This study investigated how learning motivation affects satisfaction with training and employment services and its performance for participants in government-supported job skill development program of the clothing industry so as to provide fundamental data for developing a training program that fosters professionals and relieves the labor shortage in the clothing industry. 180 copies of questionnaires were statistically analyzed by SPSSWIN 21.0. Most trainees were low-income citizens in their 40s and 50s. They were divided into highly educated or low-educated. The results of the research are as follows: when the trainees were motivated by the goals of getting a certificate or a job, employment service satisfaction levels were influenced meaningfully. Secondly, educational satisfaction levels and occupational ability development also scored highly. Therefore, it is important to strengthen instructors' competency. Instructors must be required to have onsite experience so that they can provide authentic education that can be applied to the work field. The government should establish a compulsory training session for the trainers along with an incentive program so that they can catch up with up-to-date technology and trend. Third, the research shows that supporting business startup and job placement is important. Follow-up management systems should be provided in cooperation with relevant institutions of employment and business startups. Either outsourcing or placement of professional advisors is also needed.

4차 산업혁명의 도래로 산업의 중심축이 중소기업으로 이동하고 마케팅의 수단이 온라인이 중심이 되어가고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 중소기업의 온라인수출지원사업의 활성화 및 성과 창출을 위한 요소로 지원사업의 서비스품질과 기업의 특성을 대상으로 연구하였다. 연구는 정부의 온라인 수출지원 사업에 신청한 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 진행했다. 연구결과, 지원기관의 서비스품질 중 편의성을 제외한 신뢰성과 기업의 특성(CEO의 의지, 전문 인력의 보유)가 모두 서비스의 활용 및 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이에 따라 중소기업의 온라인 수출지원사업의 활성화를 위해서는 기업의 인적역량향상과 함께 지원기관의 서비스품질의 신뢰성 향상에 힘써야 한다. 본 연구는 기업의 역량강화를 위한 특성과 함께 지원기관에 요구되는 신뢰성의 중요함을 확인했다는 점에 의미가 있으며, 서비스 품질과 기업특성의 다양한 요소를 반영하지 못한 한계가 있다.

국민기초생활보장법에 따라 2002년 시행되어 온 주거현물급여사업은 "주거급여법" 제정(2014.1.24.)으로 변화를 맞이하고 있다. 그동안 주거현물급여는 수급자 가구의 주거환경개선과 저소득층의 자활일자리 창출이라는 이중의 목표에 맞추어 13년간 사업이 시행되어 왔지만 각 지방자치단체에서의 이를 관리하고 시행하는데 따른 편차에 따라 사업의 효율성을 확보하는데 한계를 보였다. 이에 그동안 중추적인 역할을 담당했던 주거분야의 자활기업과 사업단의 매출액, 수익금의 변화와 새롭게 형성된 중앙 단위조직인 전국자활기업연합체가 향후 사업수혜자에 대한 만족도 향상과 제도변화에 따른 대응, 저소득층 일자리로서의 기능을 유지하는데 필요한 서비스 수준 향상 가능성과 사업관리체계의 변화요구에 대한 자기노력과 선도적 대응을 요청받고 있는 것 또한 사실이다. 이에 그동안의 주거현물급여사업에 대한 기존연구를 보완함과 동시에 새로운 제도 환경에 맞는 현장의 변화유인을 확인하고 그에 따른 대응을 검토하였다. 이를 위하여 첫째 전국자활기업이 저소득 대상에 대한 이해도 높은 특화된 서비스제공, 둘째 전국자활기업을 주거현물급여의 품질을 향상시키기 위한 전문화된 기관으로 전환 유도, 셋째 공급기관으로서의 수선유지에 대한 업무와 관련된 명시적인 지침의 제시를 통한 제도변화와의 조응, 마지막으로 사업수행과정프로세스에서의 일관된 기준과 절차적 표준화를 위한 혁신이 동반되어야 한다.

본 연구는 기업 HRD 교육훈련 프로그램에 대한 조직지원 특성이 HRD 교육훈련 프로그램의 효과성에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 상사지원, 직무지원, 회사지원으로 구성된 조직지원 특성을 독립변인으로 하고, 반응, 학습, 전이, 결과수준을 효과성의 종속변수로 하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 자료 수집은 2011년 8월 16일부터 9월 9일까지 국내 상장 및 코스닥 등록 증권사 중 서울에 본사를 두고 상시 재직자 온 오프라인 교육훈련 프로그램을 운영하고 있는 5개 기업의 임직원에게 설문지를 이용하여 배포하였다. 설문지는 3차로 나누어 총 340부가 배포되었으며, 총 164부의 설문지가 최종분석에 활용되었다. 검증 결과, 가설 1. 조직지원 특성이 반응수준에 미치는 영향에서, 상사지원, 직무지원, 회사지원은 반응수준에 대해서 모두 p<0.01 수준에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었다. 가설 2. 조직지원 특성이 학습수준에 미치는 영향에서, 상사지원, 직무지원, 회사지원은 학습수준에 대해서 p<0.05, p<0.01 수준에서 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었다. 가설 3. 조직지원 특성이 전이수준에 미치는 영향에서, 상사지원, 직무지원, 회사지원은 전이수준에 대해서 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 가설 4. 조직지원 특성이 결과수준에 미치는 영향에서, 상사지원, 직무지원, 회사지원은 결과수준에 p<0.01 수준에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 기업 교육훈련의 효과성은 교육훈련 프로그램의 내용과 질도 중요하지만, 교육훈련 과정에 대한 지지체계와 학습한 것을 실제 업무 현장에 적용할 수 있는 환경이 성과에 더 큰 영향을 미친다는 선행연구 결과를 재확인할 수 있었으며, 실제로 교육훈련 프로그램을 주관하고 실시하는 기업이나 전문가들은 교육훈련 프로그램 설계 특성도 중요하나, 조직지원 특성이 교육훈련 효과에 중요하게 작용함을 인식하여야 할 것이다.

