The purpose of this study was to provide fundamental information for the determination on secondary Home Economics educations contents on food/nutrition. For this purpose, the Home Economics teachers’needs assessment was performed in view of three(technical, interpretive, emancipatory) systems of action. Questionnaire survey was performed. Among 564 questionnaires sent to Home Economics teachers of 396 secondary school selected by systemic random sampling 362 questionnaires were received and 335 questionnaires were analyzed for this study. As a statistical tool, SPSS/PC(sup)+ was used to analyze frequency, mean, standard deviation, T-test and ANOVA. The major findings in this study were as followings： 1. The most important system of action Home Economics teachers recognized on the contents of food/nutrition was interpretive action, followed by emancipatory action. Technical action was turned out to be the least important system of action. 2. Home Economics teachers recognized that the content of interpretive action was the most achieved action in the text book. The least achieved action was emancipatory action, and the middle was technical action. 3. The needs related to contents of emancipatory action was the highest, followed by interpretive action. The lowest needs was the contents related to technical action. 4. Home Economics teacher’s personal background and situation variables make no difference in the importance, achievement in the text book, and the needs of food/nutrition contents.

An overall responding security-centered framework is necessary required for infringement accidents, failures, and cyber threats. On the other hand, the correspondence structures of existing administrative, technical, physical security have weakness in a system responding to complex attacks because each step is performed independently. This study will recognize all internal and external users as a potentially threatening element. To perform connectivity analysis regarding an action, an intelligent convergence security framework and road map is suggested. A suggested convergence security framework was constructed to be independent of an automatic framework, such as the conventional single solution for the priority defense system of APT of the latest attack type, which makes continuous reputational attacks to achieve its goals. This study suggested the next generation convergence security framework to have preemptive responses, possibly against an APT attack, consisting of the following five hierarchical layers: domain security, domain connection, action visibility, action control, and convergence correspondence. In the domain, the connection layer suggests a security instruction and direction in the domains of administrative, physical and technical security. The domain security layer has consistency of status information among the security domain. A visibility layer of an intelligent attack action consists of data gathering, comparison and decision cycle. The action control layer is a layer that controls the visibility action. Finally, the convergence corresponding layer suggests a corresponding system of before and after an APT attack. The administrative security domain had a security design based on organization, rule, process, and paper information. The physical security domain is designed to separate into a control layer and facility according to the threats of the control impossible and control possible. Each domain action executes visible and control steps, and is designed to have flexibility regarding security environmental changes. In this study, the framework to address an APT attack and load map will be used as an infrastructure corresponding to the next generation security.

Including technical device and general information system, the information-technical(IT) system is defined as the technical system for acquiring, processing, storing and transferring information to a person. This paper presents Knowledge-based Heuristic Evolution Model for creating the advanced information-technical system. This Evolution Model is derived from the historical review on definition of evolution, the research on the architecture of the general IT system, history of IT system, technology innovation theory and multi-case study research. The evolution model is applicable to the conceptual creation of the advanced product in R&D organization requiring development methodologies like rapid-prototyping to develop next generation product. For the detailed theoretical construction and practical application of Evolution Model, the case study research based on action research is performed. the object of the case study is mobile device, especially mobile hand-held phone. Thus, we obtain the Evolution Model for creating the advanced information-technical system.

Systems Engineering is the process that controls the technical system development effort with the goal of achieving an optimum balance of all system elements. FRACAS(Failure Reporting an d Corrective Action System) is one of RAMS(Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) tasks which is conducted from a manufacturing phase. FRACAS is to determine the basic cause of failure resulting from design or manufacture, and to provide a closed-loop method of implementing corrective action. This paper presents the FRACAS established for assessment of the reliability, the analysis and management of the failure data for Korean High Speed Train and application cases.

