In a digital economy, users actively express their needs in many ways. Thus, many researchers analyze what users need and whether they are satisfied or not through opinion mining. In addition, they begin to find technology opportunities in heterogeneous technology fields. But they did not connect users' opinion to technology development process, only focused on natural language processing or marketing or manufacturing area. Also, heterogeneous technology fields are focused on fusion technology. Thus, this study suggests a novel approach that is based on sentimental value and can be applied to exploring technology opportunities in heterogeneous fields. Sentimental value is calculated from users' opinion through sLDA. The heterogeneous technology opportunity is explored by patent analysis. This research contributes to suggesting a hybrid methodology through patent and users' opinion. In addition, it can provide managerial efficiency by suggesting base data onto decision making.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the influence of Internet Characteristics on SME's IT Abilities. In order to develop the rational model, the previous studies have been reviewed. The scope of Internet characteristics can be classified into 3 categories such as innovation, market opportunity, and industry characteristics. To test the hypotheses, 200 korean small and medium sized enterprises were surveyed. Regression analysis was made. The results of this study are as follows: Internet characteristics such as innovation, market opportunity, industry characteristics have an effect on SMEs' IT Abilities.

Purpose: This study aims to provide suggestions for improving the liberal arts curriculum for the 3-year emergency medical technology course by conducting a comparative research on the liberal arts curricula across 10 colleges. Methods: Various aspects of liberal arts subjects, such as basic directions set out by the curriculum, credit scores, and distribution, were studied. Results: Of the 10 colleges, 9 did not stated purpose of liberal arts education. All 10 offered courses including foreign language, computer, and self-management, however each subjects did not have reflections of course visions. Findings revealed the credit score ratio of liberal arts subjects to be relatively lower than the major subjects. Students had limited opportunity to choose liberal arts subjects, with only a small proportion of the course available for elective subjects. Most liberal arts subjects were completed in the first year. Subjects' experience was not expanded and deepened gradually. Subject choices often overlapped, with limited variety of available subjects. Conclusion: For competent emergency medical technicians, the 3-year emergency medical technology course should improve the quality of its liberal arts offerings. The study of liberal arts provides the opportunity to develop broad perspectives and mature attitudes.

성공한 창업가들이나 저명인사들에게 성공의 요인을 물어보면 운이 좋았다고 이야기를 한다. 주목해야할 사실은 운이 좋았다고 말하지만 운과 관련된 태도가 다르다는 것이다. 하지만 운이 좋다고 생각하는 신념은 현실적으로 지배적인 개념임에도 불구하고 그동안 행운에 대한 과학적 검증이 많지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 행운은 외부 환경에 의해서 무작위로 정해지는 것이 아니라 개인의 내적 속성으로 운을 통제 할 수 있다는 것으로 보았다. 본 연구의 차별성은 선행연구들이 주로 행운을 기업가적 자질 유형 중 내적 통제 위치(Internal Locus of Control)로 그치고 노력에 의해 창업 성공을 거둘 수 있다는 막연한 논리에 머문 것에 비하여 본 연구는 어떠한 노력이 행운을 가져오는 지를 실증적으로 규명하였다는 데에 그 의의가 있다. 운이 좋다는 것에 대해서는 자신이 믿고 싶은 것과 일치하는 방향으로 자신의 경험을 해석하는 확증편향을 오류를 회피하기 위하여 행운에 대한 신념의 개념을 도입하였고 선행 연구의 행운에 대한 신념 질문지를 사용하여, 행운에 대한 신념이 있는 사람은 우연기술을 매개로 하여 기회역량을 높일 수 있다는 것을 검증하고자 하였다. 종속 변수로 기회역량을 설정한 이유는 기회를 인식하고 활용하는 과정이야 말로 창업 연구에서 핵심적인 부분이라는 기존 연구에 기반을 두었다. 실증연구를 위하여 총 332명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 분석결과 첫째, 행운의 신념은 우연기술의 하위요인인 호기심, 인내성, 유연성, 낙관성, 위험감수 모두에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 우연기술의 하위요인 중 인내성, 낙관성, 위험감수만이 기회역량에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 나타났다. 셋째, 우연기술의 하위요인인 인내성, 낙관성, 위험감수는 행운신념과 기회역량의 관계에서 매개효과가 있다고 판단할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 창업자들의 성공을 위해서 핵심 역량인 창업 기회 역량을 더 높이기 위해서는 행운에 대한 높은 신념을 가지고 우연 기술 중 인내성과 낙관성, 위험감수 성향을 높이도록 하는 것이 필요하다는 것을 실증적이며 논리적으로 규명함으로써 창업 보육 및 교육 담당자들에게 성공적인 창업자들을 선발 또는 훈련 프로그램을 기획함에 있어서 구체적인 방향성을 제시한다는 점에서 그 시사하는 바가 크다고 할 수 있겠다.

