항산화식품을 이용한 노인 급식 식단 작성 및 만족도 평가 -서울 일부 60세 이상 성인 및 노인을 대상으로- (Evaluation of Menus Using Antioxidant-Rich Foods at a Congregate Meal Program for the Korean Elderly)

  • The purpose of this study was to plan a 5-day menu using antioxidant-rich foods (vitamin A. vitamin C, vitamin E, phytochemicals) for a congregate meal program for the elderly and to evaluate the satisfaction of menus. The elderly participated in the congregate meal program at Guro Elderly Welfare Facility during October, 2003 (120 persons / day). The elderly liked yungyangbab, cooked rice with sweet potato and pumpkin, soybean paste soup with chinese cabbage, pan-fried cuttlefish patty with chopped soybean sprout, pan-fried beef patty with tofu and ginseng, fresh vegetable salad and most of desserts. The leftovers of menus were negatively correlated with satisfaction of menus. The 5-day menu contained over 1/3 of KDRIs (Dietary Reference Intakes for Koreans) except fiber calcium, vitamin K and vitamin E. In conclusion, menus using antioxidant-rich foods for a congregate meal program for the elderly will improve nutrient intakes and satisfaction of the meal program. It may help to prevent chronic diseases and improve healthy lives of the Korean elderly.

한방의료기관의 재방문 및 추천의사에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the Intention to Revisit and to Recommend to others a Korean Medicine Clinic)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to analyze the association between the satisfaction of Korean Medicine users and their intention to revisit and to recommend to others. Methods : This study conducted frequency analysis, chi-square test, and logistic regression analysis on 1,010 male and female Korean Medicine users aged 19 or higher in the country using data from the 2017 Korean Medicine Utilization and Herbal Medicine Consumption Survey. Results : The results of analyses revealed that the facilities in Korean Medicine clinics, the results of treatment, and the attitude of nurses and medical staff were the significant influencing factors on the intention to revisit and to recommend to others. Other than the above factors, the attitude toward medical treatment of Korean Medicine doctors and the satisfaction with an explanation of the treatment procedures were found to be important influencing factors on the intention to recommend to others. Conclusions : In order to increase the intention to revisit and to recommend to others a Korean Medicine clinics, the top priority lies in both proving high-quality medical services and promoting kind attitudes of medical staff.

대학생의 무형식학습이 구직능력 및 창업의도에 미치는 영향: 팀 학습 만족도의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Informal Learning of University Students on Employment Competency and Entrepreneurial Intention: Focusing on the Satisfaction Level of Team-based Learning)

  • 대학생은 학교 내에서 배운 이론적인 지식을 바탕으로 한 가지 분야에서 전문성을 키우는 과정을 거치게 된다. 이러한 학교생활을 토대로 경력 개발의 방향은 과거의 취업 중심의 형태에서 벗어나 전 생애에 걸쳐 취업과 창업을 선택하기 위한 업의 전환을 고려하는 형태로 바뀌어가고 있다. 교육의 방향 또한 기존의 지식을 전달받고 암기하는 형식 학습에서 보다 자율적이면서 학습자의 적극적인 참여를 중심으로 하는 무형식학습과 팀 기반 학습의 필요성이 더욱 강조되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 대학생의 무형식학습 활동이 구직능력과 창업의도에 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 기존의 취업역량에만 연결시켜왔던 연구에 창업을 더함으로써 새로운 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 또한, 기업 및 교육 현장의 팀워크가 중요해짐에 따라 팀 기반학습 만족도에 따라 무형식학습 활동이 구직능력과 창업의도에 어떠한 영향력을 보이는지도 함께 살펴보았다. 연구결과의 요약은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 무형식학습은 구직능력에 유의한 영향을 미치지만 창업의도에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 구직능력은 대학생의 무형식학습과 창업의도를 완전매개하였다. 셋째, 팀 기반 학습의 만족도는 대학생의 무형식학습에 따른 구직능력에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했으나 구직능력과 창업의도 사이에는 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이 연구는 대학 내 구직능력과 창업의도를 높이기 위해 무형식학습이 필요하며, 이 과정에서 만족도 높은 팀 기반 학습을 진행하는 것이 중요함을 시사하고 있다.

