The Effect of Fundamental nursing practice class with Flipped Learning on Self-efficacy and Critical Thinking Disposition of Nursing students (플립러닝을 적용한 기본간호학실습 수업이 간호대학생의 자기효능감과 비판적 사고능력에 미치는 효과)

  • This study was conducted to confirm the effect on self-efficacy and critical thinking disposition by applying flip learning class to fundamental nursing practice education for nursing students. The study subjects were 42 people in the experimental group and 40 people in the control group who were allowed to participate in the study. Data analysis was statistically processed using SPSS/WIN 24.0 program. As a result of this study, the self-efficacy score of the experimental group who received the flipped learning class increased significantly immediately after class (t=3.49, p=.001) compared to before class, and 10 weeks after class (t=-0.75, p=.456), the effect persisted. The critical thinking disposition score of the experimental group increased significantly immediately after class (t=3.49, p=.001) compared to before class, and the effect persisted 10 weeks after class (t=0.11, p=.913). However, there was no significant difference in the academic self-efficacy and critical thinking disposition scores of the control group who received lecture classes. In other words, it was confirmed from the results of this study that fundamental nursing practice classes applied with flip learning are effective in improving self-efficacy and critical thinking disposition of nursing students. Based on this study, it is suggested that the application of flip learning method should be expanded in the major subject of nursing science.

Evidence-based Practices Convergence Issues for Advancement of Performance Analysis of Duksung Women's University Extracurricular Activities (덕성여자대학교 비교과교육과정 성과분석 고도화 근거기반 실제(evidence-based practices) 융합 쟁점)

  • This study was conducted for the purpose of convergence exploration of evidence-based practices for the advancement of performance analysis of the extracurricular activities at Duksung Women's University. The research method consisted of an expert meeting procedure along with a procedure for analyzing previous studies dealing with the performance analysis of the university's extracurricular activities in the field of pedagogy. The contents of this study consisted of presenting some facts that should be based on evidence for the advancement of performance analysis of the extracurricular activities after the establishment of the center for extracurricular activities in Duksung Women's University. And in practices, the development and diagnostic analysis of tools for diagnosing extracurricular customized learning capabilities, data-based multidimensional analysis (IR system), continuous monitoring analysis through extracurricular certification, and analysis based on feedback tools were presented in a convergence perspective and context. As a result of the study, the evidence-based practices for the advancement of the performance analysis of the extracurricular activities at Duksung Women's University guarantees the validity and stability of the performance evaluation and feedback system of the extracurricular activities at Duksung Women's University, and has a close influence on the extracurricular education work of other universities analyzed as possible.

The Effects of Restaurant Video Taping and Job Communication Drawing Board Production Activities on Cooking Job Skills of High School Students with Intellectual Disabilities (식당 비디오 테이핑 및 직무 의사소통 그림판 제작활동이 지적장애 고등학생의 조리직무기술에 미치는 효과)

  • This study was conducted with the aim of verifying the effects of restaurant video taping and job communication drawing board production activities on cooking job skills of high school students with intellectual disabilities. The study participants consisted of three students with intellectual disabilities enrolled in the high school course of a special school, and the experimental environment consisted of a kitchen in the restaurant and a classroom in the special school. For the research design, the technique of multiple probe design across subjects according to a single subject research was used. The intervention program consisting of independent variables was applied as a linkage procedure in which study participants videotaped the kitchen's environmental facilities, tools, materials, and staff perform cooking job skills and then taped data from the classroom scene on a job communication drawing board. Cooking job skills consisting of dependent variables are defined as the performance of research participants cooking gimbap directly in the kitchen of the restaurant. As a result of the study, it was found that participants effectively acquired, maintained, and generalized cooking job skills through intervention programs.

A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Flipped Learning applied to Nursing Students in Korea (국내 간호대학생에게 적용한 플립러닝의 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석)

  • This study is a meta-analysis study to comprehensively investigate the effects of flipped learning teaching applied to nursing students in Korea through systematic review. Data collection was conducted by a team of two researchers from November 20 to December 20, 2022. A total of 129 papers were searched through the domestic database, and duplicate papers were removed and the final 9 studies were selected. Flipped learning improved critical thinking disposition of nursing students 0.91(Z=8.36, p<.001), learning self-efficacy 0.35 (Z=2.62, p=.009), self-directed learning ability 0.81(Z=6.53, p<.001), academic achievement 0.60(Z=5.18, p<.001), and self-efficacy 0.66(Z=4.79, p<.001). Based on the results of this study, it was confirmed that flipped learning is an effective teaching method applicable to the domestic nursing education field, and an objective basis was presented for the direction of flipped learning class design. In the future, we suggest repeated studies that comprehensively analyze the effects of various outcome variables that have a positive effect on flipped learning.

  • The purpose of this study was to perceived interactivity about experience of using dance video contents and intention to use. This study was examine an adaptive model of Technology Acceptance Model and focused on YouTube. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, total 350 questionnaires were surveyed and 311 data were finally analyzed. All data were processed through SPSS for Windows 20.0 version and AMOS 18.0. For the analysis of data, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, model evaluation, and structural equation modeling techniques. The results were as follows. first. Perceived Interactivity had not affect on perceived usefulness but two-way communication, user control among the sub-factor in perceived Interactivity had a positive effect on perceived ease of use. second, perceived ease of use had a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Lastly, Perceived usefulness had not affect intention to use, but perceived ease of use had a positive effect on intention use.

