하기 위해 어린이 스스로 몸을 유지할 수 있는 안전에 대한 바른 습관 및 태도를 형성시켜주는 교통안전 교육이 강조되야 한다. 본 논문에서는 기능성게임으로서 교통안전교육을 가장 효율적으로 학습할 수 있는 방안의 하나로 어린이의 몸을 활용해 교통안전 준수체험 교육훈련을 할 수 있는 체감형 교통안전교육게임을 설계해보고 3차원 동작인식기술을 다양한 기능성게임에 적용할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다.

  • 뉴로피드백(Neuro feedback)은 자신의 뇌 상태를 파악하고, 뇌 상태를 의도적으로 변화시킬 수 있다는 기술로, 주의력 결핍 및 과잉 행동 장애를 겪는 사람에게 그 필요성이 대두됨에도 불구하고, 기존의 뉴로피드백 훈련은 정적인 상태를 장시간 유지하며 흥미를 주지 못하는 문제가 있었다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 집중력 강화를 위하여 뉴로피드백과 건-슈팅 게임을 결합하는 뉴로피드백 게임을 제안 및 구현하였다. 뇌파 측정 시스템, 게임제어기 그리고 게임소프트의 설계로 뉴로피드백 게임이 구현되었으며, 본 연구로 주의력 결핍 및 과잉 행동 장애를 겪는 사람에게 뉴로피드백 훈련이 유용하게 사용되기를 기대한다.

  • 기능성 게임은 게임적 요소인 재미에 교육과 훈련, 치료 등의 특별한 목적을 부가하여 개발한 게임을 말한다. 최근 국내외 기능성 게임 시장은 급성장하고 있으며, 차세대 플랫폼으로 떠오르고 있는 스마트폰의 보급으로 인해 기능성 게임 시장은 더욱 다양한 목적과 사용자를 대상으로 확대될 것으로 예견된다. 본 연구에서는 스마트폰을 이용하여 일반인의 기억력 향상을 위한 기능성 게임 'QUICK REMEMBER 20'을 설계 및 구현하고, 게임 이용자에 대한 사회통계학적 분류에 따른 분석과 게임의 학습 효과에 대한 분석 연구를 수행하였다.

Quick and easy game bot detection based on action time interval estimation

  • Game bots are illegal programs that facilitate account growth and goods acquisition through continuous and automatic play. Early detection is required to minimize the damage caused by evolving game bots. In this study, we propose a game bot detection method based on action time intervals (ATIs). We observe the actions of the bots in a game and identify the most frequently occurring actions. We extract the frequency, ATI average, and ATI standard deviation for each identified action, which is to used as machine learning features. Furthermore, we measure the performance using actual logs of the Aion game to verify the validity of the proposed method. The accuracy and precision of the proposed method are 97% and 100%, respectively. Results show that the game bots can be detected early because the proposed method performs well using only data from a single day, which shows similar performance with those proposed in a previous study using the same dataset. The detection performance of the model is maintained even after 2 months of training without any revision process.

가상현실 체험형 운동과 요부안정화운동에 따른 뇌졸중환자의 낙상관련 신체·심리적 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis of Fall-Related Physicopsychological according to Virtual Exercise and Lumbar Stabilization Exercise in the Patient with Stroke)

  • 이 연구는 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 낙상예방을 위하여 가상현실 체험형 게임 운동(Nintendo-Wii Sport-NWS)과 요부안정화 운동을 실시하고 낙상관련 신체 심리 기능 변화를 측정하였다. 뇌졸중환자 30명을 대상으로 신체적 기능은 정적, 동적균형으로 측정하였고 심리적기능은 낙상효능감을 측정하여 운동 전과 운동 후, 각 운동군간을 비교분석하였다. 정적균형은 BBS, FRT, 동적균형은 TUG, 10m 보행검사, 낙상효능감은 낙상 효능감 지수로 측정되었다. 그 결과 두군 모두 신체 심리적기능에서 유의한 개선을 나타내었다. 그러나 BBS, FRT, 10m보행에서 요부안정화 운동군이 더 통계적으로 개선된 것으로 나타났으며 낙상효능감은 가상현실 체험형 게임 운동 군에서 더욱 개선된 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 가상현실 체험형 게임운동은 뇌졸중환자의 신체 심리적 기능 증진에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다.

