The study will first pay attention to the conflict between Kyoto Animation Co. and residents over establishing memorial facilities after the "Kyoto Animation 1^st Studio arson and Murder Incident," which occurred in Kyoto, Japan on the morning of July 18, 2019. And through on-site coverage and review of related TV program "Summer of Prayer, Voice of the Holy Land" aired by Mainichi Broadcasting System on August 17, 2019. We reviewed what this conflict means by Japanese animation fans to set a "Holy Land" of specific regions and the resulting content tourism business model. The conflict between Kyoto Animation Co. and the residents resulted in a lengthy confrontation which did not get solved until late July 2020. It proves the cooperation of residents is essential for the success of content tourism, especially the cooperation model for development of Holy Land.

글로벌시대에 있어 관광산업은 주요 수익사업으로서 국가 및 지자체에서 양질의 관광 경험을 제공하기 위하여 다양한 노력을 하는 실정이다. 다양한 관광 콘텐츠에 있어 본 연구의 목적은 글로벌 시대에 부합하는 무장애 지하철 서비스에 관한 연구로서 기존의 신속, 안전, 질서화된 수송으로부터 양질의 쾌적함과 전방위적인 서비스 체험의 제공으로 확대하기 위함이다. 사례연구로서 서비스디자인 방법을 통해 한 중 양국의 지하철 서비스시스템을 비교 분석하고, 이용자의 서비스 체험을 개선하여 지하철 서비스시스템의 이용자 만족도를 높일 수 있도록 무장애 지하철 서비스시스템을 제시하였다. 그 결과 편의 시설, 언어 문제, 보안 장비, 승차 환경 등 17개 분야의 20개 매력적 품질 요소(Attractive Quality Attribute)가 지하철 서비스의 질적 향상과 체험을 획기적으로 향상하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다는 연구 결과가 나왔다. 또한, 서비스 공간 시나리오(Service Spatial Scenario)의 구축을 통해 최적화된 지하철 서비스시스템을 가시화하여 이에 대한 이해를 도움으로써 전략적인 애플리케이션을 만드는 데 참고할 수 있도록 한다.

본 연구에서는 문화체육관광부의 지식관리사례를 분석하여, 지식관리 비전과 추진조직 및 지식관리활동체계를 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 정부부문의 성공적인 지식관리를 추진하는데 있어 시사점을 밝혀내고자 하였다. 연구대상이 된 문화체육관광부의 경우 매년 매일경제신문사와 행정안전부가 공동주관하는 "2018년 지식대상" 평가에서 정부부문 중지식관리 활동을 훌륭하게 수행했다는 평가를 받은 기관이다. 본 연구에서는 문화관광부의 지식관리 담당자들을 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 진행하여 정부부문의 지식관리에 대한 성공요인을 분석하였다. 우선 지식관리 비전 및 전담조직의 역할이 매우 중요했다. 또한 지식관리시스템을 통해 효과적으로 지식을 획득하고 공유, 축적하여 조직구성원들이 활용하도록 하고 있었다. 아울러 지식관리활동에 대한 적절한 보상체계 역시 중요한 성공요인이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 지식관리 활동을 독려할 수 있도록 공공 기관 등에서는 지식공유 활동에 대한 경제적 보상제도 및 인사가점 등의 유인시스템을 구축할 필요가 있다.

Since a 5-axis machine tool has two rotary axes, it offers numerous advantages, such as flexible accessibility, longer tool life, better surface finish, and more accuracy. Moreover, it can conduct whole machining by rotating the rotary feed axes while setting the fixture at once without re-fixing in contrast to conventional 3-axis machining. However, it is difficult to produce complicated products that have a hollow shape. In contrast, 3D printing can produce an object with a complicated hollow shape easily and rapidly. However, because of layer thickness and shrinkage, its surface finish and dimensional accuracy are not adequate. Therefore, this study proposes hybrid technology by integrating the advantages of these two manufacturing processes. 3D printing was used as the additive manufacturing rapidly in the whole body, and 5-axis machining was used as the subtractive manufacturing accurately in the joining and driving places. The reliability of the proposed technology was verified through a comparison with conventional technology in the aspects of processing time, surface roughness. and dimensional accuracy.

