This study is mainly focus on the satisfaction degree of programs which were been held in city park. The case study of this study is Tokyo metropolitan city park which planed programs and have managed them for approximately 20 years. For the purpose, this study used the questionnaire about the satisfaction degree of programs in 2 Tokyo metropolitan city parks which are held nature observation programs, after analysis of programs of city parks. This study used analysis method of cross-tab, factor analysis and multi-regression. The result are as follows: 1. As the result of factor analysis, 6 factors which are determined the satisfaction degree of programs are found. Also as the regression result between satisfaction degree and 6 factor, the satisfaction degree is positively affected by first factor which is identified program contents and forth factor which is identified marketing part of program. 2. On the organization of managing program, the sponsorship privately-managed citizen group is more favorable than the sponsorship by volunteer. 3. In the participant attribute, participants who are older than 50 showed high distribution, and there is no difference between sex.

This study examined the degree of life satisfaction and quality of life of elderly people living in abandoned mine regions as well as the life quality factors that affected their degree of life satisfaction. A structured survey was used to look at their degree of life satisfaction and quality of life. The subjects were 167 elderly people aged 60 or older residing in abandoned mine regions in Gangwon-do. Their quality of life and degree of life satisfaction was moderate and when they had worked for a mine for a long time, their current degree of life satisfaction was high. In addition, religion affected their degree of life satisfaction and the residential environment and pleasant environment were highly influential in their degree of life satisfaction. Therefore, to improve the degree of life satisfaction of elderly people living in abandoned mine regions, it is essential to recover their hollow areas and create a pleasant environment by organizing their residential areas and enhancing their environment.

With increasing number of dental patients, it is also increasing patient's desire to get better medical service. As the concern for improvement of dental medical service quality is growing, satisfaction degree of dental patients is becoming very important. This study was to investigate difference of patients' satisfaction degree concerned with installation of dental labs and the reason. The data for this study were collected through Self-Administered Questionnaires from 284 patients who had visited dental clinics more than two times. The results are as follows: Female respondents ratio was as twice much as male ones. And 54.2% of the respondents were found out to have completed university education. Dental clinics with dental labs scored higher than others in patients' satisfaction and recommendation willingness degree. Dental clinics without dental labs scored higher in patients' revisiting willingness degree. With simple Correlation Analyses it was found out that the most influential variable concerned with patients' general satisfaction degree was medical facility in dental clinics with dental labs, dentist ability to cure in dental clinics without dental labs. There were some discrepancies with other subordinate variables. Through Stepwise Multiful Regression Analyses it was found out that the most influential variable with patients' general satisfaction degree was dentist ability to cure in total and dental clinics without dental labs and medical facility in dental clinics with dental labs. There were also some discrepancies with other subordinate variables.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the marital satisfaction and family strengths among 134 commuting couples (268 individuals) living in Korea, who have been commuting for at least six months. The major findings obtained from this study are summarized as follows: 1) The degree of marital satisfaction of the husband and wife in commuting couples was 5.12 and 4.96, respectively, on a scale of 0-7.0. The important factors of marital satisfaction in the husband were the number of children, self-esteem and the degree of coping strategy, whereas for the wife they were the educational degree, kind of job, self-esteem and degree of coping strategy. 2) The degree of family strengths of husband and wife in commuting couples was 3.75 and 3.77, respectively, on a scale 0-5.0. The significant factors of the family strengths in the husband were relied on the person who moved, meeting cycle of conjugal, conjugal periods, self-esteem and the degree of coping strategy, whereas for the wife they were the educational degree, religion, kind of job, commuting periods, the person who moved, meeting cycle of conjugal, self-esteem and the degree of coping strategy. 3) There was a close correlation between the marital satisfaction and family strengths in the husband and wife of commuting couples.