이 연구의 목적은 세 행동체계(기술적, 의사소통적, 해방적 행동)에 따라 개발한 중학교 기술$\cdot$가정 주생활 영역 목표에 대해 교과 담당 교사가 인식하는 각 목표의 중요도를 알아보는 것이다. 중요도 인식에 대한 자료는 전국 중학교 기술$\cdot$가정과 교사를 대상으로 체계적 무선 표집을 통해 183개교에서 303부를 우편 설문지법으로 2003년 9월 1일-30일까지 한달 동안 수집하고, SPSS/WIN 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 세 행동체계별 주생활 영역 목표는 9학년 기술$\cdot$가정 교과서와 교사용지도서 8종에 실린 주생활 단원의 목표에다 미국 오하이오주의 교육과정 가이드와 한국 교육과정 평가원에서 제시한 주생활 영역의 교육목표와 내용기준을 참고하여 개발하였다. 각 내용요소별 세 행동체계 목표는 $\ulcorner$생활공간의 활용$\lrcorner$ 단원 11개 요소 $\ulcorner$실내 환경의 조절$\lrcorner$ 단원 7개 요소 $\ulcorner$주택의 유지와 보수$\lrcorner$ 단원 3개 요소 둥 총 21개 내용 요소에 대해 각각 세 행동체계 목표, 총 63개 목표를 개발하였다. 기술$\cdot$가정과 교사들은 세 행동체계에 따라 진술한 목표 가운데 해석적 행동체계로 진술된 목표를 가장 중요하게 인식하고 있었고, 다음은 기술적 행동체계, 해방적 행동체계 순이었다. 주생활 영역 전체에서는 해석적 행동체계 목표가 가장 중요하지만 중단원별로 보면 세 행동체계별 목표 중요도가 다소 차이가 있었다. 기술적 행동체계 목표는 세 중단원별로 중요도가 비슷한 반면, 해석적 행동체계 목표는 $\ulcorner$주택의 유지와 보수$\lrcorner$ 중단원 보다는 $\ulcorner$실내 환경과 설비$\lrcorner$ 중단원에서 더 중요하고, $\ulcorner$생활공간의 활용$\lrcorner$ 중단원은 해방적 행동체계 목표를 다른 두 중단원보다 덜 중요하게 인식하였다. 이러한 결과는 차기 교육과정과 교과서 개발과정에 고려되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 세 행동체계별 주생활 영역 세부 목표의 중요도는 기술적 행동체계 중에서는 '에너지 사용을 최소화하면서 쾌적한 실내 온도를 유지하는 방법을 말한다'를 , 해석적 행동체계 중에서는 '생활쓰레기가 사회 환경에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 인식한다'를 , 해방적 행동체계 중에서는 '좋은 환경 만들기 운동을 통하여 친환경적 가치관을 형성한다'를 가장 중요하게 인식하고 있어 가정과 교사들은 사회적 목표와 현실에 직면한 실천적 문제로 구성된 목표들을 가장 중요하게 인식하는 것을 알 수 있다. 세 행동체계별 주생활 영역 목표 중요도는 교사의 일반적 특성에 따라 다소 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 연령이 많거나 교직경력이 긴 교사가 그렇지 알은 교사보다 기술적 행동체계 목표들을 중요시하였으며, 여성 교사, 가정 전공 교사가 그렇지 않은 교사보다 해석적, 해방적 행동목표를 더 중요하게 인식하고 있었다. 특히 가정교육 철학을 배운 경험이 있는 교사가 그렇지 않은 교사보다 해방적 행동체계 목표를 중요시하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구 결과는, 실천 비판적인 가정 교과의 본질을 구현하기 위해서는 주생활 영역의 교육과정에 기술적, 해석적, 해방적 행동에 대한 목표들을 고루 포함하여야 하며 특히 교사들이 중요하게 인식하는 해방적 행동에 대한 목표를 강조하여 적용할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다.

