  • The purpose of this study is to grasp a concept for mixed-use tendency of educational facilities, its propellant circumstance in the nation and japan, to analyze a feature of a function, a flow planing of user and the complex form which appear from an instance of the mixed-use tendentious educational facilities and is to suggest a basic matter on the architectural planning for mixed-use tendency of the regional facilities and educational facilities. The results of the study can be summarized were as follow: 1) The step of mixed-use in nation is yet the early step and a extremely feeble to compared with the japan. 2) In a case of the mixed-use tendency facility, the nation is to appear for the necessity of a region but they know of a varied facility to be mixed-use tendency in japan. 3) Much to appear monolithic form in the side of complex form. 4) To appear multi-story in the side of facility-story. 5) It is much example of separating from main entrance, the flow of interior found of dividing into not to transit or transit by the function of facility. 6) To know for being tendency of common and division by the principal of user in facility instituting E V.

  • As the core of community, schools should play not only for the educational facilities but also for the public facilities. With the mixture of those facilities, the people in the community are able to use these facilities conveniently. The students could also make the best use of the school with the well-established facilities for sport and cultural functions. With those consideration in mind, this study aims to identify the planning feature of mixed-use school. Firstly, the concept of mixed-use and the typology of the development are reviewed. The pre-condition for the design of the mixed-use school are also studied with consideration of the planning tendencies of mixed-use schools in four countries(UK, USA, Japan and Korea). Secondly, eight case schools are selected in Japan and Korea. We analyzed them in terms of following three aspects; 1) The major functions to combine with school design, 2) The spatial arrangement how different functions could be connected in horizontal and vertical order, 3) The circulation system with which students and different user are able to access separately to those function.

  • This research is intended to analyze the tendency and mixed-use of the PFI for the middle schools in Chiba Province, Japan. The Ichikawa 7th middle school has included food supply system, nursery school, auditorium, day service center and care house. It consists of 2 PFIs. The one is middle school, food supply system, nursery school and Auditorium. The other is Day Service Center and Care House for elderly. This is the first mixed-use school by PFI in Japan. The PFI is a very nice tool for the future of our educational environment. But it has weak points, too. This paper analyze the case of Japanese PFI for the better results of Korean BTL systems.

  • The aim of this study is to analyze the tendency of the interior materials used for the apartment units of Mixed-use Apartment. One hundred fourteen cases of 15Mixed-use Apartment which were completed or under construction in Seoul and Bundang area before and after the year 2000 were the examples of this research. For the purpose of this research, following contents were analyzed accordingly. 1. The units were devided into entrance, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom; and finishing material of the floor, wall and ceiling of each individual space were analyzed. 2. The units was categorized into three floor spaces(py) such as 30-49py, 50-70py, 80py and above. And each interior material of different floor spaces(py) were analyzed.

  • The aim of this study is to investigate the properties of hardened mortar with chlorine by-pass system(CBS) in cement production in blast furnace slag(BS) mixed cement. Compressive strength had a tendency to be increased when the CBS Dust was replaced by 10% at the BS replacement rate of 0%. The 65% combination of BS showed a tendency to decrease as the CBS Dust exchange rate increases. Flexural strength was reduced as CBS Dust exchange rate increases in BS replacement ratio of 0%. The use of 5% of CBS dust can contribute to enhance the quality of non reinforced concrete.

  • This study is to examine a change of quality and a material performance of fiber reinforced cement composite for mass production. It is necessary to make Strain-hardening cementitious composite(SHCC) by batcher plant for ready-mixed concrete and use the performance of SHCC which made based on laboratory level. This study makes a comparative performance of press and mechanics that is the property of Strain-hardening by direct tension. In case of making by batcher plant. This experiment has demonstrated that even if it takes long after being mixed small and compared with the one which made based on laboratory, it has a tendency to be dissatisfied with fiver's dispersion and lower its performance of Strain-hardening. The reason why the material performance of SHCC for mass production went down is through SHCC that mixed sometimes matrix's viscosity and fiber's dispersion.

서울시 주상복합건물의 지역별 주거 특성 (The Regionally Specific Residential Characteristics of ′Residential-Commercial Mixed Use Buildings′ in Seoul)

  • 본 연구는 고급화$.$대형화 경향을 보이면서 인근지역에 집적하고 있는 서울시 주상복합건물을 대상으로 '새로운 유형의 주택'에 의해 형성되고 있는 새로운 '주거지역'이라는 관점에서 이들의 주거특성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 주상복합건물 집적지역의 주거특성이 분화된 주거지역적 성격을 나타내고 있는지, 그리고 이들 지역은 도시공간구조적 계층성과 관련하여 볼 때 지역별로 차별적 성격을 보이는지를 분석하여 주거지역 이해에 있어 주택 및 지역성과의 관련성을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 주상복합건물 거주민들은 소득, 학력, 직업 등 사회ㆍ경제적 특성에 있어 주변 주거지역과 차별적 성향을 나타내고 있으며. 이러한 내부적 동질성이 주상복합 주거지역 간에는 입지에 따라 차별성이 존재함을 알 수 있었다. 이것은 주택의 선택에 있어 사회, 계층적 요소는 중요한 설명요인이지만, 주거지 선택에 있어 주변 지역의 성격은 중요한 요소임을 짐작하게 하는 부분이다. 결국 특정 유형의 주택이지만 어느 지역에 입지하느냐에 따라 주거 입지의 선택과정은 달라질 수 있고, 그 결과 주거지의 성격이 달라진다는 결론을 내릴 수 있다.

PVA섬유혼입 무기결합재의 수중양생온도에 따른 강도특성 (Strength Characteristic according to the Water Curing Temperature of the Inorganic Binder Mixed PVA Fiber)

  • Recently, it is the tendency that the CO2 gas generated in the manufacturing process is increased every year in case of the portland cement used in the most of constructions and civil engineering field. The method that uses the mineral admixtures as the cement substitute material in order to be more serious and as much as it occupies 7% of the global CO2 gas outlet amount such as 1 ton produces the cement and it ejects the CO2 gas of 0.4~1.0 ton, etc conclude this problem is examined. Therefore, PVA fiber was mixed into the inorganic binder recycling the blast furnace slag, which is the industrial byproduct with the purpose studying the Geo polymer which doesn't use the cement at all silica fume, red mud, and etc. In addition, the water curing temperature was differentiated and the strength characteristic of the curing body tried to be examined.

생활치수절단술에 사용되는 복탁제가 치수에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구 (EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON EFFECTS OF PULP CAPPING AGENTS THAT ARE USED IN VITAL PULPOTOMY TO PULP TISSUE)

  • To compare the effects of various pulp capping agents that are usually applied to human pulp tissue, adult dogs were bred for a certain period and each capping agent was applied experimentally to pulp tissue after vital pulpotomy. Histological observations are as follows. 1) In comparison between methods of vital pulpotomy, one and two appointment method, different courses of healing were observed. In one appointment method, the granulation tissue formation at the amputation sur face of pulp tissue had a tendency to be transformed to scar tissue formation. In two appointment method, more transformation than that of one appointment method from scar tissue to dentin matrix formation were observed. 2) Histologic changes that have appeared in pulp tissue are a) fixation at outer layer b) degeneration at middle layer c) hyperemia and round cell infiltration at inner layer 3) With use of formocresol mixed zinc oxide powder in two appointment method complete formation of dentin matrix were observed. 4) Among the methods and aagents described above formocresol mixed zinc oxide powder in two appointment method appeared to be relatively effective.