A success of complete denture prosthesis can be determined by the satisfaction degree of the dentist and the patient. There are many factors influencing on the satisfaction of the complete denture patients. The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between the masticatory satisfaction and clinical evaluation, and the speech satisfaction and clinical evaluation in complete denture patients. 79 patients(total 119 complete dentures) were examined in this study who were treated in Seoul National University Dental Hospital. Through clinical evaluation, 2 examiners evaluated sex, age, edentulous period, the years of having used present complete denture, the number of the previous dentures, the state of the opposite arch, retention, stability, support, occlusion, vertical dimension of the complete denture and the condition of the residual alveolar ridge. Through questionnaires concerned with mastication and speech, examiners evaluate the satisfaction degree of the patients. This study led to the conclusion that : 1. The satisfaction degree of the mastication was lower in older patients(p<0.001) and in patients whose present complete denture period was shorter(p<0.05). The satisfaction degree of the mastication in male was higher than in female patients(p<0.01). 2. The satisfaction degree of the mastication was high when the retention of the complete denture was good(p<0.05), and when the condition of the residual alveolar ridge was good(p<0.05). 3. The satisfacion degree of the speech was high when the retention of the complete denture was good(p<0.01). 4. The satisfaction degree of the mastication was higher in patients with upper and lower complete denture than in patients with single complete denture whose oppsite arch was unilateral partial denture(p<0.05).

The aim of this study is to suggest guidelines of bicycle lanes in terms of landscape architecture with special reference to Kyongju. The research is mainly based on landscape satisfaction factors analysis regarding 16 variables and 10 slide photos of bicycles lanes. The 43 students of Landscape Department in Kyungpook National University were selected for the research. The major research findings are as follows; 1. Satisfaction degree of 16 variables are assessed in terms of semantic differential scale. The assess group is generally satisfied with variables concerning bicycle lane environment such as $\ulcorner$inclination of the lane (5.2)$\lrcorner$and $\ulcorner$road pavement conditions (5.1)$\lrcorner$. But the group expresses rather low satisfaction degree on the variables related lanes' surrounding landscape such as $\ulcorner$visual variety (3.9)$\lrcorner$, spacious resting place (3.7)$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$variety of facilities (3.1)$\lrcorner$. 2. The level of satisfaction degree regarding 16 variables and 10 photos shows that the male gives relatively higher satisfaction degree than the female group. But there is no statistical significance between the group regarding satisfaction degree of each variable and photo except 4 variables and 2 photos. 3. The assess group gives the highest satisfaction degree on the$\ulcorner$no. 10 slide (6.5)$\lrcorner$ and the lowest on the $\ulcorner$no. 7 slide (2.7)$\lrcorner$. The two photo shows variables of more than 4 points difference of satisfaction degree, such as $\ulcorner$good looking planting threes (4.8)$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$enough shadows (4.8)$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$comfortable atmosphere(4.1)$\lrcorner$. 4. $\ulcorner$Aesthetic and amenity factor$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$use condition factors$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$ike lane environment factors$\lrcorner$, and $\ulcorner$inclination and open view factors$\lrcorner$are the main four factors influencing landscape satisfaction of bicycle lane. Regression model using factor scores for landscape satisfaction degree of bike lane is S(Satisfaction degree)=4.526+1.099(aesthetic and amenity factor)+0.720(use condition factors)+0.486(bike lane environment factors)+0.048(inclination and open view factors($R^2$=0.811).

This study was intended to investigate the satisfaction degree of users with ward design, and on the basis of this, to suggest the design guidelines of user-oriented general hospital ward. A general hospital in Busan was case-studied. Subjects were 49 patients, 50 families, 50 nurses in this hospital. The results were as follows; The satisfaction degree of users with the psychological factors of ward design was relatively low, while the user satisfaction degree with the functional aspects was relatively high. As for the difference among users, the satisfaction degree of patients and their families with the functional aspects of ward design was higher than that of nurses, and there were no many cases to show the difference among users' satisfaction degree with the psychological factors.

