The remarkable growth of the Internet since mid-l990s has expanded the e-learning market and brought the transformation of educational environments and methodology. It can be said that the e-learning has changed the educational paradigm. Korean government is firmly determined to support the diffusion of e-learning because of the benefits of e-learning. People seem to accept the e-learning when its contents have high quality. A lot of research have been conducted on e-learning, however, it was mostly about user's usage intention, satisfaction and educational effect. It can't seem that sufficient research efforts have been put into figuring out the role of e-learning contents quality in the expansion of e-learning. In this paper, we present the empirical study on the influence of e-learning contents quality on user's satisfaction and educational effect. We conducted an questionnaire survey on college students to collect data and found that the quality of e-learning contents has significant influence on the users' satisfaction.

With advances in smart and ICT(information and communication technology) technologies, our life style has been changing dramatically. Now everybody can enjoy the benefits of such technologies in every aspect of his/her daily life. Currently more and more people are trying to have smart devices such as smart phones and tablet PCs so that smart devices become the bare necessities. New smart technologies have created a new concept called smart learning in education area. As educational smart contents become popular, we need quality standards for the contents. Those standards are essential for evaluating the smart contents and suggesting guidance for future smart contents production. Although there are some standards for the existing e-learning environments, to our best knowledge, there are no standards for educational smart contents in the literature. The purpose of this paper is to develop quality standards for educational smart contents. The proposed quality standards are based on the existing quality standards in e-learning environments and include some characteristics of smart learning. For development of quality standards, wide experts group from academy and industry are selected and surveyed. Their responses are analyzed based on thorough statistical analysis so that final quality standards for educational smart contents are developed.

The purpose of this study was to develop indicators for quality management of educational institutions, and to achieve this, literature analysis and expert interviews were conducted. Through literature analysis, the components of TQM were derived focusing on factors to improve the quality of education, engineering education accreditation standards, and a representative education accreditation system, were considered. Additionally, seven areas as well as 32 indicators required for education quality management, were derived by comparing the EFQM excellence model and the MBNQA education model, applied for quality management of companies and institutions. By comparing and synthesizing these results, a draft was developed for the quality management index of educational institution. Next, opinions on correction and supplementation of quality management indicators derived from literature analysis, were collected from five education experts. From the comparisons and integration of these results, eight criteria (leadership, strategy, customers, people, facilities and environment, curriculum management, curriculum improvement, and performance management) and 34 indicators, were proposed for quality management indicators for educational institutions. Curriculum management, people, and performance management criteria were considered more significantly in quality management of educational institutions, and several implications are suggested based on the study results.

Purpose: This study started with the question of how to use Virtual Reality (VR) contents as a part of the non-face-to-face education tool that has recently attracted attention. Methods: In this paper, the use of VR contents as an educational tool is explained as a process of 'new media access dimension'. The question was explored on why Virtual Reality (or Augmented Reality) contents are not used as educational tools in the educational field. Results: As a result, the lack of 'material access' such as devices and infrastructure affects 'motivational access' approach stage, which is the previous stage. Again, it has a negative effect on literacy, which is 'skill access' approach stage. As it was found that it was not circulating to the level of "motive-material-skill-usage", it was discussed that it was taking a different step from the past adoption process of ICT and smart media. Conclusion: Based on this, it is believed that immersive content will contribute to arousing interest that can be applied and spread in the educational field, and it is also thought that it will be possible to derive academic interest in the educational effect according to the characteristics of immersive content such as VR.

본 연구는 초 중등 분야에서 교육용 디지털 콘텐츠의 질 관리 및 효율적인 콘텐츠 관리를 위하여 수명주기 체계에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 에듀넷 사례를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 에듀넷 선도교사를 대상으로 콘텐츠의 활용 주기, 업데이트 주기 등 수명주기에 대한 요구사항을 실시하고 이를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 교육용 콘텐츠의 생성 목적이 교과인지 비교과인지 여부와 주제/교육 방향과 교수 학습 등 교육 환경의 지속적인 변화를 반영하여 기존에 서비스하고 있는 콘텐츠를 재평가할 수 있는 명확한 수명주기 체제를 구축하여 교육용 콘텐츠의 품질관리가 필요함을 보여주었다. 본 연구는 초 중등 분야에서 디지털 콘텐츠를 제공하고 있는 기관에서 사용자 친화적인 서비스 구성을 위해 사용자의 요구사항이 무엇인지를 파악하고 수명주기 기반의 콘텐츠 관리 체계를 마련할 필요성을 제시하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