This study aims to point out the basic strategy of agrotechnical and -political approaches toward successful settling for the environmental agriculture system in Korea. Although environmental agriculture & forestry strategy toward the 21st century and it's action program were released in 1996, some scientist from environmental agriculture and organic agriculture still argue on the errors of it's strategy and action program in terms of environmental sound functions. Especially it's strategy and action program of government did not focus the reduction of fertilizer and pesticide as the matters of weight and importance to reduction of fertilizer and pesticide as the matters of weight and importance to realize an environmental sound agriculture system. And korean organic agriculture gets a point in dispute, because 1) they do not practice of Basic Standard of IFOAM and FAO/WHO Codex draft, and 2) organic farming is defined quite differently from internationally recognized core aspects of organic agriculture. Organic farming, in Korea, is taken to mean the replacement of chemical fertilizer by organic manure and avoidance of agricultural chemicals. In the paper it is discussed the necessity, purpose, effect and consequence of basic standard for korean organic agriculture. The reformation of the certification system and t he direct payment system in environmental agriculture & forestry strategy toward the 21st century and it's action program by government, and on the need of the teaching program and curriculum in high education institution, the breeding program of resistant cultivars, the soil testing for optimum fertilization strategy, the nutrient management program, the declaration for 2020 environemntal agriculture are also discussed.

In this study the meaning of well-being and welfare of home has been analyzed and a new direction in which home economics should advance has been suggested, This study not only would help the characteristics of home economics be properly understood and its displinary position take its own place but also a conceptual analysis which might be uncommon in the studies of learned circles of Korean home economics would be a basis for establishing the uniqueness of the discipline named by home economics. Based on the critical theory of Habermas it has been demonstrated that well-being and welfare of home have been emphasized unfairly in the physical and technical aspects and such a partial pursuit of positivism and purposive rationality of scientific technology has resulted in the situation that home would be gradually encroached and controlled by the social system pursuing purposive rationality. As an alternative to overcome this kind of problems communicative rationality that has em hasis on the process of intersubjective understanding and agreement has been focused. The meaning of well-being and welfare of home has been established through the classification of family life actions in to technical action practical action and emancipatory action, And the characteristics of them have been examined and ideal directionns of each element have been discussed.

A large number of structure in the world were build with poor seismic details, with or without any lateral load resisting system like concentrically braced frames and steel plate shear walls. These structures can reveal deteriorating hysteretic behaviors with stiffness and strength degradation. Therefore, seismic retrofitting of such structures for drift control has vital importance. In this study a retrofit methodology has been developed, which involves diagonal bracing of steel frames with different cable arrangements. In the experimental and numerical program 5 different lateral load resisting system were tested and results compared with each other. The results indicated that multi-cable arrangements suggested in this study showed stable ductile behavior without any sudden decrease in strength. Due to the usage of more than one diagonal cable, fracture of any cable did not significantly affect the overall strength and deformation capacity of the system. In cable braced systems damages concentrated in the boundary zones of the cables and beams. That is why boundary zone must have enough stiffness and strength to resist tension field action of cables.

