The aim of this study is to analyze the frequency of the mark points of all examination subjects, the correlation between all examination subjects and the factors to influence pass of the examination. The methodology of this study are as follows.1. The descriptive analysis mark points of the examination subjects. 2. The correlation analysis between the examination subjects. 3. The multiple regression analysis among the examination subjects. Every mark points tend to be changed in wide ranges according to the student's learning ability. On the certificates examination for marine officers, Students in deck part recorded higher in rate of successful applicants, but showed more subject failure than those in engine part. It is especially suggested for the students to improve the teaching and learning skills of the subject. The high correlation subject to total and average points were found in English subject. The high correlation subject was shown between English & Ship handling, Engineering 1&2 and English & Engineering 1,2,3. The most influential subjects to pass the examination were Navigation, English, Engineering 3.
This study is aimed to design for qualification structure and develop the subjects for examination of the school safety manager qualifications. For the study purpose, job analysis and meetings with experts were performed for extract contents such as task range, criteria of examination, subjects of examination and examination methods, etc. The first step, duties and tasks of the school safety manager were figured out through revised job analysis data of the school safety manager developed before. On the second step, job model was established and developed job specification including importance, difficulty and frequency of each task. On the third step, task specification was developed, and Knowledge-Skill Matrix was the most important thing on examination were completed. The fourth step was the selection of examination subject using task-subject matrix and 6 subjects such as The Principles of Safety, Understanding of the School Safety Manual, Law Related on the School Safety, Introduction to Education, Understanding and Dealing with Type of the School Safety, Establishment of the School Safety Plan were derived from previous procedure. The fifth step was development of guidelines for design examination of each subject. The last step was development for skills education program.
Purpose : This study was designed to evaluate the efficacy and utility of panoramic radiograph for the improvement of the periodic oral examinations. Materials and Methods : Clinical examinations and panoramic examinations were done for the 242 subjects of oral examinations. The results of panoramic radiograph interpretation were compared with the clinical findings. Two questionnaires were created. One was carried out before the panoramic examination and the other done afterwards, to find out the subjects' cognition and satisfaction for the clinical and panoramic examinations. Results : 1. Panoramic findings showed a higher detection rate of 31.9% for periodontal diseases, and 23.1% for dental caries than clinical findings. 2. The additional abnormalities detected through panoramic examinations were impacted tooth in 81 subjects (33.6%), maxillary sinus abnormalities in 28 subjects (11.6%), condylar abnormalities in 5 subjects (2.1%), congenital and acquired dental anormalies in 59 subjects (24.5%), and other miscellaneous abnormalities in 34 subjects (14.1%). 3. 164 subjects (67.8%) were satisfied with the current periodic oral examination, and 75 subjects (31.1%) hoped for better accuracy. 4. In the first and second questionnaire, 154 subjects (67.0%) and 163 subjects (70.6%) responded respectively that panoramic examination was necessary, and 193 subjects (83.2%) responded that it actually helped. Conclusion : The panoramic examination was revealed to improve the effectiveness of the periodic oral examination and to increase the satisfaction of the subjects of examination.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting early detection behaviors of breast cancer such as breast self examination(BSE), breast physical examination, mammography. Method: The subjects were 141 women on an island and materials were collected through an organized questionnaire from March, to August 2002. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, $x^2$ and logistic analysis by SAS program. Results: 52.7% of the subjects performed breast self examination, 67.2% did breast physical examination and 67.7% did mammography. That is, about 60% of the subjects performed early detection behavior to find the breast cancer. Practice of breast self examination was significantly correlated with experience of physician examination and mammography. The most significant factor on BSE was a normal salted diet, and the most significant factor on physical examination and mammography was the high education level of subjects. Conclusions: According to the results of this study, it suggests that intensive education and information strategies for breast cancer early detection need to be developed. In particular, early detection programs for lower educated women should be activated.
Since the establishment of the national medical licensing examination board in 1992, the medical licensing examination system has changed enormously and this has had a number of impacts on examination services. All those reforms were aimed at improving the relevance and reliability of the test. Several attempts of the testing system have appeared in the new examination service, and which have also brought about the changes in the medical school curriculum such as introducing integrated courses instead of traditional subjects, using test scores as a reference to the post-graduation selection test. Some examples of changes in the examination system are as follows: 1) choosing three integrated test subjects and outlines of their reference content instead of 15 academic subjects, 2) adjusting the ratio of multiple choice question items to focus more on the problem solving level, 3) introduction of 'one-best answer' single set and 'extended matching type items, 4) item construction based on real clinical cases and real clinical materials. Recently, a clinical skill test system has been introduced to measure examinees' basic clinical skills competencies. Despite continuing efforts, the examination system still has many issues remaining to be solved. These problems include the differential weighting of test items, appropriate threshold for passing, and practicality of pre-testing to stabilize the passing rate and avoid the hazards of newness and undesirably difficult test items.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of cancer screening among subjects in the lung cancer screening cycle and to analyze the factors affecting the cancer screening of subjects in the lung cancer screening cycle. Methods: This study used the 'National Health and Nutrition Survey 7th Year (2017)' surveyed nationwide as the main data. The subjects are lung cancer screening projects, the dependent variable is early cancer screening, the independent variables are gender, age, marital status, household income level, education level, national health insurance type, private health insurance, The number of chronic diseases, general health examination, smoking status, drinking status, moderate intensity physical activity, stress perception rate, and weight control efforts were determined. Results: The results of this study showed that factors affecting early cancer screening of lung cancer screening subjects were gender, age, marital status, education level, national health insurance, smoking status, drinking status, moderate physical activity, and weight. Irrespective of the control effort, it was found that the private medical insurance, the number of chronic diseases, the medical examination, and the stress perception rate were affected. Conclusion: If the lung cancer screening subjects recognize the importance of early cancer screening themselves and create a social environment to increase their participation rate, lung cancer screening patients and their families will help them to live a healthy life.
Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the feasibility of the Korean medical examination protocol, which included 14 questionnaires and 20 medical examination devices. Methods: We conducted a pilot observational study of 90 subjects to measure the time required to fulfill each item of the Korean medical examination, to evaluate patient satisfaction, and to report improvements that can be made to the Korean medical examination protocol based on clinical coordinator and subject feedback. Results: Among the 90 subjects included in the study (59 women and 31 men; mean [standard deviation] age, 37.2 [12.3] years), over 80% intended to receive a Korean medical examination if hospitals provided it and would recommend a Korean medical examination to others. The average time spent on the overall Korean medical examination was approximately 88.0 (21.4) minutes. Three areas for improvements were reported: survey issues, including the number of items, understanding, and readability; error issues in device measurements; and environmental issues affecting the sequence of medical examinations and temperature. Conclusions: Most subjects were satisfied with the Korean medical examination. Future studies should be conducted with larger samples to collect data continuously.

This study looked into how Colleges of Education around the country about how they are composing the curriculum to achieve the goal of Home Economics Subjects' national teachers training, how National Teacher's Examination's questions are set and which correlation is between university's curriculum composition and National Teacher's Examination questions and they were mainly focused on clothing area. For this study, 11 Colleges of Education's Home Management Major's curriculum and clothing area of Home Economic Subjects' National Teacher's Examination's questions from 2010~2016 were analyzed, and it will be summarized in the following. First, in College of Education's Home Management department, clothing area is organized with minimum of 4 to maximum of 12 different subjects. 'Textiles and Care for Textiles' and 'Design for Clothing' which is needed for the very basic subject completion for certificate to become a Home Economic Subject's teacher were included in all the university's curriculums and depending on the department's characteristics, 1~10 extra subjects were composited. Second, there were 34 questions on the exam of National Teacher's Examination in Home Economic subjects, and the results were 10~12 out of 80 each year according to the record of recent 7 years which is from 2010 to 2016. In the Clothing Area, 31 questions included various materials such as pictures, graphs, dialogues, explanations, examples and others, and 19 questions had more than 2 data overlapping. Third, as a result of looking into the correlation between the questions of Curriculum of Clothing Area of College and National Teacher's Examination, there were most questions from the curriculum of basic subject of completion. This means, 18 questions were related to 'Textiles and Care for Textiles' and 'Design for Clothing' and there was 8 questions related to 'Construction of Clothing' which was the second most. The result of this study will help effecting setting exam questions for Home Economic Subject's National Teacher's Examination and Home Management's Curriculum of Clothing Area College being amended.
Background (Purpose): The objective of this study was to investigate regulations on pharmacist and other healthcare professional license examination in Korea. Specific aim was focused on the implementation of new regulatory system governing pharmacist license examination particularly on naming of the subjects, method of the examination, and discrimination of pass or fail. Method: Laws and regulations of Korea on the examination system were retrieved from sources posted in Ministry of Government Legislation. Results: Two major regulatory differences were found between pharmacist and other healthcare professionals license examination systems. Firstly, the regulation on pharmacist license examination was ruled by the enforcement ordinance of parent law (Pharmacy Law) while it was ruled by enforcement regulation of parent law (Medical Law). Secondly, minimum grade requirement for pharmacist and other healthcare professionals was differently set up: 40% for each single subject in pharmacist and average of 40% for each group of several subjects in other healthcare professionals. Conclusion: Since pharmacist profession has drastically changed from drug-makers to drug-users during the recent decades, it is desirable to have the regulations on pharmacist license examination system amended in harmony with other laws and regulations of Korea and other major developed countries. Two-step examination for pharmacist license appears worthwhile to implement for balancing the two key functions of the pharmacist being drug-makers and drug-users.
The Internet marketing of hospital is being considered as a strategic requirement that can satisfy the customers. Therefore, it is very important to understand the effects of the medical information on the Internet on the actual consumers. In this study, the paths through which the attitude and satisfaction of the medical information consumers that visit hospital web site are formed for the medical information through the quality of the medical information on the Internet and usability of hospital web site were examined respectively according to the medical examination and treatment subjects that respectively deal with medical acts and cosmetic acts through light metabolism recovery. The usability of hospital web site, rather than medical information quality, had positive effects on the attitudes toward the medical information distributed in the corresponding web site and the satisfaction of use of hospital web site in the case of visitors of the hospital web site for the medical examination and treatment subjects of essential medical examination and treatment and emergency medical treatment, and, on the other hand, the result of analyzing the path of the medical examination and treatment subjects of cosmetics and functional improvement revealed that the medical information quality had positive effects on the medical information attitudes and the usage satisfaction of hospital web site. Accordingly, the attitudes toward the medical information distributed through the web site by the visitors of hospital web site is formed from the quality of medical information and web site usability, and, ultimately, they become generally satisfied with the hospital web site. Such process is revealed different1y according to the medical examination and treatment subjects for which consumers desire to obtain information.
