  • E-Learning, a technology-based learning process is the obtaining of knowledge from the basis of IT technology. The development of e-Learning requires corporate educational staff as well as HR staff, who manage e-learning, to drastically change their roles. The main reason for this is that the properly adapted and highly experienced education and training abilities of HR staff could accelerate the adoption and usage of e-Learning but they need to clearly select and define an appropriate curriculum from among the extensive mass-customized content with an e-learning basis. Here the research has analyzed the influence of the introduction and usage of e-Learning in hotels on HR staff and their roles from the viewpoint of hermeneutic phenomenology.

  • Korea's e-government is the world best system and the open government data field is also ranking number 1 by UN evaluation. Therefore Korea's ICT level is ranking number 1 in the world especially in ICT (Information Communication Technology). However, in terms of national ICT capabilities, national ICT competency education is tend to perform by the simple list of courses rather than detail definition of the specific skills or training. In this paper, we define the national ICT capabilities through research and analysis of the national ICT competency model and define the relevant curriculum. This is very important to develop national ICT competency as well as ICT technologies because other countries will develop their information by learning from Korea's ICT and e-government as a model. Therefore, we firstly study about the national ICT competency model and will be drawn from the courses required for national ICT competency model.

But in the middle and high schools, if 2009 revision curriculum has to be enforce, the education of information knowledge and literacy is expected to leave the education undone at schools. Therefore the ability of leaners must develop through teaching in all subjects, and so the ability of teachers in the class is very important. Data were collected from 137 nursing students by means of self reported questionnaires about professional self-concept, academic self-efficacy, and major satisfaction from October 19 to 23, 2017. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. There were significant correlations among professional self-concept, academic self-efficacy, and major satisfaction. Predictor that has an effect on major satisfaction was professional self-concept among nursing students. This factor explains thirty-six percentile of total variances of major satisfaction. This study suggests that professional self-concept is positively influenced on major satisfaction. To enhance major satisfaction for nursing students, it is necessary to develop specific course or training program in curriculum for increasing professional self-concept.

  • Most of the games developed or marketed in the Chinese game market are developed and serviced in foreign countries or are produced in Korea (China) and marketed as services of foreign game companies. If China wants to become the world's game development powerhouse, I think that professional education in multiple methods is the top priority. In particular, I think that a specialized game design department is necessary at a university in China. In this paper, we investigate the game design departments of universities in the United States and the game development powers in South Korea and the Korean game development powers to analyze the educational system of the game design department. Through comparative analysis, a Chinese university finds the necessary elements when establishing a new game design department, and trains advanced game developers in the game field at the Chinese Department of Digital Media Arts. If this study is helpful to the game education in China, it will be studied in the future for the master's program and the doctoral program.