국내 종합병원 환자만족도 조사현황 분석 (A Study on the Patient Satisfaction Survey at the General Hospitals in Korea)

  • Background : It is increasing the concern for patient satisfaction as a customer information. This study was planned to investigate the activities related to patient satisfaction survey at the Korean hospitals. Methods : We performed the nationwide survey on 235 general hospitals by using the self-administrated checklist from Sep. 9 to Oct. 9, 1996. The response rate were 50.2%. We analyzed the descriptive statistics and chi-square test by SAS software on 118 hospitals. Results : First of all, 62.7% of study hospitals showed to conduct the patient satisfaction survey, and most of hospitals which did not conduct it had a plan to do it within 5 years. The reason that hospitals did not conduct satisfaction survey was due to a lack of administrator's interest or adequate questionnaire form. Second, the bigger, public and being more located in the big city or opened more than 10 years, the more hospitals conducted the patient satisfaction survey. Also, patient satisfaction survey was mainly handled by planning dept. or administrative team. Third, most hospitals had their own way of making questionnaires without proving reliability and validity. The results of the survey were applied to hospital management timely, and were mostly reported to top manager level. Most CEO concerned about the results of satisfaction survey. Fourth, the staffs in charge of survey had problems such as skill related to data analysis and development of questionnaire and they suggested that this problems could be solved through inducing the implementation of the survey results on hospital management, support for the development of standardized questionnaires and increasing the top manager's interests. Fifth, most questionnaires composed of lots of questioning items on hospital equipments and environment, and kindness of hospital employee to patients. Conclusions : Although this study had some limitations in generalization due to low response rate in big hospitals, it is meaningful to find the present state and the problems related to patient satisfaction survey of the general hospitals. We can conclude that there are increasing the concern for patient satisfaction survey among the hospitals nationwide, and it can be needed for technical support related to development of survey tool or method.

호텔 뷔페 레스토랑의 서비스 품질이 고객 만족 및 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty of Hotel Buffet Restaurants' Customer at Special 1st Grade Hotels)

  • 본 연구에서는 부산지역의 특1급 호텔 뷔페 레스토랑의 중대한 서비스 품질요인들을 확인하고, 고객 만족과 고객 충성도에 대한 영향을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 특1급 호텔 뷔페 레스토랑을 이용해 본 경험이 있는 고객 241명을 대상으로 설문지 조사하였다. 이설문문항은 SERVQUAL 모델을 기준으로 측정하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 특1급 호텔 뷔페 레스토랑의 서비스 품질들은 고객 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특1급 호텔 뷔페 레스토랑의 고객 만족은 고객 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 특1급 호텔 뷔페 레스토랑의 서비스 품질은 고객 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

사회복지서비스 기관의 조직성과에 관한 연구 : 서울시 지역사회복지관의 질 산출(quality output)을 중심으로 (A Study on the Performance of the Human Service Organizations : An Analysis from the Perspective of Quality of Output)

  • This study examines the organizational performance of human service organizations from the quality output perspective. Using the 2001 evaluation data about 89 community welfare centers in Seoul, this study attempts to identify the levels of the performance of human service organizations in Korea. This study also attempts to identify the factors that predict performance of human service organizations measured in terms of client satisfaction and experts' evaluation about the functioning of each center. Results are as follows: (1) when pooling 866 clients' satisfaction level into satisfaction score about each center, the average of client satisfaction about the centers is 3.42 at 4 points scale. (2) 41.6% of the community welfare centers is evaluated as "highly qualified" in its overall operation and functioning by the professional evaluation team, (3) the employee reward system(+), practice based on the program guideline manual(+), the portion of the government support grant in its budget(-), the overall employee salary level(-), the level of acquirement of program grants from external sources (-) are the predictors in explaining clients' satisfaction level, and (4) the level of professional expertise of the executive director(+), the level of professional supervision of middle managers(+), the employee reward system(+), the program need assessment(+), the level of client information system(+), the portion of government support grant(-), the overall employee salary level(-) are the predictors for "being highly qualified" in its overall operation and function of each center. Through the empirical analysis, this study provides valuable knowledge about organizational performance of community welfare centers from the quality output perspective. Finally, this study discusses implications for more effective and efficient organizational performance of community welfare centers in Korea.

의류점포유통에서 비주얼머천다이징 의식성의 매개적 역할 (The mediating role of visual merchandising consciousness in offline apparel retailing)

  • Retail firms have begun to pursue the marketing strategies, which stimulate consumers' sensibility and lead people to purchase their products. The visible effects of visual merchandising (VM) arouse consumers' interest and play an effective role in having busy people efficiently choose products. Apparel retail stores such as SPA use the offline store to be the experiential environment of their branding. Consumers' sensitivity and response toward various visual merchandising strategies needs to be accessed. The purpose of this study is to identify VM consciousness and VM evaluation attribute factors. Relationship of such variables with other variables were accessed. As consequence variables, product satisfaction and unplanned purchase behavior were included in the study. An empirical survey data was collected from men and women of various ages. Results indicated that VM consciousness and VM evaluation attribute factors were not correlated with consumer demographic variables. VM evaluation attributes were factored into appropriateness, attractiveness and functionality dimensions. Clothing involvement and brand orientation significantly influenced product satisfaction and unplanned purchase. The direct and indirect effect (via VM consciousness) were significant. For unplanned purchase, brand orientation only had indirect effect. The influence of VM evaluation attribute factors were significant. Appropriateness had stronger effect on product satisfaction whereas attractiveness had stronger effect on unplanned behavior. Functionality dimension had only indirect effect on product satisfaction but did not show significant direct and indirect effects on unplanned purchase. This study identified the pivotal role of VM consciousness in various shopping and purchasing circumstances in offline retail store of apparel brands.

