기업에서 관리하여야 하는 데이터의 양이 급속히 증대함에 따라 데이터의 품질관리 문제가 대두되고 있다. 또한 데이터의 통합이 이루어지지 않아 중복관리, 저품질의 정보제공, 특정 데이터의 누락 등의 문제가 발생하고 있어 본 연구에서는 메타데이터를 활용한 데이터 품질관리 방안을 모색한다. 이를 위해 메타데이터의 의의 및 다양한 메타데이터 관리 현황을 분석하고, 실무자와의 인터뷰를 통해 컨테이너터미널을 대상으로 메타데이터 관리 방안을 제시하였다. 주요 연구 내용은 A사의 메타데이터 관리를 위해 데이터 표준화 과정을 수행하였으며, 제약 조건 및 조정 사항 등을 메타데이터 레파지토리에 반영하였다. 본 연구의 공헌도는 제시된 관리 방안을 통해 A사의 데이터 품질 문제를 개선할 수 있다는 것과 해당 도메인을 대상으로 메타데이터 관리 방안을 적용하였다는데 있다. 본 연구의 한계점은 관리 방안이 일부분의 업무에만 적용되었다는 점이며, 향후 기업과 기업간의 통합을 위한 메타데이터 관리 방안에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

본 논문에서는 임베디드 리눅스를 이용하여 위치기반 관광정보안내 단말기를 설계 및 구현하였다. 구현된 단말기는 GPS 인터페이스를 통해 단말의 현재 위치를 파악하고 해당 관광지의 정보를 Qt-embedded 윈도우상에서 디스플레이한다. 논문의 단말기는 타겟보드상에서 부트로더와 임베디드 리눅스 커널 및 각종 디바이스 드라이버가 구현되었으며 GUI로는 임베디드 윈도 매니저인 Qtopia를 이용하여 애플리케이션을 개발하였다. 구현 결과 무료 운영체제를 이용한 모바일 관광안내 단말기로서 기능을 충분히 수행할 수 있음을 확인하였고, 향후 연구과제로는 통신 기능을 추가하여 단말기의 관광 정보를 실시간에 업데이트할 수 있는 기능을 구현하는 것이다.

Various types of electronic starter have been developed for the general fluorescent lamps with magnetic-type ballasts. However, the FL032/T8 fluorescent lamp requires higher voltage to discharge the lamp. The general starter with two-terminal is not suitable for the FL032/T8 slim-line type fluorescent for its higher discharge voltage. The suitable starter with three terminals have been studied for the FL032/T8 lamp in this paper. The developed starter have better characteristics in view points of the discharge voltage magnitude. We have proposed and designed the three terminals electronic starter. The proposed starter have been experimented and compaired with the other 2-terminal general starters. By the experimental results, we have concluded that the proposed starter is suitable to the FL032/T8 lamp.

컨테이너 운송에 있어서 해상운송은 가장 큰 부분을 담당하고 있다. 컨테이너 터미널의 관점에서 볼 때는 선박의 안정성을 확보하고, 선박의 정시성을 확보하기 위해서는 컨테이너 터미널의 장치장에서의 Planning 기술이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 컨테이너를 Reference로 관리하는 방식과 컨테이너를 Time으로 관리하는 방안으로 Gate로 반입되는 컨테이너를 예측하여 일일 필요한 장치장을 할당하는 방식간의 장치장 점유율 관계를 평가하여 보다 효율적인 장치장 관리에 대한 방안을 개념적으로 제시하는데 있다.

Cavernocypris gosuensis n. sp. (Cyprididiae, Cypridopsinae), a new subterranean ostracod species is described with figures of female valves, mouthparts, appendeges and SEM photos from Gosu cave, Danyang-Gun, Chungcheongbuk-Do in Korea. The new stygobiont speices is sixth of the genus Caveroncypris Hartmann, 1964 that characterized by both valeves with a median concave part in ventral view and two groove lines in dorsal view, the reduction of the furca, which is flagellum like in female and the left valve ventrally overlaps the right valve when the carapace is closed and can be distinguished from its congers by left valve with 6 muscle scars in innerpart, mandible palp with one claw and 3 setae on the terminal segment and without seta on the exterodistal border of segment III. The animals were collected within pH 7.31-8.74, temperature ($^{\circ}C$) 13.0-14.6 and dissolved oxygen (mg/l 6.75-14.84 from Aug.2003 to Sep.2004.

Modem anti-ship missiles employ complex and sophisticated guidance laws to hit the target and enhance their survivability by executing additional maneuvers. However, such maneuvers may cause the target to move out of the missile seeker's Field-Of-View (FOV). Maintaining seeker lock-on during an engagement is a critical factor for missile guidance. In this paper, a guidance law switching logic that maintains seeker lock-on and a simple guidance law that keeps the target look angle of the seeker constant is proposed. The proposed method can be used for the terminal homing phase, and can be switched from any kind of guidance laws if a proper switching condition is satisfied. The minimum and maximum flight time calculation method in consideration of the missile maneuver limit and the FOV of the seeker is also provided.

The purpose of this study is to establish the function of a sub-system for System Alternatives Feasibility Estimation (SAFE) in R & D Project Planning Phase (RDPPL). It is the fundamental function of the RDPPL/SAFE that selected an optimal planning system alternative of all, considered at RDPPL/SAS, by logical means in view of feasibility. In this paper, improving the function of RDPPL/SAFE, mathmatical models in order to quantify methods determining and integrating the feasibility funtion in each terminal system with a multi-stage process are examined.

As is widely accepted, port development has a significant impact on the regional economy. In view of the far-reaching effects and diversity, understanding its concrete substance is easier said than done. The need for a systematic approach to this subject is very urgent. This study aims at grasping a various fields that port development encompasses, as practical as possible. Therefore, this article describes the basic economic impact and characteristics of port development and explores the implications for regional economy.

In this study, pilot's read-back errors were reviewed in terms of its cause and consequence while FAA tried to weigh a new initiative in the atc-pilot communication dispute in opposition of a majority of the aviation community by addressing an interpretive rule of 14CFR 91. Especially human factors in ATC communications were outlined with a view to suggest a line of recommendations for a successful accomplishment of safe flight in the busy terminal airspace.

The basic physical principles involved in the operation of monolithic magnetic sensors are reviewed and technological aspects outlined. More or less conventional devices based on Hall effect, magnetoresistance or current path deflection are described. It is shown that such sensors with 2, 3, 4 or 5 terminal contacts are achievable with standard silicon integrated circuit process. Several kinds of magnetodiodes (p+nn+,p+n, Schottky, MOS, memory, CMOS) have been fabricated on Si and on SOS films and present attractive properties. Finally, the magneto-transistor family is discussed with emphasis to split-terminals, CMOS, unijunction and fila-mentary devices.
