고부가가치 수산식품 가공기술 개발 트랜드 및 전망 (Current Trends and Prospects of High Value-added Seafood Processing Technology Development)

  • The market size of Korea's seafood industry is estimated to be about 62 trillion won ('19), of which the seafood processing industry is about 10 trillion won ('19), accounting for approximately 16% of the total market size. However, the current level of processing technology required for the development of seafood products is mainly simple primary processing, such as freezing and drying raw materials (in Jeollanam-do, which ranks first in the country in terms of seafood production, primary processors account for 86% of all seafood processors).In the future, trends in the development of processing technology for seafood will become more advanced in response to changes in domestic and international food consumption patterns. Blue food tech linked to ESG, convergence and digitalization linked to the 4th industry revolution will be further advanced in line with the national seafood industry policy direction. Through this, it is expected to establish itself as an axis of future technology management in the fisheries sector based on the large and small success stories of accumulated seafood R&D commercialization.

A Study on Metaverse Usability in the Fashion Industry

  • Since the 21st century, the internet has been an essential existence due to the 4th industrial revolution and the development of IT technology, but the focus of the existing development direction has changed a lot over the past three years. COVID-19, also known as a pandemic, first occurred in 2020 escalating rapidly and cutting off society existing as an off-line form in every country. As non-face-to-face life continues, everyday technologies using online such as hybrid work have promptly developed, and an online virtual world called Metaverse excelled and became a phenomenal topic. In this study, theoretical considerations and the current status of the metaverse, which are being highlighted as global trend keywords, are examined, and the utility of the metaverse in the fashion industry was studied. Based on this study, it is expected that the work is recognized and brings helpful intuitions as a way to revitalize the shrinking fashion industry by using the metaverse, which is still in its infancy.

A Study on the Distribution Platform Business based on Shinsegae Group

  • Purpose: This study deals with the strategic direction of platform business in the 4th Industrial Revolution. In a changing industrial environment, companies that leverage platform businesses can benefit greatly. Platform business is especially important in the distribution industry, so a variety of case analysis studies are needed. In this study, the Shinsegae Group, a platform leader, was selected and case-analyzed to learn more about the growth and development of platform businesses in the distribution industry. Research design, data and Methodology: Various literature research on platform business and secondary data of the distribution industry were reviewed. In this study, additionally, the interview method was used to discuss the development of more platform businesses through the Shinsegae and E-mart related departments. Results: This study investigated the development process and success of distribution platforms. First, a successful platform business builds multi distribution channels. Second, a successful distribution platform business attracts many participants. Third, a successful distribution develops various private label products to build a sustainable platform system. Conclusions and Implications: This study could provide a good example for the growth of companies with distribution platform business. Further implications were discussed.

게임캐릭터 스토리텔링의 필요 요소 연구 (A Study of Necessary Elements of Game Character Storytelling)

  • 게임산업이 글로벌 산업의 주도권을 장악하기 위해서는 그래픽적인 외형보다 게이머의 정서를 움직일 수 있는 스토리텔링이 적극 필요한 시점이다. 또한 가상과 현실의 접점이 크게 확산되는 4차 산업혁명시대에는 게임캐릭터산업이 급부상하게 될 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 논자는 향후의 캐릭터산업의 중요성을 인식하며, 그동안 쌓아 온 게임연구를 기반으로 캐릭터스토리텔링에 필요한 10가지 요소를 구체화시켜 보았다. 그 열가지 요소는 다음과 같다. 세계관의 생명체 설계, 종족 설계, 직업군 설계, PC와 NPC 설계, 몬스터 설계, 성격설계, 갈등설계, 주인공의 목표설계, 외형 이미지 설계, 탄생과 죽음 설계.

일별, 월별 의도적 자해의 사망 양상에 관한 연구: 2011 인구동태동계자료 중심으로 (Daily and Monthly Death Pattern an Intentional Self-harm by Hanging, Strangulation and Suffocation in Korea, 2011)