배가로근 수축을 강조한 체간 안정화 훈련이 양궁선수들의 정적 균형 및 경기기록에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Trunk Stabilization Training Emphasizing Transverse Abdominis Contraction on Static Balance and Game Records for Archers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of trunk stability training on static balance and game records among archers. Methods: The subjects comprised 24 voluntary archers in middle and high school (aged 14-19 years). All the subjects received trunk stability training for an hour per day 3 days a week for 4 weeks. The Tetrax balance system was used to measure the stability index of the subjects' static balance. The subjects' game records were scored using a single FITA round system. All the subjects were measured before the intervention, 2 weeks into the intervention, and 4 weeks after the intervention, with a follow-up measurement 2 weeks later. Results: The results of this study showed that the stability index was significantly different across all the measuring positions after the intervention (p<0.05). Furthermore, the results of the measurements of the standing position with eyes open and closed were significantly different before the intervention compared to 4 weeks after the intervention (p<0.05). The archery position with the head turned to the left and eyes closed was also significantly different pre-intervention compared to 2 weeks after the start of the intervention (p<0.05). Additionally, the archery records were significantly different after the intervention (p<0.05), as well as before the intervention and 4 weeks after the intervention (p<0.05). Conclusion: Trunk stability training can improve static balance in archers. It may also be helpful in improving athletic performance and maintaining the life of the athlete. Accordingly, trunk stability training may prevent and resolve injuries through careful management when playing one-side sports.

게임기반 체중지지 균형훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 단계별 일어서고 앉기 동작과 기능적 일어서기 수행력에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Game-Based Weight Bearing Balance Training on Phase Sit to Stand to Sit and Functional Standing Performance Stroke Patients)

  • Purpose : This research intends to identify the effects of game-based weight bearing exercises on balance, muscular activation, sit to stand to sit motions of stroke patients. Method : 30 patients who were diagnosed as hemiplegia by stroke less in than a year were sampled and they were classified into two group, one of which was game-based weight bearing balance exercise group, and the other was functional weight bearing exercise group. 15 people were randomly selected for each group. Each exercise was coordinated by this research for 8 weeks, 5 days a week. 3D motion analyzer was used to measure the sit to stand to sit motions and a stopwatch was used to measure the time for stand-up motions for 5 times. Result : In terms of analyzing sit to stand to sit motions by phases, game-based weight bearing balance exercise group showed significant reduction compared to functional weight-bearing exercise group in phase I, II, III, IV and total time. In terms of functional stand-up performance analysis, game-based weight bearing balance exercise group showed significant reduction compared to functional weight-bearing exercise group in 5 times stand-up examination. Conclusion : It was verified that game-based weight bearing balance exercise had positive impact on function recovery of stroke patients by enhancing sit to stand to sit capabilities. It is considered that game-based exercise was an effective intermediary for functional improvement of stroke patients, while also inducing consistent and voluntary participation by causing interest and motivation.

비디오 게임을 이용한 재활운동이 뇌졸중 편마비 환자의 상지 관절가동 범위와 통증, 스트레스에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Rehabilitation Training Using Video Game on Improvement Range of Motion for Upper-Extremity, Shoulder Pain and Stress in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia)

  • Purpose: This study was to evaluate the effects of rehabilitation training using video game on improvement range of motion for upper -extremity, shoulder pain and stress in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods: The study utilized nonequivalent control group non-synchronized design. Participants are sampled from a group of people who are hospitalized in rehabilitation medicine ward at 'K' university hospital in 'S' city from January 1st 2011 to October 31th. Each 28members of control group and experimental group, total 56members were participated. One task is for 10minutes, and the video game for total 30minutes performed 5 times a week, for 3weeks. Data were analyzed by SPSS WIN 17.0. Results: The range of motion for upper-extremity in experimental group was significantly different from that in control group(shoulder flexion t=7.70, $p$ <.001, extension t=7.80, p<.001, abduction t=6.95, $p$ <.001, elbow flexion t=6.47, $p$ <.001). The shoulder pain score in experimental group was significantly different from that in control group(t=-14.58, $p$ <.001). The level of stress in experimental group was significantly different from that in control group(t=-4.89, $p$ <.001). Conclusion: The result proved that rehabilitation training using video game was an effective stroke patients to increase in range of motion for upper-extremity and decrease in the shoulder pain, stress.

불안정판을 이용한 평형감각 훈련시스템 개발 (Development of the Training System for Equilibrium Sense Using the Unstable Platform)

  • In this paper, we propose a new training system for the improvement of equilibrium sense using unstable platform. The equilibrium sense, which provides orientation with respect to gravity, is important to integrate the vision, somatosensory and vestibular function to maintain the equilibrium sense of the human body. In order to improve the equilibrium sense, we developed the software program such as a block game, pingpong game using Visual C++. These training system for the equilibrium sense consists of unstable platform, computer interface and software program. The unstable platform was a simple structure of elliptical-type which included tilt sensor, wireless RF module and the device of power supply. To evaluate the effect of balance training, we measured and evaluated the parameters as the moving time to the target, duration to maintain cursor in the target of screen and the error between sine curve and acquired data. As a results, the moving time to the target and duration to maintain cursor in the target was improved through the repeating training of equilibrium sense. It was concluded that this system was reliable in the evaluation of equilibrium sense. This system might be applied to clinical use as an effective balance training system.
