친환경인증아파트 단위주거의 친환경적 계획요소 분석 (Analysis of Environment-friendly features in the unit of Environment-friendly Certificated Apartment)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate environment-friendly planning feature in Environment-friendly Certificated apartments and to use the basic planning data of housing. Seven Environment-friendly Certificated apartments have been analyzed. The findings of this study are as follows: Environment-friendly planning features are categorized into 4 items; floor planning feature, material planning feature, universal planning feature and environmental planning feature. Among floor planning features, natural sunlight, built-in closets, and differentiated floor plans are well considered, but the flexible floor plan for resident's lifestyle and green space are lack. Among material planning features, environment-friendly finishing materials, environment-friendly products and energy-efficient double-pane windows are well considered, but implementation for resource savings using recycled materials are lack. Among universal design planning features, removal of threshold and installation of safety device in bathroom are not well considered. Among environmental planning features, usage of alternative energy like solar energy are not applied. The environment-friendly planning features in interior space should be introduced in diverse ways.

친환경 건축에서 나타나는 랜드스케이프 건축 특성 연구 (A Study on the Characteristic of 'Landscape Architecture' in Environment-Friendly Architecture)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze environmental-friendly design features in landscape architecture. The process of the study first started theoretical research of 'Environmental-friendly' and 'Landscape', then extracted primary conceptual elements that based on ecological background, and analyze 20 cases, from 1990 to now, based on elements that extracted. Summarizing about environment-friendly feature in landscape architecture of Form, Space, Energy Management is as following. First, In the formal aspect, Landscape architecture tend to harmonize with surrounding environment through horizontal, vertical continuity that is realized to transform artificial plate. Second, In the spatial aspect, Landscape architectural space has flexible feature. It is expression through methods blur boundary between outside and inside, lead to change and experience by time, indeterminacy of program. Third, In the energy management aspect, the introduction of effective energy system increase environmental features in space through technical application and environmental-friendly materials.

독일친환경주거사례연구 -프라이부르크 보봉(Vauban)주거단지를 중심으로- (A Case Study on Environment Friendly Housing in Germany -Focused on Freiburg Vauban Housing Complex-)

  • As environmental Problems are increasing, many attempts to solve problems and preserve environment are appearing around the world. Not only in construction, but also dwelling life, residents attend many activities to improve environmental problems. Ecological development example of Freiburg in Germany was focused in this study to show the direction of development of environmental friendly housing complex in Korea. The target of study is Vauban Housing Complex of Freiburg in Germany. The study methods are literature study and field trip. Contents of the study include 1) formation process of the complex 2) physical environment of the complex 3) environmental friendly factors of the complex 4) environmental friendly life style of the residents, etc. Result of this study is as follows. Vauban Housing Complex was remodeled from the existed army buildings by residents themselves through education and negotiations. Residents' life satisfaction and housing adaptation level were high on the whole. The principle of the complex formation was use of natural feature itself in maximum against developing in minimum. For instance, construction materials, energy saving, resources saving were planned and used carefully. The residents led community successfully according to environmental friendly life principles. In conclusion, the persistent study on environmental components is necessary that is suitable to Korean situation.

  • The main purpose of this study is to define the characteristics of emvironmental-friendly design which is found on in the planning of apartment housing complex. For this purpose, the subject of analysis were focused on the plans which had been authenticated an apartment housing complex development of Green Buildings. In conclusion, the characteristics of environmental-friendly design in the of apartment housing complex which are analysed through this study can be summarized as follows: It is shown that most plans hardly used the designs items such as 'preserving geographical feature' , 'use of substitutive sources' while the application ratio of 'making streamlets' , 'artificials afforestations' , 'making pedestrain road and bicycle road' is highest. this analysis means many planners and designers depends on only a few design elements when they plan apartment housing complex. it is because they don't have a correct understanding of environmental-friendly development.

  • This study examines the management performance of Oilseed crops (Sesame and Perilla). For this purpose, In the first stage, This study analyzes the current status of sesame and perilla industry. In the second stage, This study examines the management performance of environmental friendly agricultural products (Sesame and perilla). The result of this study show that : (1) Changes in annual wholesale price of Sesame and Perilla ; (2) Management performance of environmental friendly products (Sesame and perilla) ; (3) Feature comparison of productivity of oilseed crops.

  • Our global environment and ecology are now facing crisis due to the hrincreased waster materials caused by reckless abuse of resources and energy with the continuous development of our society. Therefore the whole nation should recognize the environmental pollution seriously and should accept sustainable development principles. The country is looking for actions against the problems in various ways. The introduction of reckless and duplicating western housing plan should be ceased but a new housing plan conforming to our nature should be found. In this regard, it is believed that it is a good alternative to succeed tradition and identity of Korean housing plan and suggest a new plan for better ecological housing by analyzing the environment friendliness of our traditional Korean houses. In this study, the traditional residential components were divided into physical and design aspects and the characteristics of environment friendly Korean traditional houses were analyzed.

