시맨틱 웹에 기초한 모바일 관광정보 서비스 (A Semantic Web Service for Tourism Information over the Mobile Web)

  • 웹 기술의 변화발전 동향을 파악하는 것은 지리정보의 웹 공유에 있어서 우선적으로 고려되어야 할 사항 중의 하나이다. 시맨틱 웹은 컴퓨터가 정보를 보여주는 것에 그치지 않고 정보를 이해하도록 하는 방법론 및 기술로서, 기존의 웹과 온톨로지의 결합을 통해 이루어진다. 개념화의 명시적인 사양이라고 정의되는 온톨로지와 이에 기반한 시맨틱 웹은 지리정보의 효과적인 공유와 검색을 위해 활용될 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 모바일 웹 상에서 사용자의 행동맥락에 부합되는 관광정보를 제공하기 위한 시맨틱 웹 서비스에 대해 논의한다. 이를 위해 관광지, 관광자원, 관광객의 활동 등이 체계적으로 개념화 및 조직화된 PARA(Place-Attraction-Resource-Activity) 온톨로지 모형을 구축하고, 관광객의 이동을 고려하기 위하여 관광지와 연결된 전철 네트웍을 이 모형에 결합시킨다. XML(Extensible Markup Language) 웹 서비스는 클라이언트의 요청과 이에 따른 서버의 응답을 중개하는 역할을 하는데, PARA 온톨로지 모형과 연동되는XML 웹 서비스를 통해 개념기반의 관광정보 발견이 가능하도록 한다. 이 연구에서 제안하는 시스템은 도쿄 관광정보의 검색 시뮬레이션을 통해 그 가용성이 테스트되었다.

  • This paper examines the evolution issues of regional tourism resources in complicated and networked industry the perspective of co-evolution types and dualism. Regional tourism structure has been changing more and faster according to various attractions and internal and external environment; natural resources, facilities, festivals and events, drama and movies, and public resources, etc. This paper approaches Olikowski's dualism perspective as a theoretical view about the alliance network between region's attractions and tourism industry in Korea. Exploratory analysis was explained the dualism cases performed on the matrix between resource characteristics and alliance complexity on human resources based on regional tourism industry.

순창지역 방문객의 지역관광에 대한 의향분석 (Intention analysis of Sunchang area tourists for local tourism)

  • This study analyzed tourists' intention at Gangcheon Mountain, Sunchang-gun for local tourism. The contents of study included impression, characteristics, specialized resources, development direction, intention of visit and its form, destination prior and post visit, travelling expenses, and development form of tourism. The results were as following. Impression and characteristics showed that gochujang and fermentation industry established a strategic ground of local development. Intention of revisit of tourists was relatively high by 97.1%. Furthermore, tourists were mainly family units and they preferred family-based recreational type for the future local tourism development form. Therefore, a development strategy will be required that involves inexpensive accommodation, unique local food items, agricultural-specialty products and local tour packages. For invigoration of local tourism, recruitment of skilled managers for farm village experience will be necessary as well.

  • Ecotourism has a concept of conservation as a basis, for economic and social values are derived from the sustainable use of natural resources. This study aims to introduce natural landscape of the Cairngorms National Park in Scotland and to describe its conservation and tourism in the Park, in order to provide the implication of landscape conservation of National Parks in Korea. Although the National Parks of Scotland were officially established long after those of England and Wales, their important features had already been internationally recognised and designated as Sites of Special Scientific Interest(SSSI), National Nature Reserve(NNR), or National Scenic Area(NSA). These focus on landscape conservation and are managed by Scottish Natural Heritage(SNH). The Cairngorms National Park focuses on landscape conservation and recreation, and has been the subject of a number of initiatives attempting to assess landscape resource potential and its current and future management. This implies that a carefully preserved landscape has the effect of a tourism resource in which tourists look for novelty embedded in the typicality of the landscape of the National Park. The typical landscape which is conserved in the Cairngorms National Park is understood as both an objective representative and a subjective ideal involving the meaning of the landscape. This is implicit in the tourist booklet that promotes the sightseeing activities of tourists. It is thus important that National Parks should be focused both on managing landscape as well as promoting tourism.

  • 전남 목포권 중심의 관광개발사업인 서남해안권 레저도시(J프로젝트)과 여수권 중심의 남해안관광벨트 개발사업 등이 성공적으로 완료되기 위해서는 관광사업시설의 공급뿐만 아니라 신규관광개발사업의 확대에 따른 원활한 신규 인력 도입이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 대규모 관광개발계획에 따른 관광시설 조성이 동시에 추진되었을 경우 사업의 완료시점에 인력 수급의 불균형 등이 발생할 가능성이 높다. 따라서 현재의 관광사업체 자연증가수요와 계획 중인 해양관광개발 수요를 통합 예측하여 적정한 해양관광레저인력을 공급할 수 있도록 해양관광레저인력 수요예측의 방향을 제시하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.

