첨단 정보통신 기술이 발전과 더불어 관광객이 이용하는 모바일서비스 패턴은 매우 다양하게 변화되고 있으며, 향후 그 패턴이 모바일시장에서의 변화를 예측 가능하게 한다. 제주 지역은 연간 500만명이 방문하는 국내 최대의 관광지이다. 본 연구에서는 제주 최대의 산업인 관광산업과 연계한 모바일 서비스 시장에 대한 현장 분석을 통하여 위치기반과 연계한 다양한 모바일 융합기술이 필요하다는 결론을 도출하였다.

Mungyeng line(Jupyung${\sim}$Mungyeng) was closed due to a rapid decrease in demand in 1995. However, as the rail transportation demand is expected to increase with the plan to develop a tourist resort and a traffic network in Mungyeng area, it is required to forecast future demand to meet the change of transportation environment in this region. This study predicts the rail transportation demand and analyzes financial benefit in operator's side in case of reopening this line, based on nation-wide traffic volume data from Korean Transportation Database(KTDB). The results of this research can be applied to not only establishing a train operation plan also improving customer service. Moreover, Korail will have an opportunity to develop new business by linking train service to tourist attractions around the Mungyeng area.

천곡동굴이 위치하고 있는 동해시의 천곡동은 동해시역 중에서도 중심부에 해당되는 지역이다. 이 지역은 북쪽의 묵호지역과 남쪽의 북평지역을 연결시켜주는 지역이며 교통도 매우 편리하고 앞으로도 크게 발전할 수 있는 곳이다. 또한 이 지역은 수산항이라고 할 수 있는 묵호항과 산업항인 동해항( 및 북평항)과의 중간지점에 위치하여 두 지역의 결합적 역할수행이 요구되고 있는 지역이기도 하다. 또한 동북아시아의 관광루우트 설정시에도 동해시가 동해안의 중심적인 현관구실을 하여야 할 곳으로 대두되고 있어 앞으로 인구흡인의 원동력이 될 수 있는 관광개발이 요구되고 있는 현실이다.

여러 관광자원 중에서도 동굴은 지하에 분포하고 있기 때문에 특이하며, 일반 관광자원보다 사람들에게 관심이 높고 견인력이 큰 자원이어서. 최근들어 동굴은 레크리에이션 장소로도 각광받고 있다. 이런 특성을 지닌 동굴 중에서 강원도 영월군 서면에 위치한 동정굴은 도로상에 입지하고 있으며, 부근에 자연풍치자원 이외에도 사적자원, 산업자원 등이 산재하고 있어 관광 개발에 유리한 입지로 판단된다. 특히 평창강의 심한 곡류, 우뚝 솟은 하식애 등의 하천지형과 지표면의 카르스트 지형 및 동굴 내부의 2차 생성물들은 동정굴을 지형지물의 전시장이며 자연학습의 현장이라는 특성을 지닌 관광지로 개발할 수 있는 전망을 제시하고 있다. 따라서 동정굴 지역을 주변의 각종 관광자원을 유기적으로 연결시키는 역할을 담당하도록 개발해야 하겠다.