친환경 리모델링 철거공사의 최적 TACT공정 개발 - 사례연구를 중심으로 - (Development of Optimal TACT Process for Eco-Friendly Demolition Works in Aged Housing Remodeling - Focus on Case Study -)

  • 기술문명의 지속적인 발전은 이루어 경제성장과 물질적 풍요로움을 주었으나, 환경에 대한 고려를 통한 발전이 무엇보다 요구되는 시기가 되었다. 건설 분야의 경우도 예외가 아니다. 따라서 최근 건설 산업에서는 친환경 공법을 적용하며, 폐기물을 줄이는 등 환경에 대한 관심이 어느 때보다 높아졌다. 국내의 노후 공동주택이 점차 증가함에 따라 성능개선방안으로 재건축 및 리모델링이 수행되고 있다. 하지만 재건축이 가지는 비용적, 환경적 측면에서의 문제로 인해 리모델링의 수행이 대안으로 인식되고 있다. 리모델링 공사는 특성상 철거공사가 선행 된다. 철거공사는 필연적으로 건설폐기물 발생이 수반된다. 따라서 환경적 측면을 고려한 폐기물 처리가 중요하며, 이를 위해서 선별 분리를 위한 친환경 리모델링 철거공사가 수행되어야 한다. 그러나 친환경 리모델링 철거공사는 주로 기계를 사용하여 수행하는 기존 방식에 반하여 인력이 중심이 되므로 생산성 측면에서 효율성이 낮다. 리모델링 공사는 특성상 철거공사 후 후행공사가 진행되기 때문에 철거공사의 작업효율성 확보가 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문은 친환경 리모델링 철거공사의 세부공정을 작업효율성이 포함된 공정으로 재구성하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 노후 공동주택을 선정하여 실제 사례연구를 실시하였다. 친환경 철거공사 사례적용을 분석하여 본 사례에 적합한 TACT공정을 개발하였고 이를 고층형 아파트에 적용시키기 위해 공정 Simulation을 실시하여 친환경 리모델링 최적 TACT공정을 제안하였다.

친환경 임도포장공법 개발을 위한 기초연구 (Basic Study on Development of Forest Road Pavement Using Eco-Friendly Method)

  • 본 논문에서는 친환경고화재와 자연토, 물을 혼합하여 포설한 후 다짐장비를 이용하여 지반을 고결시키는 임도포장공법에 대한 기초연구를 수행하였다. 포장체의 목표강도는 2.0MPa로 설정하였고 고화재의 혼합비, 자연토의 종류, 양생기간별로 공시체를 제작하여 일축압축강도특성과 내구성을 평가하였다. 일축압축강도시험은 동일한 혼합비의 시멘트를 혼합한 공시체와 친환경고화재를 혼합한 공시체를 제작하여 강도를 비교하였으며, 내구성 평가를 위한 시험은 표면마모시험, 유수저항성 시험 등을 수행하였다. 또한, 임도의 특성상 탐방객들도 이용이 가능하므로 보행만족도를 평가하기 위하여 쇠구슬과 골프공을 이용한 SB, GB시험을 수행하였다.

지역적 전통에 기반을 둔 강원도 산간형 현대한옥 계획 연구 (A Design Study of the Mountainous Contemporary Han-ok based on Regional Tradition in Gangwon-do)

  • 본 연구는 강원도 산간지역의 자연환경 특성을 반영한 현대 한옥을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 강원도 산간지역 주택의 전통을 바탕으로 이 지역의 기후를 중심으로 한 자연환경 특성에 적응할 수 있는 친환경적인 현대한옥을 제시하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 제시한 강원도 산간형 현대한옥은 우리나라 전통한옥의 외관을 최대한 유지하면서 전통한옥이 지닌 자연환경조절체계를 최대한 지닐 수 있도록 계획하였다. 여러 가지 한계를 지니고 있지만 본 연구는 본 연구는 우리나라에도 지역에 따른 자연환경의 차이가 있음을 인식하고 강원도 산간지역의 자연환경 특성과 지역적 전통에 부합하는 현대 한옥을 개발하고자 하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다고 생각한다. 본 연구의 계획안이 한옥의 보급 및 현대한옥의 개발 방향 설정에 도움을 줄 수 있기를 기대한다.

해수환경중 전착원리에 의해 형성시킨 환경친화적인 코팅막의 특성 분석 (Properties Analysis of Environment Friendly Coating Films Formed by Using Electrodeposition Principle on Seawater)

  • Cathodic protection is one of the successful ways to prevent corrosion of steel structures in marine environments. The unique feature of cathodic protection in seawater is the formation of calcareous deposits on cathodic metal surface. The formation principles of calcareous deposit seawater had been known for a long time. That is, cathodic reduction reactions associated with cathodic protection in seawater generate $OH^-$ at the metal surface in accordance with the formular ; 1/2 $O_2$ + $H_2O$ + $2e^-$ $2OH^-$ and $2H_2O$ + $2e^-$ ${\rightarrow}$ $H_2$ + $2OH^-$. These reactions increase the pH at the metal / seawater interface. The high pH causes precipitation of $Mg(OH)_2$ and $CaCO_3$ in accordance with the formular ; $Mg^{2+}$ + $2(OH)^-$ ${\rightarrow}$ $Mg(OH)_2$ and $Ca^{2+}$ + $HCO_3^-$ + $OH^-$ ${\rightarrow}$ $H_2O$ + $CaCO_3$. These are typically the main compounds in calcareous deposits. It obviously has several advantages compared to the conventional coatings, since the environment-friendly calcareous deposit coating is formed by the elements($Mg^{2+}$, $Ca^{2+}$) naturally present in seawater. In this study, environmental friendly calcareous deposit films were prepared on steel plates by electro plating technic in natural seawater. The influence of current density on composition ratio, structure and morphology of the coated films were investigated by scanning electron microscopy formation process of calcareous deposits films in natural seawater. And we confirmed the properties of all the films can be improved greatly by controlling the material structure and morphology with effective use of the electroplating method in natural seawater.
