Convergence refers to create a new one by combining the different elements of two or more. Currently convergence has expanded academy, industry and education from the concept of combining heterogeneous inter-technology. The most important key to the convergence in success is to derive ideas for problem solving. However, the idea derivation is done in companies to hire professional people for letting the innovation of corporate planning and new product in most cases. It is hard to get the expected results of convergence's variety. In this research, the creation of the general public for their ideas is main focus on developing a curriculum. Development models are: 1) strengthening the internal capacity for creative thinking, 2) curriculum meets the consumer 3) an understanding of convergence technology 4) creative ideas and planning ability is composed of four concepts. It is expected that convergence man power having the creative idea is trained in case of applying the proposed education model to the convergence education.

Artificial intelligence(AI) and blockchain are developing as the core technology leading the Fourth Industrial Revolution. However, AI is still showing limitations in securing and verifying data and explaining the evidence for the results, and blockchain also has some drawbacks such as excessive energy consumption and lack of flexibility in data management. This study analyzed technological limitations of AI and blockchain and convergence trends to overcome them, and finally suggested ways to improve Korea's related policies. Specifically, in terms of R&D reinforcement, we proposed 1) mid- and long-term AI /blockchain convergence research at the national level and 2) blockchain-based AI data platform development. In terms of creating an innovative ecosystem, we also suggested 3) development of AI/blockchain convergence applications by industry, and 4) Start-up support for developing AI/blockchain convergence business models. Lastly, in terms of improving the legal system, we insisted that 5) widening the application of regulatory sandboxes and 6) improving regulations related to privacy protection is necessary.

Domestic corporation in High-tech industry invest huge amounts of economic resources into the Research & Development(R&D) department, especially into new product development. It might be an adequate explanation for this phenomena that as the product life cycle gets shorter, and environmental uncertainty necessitates core competency from every corporation, new product planning becomes a vital going concern for the company to keep and increase its market share This could originate from an inappropriate combination between new products and other marketing mix elements. But it could be that the main cause of these failures com from unsatisfactory customers. In the other words, R&D department failed to sufficiently recognize market needs. This could be solved through integration between marketing department R&D department This study supposes that integration between these two departments-marketing department and R&D department influences the success of new product. We can devide the speech into high frequency speech and low frequency speech according to the feature of the speech, However so far the construction of the recognizer without concerning this feature causes low recognition rate relatively and the needs of an amount of data in the research on the speech recognition. In this paper, we propose the method that can devide this feature of speaker's speech using the Formant frequency, and the method that can recognize the speech after constructing the recognizer model reflecting the feature of the high and low frequency of the speaker's speech, For the experiment we constructed the recognizer model using 47 mono-phone of Korean and trained the recognizer model using 20 women's and men's speech respectively. We divided the feature of speech using the Formant frequency Table, that had been consisted of the Formant frequency, and the value of pitch, and then We performed recognition using the trained model according to the feature of speech The proposed system outperformed the existing method in the recognition rate, as the result.

Roadmap of cyber trade offers members the opportunity to interact electronically with like-mined individuals and to both create and buyer relevant to a topic of interest. Roadmap of cyber trade was conduct on the economic effect of electronic commerce according to the method of constructing the Internet. Firms using cyber trade have difficulty enjoying a uniformly identical effect. That is, since the improvement effect of the intrafirm business method, unnecessary repeated manual paperwork and the use effect of being able to maintain the close relationship with to the parties to trades in the process of prompt receipt and delivery of documents are long-term and indirect effects, they have some limitation in that they can not be measured as coefficients but only as scales. In terms of business management, the intensification of corporate competitiveness improved by $10.00\%$ in case of less than 10 times and by $11.53\%$ in case of 50 to less than 50 times. And it was found that the effect of profit increase as the number of inquiries was large. That is, it was found that the effect of profit increase was $10.88\%$ when the number of inquiries was less than 10 times but it increased to $14.00\%$ in case of 50$\∼$less than 100 times. Therefore, to revitalize cyber trade, it is thought that government, the academic community and the business world all need to make much research into and sustained investment in cyber trade.

The present paper attempts to describe Area Marketing and develop an empirical model for Alcoholic Company. The focus is given on the several area in Korea. With both empirical case studies ad literature review, we aim to develop empirical case and propose a desirable area marketing strategy for specific area Area Market Research was adopted for several Area as an environment analysis and the action plan about sales promotion that each area was developed. After It was implemented for 5 years(1999-2003). The Jiro made a results as follow: The first is sales volume. It was risen Market Share 55.3%(2004.11) more than 38%(1998). The second is Relationship with retailer(wholesaler) and CRM(customer relationship management effects: Loyal customer was increased). The last one is Brand Power which was extended than before.

