호텔기업의 소셜네트워크서비스 품질 중요도 분석 (Importance Analysis on the Quality of Hotel Social Network Service)

  • 본 연구는 호텔기업의 종사원을 연구대상으로 하여, 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS) 품질의 중요도를 분석함으로써 향후 호텔기업 소셜네트워크서비스의 효율성 증대에 기여하고자 함을 목적으로 한다. 선행연구에 의거하여 호텔기업의 SNS 품질요인을 소셜네트워크서비스 정보품질, 시스템품질, 서비스품질, 인터페이스품질, 감성품질 등으로 분류하였다. 계층적 의사결정방법(AHP)을 이용한 실증분석결과에 의하면, 중요도 측정결과로서 감성품질영역이 상대적으로 가장 주요한 요인으로 도출되었으며, 인터페이스품질, 시스템품질, 정보품질, 서비스품질 등의 순으로 중요도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

Assessment of Visitors' Satisfaction and Intention to Revisit of Bukcheon Iceland Poppy Festival in Hadong County, South Korea

  • This study was conducted to analyze the characteristics of visitors to Hadong Bukcheon Iceland Poppy (BIP) Festival in order to sustain and enhance local flower festivals as a garden tourism. A questionnaire was distributed to BIP Festival visitors from May 18 to 27, 2018. A total of 167 responses were subject to be analyzed. Descriptive statistics analysis was mainly used and focused on describing the results in direct to explain the BIP Festival as a garden tourism. The number of female visitors and those in their 40s and 50s was high. Most of the visitors were found to live in other cities or counties near the area where BIP Festival was held and to prefer festivals held on the theme of nature and local features. The revisit rate and awareness of BIP Festival were 52.1% and 72.5% respectively. They mainly obtained the information on BIP Festival from people around them including family members, friends and colleagues, or from the Internet. Most answered that BIP festival was the most important destination on their trip. The major motives of BIP Festival visit included "spending quality time with family or friends (34.1%)", "appreciating Iceland poppy and gardens (25.6%)", and "enjoying oneself (tranquility, mental rest, etc.; 21.3%). As a companion, family and friends/colleagues accounted for 62.3% and 26.3% respectively. Most were found to spend 1-2 hours on visiting BIP festival and stay in Hadong county for a quarter of a day. In satisfaction of BIP Festival itself, "display and maintenance of Iceland poppy (3.76)" and "easiness of viewing (places arrangement, path, etc.) (3.57)" were high. In satisfaction of public relation and information, "service and hospitality of guides and desk clerks (3.66)" was high. The intention to revisit BIP Festival was nearly affirmative (3.73-3.80).

유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크 기반 국립공원 탐방객 통행량 계수시스템 개발 (The Development of Visitor Counting System Based on Ubiquitous Sensor Networks in National Park: Case Study of Nogodan Area in Chirisan National Park)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the national park visitor counting system using the ubiquitous sensor network. This system is composed of a sensor node, sink node, gateways, CDMA module, server, and clients. The results of the study were: 1) stable data transmission distance was possible within 100 meters between sensor nodes, 2) the developed counting sensor system showed a network communication stability level of 88.3 percent in 1.2m wide trails. When installed in concentrate use areas or forks of national parks, the visitor counting system will not only contribute to provide reliable visitor counting, but also to improve the quality of national park visitor service, to manage park facilities and natural resources more efficiently, to achieve an information oriented national park system.

  • Performance appraisal system is to evaluate employee' work performance, work ability and work attitude. It becomes a important foundation of personnel management. This system's goal is to accomplish employee ability development. The purpose of this study is to make some contributions in order to efficient performance appraisal system of hotels by analyzing the problems of current performance appraisal system. The suggestions for efficient performance appraisal system are as follows: 1. Performance appraisal by job analysis. 2. Though evaluators' training for objective assessment. 3. The assistance system of appraisal results for employees. 4. Magnifying use of appraisal results. 5. Object management strategy by using self-rating.

  • We applied digital image processing about BitMap file structure in this research and studied about digital communication system. digital record saving devices can express 'High' and 'Low' as all data. Only, digital technique that two expression methods is used into several expenditures. People and communication that are far away by development of digital technology, became smooth. We wished to make communication system taking advantage of digi-tech. This system was made for communication with disabled and normal person specially. To communication method that we are studied such BitMap file handling image communication system. The goal of this contribution is to present the overview of basic algorithms for image processing using BitMap.

