  • Recently some researchers have challenged the truism by arguing that ethical leadership evokes followers' engagement in unethical behavior when that is benefit for organization(unethical pro-organizational behavior, called UPB). In this paper, I propose the relationships among the ethical leadership, affective commitment, and UPB based on social exchange theory and social identity theory. Using survey data from 10 companies 90 employees, the regressing analysis results indicate that there is positive and significant direct relationship between ethical leadership and UPB, and affective commitment paly as a partial mediator role among ethical leadership and UPB. Some implications, future research directions, and study limitations were discussed.

  • In general, RMR classification system is used for the support design of a tunnel. Face mapping during excavation and RMR-based rock classifications are conducted in order to provide information for complementary changes to preliminary survey plans and for continuous geological estimations in direction of tunnel route. Although they are ever so important, there are not enough time for survey in general and sometimes even face mapping is not available. Linear regression analysis for the estimation of mediating RQD and condition of discontinuities, which require longer time and more detailed observation in RMR, was performed and optimum regression equations are suggest as the result. The geological data collected from tunnels were analyzed in accordance with three rock types as sedimentary rock, phyllite and granite to see geological effects, generally not been considered in previous researches. Parameters for the regression analysis were set another RMR factor.

  • Recently, design has emerged as a key factor of successful product development. This study reviewed the elements of form with a view point of addressing and defining the elements of aesthetics and how they influence consumer aesthetic response. Though past researches related to form aesthetics reported that form aesthetics exist as a single element with other sub-elements, this research made further investigations into form aesthetics and reported that form aesthetics in product design can be broadly divided into form aesthetics and content aesthetics. Empirical studies on each category was undertaken and from the results obtained, it was concluded that typicality is a dominant element in content aesthetics while rhythm is a dominant element in form aesthetics. Also, the study investigated the effect of conditional variables such as price and brand hierarchy on each category and it was observed that both content and form aesthetics elements are affected by conditional variables such as price and brand hierarchy, Furthermore, the study reports that both content and form aesthetics elements are mutually correlated and both categories affect user's aesthetics response. It is intended that the results obtained from this work will contribute to theoretical knowledge of aesthetic elements and can be put to use by product design and manufacturing companies.

  • This study analyzed the impacts and factors of the government's local industry upbringing policy on business growth. We analyzed the effect of product innovation and technological innovation on business competence, external cooperation level, R&D investment, and corporate growth using PLS(Partial Least Squares) structural equation. The results show that management competence and external cooperation level have a significant effect on firm growth and that there is a moderating effect between beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries. Management competence affects product innovation. Product innovation was analyzed to have mediating effects on firm growth. Finally, the policy direction of increasing managerial capacity is presented, and the limitations and future research directions are suggested.

  • This study studies the effect of social welfare service quality on facility reuse for users of social welfare facilities. The purpose of this study is to study the effect of the parallel triple mediation effect of facility image user loyalty and facility satisfaction. To this end 219 users of social welfare facilities were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 for Windows and Process macro. As a result, first the variables of service quality facility image user loyalty facility satisfaction and facility reuse all formed significant positive relationships. Second facility image user loyalty and facility satisfaction had multiple mediating effects. This study presented a new model using multivariate in response to social welfare facilities in pandemic situations.

  • This study aims to determine whether coach leadership behavior and group cohesion mediate in the relationship between grit and training satisfaction among Chinese college students. Data were collected through a survey targeting 313 college students purposively sampled at a university in Guangdong, China. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2. The statistical methods applied were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and dual mediation effect analysis. The conclusion of the study is as follows. First, grit, coach leadership behavior, group cohesion, and training satisfaction all showed significant positive correlations. Second, the coach's leadership behavior and group cohesion double-mediated in the relationship between grit and training satisfaction. Based on these results, this study proposed a plan to utilize not only grit but also coach leadership behavior and group cohesion to improve college students' training satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the individual variables that influence the behavior of college students who successfully set career goals, plan for achieving goals, and specifically practice them. As a result of analyzing the relationship between career stress, career decision-making self-efficacy, career motivation, and career preparation behavior through a survey of 300 four-year college students nationwide, career stress negatively affected career self-efficacy, career decision-making self-efficacy had a positive effect on career motivation, and career motivation had a positive effect on career preparation behavior. In addition, career decision-making self-efficacy and career motivation sequentially mediated between career stress and career preparation behavior. It is significant that college students found personal variables necessary to successfully prepare for career and confirmed the relationship between the variables through the results of this study.

  • To evaluate the role of nitric oxide (NO) in $IFN-{\gamma}$ production and apoptosis of splenocytes in genetically different strains of mice with toxoplasmosis, BALB/c (a toxoplasmosis resistant strain) and C57BL/6 (a toxoplasmosis susceptible strain) mice were infected with Toxoplasma gondii cysts orally and subsequently injected intraperitoneally with aminoguanidine, an iNOS inhibitor (AG; 35 mg/kg per mouse daily for 14 days). When BALB/c or C57BL/6 mice were infected with T. gondii without AG treatment, number of brain cysts, NO and IFN-y production by splenocytes, and percentages of apoptotic splenocytes were increased compared to uninfected control mice without AG treatment. AG treatment increased the number of brain cysts, and reduced NO and $IFN-{\gamma}$ production in T. gondii-infected C57BL/6 mice. In contrast, in T. gondii-infected BABL/c mice, the number of brain cysts, and NO and $IFN-{\gamma}$ production of splenocytes was not altered by treatment with AG. However, the percentages of apoptotic splenocytes in T. gondii-infected BALB/c or C57BL/6 mice were not affected by AG treatment. These results suggest that NO modulates $IFN-{\gamma}$ production in T. gondii-infected C57BL/6 mice, and that NO is involved in mediating a protective response in toxoplasmosis susceptible, but not resistant, mice strain during acute infection.
