Time and cost-effective production of next-generation sequencing data has enabled the performance of population-scale comparative and evolutionary studies for various species, which are essential for obtaining the comprehensive insight into molecular mechanisms underlying species- or breed-specific traits. In this study, the evolutionary and functional analysis of Korean native pig (KNP) was performed using single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) data by comparative and population genomic approaches with six different mammalian species and five pig breeds. We examined the evolutionary history of KNP SNPs, and the specific genes of KNP based on the uniqueness of non-synonymous SNPs among the used species and pig breeds. We discovered the evolutionary trajectory of KNP SNPs within the used mammalian species as well as pig breeds. We also found olfaction-associated functions that have been characterized and diversified during evolution, and quantitative trait loci associated with the unique traits of KNP. Our study provides new insight into the evolution of KNP and serves as a good example for a better understanding of domestic animals in terms of evolution and domestication using the combined approaches of comparative and population genomics.

This research is about the mechanical properties of knit pullover of Shaping and WholeGarment according to structured patterns and form of the armhole. For the study 12 samples are prepared under different conditions and through comparative analysis of each sample's armhole around armpit in basic properties, tensile strength & elongation and residual elongation after repeated extensions, the conclusion is as follows. As a result of comparing basic properties of structured pattern of Shaping and WholeGarment samples, in all structured patterns Shaping samples weighed more. According to the comparative analysis of tensile strength & elongation of Shaping and WholeGarment samples, Machi on both sides of WholeGarment samples showed the highest strength. By comparing outcome of residual elongation by structured pattern of Shaping and WholeGarment samples, both types were observed to have the residual elongation increase in the order of Plain

이 연구는 한국과 일본의 고등학교 화학교육과정을 구성체제, 목표, 내용, 교수${\cdot}$학습방법 및 평가의 관점에서 비교 분석하였다. 이러한 비교분석을 통하여 양국의 화학교육과정에서 나타나는 공통점과 차이점들을 구분하였다. 또한 선택취지를 살린 교육과정 편성과 안내 기능의 충실, 탄력적인 학습지도의 운영, 개인에 따른 지도의 충실, 학습내용의 엄선과 기초기본의 충실, 교육과정도입에 있어서 완충기간의 설정 등과 같이 한국의 교육과정연구에 도움이 되는 시사점을 이끌어 낼 수 있었다.

최근 디지털 환경의 발전으로 서사의 중요성이나 가치에 대해 큰 관심이 모아지고 있지만, 실질적으로 서사분석에 관한 구체적인 연구방법에 대해서는 아직 미흡한 단계에 있다. 특히, 애니메이션의 서사구조에 대한 연구는 주로 일본의 <아니메>와 미국 디즈니 애니메이션, 단편 애니메이션을 중심으로 이루어지고 있으며, 작품에 대해 상호비교의 관점이 아닌 각각의 작품에 대한 개별적인 서사분석이 행해지고 있다. 본 연구는 고맥락 문화의 대표국인 중국과 저맥락 문화의 대표국인 미국에서 제작된 애니메이션 가운데 동일한 테마의 작품인 <뮬란>에 대한 비교분석을 통해 문화적 맥락이 다른 두 나라의 애니메이션에 있어서의 서사적 특성을 밝히는데 그 의의가 있다.

This paper investigates the integration of ARIA cryptography within hardware secure modules to bolster IoT security. We present a comparative analysis of two prominent IoT communication protocols, MQTT and LwM2M, augmented with ARIA cryptography. The study evaluates their performance, security, and scalability in practical IoT applications. Our experimental setup comprises FPGA-enabled hardware secure modules interfaced with Raspberry Pi acting as an MQTT and LwM2M client. We utilize the Mosquitto MQTT server and an LwM2M server deployed on AWS IoT. Through rigorous experimentation, we measure various performance metrics, including latency, throughput, and resource utilization. Additionally, security aspects are scrutinized, assessing the resilience of each protocol against common IoT security threats. Our findings highlight the efficacy of ARIA cryptography in bolstering IoT security and reveal insights into the comparative strengths and weaknesses of MQTT and LwM2M protocols. These results contribute to the development of robust and secure IoT systems, paving the way for future research in this domain.

소트프웨어 고장 시간은 테스팅 시간과 관계없이 일정하거나. 단조증가 혹은 단조 감소 추세를 가지고 있다. 이러한 소프트웨어 신뢰모형들을 분석하기 위한 자료척도로 자료에 대한 추세 검정이 개발되어 있다. 추세 분석에는 산술평균 검정과 라플라스 추세 검정등이 있다. 추세분석들은 전체적인 자료의 개요의 정보만 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 고장시간을 측정하는 도중에 지수가중 이동 평균 관리도를 이용하여 관리 상태에 있는 자료만 가지고 정보분석을 해야 효율성이 있을 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 추세 검정과 지수가중이동평균 관리도를 사용하여 실제 소프트웨어 자료를 비교 분석하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다.