최근 반도체 개발 및 제조부문에서는 급속도로 성장한 Mobile 시장과 Digital Consumer Trend 에 주도적으로 대응하고자 빠른 속도의 기술적 변화를 추진하여 왔으며, 이에 따라 현장에서 발생하는 기술적 문제의 유형 또한 점점 복잡 다양해지고 있다. 기존 Commodity 제품의 경우, 세대 전환이 느리게 진행되어, 이에 수반되는 기술적 문제의 난이도와 그 발생 종류가 현재 대비 상대적으로 단순하였다. 그러나 최근 다품종 주문형 제품비중 확대로, 발생되는 문제점들이 Field Application 과 tight 한 연관성을 지니고 있어, 문제의 발생 경로, 원인 파악과 해결 대책 수립에 상당한 초기대응 시간을 필요하며, 관련 부서와의 실시간 협업 및 Cross-Checking을 통하지 않고서는 문제에 대한 최적 Solution 을 결정하기 힘든 현실이 되었다. 이러한 기술 이슈 해결 과정에 기 발생했던 유사 이슈 처리 과정 및 결과 자료가 문제 해결에 크게 기여할 수 있으나, 종래의 지식관리 시스템 체계로는 이러한 실무 형 지식을 획득하기 어려운 부분이 한계점으로 지적되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점 개선이 가능한 실무형 지식 관리 (AKM: Actual Knowledge Management) 기반의 기술적 이슈 추적 관리 시스템(TITS: Technical Issue Tracking System) 구축 사례를 제시하고자 한다. TITS 는 1) 기술 이슈의 발의 및 전파 기능과 2) 이슈 해결을 위한 Action Item 부여 및 의견 교환 기능 3) 해결된 이슈의 처리 결과 등록 기능 4) 유사 이슈 사례 검색 기능 등의 크게 4 개 모듈오 구성 되어있다. 이 시스템을 통해 반도체 엔지니어들은 기술적 이슈의 발생 시점부터, 원안분석, 대책 협의 ; Action Item 수립 등 문제 해결 과정과 결과 등록 시점까지 Real time Tracking이 가능해 졌으며, 본 시스템을 통해 처리된 모든 기술적 이슈 정보는 Issue Case Database 에 분류 저장되어, 향후 유사 이슈 발생 시, 이를 활용함으로써, 빠른 초기 대응 및 문제 해결에 직접적인 도움을 받을 수 있게 되었다.

본 연구의 목적은 중학교 가정과교사의 가족가치관과 가족생활 영역 목표의 요구도를 파악하고 이 둘이 어떤 관계가 있는지 밝히는 데 있다. 본 연구 자료는 전국에서 중학교 $\lceil$기술${\cdot}$가정$\rfloor$ 교과의 가족생활 영역을 지도하고 있는 교사를 대상으로 우편을 통한 설문지로 수집되었다. 자료는 SPSS/WIN 프로그램을 이용하여 평균, 표준편차, 백분율, t-test, ANOVA와 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 밝혀진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정과 교사의 가족가치관은 비교적 근대적인 것으로 나타났으며, 결혼관, 성역할관, 자녀관, 효 및 부양의식, 가족주의 가치관의 모든 하위영역에서도 근대적인 가치관을 지니고 있었다. 둘째, 가정과 교사의 가족생활 영역 목표에 대한 요구도는 해방적 행동체계에 대한 요구도가 가장 높았고 다음으로 기술적 행동체계에 대한 요구도가 높았으나 해석적 행동체계와 비슷하였다. 셋째, 가족가치관과 가족생활 영역 목표의 요구도와의 관계에 있어서는 기술적, 해석적 행동체계의 목표의 요구도는 가족가치관과 상관이 거의 없었으나, 해방적 행동체계의 목표 요구도는 가족가치관이 근대적일수록 높았다. 넷째, 가정과교사의 가족가치관과 가족생활 영역 목표에 대한 요구도에 있어서 여교사, 가정과목 자격 소지 교사, 젊은 교사, 교직경력이 적은 고사가 각각 그렇지 않은 경우보다 더 근대적 가치관을 가지고 있었고 아울러 해방적 행동체계의 목표를 더 많이 요구하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 통하여 볼 때, 가정교과가 실천 비판적인 교과라는 본질에 대한 합의를 이루어 가족생활 교육 과정에 해방적 행동에 대한 목표를 강조하여 적용할 필요가 있다. 그러기 위해서는 가정과교사 교육과 재교육 과정을 통해서 성숙된 가족가치관과 가족에 대한 해방적 인식관심을 기를 수 있는 기회가 주어져야 할 것이다. 그리고, $\lceil$기술${\cdot}$가정$\rfloor$ 교과 지도 시에 기술과 가정 영역을 분리하여 가정과교사가 가족생활 영역을 지도하는 것이 실천 비판적 관점에서의 가정과교육의 실현을 위해서 바람직하다.
