패킷전달망은 기존 회선 기반의 전달 방식을 패킷 기반으로 전환한 기술로써 통계적 다중화 기반의 전송 효율을 통해 비트당 전송 비용을 절감하고, 회선망 수준의 강력한 OAM 및 50ms 이내의 보호절체 기능을 제공하는 기술을 말한다. 최근들어 IEEE PBB-TE 및 ITU-T, IETF MPLS-TP 등의 캐리어급 패킷전달망 기술의 표준화로 통신사업자의 기존 회선 중심의 전달망은 연결지향형 기반의 패킷망으로 진화 및 발전이 이루어지고 있는 추세이며, 이와 관련하여 기존망과의 상호연동에 있어 고신뢰성 및 관리 기능의 측면에서 다양한 기술적 이슈들이 제기되고 있다. 본 논문은 통신사업자 입장에서 패킷전달망 전환시 IP 라우터망 장비와의 정합을 통해 발생될 수 있는 연동구간 장애 감지 문제를 정의하고, 해당 장애를 효과적으로 감지할 수 있는 다양한 방안들을 제시함과 동시에 MEF에서 정의된 이더넷 서비스 조합을 통해 예비 회선이 없는 상황에서 IP 트래픽을 신뢰성 있게 전달하는 방법 등 사업자 입장에서 보다 안정적으로 망을 운영할 수 있는 가이드라인을 제공하는데 있다.

Big data has become a worldwide topic. Despite this, big data accurately understand and acquire the business to take advantage of companies that were only very few. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that effect Korean firm's adopting big data system. Empirical test was conducted to verify hypotheses using extended technology acceptance model and we analyzed factors which affect the behavioral intention of big data System. Based upon previous researches, we have selected organization innovation, organization slank, organization information system infra maturity, perceived benefits of big data system, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, behavioral intention as variables and proposed a research model based on survey questionnaires. From those, we drew that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use influenced the behavioral intention. The results of this study will increase the users' awareness on big data system and contribute to develop a way to enable the introduction of new technologies.

본 연구에서는 Infra-Red Thermography(IRT) 기법을 활용한 초음속 풍동시험 시 의도치 않게 발생하는 기술적 문제에 대한 연구를 수행하였으며 이를 방지할 수 있는 방법에 대해 분석하였다. 풍동시험은 마하 3 또는 4의 두 가지 유동조건에서 초고속 비행체 형상을 모사할 수 있는 이중 압축램프 모델로 수행하였다. 획득된 IR 결과를 shadowgraph 가시화 이미지, 수치해석 결과와 비교하였으며 본 IRT 기법을 활용하여 초음속 이중 압축램프에서 발생하는 유동천이, 박리 그리고 3차원 현상에 관한 정성적인 정보를 획득할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

The application of Big Data has been introduced to the Korean fashion industry; however, the literature has not yet investigated how well high technologies are being perceived and adopted by the practitioners of fashion companies. Recognizing the lack of research, the current research explores how big data analysis has been adopted by fashion practitioners based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) that considers the effect of organizational characteristics (i.e., innovation, slack, and IS infra maturity). First, all TAM relationships were accepted as significant; however, the effect of perceived ease of use on the attitude toward big data was greater than perceived usefulness. Regarding organizational characteristics, while organization innovation had positive impacts on perceived usefulness as well as perceived ease of use, organization slack did not show significant and positive influence on perceived ease of use only. On the other hand, IS infra maturity had a negative effect on perceived usefulness while it did not have any significant impact on perceived ease of use. Finally, the level of perceived usefulness is decreasing as the IS infra of the fashion organization becomes more mature. With the results, the study suggested that fashion industry needs more education on the usage of big data analysis systems and development in related analysis tools.

The present study develops a method for directly measuring the temperature field in the primary deformation zone with a high spatial resolution during 2-D orthogonal machining. This is enabled by the use of a high-speed, charge-coupled device (CCD) based, infra-red (IR) imaging system which allows characteristics of the temperature field such as the location and magnitude of the highest temperature and temperature gradient in the primary deformation zone to be identified. Based on these data, the relation between the machining temperature and the cutting conditions is investigated.

The primary purpose of this study is to investigate ASP (Application Service Provider) vendor attributes that affect ASP client satisfaction. From the relevant literature, ASP vendor attributes that might affect the ASP client satisfaction were derived from which the survey questions were formulated. The survey was conducted among the companies that have adopted ASP. Through the factor analysis of the survey results, the following vendor attributes - vendor's IT infra structure, service reliability, service flexibility, vendor stability, IS maturity, information sharing - were derived ; and the relationships between those attributes and ASP client satisfaction were explored. The result of this study revealed that IT infra, service flexibility, vendor stability are related to ASP client satisfaction. The customer satisfaction factors in the traditional outsourcing -- reliability, IS maturity, information sharing were proved to be not applied in ASP environment. This study provides ASP vendors with guidelines on how to improve their ASP strategies to satisfy clients. The results of this study can also be used by client companies as a decision basis for ASP vendor selection.

This paper discusses a most suitable wireless communications system for subway trains on condition that a geo-spatial video system is implemented in subway trains. Geo-spatial video system for subway trains refers to the device that can transfers the images captured by cameras within a subway station building or in and around a subway track to on coming trains wirelessly, which allows the operator in operating room to monitor the state of a platform and a subway track, the flow of passengers, and the condition of passengers getting on and off. To minimize the problem, secure civil safety and prevent accidents and calamity from occurring, a geo-spatial video system for subway trains has been increasingly introduced. The wireless communications systems for GVS for subway trains involve HF(High Frequency), IR(Infra Red), M/W(Micro Wave), wireless LAN approaches. Each has its own strengths/weaknesses, and different vendors have different technology.

With skyrocketing number of people who use smartphone, the technology of wireless internet that is mobile-phone, Wi-Fi, Wibro, HSDPA has been developed remarkably. The environment that one can use wireless internet easily and inexpensively anywhere has been made. So, the customer of railway have needs and desire that could use the wireless internet network as travelling in rolling-stock. Although KTX, KTX-II and some subway agency has built-up wireless internet network and serviced it, it's closed infra and inconvenient environment has been criticized. So, we survey the wireless internet network that is serviced at present and the way to build wirelee internet infra to satisfy the needs of customers.

Let f : M ${\rightarrow}$ M be a self-map on the Klein bottle M. We compute the Lefschetz number and the Nielsen number of f by using the infra-nilmanifold structure of the Klein bottle and the averaging formulas for the Lefschetz numbers and the Nielsen numbers of maps on infra-nilmanifolds. For each positive integer n, we provide an explicit algorithm for a complete computation of the Nielsen type numbers $NP_n(f)$ and $N{\Phi}_{n}(f)\;of\;f^{n}$.

To provide a specified power quality under electric market system is becoming an important issue for customers and utility company. However, there is no realistic infra-structure to design a power system for the specified power quality. Present electric market is operating under the economic point of view. The low price could be attractive. but the effect of low price and low power quality for the long time should be considered for the system safety. This paper presents a model which conceptualize the dynamic power quality control mechanism to minimize total cost of a society which is affected electric power quality. This model aims to produce a basic infra-structure to balance cost and quality under the electric market system.