Development of the Mountain Search and Rescue System (MSRS) Based on Ubiquitous Sensor Network

  • The main purpose of this study was to develop Mountain Search and Rescue System for enhancing search and rescue operations in the mountains. This study also focused on presenting an alternative to using a cellular phone for requesting rescue due to their unreliability in remote areas. This system is designed to help in the search and rescue of people in emergency situations in the mountains. It is composed of buzzer sensors, environmental information sensors, and a statistical analysis program. A key feature of this system is that it does not require an infrastructure of internet or CDMA networks for its operation in the mountains. The measure for the study was conducted by using a zigbee protocol analyzer, RF module and 433MHz Helical antenna to analyze the rate of data reception in relation to the distance between nodes. This system is applicable to mountains provided the distance between nodes is over 100 m and under 150 m.

  • Recently a multi-attribute structure analysis method is one of the evident areas of important points in the decision support system analysis. This research developed an internet/intranet-based solution builder for a three-step decision support system using fuzzy-AHP in the view of 1) brainstorming far the idea generation, 2) fuzzy-AHP (fuzzy analytic hierarchy process) as a multi-attribute structured analysis method and 3) aggregation logic model to integrate the results of individual analysis. We applied this decision support system to the make-or-buy decision problem for school foodservice system considering the multi-attributes in the decision making. A computer program is developed and demonstrated it internet/intranet-based decision problem. It was known that this solution builder provides decision makers a good tool for mate-of-buy group decision making.

  • Recently, trends of information technology development include offerings of service for personalization, intelligence, and convergence. The research suggested a new tour system that tourists can make their tour packages by applying Semantic Web technology. The system includes ontologies and inference rules for offering intelligent and personalized service. Our system called MYT (Make Your Tour-package) was successfully demonstrated by employing realistic scenarios. Current version of the MYT system needs manager's intervention to link and integrate automatically ontology subsystem and Web service. In further study, the MYT will be extended to the system including a component integrating automatically subsystems and a component capturing and processing context data from RFID/USN.

호텔 종사원의 직원가치와 직무순환 중요도가 경력성공에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Employee Value Proposition and the Importance of Job Rotation on the Subjective Career Success)

  • 본 연구는 호텔산업에서 종업원이 차지하는 중요성에 기초하여, 기업의 제안된 직원가치(EVP: Employee Value Proposition)와 직무순환의 중요도가 주관적 경력성공에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 설문조사는 서울 지역 특 1, 2급 호텔에 근무하는 종업원을 대상으로 편의표본추출을 하였고, 유효표본 379명의 자료가 실증분석에 사용되었다. 요인분석결과, EVP의 요인으로 '성장개발,' '상호신뢰,' '근무환경,' '역량인정' '급여와 보상' 등 5개 요인이, 직무순환의 요인으로 '개인의 발전과 효용성,' '운영절차,' '경력관리' 등 3개 요인이 각각 도출되었다. EVP와 주관적 경력성공에 대한 가설검증 결과 EVP의 5개 요인 중 '급여와 보상'을 제외한 모든 요인이 주관적 경력성공에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 EVP가 직무순환에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과도 '급여와 보상'을 제외한 EVP의 요인이 주관적 경력성공에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 직무순환이 주관적 경력성공에 미치는 영향을 파악한 결과, 직무순환의 하위 요소인 '개인의 발전과 효용성', '운영절차', '경력관리' 모두 주관적 경력 성공에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 주관적 경력성공 및 직무순환의 인식에 있어 종업원들은 금전적인 보상 보다는 비금전적 보상에 의해 영향을 받는다는 것을 의미한다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구결과가 갖는 학문적, 실무적 시사점(예, 조직문화의 창출)이 결론 부분에 제시되었다.

  • 정보시스템에 대한 감리대상이 과거 업무단위 시스템을 중심으로 수행하던 2단계 감리에서 통합 정보시스템에 대한 감리가 개발 전과정을 3단계로 더 심화된 감리를 단계별로 수행하고 있어, 감리품질에 대한 제3자 확인 등 정보시스템 감리에 대한 사회적 책임의 요구가 높아지고 있다. 따라서 감리품질을 향상시키기 위해 감리품질에 영향을 주는 요인에 대한 연구와 감리품질 향상에 대한 노력이 필요하다. 본 연구는 기존 연구에서 개발된 리더십 이론을 총괄감리원의 역량 규명 및 감리원의 임파워먼트 분석에 활용하여 총괄감리원 역량과 감리인 임파워먼트 등이 감리서비스 품질 간의 인과관계를 분석할 수 있는 모형을 개발하고 현장에서 감리를 수행하는 감리원들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고, 그 내용을 LISREL을 이용하여 구조방정식인 방법으로 실증적으로 검증하였다.
