  • 본 논문은 조직구성원의 팀내 교환관계와 기술경영교육이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 임파워먼트를 매개효과로 고찰하였다. 조직 경쟁력 유지를 위해서는 조직내 혁신행동의 지속적 창출은 필수적인 요소가 되었다. 이러한 혁신행동 창출을 위한 요인으로 본 논문에서는 기술경영교육과 팀원간 교환관계를 고찰하였다. 또한, 이러한 기술경영교육과 팀원간 교환관계가 임파워먼트를 매개효과로 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 설정된 가설은 다음과 같다. 가설1: 팀내 팀원들간의 교환관계의 질(TMX)이 높은 종업원은 혁신행동 창출을 보다 많이 할 것이다. 가설2: 팀내 팀원들의 기술경영교육이 높으면 혁신행동 창출이 보다 많이 이루어질 것이다. 가설3: 팀내 팀원들간의 교환관계와 기술경영교육이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향에 있어서 개인수준의 임파워먼트는 매개효과를 할 것이다. 이러한 가설의 검증을 위하여 대전의 벤처기업 조직구성원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 가설의 검증은 상관관계효과, 회귀분석, 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 가설검증결과 팀내 TMX, 기술경영교육은 혁신행동에 정의 영향을 미치고 있었으며 임파워먼트는 매개효과를 하고 있었다. 혁신행동에 영향을 미치는 선행요인으로 다양한 요인이 고찰되었지만 본 논문에서는 임파워먼트를 매개효과로 하여 기술경영교육과 팀내 교환관계를 고찰하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

어린이집의 교사전문성 지원환경이 초임교사의 전문성 인식에 미치는 영향: 직무수행동기의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of a Professional Learning Environment at a Day Care Center on the Professionalism of Beginning Teachers: Focusing on the Mediating Role of Their Work Task Motivation)

  • Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of a teacher professional learning environment at workplace day care centers on the professionalism of beginning teachers and also to verify the mediating effects of the beginning teachers'work task motivation on that relationship. Methods: The participants were 129 new teachers currently employed at workplace day care centers. The Current Status for Professional Competence was used to measure the teachers' professionalism. The Professional Learning Environment Inventory assesses the professional learning environment of day care centers. To measure the work task motivation, the Work Tasks Motivation Scale for Teachers was used. Results: Firstly, positive relationships were identified between a professional learning environment and their intrinsic motivation and identified motivation. However, there were also negative relationships between the professional learning environment and their introjected motivation and amotivation. Secondly, this study partially verified the mediating effects of the beginning teachers'work task motivation on the relationship between the professional learning environment and teachers' professionalism. Conclusion/Implications: The relationship between the professional learning environment and the professionalism of beginning teachers was mediated by the teachers'own intrinsic motivations, identified motivations, and amotivation.

대학생의 애착과 주관적 안녕감과의 관계: 대인관계 매개효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Relationship between Attachment and Subjective Well-Being: Focusing on Mediating Effects of Interpersonal Relationship)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of interpersonal relationship on the relationship between attachment and subjective well-being of university students. We conducted a survey on 336 university students in Andong-si and Cheongju-si. The data were analyzed by Pearson's productive correlation, hierarchical regression analysis and Sobel test. The results were as follows: First, affective well-being made an effect by avoidant attachment and anxiety attachment, and was more affected by interpersonal relationship than anxiety attachment including mediating variable of interpersonal relationship. Second, there was a significant effect in cognitive well-being only by anxiety attachment. Including mediating variables of interpersonal relationship, cognitive well-being affected by interpersonal relationship only. Third, interpersonal relationship mediated partially the relationship between attachment and affective well-being, and perfectly between attachment and cognitive well-being.

