As the importance of digital competency education is highlighted, this study is a case study on block coding classes for elementary school students during vacation for the purpose of bridging the information education gap among students. The purpose of this study is to design and operate a play-centered block coding class program and find out if it is effective in improving students' interest. As a result of completing the teaching plan through the second consultation and revision, running the class, and analyzing the change in learning interest of the students through the t-test, the play-oriented block coding class designed in this study was effective in improving students' interest. In addition, it was possible to discover interesting elements such as student-led learning process and immersion through realistic play activities, friendship, collaboration, and communication through group activities. This study is significant in suggesting a plan to increase learning interest for students who are new to coding.

This paper explores the use of machine learning in game production to create goal-oriented, realistic animations for skeleton monsters. The purpose of this research is to enhance realism by implementing intelligent movements in monsters within game development. To achieve this, we designed and implemented a learning model for skeleton monsters using reinforcement learning algorithms. During the machine learning process, various reward conditions were established, including the monster's speed, direction, leg movements, and goal contact. The use of configurable joints introduced physical constraints. The experimental method validated performance through seven statistical graphs generated using machine learning methods. The results demonstrated that the developed model allows skeleton monsters to move to their target points efficiently and with natural animation. This paper has implemented a method for creating game monster animations using machine learning, which can be applied in various gaming environments in the future. The year 2024 is expected to bring expanded innovation in the gaming industry. Currently, advancements in technology such as virtual reality, AI, and cloud computing are redefining the sector, providing new experiences and various opportunities. Innovative content optimized for this period is needed to offer new gaming experiences. A high level of interaction and realism, along with the immersion and fun it induces, must be established as the foundation for the environment in which these can be implemented. Recent advancements in AI technology are significantly impacting the gaming industry. By applying many elements necessary for game development, AI can efficiently optimize the game production environment. Through this research, We demonstrate that the application of machine learning to Unity and game engines in game development can contribute to creating more dynamic and realistic game environments. To ensure that VR gaming does not end as a mere craze, we propose new methods in this study to enhance realism and immersion, thereby increasing enjoyment for continuous user engagement.

The main objective of this paper is to study vibration of sandwich cylindrical shell with damaged core and FG face sheets resting on a two-parameter elastic foundation based on three-dimensional theory of elasticity. Three complicated equations of motion for the structure under consideration are semi-analytically solved by using generalized differential quadrature method. The structures are made of a damaged isotropic core and two external face sheets. These skins are strengthened at the nanoscale level by randomly oriented Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and are reinforced at the microscale stage by oriented straight fibers. These reinforcing phases are included in a polymer matrix and a three-phase approach based on the Eshelby-Mori-Tanaka scheme and on the Halpin-Tsai approach, which is developed to compute the overall mechanical properties of the composite material. Several parametric analyses are carried out to investigate the mechanical behavior of these multi-layered structures depending on the damage features. A detailed parametric study is carried out in order to reveal the effects of different profiles of two-parameter elastic foundation modulus, different geometrical parameters such as the mid radius-to-thickness ratio, length-to-mean radius ratio and the thickness of face sheets on the vibrational characteristics of the damaged functionally graded sandwich cylindrical shell.

This study proposed a life cycle impact assessment index that can indicate the environment-related information of the product in monetary value such that the national geographical, environmental, and social features are fully reflected based on a damage-oriented model. First, the estimation process was classified into characterization, damage assessment, and integration stages considering the six biggest impact categories: resource depletion, global warming, ozone depletion, acidification, eutrophication, and photochemical oxidant creation. Moreover, this study came up with the 16 category endpoints related to the 6 impact categories, and the damage function, to the 4 largest safeguard subjects. The integration indices of finally identified impact categories were KRW 21.8/kg Sb, KRW 6.19/kg$CO_2$, KRW 53,000/kg CFC-11, KRW 13,100/kg $SO_2$, KRW 2,310/kg ${PO_4}^{3-}$, and KRW 3,030/kg $C_2H_4$. Using the results of this research, environmental impacts based on the environmental load generated throughout the entire life cycle of a product can serve as a single index in monetary value; thus enhancing understanding and utilization of the results of life cycle impact assessments.

Without the accurate countermeasure, we can't achieve the desired end. So we should find out multilateral and general measure. Always crimes go in advance of the measure, so the counter measures against, computer crime can not be final. But, inspite of the revision, especially on the computer-hacking. But, inspite of the revision, we have many problems'. So, first of all, through the positive and empirical study, we should revise criminal law and computer crime related provisions systematically. As the aspects and techniques of internet related crimes are always changing with the development of computer technology, there will be many problems with principle of legality, when we apply the existing abstract provisions to the new crime. We can not be lazy in studying the emerging internet related crimes and taking concrete shape of the provision. And it will be a big help to that desirable to import the foreign provision without consideration of our reality. Without the positive and empirical study on internet related crimes, sometimes important crime will be out of reach of the punishment. Due to these day's development of computer and technology of communication, the personal computers are widely supplied and especially PC communication and exchange of the informations became the most important function. With the advent of internet, new aspects of crimes are appearing. Up to now, the fraud by using the computer or the interference in the execution of duty by the illegal operation of computer was the leading aspects of computer crime, but nowadays with the advent of internet, database crime or network crime like the computer hacking became the important aspects of internet related crimes. These new aspects of internet related crimes are defusing into domains of traditional crimes. Nevertheless to follow and punish the acts on the internet is not technically easy, and as it is emerging international shape, to settle it by international law is not that easy. Harmful acts in the information-oriented society are very diverse in kinds and aspects, and it is difficult to enumerate. The point is that among the new acts in the information-oriented society we should decide which acts are to be punished and which acts are not to be punished. It is needless to say that the criminal law should be the last resort. But owing to the characters of the characteristics of the information-oriented society, when the traditional standards can be applied, the question of what is the basis and how it can be applied in a concrete way is not settled. And if it cannot be applied, how can we make new standard is also an unsettled question.
The Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning (MSIP) introduced its new Mission Oriented Evaluation System (MOES) for government affiliated research institutes and Government Supported Research Institutes (GSRI) on science and technology in 2013. The Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources (KIGAM) is the first MOES applied Science and Technology (S&T) GSRI, that has research divisions focusing on geoscience and geological surveys, mineral resources extraction and utilization, petroleum extraction and marine mineral research, and geological applied and environment research. In appling the final evaluation of MOES on KIGAM, we found difficulty classifing the concepts of research excellence and risk (innovativeness) in guidelines of Research Evaluation Indicators (REIs) of MSIP. We have developed quantitative and qualitative indicators that can present research excellence and risk (innovativeness) through the KIGAM World Class Laboratory (WCL) strategy and related studies, innovative research and development guidelines of MSIP (2013a) and honorable R&D failure guidelines of MSIP (2013b). We have applied our developed REIs in KIGAM which handles basic research, applied and development research and public services. Therefore, our developed REIs can be effectively applied in every S&T GSRI.

