레이저빔에 의한 전자셔터 구동 알고리즘의 온도제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Temperature Controlling of Driving Algorithm for the Electronic Shutter by the Laser Beam)

  • 본 연구는 레이저빔을 제어하기 위한 전자 셔터의 디지털 I/O 인터페이스와 온도 제어 알고리즘을 개발함으로써 레이저 치료 시 열적 피이드 백을 통한 치료의 가능성을 보여 주었다. 전자셔터는 이러한 전자셔터 구동 인터페이스와 제어 알고리즘의 개발로 경제성은 물론 어느 일정한 범위에서 온도를 자동제어 하도록 설계하였다. 방사선 치료, 고주파 치료 또는 약물치료 등에 의하여 정상세포까지 죽이는 현 치료방법의 문제점을 개선함으로써 어느 일정한 온도 범위에서의 레이저 빔 치료에 의한 환자의 국부적 치료의 가능성을 제시하였다.

  • In order to improve the efficiency of the main transformer in a tilting train, the optimal operation of a cooling system is necessary. For the development of the optimal control algorithm of a cooling system, the mathematical model of a main transformer cooling system was developed. This includes the dynamic model of a main transformer, an oil pump, an oil cooler and a blower. The system algorithm of a cooling system, which consists of the temperature setpoint algorithm and the temperature control algorithm, was developed. Optimal oil temperatures of the inlet and the outlet of the main transformer were obtained by considering the total electric power consumption of the system. The oil inlet temperature was controlled by the blower and the oil outlet temperature was controlled by the oil pump. A simulation program was developed by using the mathematical model and the system algorithm. Simulation results showed that the system algorithm developed from this study may be effectively used to control the main transformer cooling system in a tilting train.

  • OCXO (Oven Controlled X-tal Oscillator)의 주파수 모델이 holdover 알고리즘을 DP-PLL (Digital Processing-Phase Locked Loop) 시스템에 적용하기 위해 제안되었다. 이 모델은 온도와 OCXO의 노화에 따라 2차 다항식으로 간단하게 표현된다. 모델 변수들은 LSM (Least Squared Method)을 적용한 실험 데이터로부터 얻어진다. holdover 알고리즘은 다른 실험 데이터를 사용한 동일한 모델로 모의실험 할 수 있다.

  • This paper propose a method for the temperature control using cool-plate in the track equipment. The employed control algorithm is PID control algorithm. The control gains are found using relay auto-tuning algorithm. After that the gains are adjusted manually in trial and error. The control hardware circuit is designed and implemented in the lab. The controlled temperature reached the desired value Within $\pm0.05^{\circ}C$ accuracy.

  • In this study an one-board micom controlled precision temperature control system has been developed. The digital temperature control system is consisted of an one-board micom as digital controller, a 12-bit A/D and D/A converter, a power amplifier, a NTC thermister, a preamplfier and a heat chamber. An operating control program for the control system was written in Z80 machine language. A Dual-PID predictor control algorithm was proposed. Experments were conducted with different sampling time and limitted error value. As a result, the temperature in a heat chamber can be well controlled within +- 0.2 .deg.C when the sampling time was applied to 10 sec and the limitted error value +- 0.5 .deg.C under the dual-PID predictor control algorithm. By means of one-board micom overall system has been reduced in size and volume, thus the system becomes compact and less expensive.

Mathematical models of a main transformer cooling system were developed. These include models for the main transformer, the oil pump, the oil cooler, and the blower. The optimal oil temperature algorithm was also developed. This consists of the optimal setpoint algorithm and the control algorithm. A simulation program was developed by using mathematical models and the optimal oil temperature algorithm. Simulation results showed that the dynamic behavior of a main transformer cooling system was predicted well by mathematical models and a main transformer cooling system was controlled effectively by the optimal oil temperature algorithm.

  • This paper is about elimination the situation in which gas sensor data becomes inaccurate due to temperature control when a semiconductor gas sensor is driven. Recently, interest in semiconductor gas sensors is high because semiconductor sensors can be driven with small and low power. Although semiconductor-type gas sensors have various advantages, there is a problem that they must operate at high temperatures. First temperature control was configured to adjust the temperature value of the heater mounted on the gas sensor. At that time, in controlling the heater temperature, gas sensor data are fluctuated despite supplying same gas concentration according to the temperature controlled. To resolve this problem, gas and temperature are extracted as a data. And then, a relation function is constructed between gas and temperature data. At this time, it is included low pass filter to get the stable data. In this paper, we can find optimal gain and parameters between gas and temperature data by using genetic algorithm.

The Neural-Fuzzy Control of a Transformer Cooling System

  • In transformer cooling systems, oil temperature is controlled through the use of a blower and oil pump. For this paper, set-point algorithms, a reset algorithm and control algorithms of the cooling system were developed by neural networks and fuzzy logics. The oil inlet temperature was set by a $2{\times}2{\times}1$ neural network, and the oil temperature difference was set by a $2{\times}3{\times}1$ neural network. Inputs used for these neural networks were the transformer operating ratio and the air inlet temperature. The inlet set temperature was reset by a fuzzy logic based on the transformer operating ratio and the oil outlet temperature. A blower was used to control the inlet oil temperature while the oil pump was used to control the oil temperature difference by fuzzy logics. In order to analysis the performance of these algorithms, the initial start-up test and the step change test were performed by using the dynamic model of a transformer cooling system. Test results showed that algorithms developed for this study were effective in controlling the oil temperature of a transformer cooling system.

완전제어형(完全制御型) 실험용(實驗用) 작물생육장치(作物生育裝置)의 개발(開發)(I) -온(溫)·습도(濕度) 제어(制御) 시스템- (Development of a Fully-Controlled Phytotrons -Temperature and Humidity Control System-)

  • The aim of this study was to develop a phytotron for studying the effects of environmental factors such as temperature and humidity on plant growth. This equipment consists of the growth chamber, and the measurement and control system including control algorithms required for optimum operation. As the first step of the study, a temperature and humidity control system was developed. The results of this study are summarized as follows ; 1. Pt-100 was selected to measure temperature and a linearized op-amp circuit was developed for signal conditioning. 2. Pt-100 wet bulb thermometer based on Asmann's principle was developed to measure relative humidity. 3. Temperature and relative humidity conditions were controlled by ON-OFF and PWM operation using a PID controller. And an autotuning algorithm using the characteristics of step response was developed to determine optimal PID constants which were independent of the size of apparatus and environmental factors. 4. Under the ambient temperature of $20^{\circ}C{\sim}25^{\circ}C$, the temperature was kept within the error of ${\pm}0.3^{\circ}C$ in the range of $10^{\circ}C{\sim}40^{\circ}C$, and the relative humidity was kept within the error of ${\pm}5%$ in the range of ${\pm}50%{\sim}90%$.