병원근로자의 변화지향 조직시민행동 결정요인 : 직무만족, 조직몰입의 매개효과 검증 (Determinants of Change-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Hospital Employees : Estimating the Mediating Effects of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment)

  • Purposes: This study aims to investigate the determinants of change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior(CO-OCB) of hospital employees and test the mediating effect of the job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the CO-OCB. Methods: Data were collected from the self-administered questionnaire survey for hospital employees of ten hospitals located in five regions, including Seoul. Out of 1,100 questionnaires which were distributed through the administrative routes, a total of 617 copies were returned(response rate 56.1%) and analyzed by frequency analysis, t-tests, correlation analysis, multiple regression, and path analysis using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. Findings: The study results revealed that the explanatory power(56.4%) of the model was most significantly increased by the variables of psychological attributes(R2-change 33,5%). Also, the variables of self-efficacy, followed by hope, the organizational climate for innovation, the psychological safety climate, team-member exchange, and leader-member exchange were found to have positive total effects on CO-OCB, through the mediating variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Practical Implications: The study results imply that, in order to improve the CO-OCB of hospital employees, the administrators have to take the integrated approach considering the various domains of factors including the psychological attributes, job characteristics, interpersonal relations, and organizational climate simultaneously.

중소제조업의 서비스화 결정요인이 성과에 미치는 영향 : 서비스화 역량의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The influence of Servitization Decision Factors on the Performance of SMEs : Focused on the Mediating Effects of Servitization Competency)

  • As the technological gap amongst manufacturers decreases, the life cycle of products has shortened, and competition accelerates due to the development of technology, incumbent manufacturing companies face growth limitations. In order to overcome such business issues, manufacturing companies are increasingly interested in changes in business models and innovations, especially in the direction of providing services where they can maintain the competitive advantage of their products. In such context, this empirical study examines managerial leadership, differentiation strategies, and products and services pricing as 'servitization factors', which can be driving forces for moving into a new era of growth for Korean SMEs, focusing on the mediating effects of servitization competency. The results are as follows : First, it was confirmed that executive leadership, differentiation strategy, and information & communication technology capability have a direct effect on service sales. Second, the process competency, partnership competency, and ICT competency, which are presented as the service competence of SMEs, were found to play an important role in inducing service sales in managerial leadership, differentiation strategy, product and services pricing. It also emphasized the role of the public policy such as helping to foster SMEs as key partners in the expansion of social facilities and establishing platforms through ICT and data utilization for the convergence of manufacturing services.

치기공과 학생의 전공선택확신과 진로결정수준의 관계에서 전문직업성의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effects of Professionalism on the Relationship between Major Selection Conviction and Career Decision Level of Dental Technology Students)

  • Purpose: The following study analyzes the mediating effects of professionalism on the relationship between major selection conviction and career decision level of dental technology students. It is to be used as basic data for improvement of the students' career decision level and an effective way to train professionals of the colleges. Methods: The survey was conducted on dental technology students. The collected data was analyzed by the statistical program SPSS 18.0. The results were analyzed by reliability, frequency, multiple-way ANOVA, correlation, multiple regression. To test for significance on each item, p<0.05 has been decided as a standard. Results: The analysis shows that the students' age and clinical practice experience bring a significant difference in major selection conviction, career decision level and professionalism. Professionalism has been found to bring significance mediating effects in relation to major selection conviction and career decision level. Conclusion: To improve the quality and pride as a professional as well as satisfaction with major selection can be expected to raise the standard of the students' career decision level.