사회복지 종사자의 직무수행에 관한 다수준 연구 (Social Work Practitioner's Job Performance - a Multi-Level Analysis -)

  • 사회복지행정 연구에서는 직무수행의 결정요인으로서 주로 종사자의 지식, 기술과 같은 개인차 변인에 큰 관심을 가져왔지만, 점차 조직 환경 이론의 연구관점이 사회복지행정 연구에 활발히 도입되면서 개인의 수행연구에서도 개인차 변인이외에도, 팀수준이나 조직수준의 변인들이 주목받기 시작했다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구추세를 반영하며, 사회복지 종사자의 직무수행에 영향을 미치는 개인, 팀, 조직 변인의 영향력을 검증하고자 하였다. 개인변인으로는 지식, 기술, 만족, 성격, 비생산적 행동이 투입되었고, 팀이나 조직수준의 변인으로는 상황적 제약, 조직공정성, 직무특성, 정부의존성, 조직간 협력이 투입되었다. 전국 23개 사회복지조직에서 활동하는 314명의 종사자들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분석한 결과, 직무수행(과업수행, 맥락수행)에 개인차 변인, 팀 변인, 조직변인이 다양하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

재가 노인을 위한 사례관리 서비스의 효과성 연구 - 팀접근 모델을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effectiveness of Team Approach In Case Management Service for the Elderly in Puchon : A Pretest-Posttest Study)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 복합하고 다양한 문제를 가지고 있는 재가노인의 욕구충족을 위해 사례관리 서비스를 제공하고 그 효과성을 검증하는데 있다. 본 연구에서 사용한 사례관리모델은 팀접근 모델이며, 이는 사례관리팀을 이루어 그 안에서 수퍼비전을 제공하고, 인력활용이 이루어지는 형태이다. 수퍼비전은 지역 사회 내에서 활동하는 전문가들로 조직된 팀에서 제공하고, 서비스는 주요사례관리자와 준전문가로 구성된 활동가팀에서 담당하였다. 준전문가는 1주일에 한 번 노인클라이언트의 가정에 방문하여 노인의 상황을 모니터링 하였으며, 주요사례관리자는 상담 제공과 지역사회 자원을 연결하였다. 비동일 통제집단설계를 사용해 6개월간 제공된 팀접근 사례관리 서비스의 효과성을 검증하였는데, 사용된 도구는 삶의 질과 삶의 만족도였다. 실험집단 노인 30명에게 사례관리 서비스를 실시한 결과 삶의 질과 삶의 만족도는 부분적으로 사전사후 점수간에 유의미한 차이를 보여 팀접근 사례관리 서비스의 효과성이 입증되었다. 비교집단의 노인 28명은 일상적인 재가복지서비스를 받게 하였으며, 사전사후 점수간에 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않아 팀접근 사례관리 서비스는 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

외래관광객과 주한외국인의 한국음식 및 전통외식업체에 대한 인식 차이 비교 분석 (The Gap Analysis of Recognition and Preference for Korean Traditional Foods and Restaurants between Foreign Visitors and Foreign Residents)

  • This study was prepared to present the research data for the promotion of Korean foods and restaurants in Korea and abroad by an analysis of the recognition and preference of Korean traditional foods and an importance-performance analysis of Korean restaurants by foreign visitors (n=351) and foreign residents (n=365). The most recognized Korean foods among foreigners were Bibimbap>Kimchi>Bulogi>Galbi>Samgyetang;however, the most preferred Korean foods were statistically different; Bibimbap>Kimchi>Bulgogi>Galbi>Rameyeon by foreign visitors and Bulgogi>Bibimbap>Galbi>Samgyetang>Kimchi by foreign residents. Especially, the preferences for Samgyetang and Dakgalbi were increased whereas that for Kimchi was decreased in foreign residents. The Korean foods were described as 'hot and pungent' and 'spicy' by foreign visitors, but 'hot and pungent', 'non-greasy' and 'salty' by foreign residents. In choosing a restaurant, 'quality of food' was most important among foreigners, but 'proper price' was considered more significant than 'sanitation and cleanness' by foreign residents compared with foreign visitors. The satisfaction with Korean restaurants of foreign residents was lower than that of foreign visitors. An analysis of importance and performance of Korean restaurants by foreigners was performed. There were significant differences in the evaluations of Korean restaurants between foreign visitors and foreign residents (p<0.05). The importance of the attributes related with 'foods' and 'sanitation' were rated higher by foreign residents. On the other hand, foreign visitors rated the importance of the attributes related to 'eating environment' and 'employees' more highly. Foreign residents significantly rated the performances of Korean restaurants lower in each attribute except 'additional free side dishes' and 'communications'.