교육용 콘텐츠의 질 관리 방안을 정립하기 위해 본 논문은 교육용 콘텐츠의 질 관리 대상이 되는 콘텐츠 범위를 수립하고 소프트웨어의 생명주기와 기존의 콘텐츠 생명주기를 분석한 후, 현재 상황에 적합한 생명주기를 정의하고 단계 별 질 관리 절차를 제시하여 콘텐츠의 개발과 활용을 지원하도록 하였다. 교육용 콘텐츠가 생성되고 소멸하기까지의 모든 과정을 생명주기로 정의하였으며 개발과정은 기획, 설계, 제작단계로 구분하고, 활용과정은 평가, 유통, 관리단계로 구분하여 질 관리 지침을 수립하고 제공하여 콘텐츠를 개발하는 개발자와 개발의 진행을 지원하는 관리자 모두에게 적용할 수 있는 모델을 개발 하였다.

Online education, commonly referred to as distance education, has developed rapidly. However, it is questionable whether such distance education has been applied to various educational fields and has achieved satisfactory results in terms of learning effect. One of the reasons for not maximizing the benefits of distance education is non-dynamicity in the production and application of educational content. Educational contents production is made up of collaborative work between the instructor who is the contents expert and the developer who is the production expert. For this reason, existing researches have also concentrated on the improvement of each educational effect. In this paper, we propose to replace a production expert from a developer to an instructor. At this time, the important point is that the educational contents produced by the instructor, who is a development non-expert, should still be able to be maintained with high-quality contents utilizing the characteristics of the web. For this purpose, the production system was developed based on open source to maintain the quality similar to the educational contents developed by the production expert. This will increase the effectiveness of education by applying the developed Smart-Blended Learning System to various educational sites.

급변하는 교육 기술과 트랜드로 교육용 디지털 콘텐츠를 제공하는 서비스는 기존 콘텐츠가 내용적 변화와 영상적/기술적 품질의 재평가 및 폐기 등이 필요한지에 대한 관리보다는 최신의 기술과 트랜드에 맞춤화된 콘텐츠를 제공하는데 급급했다. 본 연구에서는 교육용 디지털 콘텐츠의 질 관리를 위해 적합한 수명주기와 효과적인 재평가 주기에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 국내 교육 서비스에 대한 사례를 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 국내 교육 서비스 중 초 중등, 고등, 평생교육에서 대표적인 서비스 사례를 선정하여 담당자로 구성된 초점그룹인터뷰(FGI, Focused Group Interview)를 실시하였다. 인터뷰 결과를 바탕으로 각각 학교급에 따른 교육용 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 수명주기를 분석하고, 시사점을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 교육용 디지털 콘텐츠에 대해 수명주기에 의한 질 관리의 필요성을 제기함으로써 기관 자체적으로 체계 없이 수행하고 있는 기 콘텐츠의 관리를 좀 더 체계화된 수명주기 정책을 통해 관리하기 위한 기반을 마련하였다는데 의의가 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to measure the Airline Educational Service Quality and to find ways to improve the priority factors that need improvement. Methods: The 267 collected data from the survey of K-airline calculate the Potential Customer Service Improvement Index based on the Kano Model, Timko Customer Satisfaction Index and conduct Focus Group Interview. Results: The satisfaction of Airline Educational Service Quality can be improved if instructor operations are intensively managed considering field experience and contents that can be applied in the field. Conclusion: This study would provide useful information about Airline Educational Service Quality and can be applied to map out strategies to improve the satisfaction of the Airline Educational Service.

본 연구는 학습자의 효과적 학습을 위해 온라인 상 콘텐츠 품질을 구성하는 요소와 오프라인 강의가 콘텐츠 품질을 인식하는데 얼마나 영향을 주는가를 알아보기 위한 연구이다. 다속성 태도모델(multiattribute attitude model)의 속성만족도-중요도 모델(attribute satisfaction-importance model)을 중심으로 온라인 학습에 있어 콘텐츠 품질이 학습태도에 미치는 영향과 오프라인 강의를 병행했을 때의 학습태도(learning attitude) 형성의 변화에 대한 관계를 살펴보고자 한다. 콘텐츠 만족도에 대한 신념(belief)은 콘텐츠 품질을 구성하는 요소로 음성강의, 동영상강의, WBI방식 강의로 나누어 평가한다. 여기에 웹상의 강의와 오프라인 강의를 병행했을 때 형성되는 학습태도의 변화에 대해 연구한다.