디지틸혁명이후 기술융합과 산업융합으로 발전하여, 새로운 제품과 상품시장의 부상으로 기존 산업의 혁신패턴 변화와 지식기반경제의 시장 및 글로벌 혁신기업들의 변화가 더욱 다양하게 진화 발전하고 있다. 기술혁신으로 촉발된 사회경제적 효과가 국가의 지속적인 경제성장과 기업의 경쟁력 제고 측면에서 더욱 주목 받고 있다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 21C 지식기반경제의 지속적인 경제성장을 유지하기 위한 기술혁신에 관한 다양한 연구와 미래지향적 기술혁신 전략을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 주요 연구내용으로는 첫째 기술혁신에 대한 다양한 이론적 고찰을 하였다. 둘째, 미국과 유럽의 기술혁신 프로그램과 지원시스템을 연구분석하였다. 셋째, 우리나라의 기술혁신 현황과 문제점을 분석 정리하였고, 마지막으로 21C 지식기반경제의 경쟁력 있는 기술혁신 발전 전략과 시사점을 클러스터와 지역경제 활성화 관점에서 제시하였다.

This study investigates the relationship between related loan, ownership concentration and real estate firm performance. The data was collected from 35 real estate firms listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2007 to 2012. Related loans are viewed from the angle of related lending and loan. Related lending and loan is measured by the related lending on total lending ratio and related loan on total loan ratio. Firm performance is measured by the asset turnover ratio and return on assets ratio. Ownership concentration is measured by the right cash flow. The data analysis was done with regression analysis and panel data. The results of the study found that related loans had a positive effect on sales but had no effect on profits. This supports the efficient transaction hypothesis. On the other hand, related lending has a positive effect on profits that supports opportunistic transactions. Ownership concentration moderates the effect of related loan on company's performance. The related lending are beneficial for mutually supporting activities in the real estate sector business group in Indonesia, but related loans have the potential to be used in tunneling activities. The paper contributes to the related party transaction in benefits-risks of related lending and related loan in uncertainty context.

본 연구는 외식산업 창업속성이 고객지향성 및 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적을 갖고 서울지역에 소재하고 있는 외식업체의 5년 이상 창업자 300명을 대상으로 2013년 2월 1일부터 28일까지 설문조사 후 SPSS v. 17.0 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 외식산업 창업속성이 고객욕구이해에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 창업자금, 창업입지, 창업시설, 창업상품이 고객욕구이해에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 외식산업 창업속성이 고객관계에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 창업자금, 창업시설, 창업상품이 고객관계에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객지향성이 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 고객욕구이해, 고객관계가 창업성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이같은 결과는 외식산업의 창업에 따른 창업자금, 입지, 시설, 상품요소가 중요하고, 고객지향적인 고객욕구의 이해와 관계밀착이 종국적으로 성과로 나타나 장기적으로 안정된 경영을 뒷받침해 주는 요인임을 시사한 것으로 볼 수 있다.

This tutorial introduces procedures and methods for performing structural equation modeling using R. For this, we present the whole process of analyzing the structural equations model from the confirmatory factor analysis to the path diagram generation using the lavaan package, which is relatively well evaluated among the R packages supporting the structural equation modeling, together with the R program codes. Considering that research applying structural equation modeling techniques is the mainstream in a variety of social sciences, including business administration, and that there is growing interest in open source R, this tutorial focuses on researchers who are looking for alternatives to traditional commercial statistical packages and is expected that it will be a useful guidebook for them.

The Gwangju Daein Art Market, once declared as a declined market, was regarded as a success after an inflow of artists. However, the number of resident artists decreased from 100 at the end of 2015 to 39, to 9 in 2018, and to 6 in 2021. The project site showed signs of decline toward the completion of the project, leading to a Longitudinal study on the project's sustainability. The purpose of this study is to investigate the causes of outflow of artists and the network characteristics of the remaining artists from a sustainability perspective and thereby draw policy implications. As an analysis method, in-depth interviews and surveys were conducted. After that, we checked the remaining artists in 2018 and 2021 and identified the network characteristics. Based on the interview results, the causes of outflow were classified into programmatic, physical, and other factors. The results of a comparison showed that the levels of understanding, satisfaction, and frequency of exchange decreased. The study also provides policy implications. First, a sustainable, long-term program for the artists must involve the improvement of physical space. Second, participation in the market should be encouraged by working with artists on program composition or business progress. Third, programs for supporting exchange among artists should be further strengthened.

In the modern society where information system based on the computer in organization have been developed over again. A decision support system is one of the most popular topics. The computer have been discussed in relation to management strategy between enterprisers and researchers so far, but the accumulation of data resource and communication foundation have not been attended in actuality. The organic connection between business and information technique have been less progressed than our expectation. At this point of time. such a technical restrution getting removed, We have closed a gap between management strategy and computer. Now we are taking a growing interest in computer use for supporting proceedings decision, a lot of strategic marketing decision is wifely used in such a case, and the technical development is comming to advanced. In this study, I Investigate such a new tendency as strategic program and proceedings decision system. I will especially focus my study on a strategic program and a budget control corporation, so to speak, on strategic budget management system. Concretely the purpose of this study is to investigate what functions the proceedings decision support system requires in order to deal with the problem of strategic level and to practically establish the system with the use of DSS GENERATOR/ARISTOTLE in my laboratory.
