This paper provides a case study of development testing and evaluation of design goal of Interferometric SAS (Synthetic Aperture Sonar) system that is developing supported by Civil-Military Technology Cooperation Center in offshore fields. For Deep water operating capabilities evaluation, We have surveyed candidate field, bathymetric mapping and target identification over 200 m depth, East Sea. In testing phase, We have provided environmental information of testing field include water column, seabed and weather condition in real time. And to compare excellency of developing InSAS, we have gather commercial imaging sonar system data with same target. This case study will support the Test Readiness Review of future underwater surveillance system developing via investigate marine testing field environment, testing facilities and planning.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine child care center directors' personalities in different types of institutes and teaching experiences. Methods: A cluster random sampling of 236 child care center directors in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do was taken. The participants answered a set of questionnaires measuring child care center directors' personalities. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA analysis, and $Scheff\acute{e}$ test. Results: The results of this study were as follows. First, national and private child care center directors' personalities were rated higher than family child care center directors' personalities. Second, child care center directors with more than of 16 years of experience were rated higher than child care center directors with 6-10 years experience in regards to personality. Conclusion/Implications: Academic and educational systematic support is needed to cultivate the personality of the child care center director, who has to perform various roles for young children, infants, parents, staff, and the community.

The center pivot in the power car of KTX carries the traction force of the motor bogie to the carbody. The damage to the center pivot due to failure of swivel joint causes a serious hazard of the train. To prevent the hazard, information on the relative motion between bogie and carbody is necessary. In this paper, a method to measure the relative rotation of the center pivot is proposed and an actual test to verify the method and safety is conducted. The test results show that the rotation of the center pivot is within the allowable limit and the damage due to the relative motion doesn't take place.

In this paper, the communication between Over-Current Relay agents is realized using DNP(Distributed Network Protocol), which is the standard communication protocol of distribution automation system in KEPKO. The key words in OCR agent communication are defined and represented by use of DNP application function code. And the DNP index for OCR agent is defined. The proposed communication scheme is tested by use of Communication Test Harness, a test tool for DNP protocol to show its soundness.

Mobile ODF (one drop filling) portable display such as mobile phone and application product is needed high reliability than notebook, monitor and TV. Therefore, material development in order to optimize mobile & application ODF panel is needed. Through considering mobile ODF process and design, we have developed method of material matching test by several tests which is heat stress, UV stress and ODF process condition. So we have developed a material with characteristics of high reliability for mobile ODF panel.

In 2015, rapid human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) testing was implemented in all 25 public health centers in Seoul. During March and December 2015, 20,987 rapid HIV tests were performed, of which 116 (0.5%) were positive. Compared to those of the period before application of the rapid HIV test in place of conventional enzyme immunoassay method, the number of HIV tests performed and the number of positive results increased by sevenfold and twofold, respectively. In conclusion, expansion of the provision of rapid HIV tests in public health centers increased the number of voluntary HIV tests.

It is well known that the clinical test for responsibility of accurate fertilization capacity in male partners is very important to diagnose and treat the infertility. However, it has been reported that the traditional semen analysis cannot accurately predict fertilization and pregnancy potential. The present study was performed to evaluate the acrosomal reaction to ionophore challenge (ARIC) test as a prognostic indicator for fertilization of sperm and oocyte in an in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) program. From March 1996 to Februry 1997, 30 couples undergoing IVF program were allocated to this study group. All female partners in the study group were 35 years old or less and their serum level of basal follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and estradiol $(E_2)$ were normal. All the male partners have normal parameters of semen analysis. The ARIC tests were performed on the day of ovum pick up and in vitro insemination in all the male partners. The controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) using luteal long protocol of gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist was used in all couples for IVF-ET. The acrosomal reaction with $10{\mu}l$ of 10% DMSO was induced spontaneously in $10.1{\pm}9.8%$, and acrosomal reaction with calcium ionophore A 23187 was induced in $27.4{\pm}18.1%$, and the ARIC value was $17.4{\pm}16.2%$. There were no significant correlation between the ARIC value and the fertilization rate ($r^2$=0.044, p=0.268). There were also no significant correlation between the ARIC value and the percentage of the grade I, II embryos ($r^2$=0.046, p=0.261). On the basis of above results, it was suggested that ARIC test might not be a useful prognostic indicator for fertilization in IVF-ET in male partners with normal parameters of conventional semen analysis. We guessed that IVF-ET could be performed to the patients primarily without universal appilcation of ARIC test to all male partenrs, and if fertilization failure occurs, the micro assisted fertilization (MAF) such as intracytoplsmic sperm injection (ICSI) might be used as an alternative mode of treatment with acceptable success rate.

This study compared and analyzed the results of proficiency testing between testers based on the international standard ISO/IEC 17043 proficiency testing requirements using ISO/IEC 25023 software quality characteristics evaluation. Application of the test was submitted to the KASTO as a software test in the electric test field defined by KOLAS. Among ISO/IEC 25023, the evaluation items for proficiency testing between testers were selected as functional completeness and time behavior. The comparison test between testers was carried out on May 28, 2019 at the accredited LG Electronics SW Laboratory in Seoul and attended by KOLAS assessors. The test evaluation method was measured once per tester with functional completeness, and measurement was repeated 10 times per tester according to time behavior. As a result, in the case of functional completeness, all 12 test steps were passed, and the satisfaction was evaluated. Time behavior was repeated 10 times, and the mean was 9.45 ± 0.01 seconds for testers 1 and 3 and 9.52 ± 0.0 seconds for tester 2, but there was no statistically significant difference. In conclusion, the proficiency of the testers was equal, and the reliability of the test results of the test institute was confirmed.

Objectives: We have previous reported that thawed testicular sperm and sperm extracted from seminiferous tubule could achieved optimal fertilization and pregnancy in azoospermic patients. However, thawed testicular sperm did not show motility in many cases. Therefore we studied viability of immotile sperm extracted from frozen-thawed seminiferous tubule using hypo-osmotic swelling (HOS) test and eosin-Y test. Materials and Methods: After sperm extraction using for ICSI, the remained sections of seminiferous tubules were frozen with a computerized freezer. For thawing and preparation of testicular sperm, the seminiferous tubules were thawed by removing from $LN_2$ and letting them at room temperature for 10 min followed by %37^{\circ}C$ water bath for 10 min. The prepared samples were washed for free of preservation medium and sperm preparation method described previous. Sperm was suspended in 0.1 ml hypoosmotic solution. After 30 minutes, the type of distally coiled sperm were assessed. Results: In 44 cases of cryopreservation of seminiferous tubules in obstructive azoospennic patients, the fertilization rates with 2PN were 71.4% and pregnancy rates were 34.1%. The presence of motile spermatozoa on subsequent post-thaw testicular sperm remarked 15.1% and were increased to 77.3% just before ICSI. After sperm extracted from frozen-thawed seminiferous tubule, 3 hrs later in in vitro culture, the cases of presence of motile sperm, reaction of hypo-osmotic swelling test and viable sperm were 63.6% (28/44), 93.2% (41/44), and 77.3% (34/44), respectively. Conclusions: Just after post-thawed testicular sperm did not showed motility. Although motility was gained after in vitro culture, many cases showed non-motile sperm until optimal insemination time. However, HOS test showed positive reaction in non-motile sperm. Therefore, HOS test is an alternative method for the selection of viable sperm for ICSI.