The number of tourists visiting Nepal has shown rapid growth in recent years, and Nepal is expecting more tourist arrivals in the future. This paper, thus, attempts to analyze the tourist arrivals in Nepal and predict the number of visitors until 2025. This paper has examined the international tourist arrival trend in Nepal using the Gompertz and Logistic growth model. The international tourist arrival data from 1991 to 2018 is used to investigate international tourist arrival trends. The result of the analysis found that the Gompertz model performs a better fit than the Logistic model. The study further forecast the expected tourist arrival below one million (844,319) by 2025. Nevertheless, the government of Nepal has the goal of two million tourists in a year. The present study also discusses system dynamics scenarios for the two million potential visitors within a year. Scenario analysis shows that proper advertisement and positive word-of-mouth will be key factors in achieving a higher number of tourists. The current study could fill the gap of theoretical and empirical forecasting of tourist arrivals in the Nepalese tourism industry. Also, the study findings would be beneficial for government officers, planners and investors, and policy-makers in the Nepalese tourism industry.

The tourist industry is expecially one of the successful areas for the application of electronic commerce because it is an information-intensive and consumer-oriented industry where information and services play a large part in transaction processes. A electronic tourism market which integrates tourist information systems, reservation systems, and real-time broadcasting systems based on the Internet Web was developed by a collaborative team of Dongguk University and Daou Tech. Inc. with sponsorship of Kyongbuk province and Minister of Information Communications of Korea. Based on the development case of the system, this paper proposes development and operations strategies of electronic market in the tourist industry. The paper reviews the development strategies in the perspective of potential travelers, technology, cooperation among players, and development methodology. The paper also discusses strategies which are able to be employed as the guideline in order to operate the system.

In order to improve areas lagged behind well-developed others ing the balanced national development. Development Promotion Areas(DPA)was designated in 1996. This study aims to develop a rational evaluation system for projects of DPA. This system has 3 evaluation steps. The first step is to evaluate 10-unit operations which are tourism, recreation, road, water supply and drainage, life environment, and so on. The second step is to evaluate 3 sub-programs such as tourism and recreation, local infrastructures and specialized industry. The third step is to evaluate comprehensively in entire area. A tentative system for project evaluation of DPA was proposed by brainstorming of expert-group. Weighting values of items in PDA were calculated through pair-comparison works of expert group using stepwise matrix sheets by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).

자연동굴은 생태환경교육의 장이며 주요한 관광자원으로 이용가치가 매우 크다. 그러나 현재 개방된 관광동굴의 경우 관리보존상의 많은 문제점을 나타내고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 관광동굴의 관리실태와 문제점을 살펴보고 대안적인 동굴관리체계에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 검토결과 대부분의 관광동굴이 '천연동굴 관리보존지침' 을 제대로 시행하지 않거나 체계적인 관리운영이 이루어지지 않고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 동굴관리자를 대상으로 설문조사한 결과 동굴관리자의 근무환경 개선, 관광객에 대한 교육, 동굴관련 문화재보호법의 개정, 동굴관리자에 대한 전문가 교육이 요구되었다. 향후 지속가능한 관광을 위한 동굴관리 및 보존을 위해서는 동굴관리의 주체라고 할 수 있는 행정기관, 동굴관리자, 관광객의 상호협력적인 관리체계와 동굴내외부의 환경변화에 대한 세부적인 데이터베이스를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 동굴관리정보시스템의 구축이 필요하다.

최근 Mobile을 이용한 컨텐츠 및 정보제공은 일반 대중들에게 보편화 되고 있다. 이미 모바일 환경은 단순 '휴대용 전화 시장' 이상의 의미를 가지고 있으며 특히 정보를 탐색하고 선택하는 도구로서 컨텐츠를 활용하는 소비자가 늘고 있다. 특히 소비자의 욕구의 다양화는 Hardware와 Software, 미디어, 컨텐츠의 개발과 컨버젼스를 가속화 시키고 있다. 관광정보는 관광상품에 대한 정보로서 관광객이 관광의사결정을 하는데 필요한 정보를 말한다. 이러한 정보가 밀착형 미디어인 모바일을 이용하여 제공되는 방안들이 제시되고 있다. 그리고 최근의 모바일 기술의 페러다임은 하드웨어적인 컨버젼스와 위치기반 서비스측면의 인텔리젼트 기준점, RTLS, 또한 이를 응용한 디지털 콘텐츠에 초점이 맞춰지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 관광정보를 이해하고 이를 제공하는 시스템의 구현을 상기한 기술 중 RTLS와 2D바코드를 활용한 Pinpoint 관광정보 제공 시스템을 제안하며, 이를 경영학적 관점에서의 비용 효용성 측면과 효과를 중심으로 논의하고자 한다.