  • Fashion can be regarded as an effective marketing tool for the promotion of urban tourism. Since fashion is attractive in itself, it can work as a resource which fascinates people and attracts many tourists to the city. This study examines fashion tourism based on the close relationship between fashion and tourism. This study focuses on analyzing the positive effect of the existence of a fashion museum on the advent of fashion tourism, in particular. A fashion museum can be classified in the same category as an art museum, whereby the museum exists as specializing in fashion and is considered a fashion brand museum. Thus, this study examines the current trends and characteristics of fashion museums and analyzes roles of fashion museums in fashion tourism by types, which are based on advanced researches of general tourism including trends in the fashion tourism industry. The results of this study are as follows: First, a fashion museum can help spread the word and educate tourists about fashion culture. Second, a fashion museum can increase the value of its brand by strengthening the city's identity. Lastly, the presence of a fashion museum would encourage tourists to spend more money in the city, which causes a ripple effect on the city's economy such as creating more jobs within the fashion.

수산해양관광 관련 웹사이트의 정보탐색 특성과 상대적 중요도 평가에 대한 연구 (A Study on Information Exploration Characteristic and Relative Importance Evaluation of Island Tourism Web Site)

  • This study examines the information exploration characteristic and relative importance evaluation of island tourism web site. The survey items are developed based on the related studies and also implemented particular way so-called 'semi-online' that including both web based material and offline tutorial. The first objective of this study is verifying the characteristics of information exploration on island tourism of university students. The second is examining the peculiar properties of tourism information that exposed one's individual importance evaluation. The result of this study shows that most of the students have no difficulty in using the internet and exploring the island tourism information. And there is no significant difference in using and exploring the internet between male and female students. Based on the result of this study, most popular type of island tourism information is picture type. Personal blog or user created contents(UCC) that containing the other's experience of island tourism is mostly wanted contents. But there is a significant difference in importance of contents within the students. The community based information which including UCC, blog, and other community user's posting is evaluated the most important information for relatively less experienced students. On the other hand more experienced students have a preference on expertise information which created by tourism experts. The difference within the determinant factors that affecting island tourism also significant. With analysis of variance(ANOVA) on determinant factors, the tourism activity and social/culture resource are less important than others(eg. natural environment, accommodation and so on). The result of this study would be practically used for implementing the local government's effective tourism web site and enhancing the current island tourism operation. And also it gives a advantage to facilitate the island tourism for young generations.

협력적 관광개발을 위한 이해집단 분석틀 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of Stakeholder Analysis Framework for Collaborative Tourism development)

  • 오늘날 관광이 개발전략으로써 각광을 받고 있지만, 그 결과는 개발과 관련된 이해집단을 어떻게 관리하느냐에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 이러한 이유로 어떻게 효율적으로 이해집단들을 관리하는지의 문제가 최근의 연구관심사가 되고 있다. 조직이론으로부터 시작된 협력이론은 이러한 문제에 대한 하나의 대안을 제시하기는 했지만, 이해집단들 사이의 역학관계를 충분히 고려하지 않은 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 관점에서 크게 다음 두 가지의 연구목적을 가지고 있다. 첫째, 관광개발의 맥락에서 협력이론을 비판적으로 분석하고, 그 한계를 보완하기 위하여 이해집단 분석틀의 필요성을 밝혀내는 것이며, 둘째 이러한 이해집단 분석틀의 모델을 제시하는 것이다. 본 논문에서 연구자는 이익, 관점, 권력자원, 관여도, 영향력, 정당성의 여섯 가지 요인으로 구성된 이해집단분석틀을 제시하였는데, 이러한 분석틀은 이해집단 파악, 이해집단 분석, 이해집단 관리전략 설정의 3단계로 설정된다. 본 논문에서 제시된 이해집단 분석틀은 협력적인 관광개발을 좀 더 효율적으로 이끌어내는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

A Comparative analysis of the Pre- and Post-Construction Image Analysis of the Nakdong Estuary as Coastal Tourism Resource

  • The purpose of this study is the comparative analysis of Susan citizens' images of Eulsook-do as a coastal tourism destination before and after the construction of a road bridge across the Nakdong estuary in order to analyze local people's changes in leisure patterns. Analysis of the images of a pre-construction Eulsook-do that people aged both 40 and less and 50 and more had on five dimensions showed values higher than zero(0) that suggests neutral image, while their images of a post-construction Eulsook-do showed the shrinking size of pentagon on all five dimensions: ET(Entertainment), CA(Culture & Art), EE(Environment & Ecology), RC(Recreation) and LP(Leports) dimensions. Its pre- and post- construction image analysis conducted 20 years after it came to be built finds that the road bridge construction has led to the ecological, environmental disruption of the coast and the lower Nakdong river, having negative influence on the images of Eulsook-so.

대학에서 관광교육제도의 OJT 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study On the OJT Program deveopment of the tourism educational institution in the University)

  • At present, the students majoring in tourism approach theoretically and practically target human resource development which is balanced between creativity and specialty. and yet, the initial step of on-the-job training has not been worked and the area of tourism and experience in this field are known as a begining stage. this study is focusing on the on-the job training in the area of tourism major in university. To solve the problems and to get rid of these weakpoint, the cooperative institution controling the tourism educational institution in the University. On top of that, some useful measures should be taken. The improved educational programs, appropriate curriculum, proper supervision for the trainees, correlation with school learningand on-the-job training, and flow of human resources between input levels and output levels. Hereafter finer and better study of this subject will be hopefully continued.