In a normal x-ray examination, the cooperation of a patient in positioning greatly influences the improvement of work performance, the quality of the images and the reduction in time spent on the examination. An attempt was made to discover the connection between an examination information printout and the effects of the examination by informing the patient before the examination on the examination positions in order to increase the level of cooperation by the patient and by surveying the degree of satisfaction of the patient during the examination proceedings. An examination information printout was prepared on five positions that patients consider to be difficult while receiving normal x-ray examinations and were shown to 257 male and female patients between the ages of 30 to 79 who had visited this hospital between January 1 to February 29, 2012 or to a person who had accompanied the patients before the examination to research the degree of satisfaction regarding the printout. In addition, the examination explanation printout was given to Radiologic Technologists with over 1 year experience in this hospital to use while taking the x-rays and the degree of satisfaction was surveyed and it was examined if the increase of the degree of satisfaction had an effect on the reduction in the examination time. The patients who utilized the examination information printout revealed results of approximately a 7.8% higher degree of satisfaction among the patients who had previous experience receiving x-ray examinations compared to those were having an x-ray for the first time. In the age groups between 30 to 70 years of age, the age group in the 30's revealed the lowest level of satisfaction at approximately 69% and the group in the 50's showed the highest degree of satisfaction of 87.94%. In the survey of the Radiologic Technologists, 85% responded that they were satisfied. In the question that stated "Will the examination information printouts reduce the time involved in unnecessary conversations with the patients?," the responses showed a 95% degree of satisfaction. The degree of satisfaction was high over the examination information printout by both the patients and the Radiologic Technologists. Although the effects of examination time reduction varied based on the ages of the patients and physical conditions that they were in and could not be given measurement values, it was able to be seen through the survey that reduction of the unnecessary communication between the patient and the Radiologic Technologists contributed to the increase in the degree of satisfaction. As a result, both the patients and the Radiologic Technologists had an increased degree of satisfaction over the examination information printout and it was possible for improvements to be made in the quality of medical service provided as well. Nevertheless, it is considered that a more developed manual in terms of quality and quantity must be produced using a more systematic approach and design.

This study is to improve reasonable consumption as a consumer and interests of the consumers through analyzing the consumer satisfaction degree on product information provided on Internet, and to present basic information to contribute in protecting consumers through preventing harms on them due to insufficient or unnecessary information. The major results of the study are summarized as follows: 1) The degree of understanding characteristics in information focus on household electric appliances provided for the consumers on Internet found to be 'average'. 2) In the degree of significancy for information of the household electric appliances, consumers recognized information regarding services most important. 3) The overall satisfaction degree on information regarding household electric appliances on Internet was evaluated through giving a weight to the degree of significancy for the products and adding the satisfaction degree by information contents, and it was found to be 'average'.

With the advent of the 5G era, smart phones and communications network technology have progressed, and mobile short video of people's life can be made, Of the new tools of communication, at present, China's social short video industry has shown rapid development, and the most representative of the short video app is Douyin (international version: Tiktok). Under the background of Uses and Gratifications Theory, this study discusse the relationship between Douyin users' preference degree, use motivation, use satisfaction and attention intention. This study divides the content of Douyin video into 10 categories, selects the form of an online questionnaire survey, uses SPSS software to conduct quantitative analysis of 202 questionnaires after screening, and finally draws the following conclusions: (1) The content preference degree of Douyin short video (the high group and low group) is different in users' use motivation, users' satisfaction degree and users' attention intention. ALL results are within the range of statistical significance.(2) Douyin users' video content preference degree has a positive impact on users' use motivation, users' satisfaction degree, and users' attention intention. (3) Douyin users' motivation has a positive impact on users' satisfaction and user' attention intention. (4) Douyin users' satisfaction degree has a positive impact on users' attention intention. Based on the research results, we suggest that Douyin platform pushes videos according to users' preferences. In addition, as the preference degree has an impact on users' motivation, satisfaction degree and attention intention of using the platform, it is important that the platform's focus should to pay attention to the preference degree of users. Collecting users' preferences at the early stage of users' entering the platform is a good way to learn from, and doing a good job of big data collection and management in the later operation.