  • Background: The aim of this study was to examine the seasonal variation of death from intentional self-harm by hanging, strangulation and suffocation (HSS: Korean Standard Classification of Diseases-6 code: X70) using the 2011 death registry data. Methods: The analysis was based on data of 8,359 HSS deaths from 2011 national vital statistics in Korea. Daily, weekly, and monthly death pattern on HSS were used to examine the relationship seasonal variation and HSS deaths. Results: A total of 8,359 HSS deaths occurred in 2011, with a mean age of 50.6 years. The HSS death rate (per 100,000) was 25.5 in male and 10.8 in female. In one day 17.6 males and 8.0 females occurred HSS death on average. The number of HSS death per day was the highest on 8th June (45 deaths), and lowest on 1st February (7 deaths) during the period. The variations of daily HSS death showed wide fluctuation from a peak of 34 to 45 deaths (29th May to 9th June) to a trough of 17-26 deaths (10th-13th September: the Korean thank-giving consecutive holidays), 13-20 deaths (2nd-5th February: the new year's day by the lunar calendar) and 8-9 deaths (24th-25th December: Christmas holidays). There were no significant difference between gender and seasonal variation (month, season, and week). Conclusion: The mean number of HSS death per day was highest in June (30.6 deaths), and months with the lowest number of deaths was January and December (range, 19.4 to 19.6 deaths). HSS death were more prevalent during summer and spring and were less likely to occur during winter. On Saturdays (21.0 deaths), the number of HSS death per day was the lowest, and Monday (27.9 deaths) was the highest. HSS death was less likely to occur on holidays (21.4 deaths). There was significant seasonal variation in HSS death by weekly and monthly (p<0.01).

LED와 메탈핼라이드 집어등을 겸용한 갈치채낚기 어선의 조업 성능 (Operating Performance of hair-tail angling vessel using the LED and metal halide fishing lamp combination)

  • One of representative Korean fisheries, jigging and angling has 5,700 vessels for squid and hairtail. Hairtail angling is the most typical fishery in Jeju and has an enormous impact on regional economy. However, the price hike in oil and labor costs triggered the necessity of developing a high efficient and energy saving fish luring lamp in recent times. For that reason, this study aimed to analyze the fishing performance of the aircooled LED lamp targeting hairtail angling fishery. The experiment was conducted from September through October in 2009-2011 for a 9.77 ton of fishing vessel setting up 100 lamps. The fishing performance was tested compared with 6 vessels using metal halide lamps in the same waters. As the LED lamp's performance goes up, different lamps were used in 2008 for 80W, 2009 for 120W and 2011 for 180W respectively. The catch and CPUE of the experimental vessel have gradually increased respectively taking the $4^{th}$ and $6^{th}$ place in 2009, the $4^{th}$ and $2^{nd}$ place in 2010, the $1^{st}$ and $1^{st}$ place in 2011 among the 7 vessels. In summary, the LED fishing lamp showed higher fishing performance than comparison groups. It saved 33% of oil consumption and cut down on operating expenses and greenhouse gases emission.

11∼15세기 중반 기사문화가 중세복식에 미친영향 (An Effect on the Costumes in the Middle Ages of the Culture of Knight from the 11th Century to Middle of the 15th Century)

  • In this thesis, the connectivity between the military culture in the Middle Ages and costumes by researching the effect on the clothing in the Middle Ages of the culture of knight from the 11th century to middle of the 15th century was tried to be recognized. The culture of knight was widely divided into 4 articles - Chivalry, Tournamemt, The equipment of knight, Heraldry - and then researched. The conclusion after researching the influence of the culture of knight upon the clothing in the Middle Age in the above is as follows. Regarding the clothing, the military culture such as the crusader war, armor, and heraldry was popularized over the entire Middle Ages as the military-look style, and regarding the ornament the result of the crusader war caused the introduction of the Eastern civilization and development of the commerce and industry, and also trade, and consequently the ornament became luxurious. Regarding the footwear, when seeing the Gothic shoes, it can be found that it is similar with the knight's shoes made of the metal. As seen in the above, it can be recognized that the culture of knight caused the huge influence upon the whole politics, culture, and society in the Middle Ages as well as upon the costumes.

제4차 산업혁명과 장애인 일자리 추이 (The 4th Industrial Revolution and Job Transition of the People with Disabilities)