Recently it is very important to collect information such as enemy positions and facilities. To this end, unmanned aerial vehicles such as multicopters have been actively developed, and various mission equipment mounted on unmanned aerial vehicles have also been developed. The coordinate-oriented algorithm refers to an algorithm that calculates a gaze angle so that the mission equipment can fix the gaze at a desired coordinate or position. Flight data and GPS data were collected and simulated using Matlab for coordinate-oriented algorithms. In the simulation using only the coordinate data, the average Pan axis angle was about 0.42°, the Tilt axis was 0.003°~0.43°, and the relatively wide error was about 0.15° on average. As a result of converting this into the distance in the NE direction, the error distance in the N direction was about 2.23m on average, and the error distance in the E direction was about -1.22m on average. The simulation applying the actual flight data showed a result of about 19m@CEP. Therefore, we conducted a study on the self-error of coordinate-oriented algorithms in monitoring and information collection, which is the main task of EOTS, and confirmed that the quantitative target of 500m is satisfied with 30m@CEP, and showed that the desired coordinates can be directed.

The purpose of this study is to examine the perception of early childhood teachers on ecological art activities oriented to education for sustainable development. The research results are as follows. First, Early childhood teachers recognized the visual art of natural media, the pursuit of community values, and the participation and communication of social members as educational significance of ecological art activities. And difficulties in practicing ecological art were recognized as lack of educational environment, lack of ecological art teaching materials and specific examples, and teachers' lack of understanding of ecological art. Also, they recognized that ecological art activities foster core competencies in art experience area, such as nature-friendly communication skills, eco-friendly sensibility, and creative convergence skills. Second, regarding ecological art activities and sustainable development education, early childhood teachers considered the difficulties in practice as lack of awareness about sustainable development, lack of play meia and materials, lack of educational policies and support, and insufficient teacher training programs. Also, regarding the SDGs that can be practiced in ecological art activities, teachers were found to be highly aware of 'grow affordable and clean energy', 'improve clean water and sanitation', 'provide quality education' in the order. In the contents of education for sustainable development that can be practiced in ecological art activities, teachers are given the order of 'climate change response', 'clean energy', 'water and sanitation', 'quality education', 'health and well-being' and 'marine ecosystem'. was highly recognized. If an ecological art activity program is developed, the rate of responding that it will be used is high, so it is considered that the development of an ESD-oriented ecological art activity program is urgent.

Currently, in Korea, there is a growing interest in improving the learning ability of the education target group due to the low birth rate and aging population. The dilemma of a shrinking population ultimately causes the burden of having to come up with a plan to efficiently maximize the use of available population resources. Accordingly, this study explores the impact of learning motivation (activity-oriented motivation, learning-oriented motivation) on learner characteristics (learning value, learning efficacy) and learning satisfaction, and as a result, intention to continue participating in lifelong learning (recommendation intention, relationship continuation intention). As a results of the analysis, it shows that learning motivation had a significant effect on learning satisfaction, and the emotions formed in this way had a positive effect on recommendation intention and relationship continuation intention. In addition, the results show that learning-oriented motivation had a significant effect on both learning satisfaction and learner characteristics, but that learning efficacy had no effect on recommendation intention. This study is significant in that it presents the basis for an educational system based on relationship maintenance and learner characteristics by considering the learner's orientation, individual achievement direction, recommendation intention, and relationship continuation intention.
Properties of ternary blends of nylon 6 (Ny6), a thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer (TLCP, poly(ester amide), 20 wt%) and a maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (2 wt%) (MAPP) were studied under various processing conditions. TLCP was pre-blended with MAPP first and then the binary one blended again with Ny6. The processing temperature of the second mixing was varied. Thermal properties show the partial miscibility of the ternary blend. The morphology of the TLCP phase in the first blending shows mostly in the fibril bundle shape, but varies between droplets and oriented fibrils after the second processing. Some of TLCP phase lost the fibril morphology during the second processing stage. The morphology variation invokes the change in tensile properties. Low extrusion temperature (270$\^{C}$) provides more fibril shapes, which are associated with less deformation in the second stage. The processing temperature effect was more evident when the draw ratio was high. High drawing was applicable due to the stabilizing action of tile compatibilizer.
