The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of individual variables, mother related variables, and timemanagement ability on self-management of adolescents. In addition, the direct and indirect effects of these variables on self-management were also assessed. The subjects of this study were 496 students who were selected at random from middle schools in Daegu. The questionnaire was used for this survey, consisted of a self-management, a timemanagement, a self-efficacy, an internal locus of control, mother’s home management, and mother’s support scale. Factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis were employed for data analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, mother’s home management planning ability had the most affect on adolescent time-management ability in terms of planning and implementing, while self-efficacy had the most affect on time-management evaluating ability. Second, adolescent’ time-management planning ability had the most affect on lifestyle and money management, time-management implementing ability on studies management, self-efficacy on health management, and internal locus of control on interpersonal relation management of adolescents. Third, among adolescent self-management, lifestyle management, studies management and money management can be achieved through the mediation of adolescent time management ability. They exhibit indirect influence through adolescent self-efficacy, internal locus of control, mother’s home-management planning ability, and mother’s home-management implementing ability. Furthermore, time-management ability is also influenced through the mediation of health management and interpersonal relation management, but is not indirectly affected by selfefficacy, internal locus of control, time planning ability, and time implementing ability.
The aim of the current study is to examine the effects of mothers' home management ability on school-aged children's time and life management skills through the mediation effect of children's self-regulation. Study subjects were 317 5- and 6-grade children at elementary schools located in Seoul and Gyeonggi area and their 317 mothers. The findings were as follows. First, in the SEM model of predicting children's time management skill, greater mothers' home management ability significantly predicted better time management skills among their children. Second, mothers' home management ability also indirectly affected children's time management skill through its significant effects on children's self-regulation. The test yielded a significantly mediation effect of self-regulation. Children's self-regualtion was strongly related to time management skills. Third, in the SEM model predicting children's life management skills, maternal ability of home management again directly predicted greater life management skills of their children. However, mediation of self-regulation was not statistically significant. The findings suggested the important role of mothers' home management ability in instilling and modeling self-regulation and self-management skills of school-aged children.
The purpose of this study was to verify the moderating effect of parental learning involvement in the effect of adolescents' time management ability on face-to-face and non-face-to-face learning flow. The participants were 363 middle and high school adolescents, and data were collected through an online survey. The main statistical analysis methods were ANOVA, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The major findings were as follows. First, learning flow was significantly higher in the face-to-face class than in the non-face-to-face class. Second, there was a statistically significant positive correlation among time management ability, parental involvement in learning, and learning flow. Third, in the effect of time management ability on face-to-face learning flow, the moderating effect of parental learning involvement was statistically significant. Fourth, in the effect of time management ability on non-face-to-face learning flow, the moderating effect of parental learning involvement was statistically significant. In other words, the higher the positive parental involvement in learning, the stronger the effect of adolescents' time management ability on learning flow. Finally, the importance of positive parental involvement for the improvement of adolescents' learning flow and methods of enhancing time management ability were discussed.
The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of mastery goal orientation and time management ability on job search self-efficacy in the vocational education of engineering college students. A total of 52 samples were analyzed for this research. The result indicated that mastery goal orientation had positive effects on all sub-variables (job ability self-efficacy, career goal setting self-efficacy) of job search self-efficacy significantly. But time management ability had positive effects on career goal setting self-efficacy. And there are no significant differences in mean comparison of mastery goal orientation, time management ability, and job search self-efficacy according to gender and residence area. In addition, the interview results of engineering college students' perception of career, the understanding of vocational education, and job search self-efficacy were analyzed.
The purpose of this study was to investigate whether elementary children's time-use and self-regulated learning ability was different according to gender and whether children's gender and time-use effects self-regulated learning ability. Participants were 2,122 children who participated in KCYPS longitudinal study from their first grade to third grade. Time-use was reported by children's parents. Children's self-regulated learning is invented by Yang(2000). Components of self-regulated learning scale was achievement value, mastery goal orientation, action control, academic time management. The major findings were as follows. First, children's self-regulated learning was different according to chidren's gender. Girls' achievement value, mastery goal orientation, academic time management scores were higher than the boys'. Second, children's daily time was different according to their gender. Third, children's daily time-use affected their self-regulated leaning, however children's gender didn't.

Objective : The objective of this study is to present basic data to find health care plans for the elderly by comparing time-management ability and ADL and identifying the relationships between groups with subjects of elderly people living alone and living with family in Daejeon Metropolitan City. Method : A total of 80 elders who lived alone or with family that were aged 65 or older were selected with MMSE-K, 40 people were selected as subjects for each group. For time-management ability, a questionnaire was used. ADL were assessed by using FIM. The study period was May to June 2013. Result : Comparison of scores for time-management ability and FIM of the elderly who live alone or living with family did not show any statistically significant difference. In comparison of detailed scores between groups, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups being social interaction, problem solving and memory in social cognition items among detailed items. Conclusion : Through this study, we understood that social cognitive function of the aged living alone who had less opportunity of interaction compared to that of the aged living with family was lowered. Based on this, development and study on various programs should be made with consideration of sociodemographic characteristics of the elderly within community-based occupational therapy in the future.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of home informatization on the family resource management. For this purpose we analyze the level of home informatization focused on the Internet use and it's effects on the family resource management through time management and financial management. Data were collected from 582 housewives who use the Internet at home. The results show that home informatization through the Internet use has changed family resource management totally. It contributes to improve planning and efficiency of resource management, but simultaneously it causes the imbalance of resource management. And the Internet use of housewives also affects time allocation and household expenditure. These changes depend on socio-demographics variables, home informatization related variables, and personal resource variables. The results show that the ability to manage time and finance have much more importance to improve the level of planning and efficiency and to decrease the level of imbalance in managerial subsystem. The results of this research suggest several implications for public policy.