건강불평등 요인이 농촌노인의 건강수준에 미치는 영향 (The effect of Health Inequality Factors on Health Level of the Rural Elderly)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the relationships between the factors affecting health levels of the elderly in rural areas. Methods: Subjects were 257 elderly people residing in rural areas of six cities and Gangwon Province. Data was collected through questionnaires (demographic and socioeconomic status, social resources, health behaviors, physical environment, psychological tendency and general health levels) and was analyzed by using multiple regression and Sobel test. Results: The demographic and socioeconomic characteristics of the subjects exerted statistically significant influence on their social resources, health behaviors, physical environment, and psychological tendencies. The demographic and socioeconomic characteristics, social resources, health behaviors, physical environment, and psychological tendencies, in turn, exerted a statistically significant influence on the health level. The social resources had mediating effects on the relationship between income, one of the demographic and socioeconomic characteristics, and health level. The residential environments had mediating effects on the relationship between income and health level. The psychological tendency had mediating effects on the relationship between income and health level. Conclusion: This study suggests that income is an important factor affecting health level among rural elderly people. In addition, social resources, health behaviors, physical environment, and psychological tendencies among them also affect health level, so it is necessary to make strategies to improve these factors.

아버지 의사소통과 아동의 주관적 행복감의 관계 : 부정적 자동적 사고의 매개역할 (The Mediating Effects of Negative Automatic Thoughts on the Relationships between Father's Communication Style and Children's Happiness)

  • The present study investigated the mediating effects of negative automatic thoughts on the relationship between the communication styles of fathers and their children's happiness. The participants consisted of 509 elementary school (225 5th, 6th graders) and middle school (284 1st, 2nd graders) students in Seoul and Jeonju city. The instruments used were the Parent-Adolescent Communication Inventory (Barnes & Olson, 1982), the Korean Children's Automatic Thoughts Scales (Moon, 2002), and the Happiness Inventory for Children (Lee, 2005). Data were analyzed by means of both descriptive statistics and regression analysis using the SPSS (12.0 version). The results indicated that the effects of a father's communication style on children's happiness was partially mediated by their negative automatic thoughts. In conclusion, negative automatic thoughts has a mediating effect upon a father's communication style as it relates to the happiness of their children.

The Effects of Online Brand Community Members' Interactions on Values, Participation, and Brand Loyalty: The Mediating Effects of Virtual Interactivity

  • Purpose: This study identified the effects of the three types of consumer interactions on the utilitarian and hedonic values experienced by community members, their degree of participation, and brand loyalty. In addition, the mediating effect of virtual interactivity between the interactions that occur within the online brand community and the value experienced by community members was also identified. Research design, data and methodology: An online survey was distributed, and the data gathered was analyzed using structural equations modeling. Results: Test results showed that product-information interaction has a positive effect on utilitarian value and interpersonal interaction has a positive effect on hedonic value. Human-computer interaction was found to have a negative effect on hedonic value and no significant effect on utilitarian value. Furthermore, it was revealed that among the three types of interactions, virtual interactivity had a mediating effect only in the relationship between human-computer interaction and hedonic value. Moreover, utilitarian values experienced by community members affected their level of participation which ultimately enhances brand loyalty. Hedonic value did not affect their level of participation within the online brand community. Conclusions: When marketers establish online brand community strategies, they must place elements that can directly help the use of brands and products.

간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스와 소진의 관계: 영적 안녕의 매개효과 (The Relation between Stress of Clinical Practice and Burnout among Nursing Students: The Mediation Effect of Spiritual Well-being)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence the clinical practice of nursing students and to identify the mediating effects of spiritual well-being in the relation between stress of clinical practice and burnout caused by clinical practice. Methods: Data were collected by self-report questionnaires targeting 420 nursing students in three nursing colleges located in Gyeonggi and Chungnam province. Results: Burnout of clinical practice according to general characteristics of the study subjects showed significant difference in religion (t=1.895, p=.049). Stress of clinical practice and burnout of clinical practice showed positive correlation (r=.42, p<.001), existential spiritual well-being showed negative correlation between stress of clinical practice (r=-.17, p<.001) and burnout of clinical practice (r=-.47, p<.001). In addition, religious spiritual well-being in spiritual well-being showed no mediating effects and existential spiritual well-being showed mediating effects between burnout in clinical practice stress. Conclusion: In order to alleviate the stress of clinical practice for burnout of clinical practice prevention of nursing students, solutions to improve the existential spiritual well-being will be required in the future.