  • 제4차 산업혁명과 기술혁신은 장애를 가진 사람들의 일자리 요인을 복잡하고 어렵게 만들 것이기 때문에 이 연구는 일자리 구조에 영향을 주는 기술요인을 분석하고 나아가 노동시장의 변화와 산업별 취업자의 추세변화를 통해 제4차 산업혁명에 대응하는 장애인 일자리 개발방안을 찾고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌연구와 FGI를 실시하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제4차 산업혁명의 일자리 구조에 영향을 미치는 기술적 요인은 인공지능, 사물인터넷과 네트워킹, 3D프린팅, 빅데이터 구축이며, 둘째, 산업혁명으로 인한 기술혁신은 일자리 구조에 큰 영향요인이었으며 산업혁명과 기술혁신이 진전되면서 1, 2차 산업에서 3차 산업으로 일자리가 급격히 이동하였으나 장애인의 경우는 이러한 추세와는 다른 양상을 보였으며 특히, 2, 3차 산업에서 의미 있는 변화추세가 없으며 이 같은 원인은 장애인 구직자에 대한 기술혁신과 산업변화에 따른 역량개발 기회가 제한된 결과로 분석되며, 셋째, 제4차 산업혁명과 일자리 구조변화에 대한 장애인의 대응방안으로서는 (1)기술혁신에 대응하는 역량개발을 위한 선제적 투자가 필요하며 역량개발을 위한 교육방식은 분리교육이나 특수교육 보다는 통합적 교육과정 내에서 역량개발이 이루어질 수 있도록 교육과정과 방법 등의 지원이 이루어져야 하며, (2)기술적 측면으로 기술혁신과 변화의 원칙으로 보편적 설계와 보편적 서비스가 지켜질 수 있도록 해야 하며 이미 개발된 기술과 서비스에 대하여는 이를 해결하기 위한 지식정보격차 해소를 위한 지원이 필요하며, (3)정책적으로는 제4차 산업혁명과 기술혁신에 대응하기 위한 장애를 가진 사람들을 위한 장기적인 전략개발이 필요하며, 고임금-고학력 장애인 구직자와 저임금-저학력 구직 장애인을 위한 차별화된 일자리 정책개발이 필요하며, (4)제4차 산업혁명과 기술혁신으로 새롭게 일자리가 창출되는 뉴칼라 직종의 인력양성을 위한 개발 정책이 마련되어야 하며, 마지막으로 제4차 산업혁명과 급격하게 변화하는 기술혁신에 대응하기 위해서는 장애를 가진 사람들의 기초적인 자료들이 빅데이터화 될 수 있어야 한다.

A Study on Priority of Classification System for Agro-healing Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process

  • Background and objective: As the 'Healing Agriculture Research and Development and Promotion Act' came into effect on March 25, 2021, social interest in agro-healing has been increasing exponentially. This study was conducted to analyze the priorities of agro-healing classification system and to provide basic data to inform policy directions and related research for the development and activation of agro-healing. Methods: The survey data collected from 18 experts were analyzed using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method in determine the relative weights of the main and sub-criteria for the classification system. There were three main criteria identified: agro-healing input industry, agro-healing service industry, and agro-healing-related/derived industry. There were also 11 sub-criteria. Results: The top three sub-criteria with the highest complex weights include "community service," "social rehabilitation" and "treatment and rehabilitation," all of which correspond to the main criterion "agro-healing service industry". In addition, the complex weights of the sub-criteria corresponding to the main criterion "agro-healing related/derived industry" are as follows: "other agro-healing support service," which ranked 4th, and "training and education institutions for agro-healing experts," which ranked 5th when prioritizing the criteria. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that the main criterion to be considered first in establishing a classification system is "agro-healing service industry". Therefore, it is necessary to continue research on detailed service classifications and systems with verified validity to ensure expertise in human resources, and organization related to social purpose services in agro-healing.

해외건설 경쟁력 평가모델 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of the Competitive Evaluation Model in Oversea Construction Industry)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 글로벌 건설시장에서의 각 국가 기업들의 경쟁력을 비교할 수 있는 해외건설 경쟁력 지표의 수립과 평가에 관한 연구로써 매년 발표되는 Global-Insight, ENR, 통계청 등의 통계데이터를 기반으로 각 국가별 건설인프라 경쟁력과 기업별 건설역량지표를 토대로 해외건설 경쟁력을 평가하였다. 국가별 건설인프라 경쟁력 평가 결과 평가대상 22개 국가 중 미국 1위, 중국 2위, 일본 3위, 한국은 11위를 차지하였으며 국가별 건설기업 역량평가 결과 미국 1위, 이탈리아 2위, 중국 3위, 한국은 12위를 차지하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 2개의 지표에 가중치를 적용하여 국가별 글로벌 건설 경쟁력을 종합적으로 평가한 결과 평가대상 22개 국가 중 미국 1위, 중국 2위, 이탈리아 3위, 영국4위, 독일 5위로 나타났고, 한국은 9위를 차지하였다. 한국은 국가별 건설인프라 경쟁력(11위) 측면이 국가별 건설기업 역량평가(12위) 보다 약간 상위에 있는 것으로 도출되었으며, 특히 한국은 시장안정성(17위)과 설계경쟁력(19위) 측면에서 하위권으로 이 부분에 대한 개선노력이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.