International organizations related to air transport such as ICAO, IATA, ACI are forecasting that the number of passenger will grow about 4.4% annually up to 2015. Therefore, the innovation of given system technology and operation procedure is required in global scale to cope with the increase of air traffic demand. CNS/ATM infrastructure based on satellite is considered to play key role in order to solve the problems due to the dramatic increase of air traffic demand over the world. Free flight concept in the air transport operation has been proved with CNS/ATM infrastructure especially in USA and Europe. Therefore, it is necessary to develop key technologies to overcome technology gap and to secure international competitiveness in Korea. ADS-B is an important issue, and new element technologies should be considered as essential items which were shown in Capstone project. Nowadays, the free flight concept is combined to Air Transport Road Map such as NextGen project in USA, SESAR in Europe. In this process, free flight is included in the concepts such as ATM(Air Traffic Management), aviation security and safety, environmental protection and economy development, wide area weather variable reduction service, information integration and application between the related authorities (civil/military) etc. The purpose of research is to establish mid-term and long-term infrastructure plan and strategy for free flight realization in Korea. The analysis of action target and equipment construction status, phase construction plan of infrastructure has been performed by considering mid-term and long-term free flight plans of USA and Europe.

This study is aimed to suggest a direction for the general environment education through analyzing current environment education curriculums and survey of educational needs for students in Korean universities. Since the result of this survey shows that most university students lack experience in environmental education in their secondary education, the basic educational programs as well as advanced educational programs should be included to develop a general environmental education curriculum for university students. So far, general environmental education for university students has not witnessed a clear and distinct object and direction. Since we live in a situation where environmental problems should be considered in every aspect of our society, the general environmental education curriculum for university students shall play a role to solve these problems. Additionally, we need to change the way of environment education from educating and raising the environment professionals to educating and raising people who comprehensively understand economy, society and environment under the sustainable development paradigm. Also the focus of environmental education should swift from natural science to over all perspectives. Recently, the need of interdisciplinary curriculum for the environment education field has been discussed in universities. However, it has not been integrated into the normal curriculum. In this regard, systemic improvement which enables general education curriculum to operate flexibly will be followed. The key to establish an interdisciplinary curriculum is a flexible educational curriculum system which can solve problems arising from departmental curriculums, and promptly respond to the demand of educational and social consumers. Additionally, the result of survey shows that students want diverse educational operations and teaching methods, equipping educational assistance system for these needs will be required.

The purpose of this study is to find out that it can be provided as a basic data to increase the satisfaction with users in the placement and creation of the Green Buffer Zone. In this study, the research was started on the Green Buffer Zone in Gwanggyo new town, which was rebuilt as the zone to use according to the change of legal installation standard of the zone. The subject of this study is the Green Buffer Zone in Gwanggyo new town, which is expected to be completed in step 4 of 2016. As a result of analysing the location and use characteristics of the Green Buffer Zone, the following conclusions were made. First of all, it is categorized into two categories by Buffering / disaster prevention type and land to use adjustment type. Second, the buffer space of commercial space and housing is satisfying, but in commercial space, there is a need for a cushioning function and housing spaces require improvements in the functioning of the landscape. Third, the function of the Green Buffer Zone resets to cushioning function, disaster prevention function, landscape function, utilization function. and The installation criteria are proposed to environmental pollution, noise abatement, and planting trees, etc. Lastly, the future utilization plan considering the location and use characteristics of the Green Buffer Zone is as follows. In the planning stage, preference is given to the characteristics of use of arranging green facility. It is necessary to manage the planned facilities as much as possible by changing them if necessary. Construction stage, it restrictively reflects landscaping facilities within the Green Buffer Zone function. After stage, This study will prioritize the target areas and select necessary areas and need to make efforts to prevent indiscriminate greenery encroachment.

The purpose of current tunnel maintenance system in South Korea is safety-based maintenance system for accident prevention, So it is difficult to conduct a strategic maintenance. The development of a new maintenance system can lead to effective investment of limited financial and it's effort is still in progress. In this study, to develop a performance-based assessment method, indexes for assessment are derived taking into account the safety, durability and serviceability. The indexes for performance-based assessment were selected by a literature analysis and a delphi survey. Then the importance among indexes were calculated by the AHP analysis.
