이중운전조건을 고려한 외전형 SRM의 구동특성 (Drive Characteristics of Outer-rotor Type SRM Considering Dual Operating Modes)

  • As a direct drive type washing machine requires two operating modes, washing and spinning modes, a design of the motor with high efficiency in each mode is not applicable to a conventional procedure. To achieve the requirements, a multi-pole outer rotor type switched reluctance motors are considered. To select a suitable motor type for the application, a static toque is compared based on the FEM analysis. The selected type is obtained for high and wide toque than other types of the motor. Further, the pole shape and arc are optimized to meet the required torque and torque ripple. To verify the proposed structure, the prototype is designed and manufactured. And the simulation and experimental results verify the validity of the proposed structure.

  • In this paper, we propose the cogging toque reduction technique of the dual stator radial flux permanent magnet generator. The cogging toque is caused by the torque ripple increase and vibration and noise of the generator. And it is important factor determining cut-in speed of the small wind generator. To reduce cogging torque, permanent magnet displacement was studied. And the theory of the permanent magnet displacement was formulated and the cogging torque reduction according to the permanent magnet displacement was confirmed through the finite element method.

  • This paper deal with the shape design of the flux barrier to maximize the torque density and minimize the torque ripple in IPM type BLDC motor. The variation of magnetic torque and reluctance toque according to the flux barriers is analyzed in the 120 conducting period. From the result, we confirmed the barrier can be quite worthwhile for the better performance of IPM type BLDC motor

  • This paper presents modeling of QIROV's motion on the X-Y plane. Modeling covered the dynamics of a ROV equiped with two trusters at tail, and it started with reconstructing the forces of X, Y and toque from two trusters' forces. The simulator built based on the modeling using Visual C under MS Windows XP.

Norbornene Dialkyl Ester가 첨가된 Isoprene Rubber의 가공성 및 물성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Processing and Physical Properties of Isoprene Rubber Involving Norbornene Dialkyl Ester)

  • 본 연구에서는 norbonene dialkyl ester 6종을 isoprene rubber에 적용하여 내분비계 교란물질인 DEHP에 대한 대체 가능성을 평가하였다. IR 시편은 isoprene rubber (IR)와 norbonene dialkyl ester, 가황제 등을 배합하여 제작하였으며, 토크값, 스코치 시간, 최적가황시간, 무니점도를 측정하여 가공성을 평가하였고, 경도, 인장강도, 100% modulus, 신율 등물성을 평가하여 이를 DEHP를 적용한 경우와 비교하였다. 그 결과 토크 값의 경우 최저토크, 최대토크 모두 DEHP 보다 낮거나 유사한 값을 나타내었고, 스코치 시간, 최적가황시간은 DEHP보다 같거나 길게 측정되었다. 무니점도는 DEHN이 낮은 값을 나타내어 DEHP를 첨가한 경우보다 가공성이 우수함을 확인하였다. 경도와 열적 특성의 경우 norbornene계 화합물이 DEHP와 같거나 유사한 경향을 보였다. 인장특성의 경우 선형의 알킬기를 가진 norbornene계 화합물을 적용한 경우가 우수함을 확인하였다.

  • A control technique which utilizes the stator flux components as control variables has been applied to a speed sensorless induction motor drive. The scheme may be regarded as a development of a DTC scheme, aimed achieve constant switching frequency operation. At each sampling period the required voltage vector is calculated on the basis of the error between the reference and the estimated stator flux vector. The problems related to the VSI dead time and the stator flux estimation at low speed have been analyzed, and an efficient solution has been proposed.

Preliminary design and structural responses of typical hybrid wind tower made of ultra high performance cementitious composites

  • Ultra High Performance Cementitious Composites with compressive strength 200MPa (UHPCC-200) is proposed for the structural design of super high hybrid wind turbine tower to gain durability, ductility and high strength design objectives. The minimal wall thickness is analyzed using basic bending and compression theory and is modified by a toque influence coefficient. Two cases of wall thickness combination of middle and bottom segment including varied ratio and constant ratio are considered within typical wall thickness dimension. Using nonlinear finite element analysis, the effects of wall thickness combinations with varied and constant ratio and prestress on the structural stress and lateral displacement are calculated and analyzed. The design limitation of the segmental wall thickness combinations is recommended.

  • To implement servo system using LIM, thrust and normal force control must be made in a moment. Thus, vector control is required to control magnetic flux and toque. In this paper, we applied to constant slip frequency vector control method by controlling d-q axis current and presented various simulation results.