To analyze the roles by abilities between manpower through the analysis of industrial health service agency personnel, 115 industrial health service agency personnel in 19 Industrial Health Service Agency personnel scattered in Seoul and Kyungki areas have been investigated according to the questionnaires formulated in line with the Likert 5-point scale from September 1 through October 30, 1995 and the following significant result has been obtained: 1. The job abilities by fields. 1) In the field of health care, the level of medical personnel's job ability was 3.30 on average and that of industrial hygienists' was 2.54 on average, which showed that the level of medical personnel's job ability was higher. 2) In the field of health management, there was a difference between the level of medical personnel's job ability and that of industrial hygienists' only in the health education but there was not so much difference between manpower' which showed that it was 3.00 on average. 3) In the field of working environment management. the level of industrial hygienists' job ability was 4.03 on average and that of medical personnel's was 2.62, which showed that the level of industrial hygienists' job ability was higher than that of medical personnel's. 2. The job abilities by manpower. As for the job ability by manpower. on the health care the medical personnel's ability was more excellent than the industrial hygienists' and on the working environment management the latter's{industrial hygienists') ability was more excellent than the former's(the medical personnel's). However. the field that a difference between both manpower as mentioned above was not recognized was the health management. 3. As for the difference of potential factors between manpower. in Factor '1' the industrial hygienists' 80.7 points by percentage was higher than the medical personnel's 52.5 points and in Factor '2' the latter's(medical personnels's) 72.6 points by percentage was higher than the former's{industrial hygienists') 50.6 points in the level of job abilities. The above result shows that the industrial health service agency personnel can be classified into the job with a difference between manpower and that without any difference manpower. Therefore, the following issues: First: The field of health care shall be defined as the medical personnel's exclusive job. Second: The field of working environment management shall be defined as the industrial hygienists' exclusive job. Third: The field of health management shall be defined as a common job to lead the limits of time and space in the collective group occupational health management to be controlled effectively.
The Objective of this study was to design the model which predict the future cash flow of hospitals and on the basis of designed model to support sound hospital management by the prediction of future cash flow. The five cash flow measurement variables discussed in financial accrual part were used as variables and these variables were defined as NI, NIDPR, CFO, CFAI, CC. To measure the cash flow B/S related variables, P/L related variables and financial ratio related variables were utilized in this study. To measure cash flow models were designed and to estimate the prediction ability of five cash flow models, the martingale model and the market model were utilized. To estimate relative prediction outcome of cash flow prediction model and simple market model, MAE and MER were used to compare and analyze relative prediction ability of the cash flow model and the market model and to prove superiority of the model of the cash flow prediction model, 32 Regional Public Hospital's cross-section data and 4 year time series data were combined and pooled cross-sectional time series regression model was used for GLS-analysis. To analyze this data, Firstly, each cash flow prediction model, martingale model and market model were made and MAE and MER were estimated. Secondly difference-test was conducted to find the difference between MAE and MER of cash flow prediction model. Thirdly after ranking by size the prediction of cash flow model, martingale model and market model, Friedman-test was evaluated to find prediction ability. The results of this study were as follows: when t-test was conducted to find prediction ability among each model, the error of prediction of cash flow model was smaller than that of martingale and market model, and the difference of prediction error cash flow was significant, so cash flow model was analyzed as excellent compare with other models. This research results can be considered conductive in that present the suitable prediction model of future cash flow to the hospital. This research can provide valuable information in policy-making of hospital's policy decision. This research provide effects as follows; (1) the research is useful to estimate the benefit of hospital, solvency and capital supply ability for substitution of fixed equipment. (2) the research is useful to estimate hospital's liqudity, solvency and financial ability. (3) the research is useful to estimate evaluation ability in hospital management. Furthermore, the research should be continued by sampling all hospitals and constructed advanced cash flow model in dimension, established type and continued by studying unified model which is related each cash flow model.

The purpose is to increase the likelihood of physical education students for employment in public institutions by examining the priority for hiring sports-related public institutions. The subject of the study was purposeful sampling of a total of 11 persons including 4 sports professors, 3 NCS experts in sports field, 2 judges from public sports institutions, and 2 personnel in charge of hiring public institutions. Through this process, from January 3 to March 12, 2020, the importance of priority was analyzed using hierarchical structure analysis using the main factors of NCS vocational basic competency. All data are coded so that statistical processing can be performed. Using SPSS/PC (ver. 21.0) for Windows, the hierarchical structure analysis was used for frequency analysis and priority determination. First, communication skills (.231), organizational comprehension skills (.177), resource management skills (.128), interpersonal skills (.110), vocational ethics (.082), problems in the major areas of recruitment of sports-related public institutions Solving ability (.061), information ability (.056), mathematical ability (.054), self-development ability (.052), and description ability (.049) were analyzed in order.
