The aortic coarctation is located in the distal thoracic aorta or abdominal aorta, or both and is often called ‘middle aortic syndrome’ or ‘mid-aortic dyspastic syndrome’. Etiology is controversial and most cases are seen in young female women. Severe complication such as cardiac or renal dysfunction as well as cerebral hemorrhage may occur, so aggressive surgical intervention may take effect. Lately we experienced a middle aortic syndrome which was not typical because of the patient's advanced age at the time of clinical presentation. The Axillo-femoral artery bypass graft with 6 mm PTFE vascular graft was done.

The purpose of this study is to develop a teaching and learning plan for parental understanding classes for middle school students and to investigate the effect of the classes on the parent-child relationship by implementing the class. The classes were conducted from July 5 to July 15, 2021, for the second graders of S middle school in Gwangju Metropolitan City, in a total of 6 sessions, i.e., 3 sessions per week for 2 weeks. The influence of classes on parent-child relationship was measured in terms of the understanding of the middle age, degrees of interaction, affection, and bond with parents. In order to analyze the impact of classes, pre- and post-class online surveys were conducted on 184 students who agreed to participate. For the collected quantitative data, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, and pairwise t-tests were performed using the SPSS Ver 22.0 statistical program. According to the results, students' understanding of the developmental characteristics of middle age increased and the interaction between the students and their parents increased after the class. And the overall affection with the mother increased significantly. Also, students' bonds with both mother and father were significantly improved. Based on these results, the necessity and direction of home economics class were discussed to form a positive relationship between adolescent children and their parents.

The objective of the present study was to investigate the effect of senescence on the binding properties of muscarinic receptors in the neostriatum of young (3 months), middle-aged (18 months) and aged (33 months) male Fischer 344 x Brown Norway hybrid rats by employing direct binding of selective radiolabeled antagonists. Using the selective M, muscarinic receptor antagonist, $[^3H]$AF-DX384, as the ligand, no significant difference in the maximal receptor density (Bmax) was observed in the neostriatum among any age-groups. In contrast, with the selective M, receptor antagonist, $[^3H]$4-DAMP, a significant increase in the number of muscarinic receptors was observed in neostriatal membrane fractions prepared from the aged animals relative to that observed in the young rats. For each ligand there was no age-related change in its affinity (Kd) for the muscarinic receptors. These results indicate that the observed age-related changes in the muscarinic receptor density may not be necessarily decremuntal and depend upon the muscarinic receptor subtype examined.

Germany became a super-aged society which has the number of people aged 65 or older reached 19 percent of population in 1997. Similarly, there is a tendency in Korea to increase the number of older people coupled with an increase in the number of households of the senior citizen who lives alone due to a rapid change of family unit. Research on geriatric in Germany is being carried out in many different ways, like medical, welfare, and social aspects because of the fact that Germany is in the middle of a super-aged society. Therefore, analysis and evaluation of elderly care facilities in Germany will be used as a fundamental resource for overall planning of elderly care and welfare facilities which are expected to grow demand dramatically.

The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate family life education for meddle-aged man. We developed family life education program for man consisting of 4 sessions, which is based on the system theory and strong family perspective. The program was designed to contribute to making sound family culture and more to make more equal relation between a couple by breaking from the sex-types identity and recognizing androgyny. After implementing a program for 4 weeks, the quantity and quality evaluation revealed that the program made the middled-aged man have a chance to recognize the importance of their family, especially the need to respect wife, to reflect family role performance and to learn the importance of communication between a couple.