삼척군 하장면에 있는 월둔굴은 지방기념물로 지정된 석회동굴이다. 이 동굴은 강원도 내륙지역에 해당되고 있으나, 내륙인 정선에서 동해안의 삼척에 이르는 내륙교통의 요지에 위치하고 있고, 그 동굴 속의 2차 생성물들의 학술적ㆍ관광적 가치도 크기 때문에 관광지 개발에 합당한 동굴이라고 판단된다. 더구나 이 곳 현지주민들의 인문ㆍ산업 면에서 볼 때에도 산간오지의 밭농사에 의존할 수밖에 없어 이 동굴의 개발이 지역주민의 소득증대에도 이바지할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The usual definition of and urban resort was a place vastly different from places of daily life such as a theme park or other tourist destination. At the same time, revival of the combination of usual and unusual spaces, in a way like the mixed "Hare"(Special occasion of public event) and "Ke"(Daily life) spaces of communities of old Japan, is part of the idea of urban resorts. And they are places, which start by making a comfortable urban environment for citizens, providing a daily life full of culture and promoting a city′s identity to visitors. if we think about the kinds of structural elements of urban resorts, the usual elements include community, local culture and industry, while the unusual elements include symbols, festivities and interaction. Kobe Wing Stadium is a venue for the 2002 FIFA World Cup hosted by Korea and Japan. The city will build the stadium, but after construction management will be given over to private enterprise, hoping to utilize that sector′s business know how. A competition was held to determine the private executor who would be entrusted with the planning, design, construction and management of the project, considering the conditions of the area, the stadium′s relationship to it and local revitalization. The competition was won by a private enterprise (Kobe Steel Obayashi Group). The them of "Creation of a Sports Community Park" grapples with the large issue of the facility′s relationship with the community. American geographer Yi-fu Tuan coined the word "topophilia" to indicate love of a place. No other word could better describe the desired urban resort nature of the stadium. From this historical perspective it seems that stadiums have great potential as urban resorts. The factor that will determine their success is the attitude of citizens toward them, in short whether they develop topophilia for them or not. We examined the urban resort nature of Kobe Wing Stadium. Regarding daily life, we saw the attempts to revive the local community, the possibility of deepening the local culture and the weakened state of local industry. As a place that is for more than daily life, we saw the certainty of the stadium′s symbolism, its potential as a place for festivities and the test it will face as a space for interaction. Even though several issues are left for future resolution, evaluating Kobe Wing Stadium through these elements of an urban resort, it is clearly founded in the daily life of the community while providing a venue for "Hare"occasions. Fulfilling the roles of an urban resort, it provides many opportunities for local residents to enjoy their and gives visitors a reason to come repeatedly.

현재 전국주요관광지의 관광해설사의 해설은 관광지를 이해하는데 많은 도움을 주고 있다. 그러나 주로 해설사의 활동공간은 실외이므로 육성으로 모두 알아들을 수 있는 상태가 아니다. 그러므로 마이크와 스피커 등을 이용하계 되는데 대부분의 관광해설의 경우 해설사의 움직임이 많아 의류 등에 부착하여 사용하는 부착식은 사용하기에 번거로움이 많다. 이에 본 논문에서는 설치형 고정식 마이크를 사용하고 입력되는 음성을 적응형 필터를 이용하여 잡음을 최소화하도록 MCU(ATmega128), MSM7731-02 Oki-Dual Codec을 활용하여 On-board 시스템으로 구현하고, 필터 코덱과의 시리얼 통신방식으로 제어 프로그램을 구현하였다. 그 결과 가청방향을 최대 59ms, 회선반향 최대 27ms, 반향 감소 최대 35dB, 등의 적응형 잡음을 제거하는 시스템을 구현하였다.

급속한 경제성장과 직장 근무형태의 변화로 관광 레크레이션(Recreation) 활동이 가중되면서 관광지에서 다양한 교통문제가 유발되고 있는 실정이다. 특히, 관광교통은 일반 교통과 달리 지역내 교통이 아닌 외부에서 접근하는 교통으로 관광지 주변 교통상황을 파악하기 힘들고 한정된 관광시즌에 집중됨으로써 문제 해결의 실마리를 찾기 어렵다는 한계점을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 관광시즌 관광지의 교통정체를 해소하기 위한 환승 교통시스템 도입의 타당성을 파악하기 위하여 평상시와 관광시의 교통정체에 대한 인지특성을 파악하고 환승 교통시스템 도입에 따른 지불의지액 추정 모형을 구축하였다. 그 결과, 셔틀버스 요금에 대한 지불의지금액은 1,430원, 환승 주차요금은 1,651원으로 추정되어 현재 버스 요금보다 약간 높게 나타났으며, 환승 교통시스템 도입이 관광지 접근도로의 교통정체 해소 및 관광자원 개발에 도움을 줄 것이라고 생각하고 있는 응답자들의 지불의지가 높게 나타나고 있음을 알 수 있어 환승 교통시스템 도입이 타당함을 간접적으로 확인할 수 있었다.