The purpose of this research is to identify new service opportunities for enhancing driving safety of intra-city buses based on driving behavior analysis. Service opportunity identification involves finding target customers of service (to whom), motivations for service (why), service contents (what), and service delivery process (when, where). This paper presents an analysis of driving behaviors using the operational data of intra-city buses in conjunction with traffic accident data and drivers' driving history data. This paper also presents four identified service opportunities based on the data analysis results. This research would contribute to enhancing driving safety of intra-city buses in Korea and serve as a basis for developing new services for driving safety enhancement.

Increasing number of transactions and investments in technology has sparked a growing interest in technology valuation. However, it has not been easy to come up with an objective valuation of technology due to variance in technology value, purpose of valuation, and technology patterns. The central paradigm for making decisions about large technology investments is net present value. Unfortunately, it is badly flawed and systematically under values every investment opportunity. The main objective of this paper lies in the development of a new approach for technology valuation using the Real Option Valuation.

융합을 통한 기술과 제품의 혁신을 이해하는 것은 중소기업의 생존을 위한 필수가 되었다. 특히, 이종 산업간 융합을 통한 제품 혁신과 성공을 위해서는 융합 가능한 아이템 즉, 제품과 기술, 아이디어를 탐색하고 대안을 찾는 것이 중요하다. 기존의 융합연구는 크게 두 가지의 한계를 갖는다. 첫째, 특허와 논문 등 기술정보를 기반으로 하는 기술융합 발굴은 시장의 수요를 인식하는데 한계가 있다. 본 논문은 중소 창업기업에 적용할 수 있는 시장융합(Market convergence)의 관점에서 새로운 융합 기회를 식별하려고 시도하였다. 이를 위해 세계 중소 수출입 기업이 이용하는 글로벌 B2B e-마켓플레이스의 제품 데이터베이스를 활용하였다. 둘째, 기존의 융합기회 발굴 연구는 이미 융합되어 존재하는 제품 또는 기술 기반의 연관성 및 관계를 파악하는데 집중하였다. 본 연구에서는 융합 가능한 새로운 사업기회의 발굴을 목적으로 구조적공백(Structural Hole) 이론을 적용하여, 상이한 산업군에서 서로 직접적인 연결 관계가 없는 키워드 간의 네트워크를 분석하여 융합의 가능성이 있는 새로운 융합 사업 테마를 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해 제품명과 제품 기술서를 기반으로 제품 및 기술 용어 사전과 텍스트마이닝 을 활용하여 제품과 서비스의 특성을 추출하고, 이들 특성간 연관관계분석을 수행한 후, 네트워크 분석을 진행 하였다. 실험 데이터는 시장의 최신 동향을 파악하기 위해 2013년 1월 부터 2016년 7월까지 등록된 24만건의 e-카탈로그를 대상으로 하였으며, 분석의 효율성을 높이기 위해 기술 범위를 IT로 제한하고, IT 기술을 매개로 한 "Health & Medical"과 "Security & Protection" 카테고리 간의 융합 기회를 도출 하였다. 실험을 통하여 융합연관규칙 1,729을 추출하였으며, 지지도를 기반으로 100개의 규칙을 샘플링 하여, 구조적 공백을 분석하였다.

This paper provides the market opportunity analysis process and technology providing matching process based on the efficient quantitative analysis of a large amount of papers and network analysis. In the future, it is required to analyze and complement the quantitative analysis result by commercialization experts and to build emerging issue database.