Study on the Empirical Awareness Analysis of Navigational Officers on the Evaluation of Ship Stability (선박 복원성 평가에 관한 항해사의 경험적 인지도 분석 연구)

  • The navigational officer's knowledge about securing stability, an essential factor for promoting the safe operation of ships, should be improved along with advancement in ship technology, such as the large-sized ships and the appearance of autonomous ships. Accordingly, this study conducted a survey on stability, targeting navigational officers, and analyzed empirical awareness using general characteristics. Navigational officers had a high level of understanding of the stability criteria for a higher rank, but lacked the understanding of the special criteria for specific ship types. Of the total respondents, 87.6% were using a loading computer to evaluate stability. The GM scored the highest (3.891/5.000 points) as a method of evaluating stability on the ship. Further, whether the stability was secured was determined based on the GM and stability criteria. Most navigational officers replenish additional ballast water to improve the stability and use a small angle of rudder in the case of lacking stability. The results of this study are intended to be used as important data for improving education and research on operator-centered stability in the future by evaluating the empirical awareness of navigational officers on the ship stability.

The Effect of Robot-Used Play through Appreciation of Picture Books on Children's Sequential Thinking (그림책 감상을 통한 로봇 활용 놀이가 유아의 순서적 사고에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of children's robot-based play on sequential thinking through appreciation of picture books. For this purpose, 15 children aged 5 years old in each kindergarten located in Seoul were selected and J kindergarten (experimental group) supported <Picture book appreciation robot play> and C kindergarten (comparison group) supported <Picture book appreciation free play>. In order to examine the difference in play experience between the two groups, the score data before and after play support was collected using the sequential thinking test tool, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 28.0 program to perform ANCOVA (Covariance Analysis). As a result, the experimental group that experienced robot-based play through picture book appreciation showed significant improvement in the total score of sequential thinking and the sub-areas of dynamics, behavior, and intention compared to the control group.The results of this study are valuable as a play study to discover the value of robots as a creative play medium led by young children and to promote sequential thinking ability, which is emphasized as the capacity of future society.

  • This study purports to identify the factors that contribute to the classification of age groups or generations of Koreans. Independent variables such as respondents' attitudes toward welfare, attitudes toward equity, education level, perception of inequality in Korean society, tax awareness, and health status are included in the model that were put into the analysis with the main interest. Since this study does not construct any hypothesis prior to analysis, the nature of this study can be said exploratory. The data utilized for the analysis are from the 17th year of the Korean Welfare Panel collected in 2022, and a linear discrimination analysis technique will be used. First and foremost, a theoretical review of the generational classification will be conducted through domestic and international literature in the past. To date, there is no quantitative studies in Korea that have a significant influence on the generational classification. Therefore, in this study, a theoretical review of political tendencies and values, which are estimated to have a significant influence on the generational classification, that is, the difference between generations, will be significant.   • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of parents knowledge on oral health status toward their children. This study was carried out to investigate and analyze the congnitive degree of dental subjects and public who have an experience to be treated for their teeth on the dental knowledge, operative dentistry, and dental prothesis in the oral health care through the questionnaires. The results are as follows; 1. In questioning the fundamental knowledges, 47.6% of respondents in their thirties said that milk tooth of their children are number 20. Although schooling level of their parents is not rel evant to this survey, 21.9% who have only high-school diploma, said also "number 20". As a conclusion, most parents have a big concern in their children's teeth. 2. 44.0% parents answered, asked "who do decayed teeth sping up, and 26.4% said" It is why children eat sugary. Asked "What is efficient preventive measures decayed teeth", 26.5% said it is very relevant to be in the utilization of F-tooth-paste. 3. For children's good theeth, periodically brushing is the important. Most parents recognized brushing efficient. 4. In questioning the possession amount of decayed teeth, 45.8% have more than four. Usually those parents who have children filled their decayed teeth with artificial or installed with dental prosthesis. As a conclusion age is relevant in this study in P<0.05 level. 5. In asking for efficient starting-year of tooth brushing, 42.6% said that 2 or 3 year age is the most efficient, and especially 80.6% teath children to learn brushing themselves(P<0.05) 6. In surveying the way they obtained dental information, 38.9% were given from mass media, but 90% were once not delivered with the education of dental health. Because parents have been know narrow and deficient information of dental health mass media, experts in dental health have to deliver help their parents to be delivered with systematical dental information. The conclustion of this study can summarized that parent's role very important to their children's tooth health and the education program for systematical dental information should be delivered to their parents.

Growth of Li2B4O7 Single Crystal and Its Thermoluminescent Properties (Li2B4O7 단결정 성장과 열형광 특성)

  • Thermoluminescent properties of $Li_2B_4O_7$ single crystal grown by Czochralski method have been investigated. The high quality $Li_2B_4O_7$ single crystal without core was obtained at rotation speed of 10 rpm for seed crystal and pulling speed below $0.18\;mm{\cdot}h^{-1}$. The structure of $Li_2B_4O_7$ single crystal was classified as tetragonal by XRD analysis. The TL glow curve was composed with three overlapped peaks which can be easily deconvoluted and the TL response of $Li_2B_4O_7$ single crystal TLD to X-ray radiation is linear within the range of $50\;mGy{\sim}1.5\;Gy$. Activation energies of three TL glow peaks analyzed by the various heating rates method and PL spectrum were 0.93, 1.78 and 2.25 eV, respectively.
