Decrease in crew performance is frequently cited as a major causal factor in maritime accidents. Although considerable researches on working hours undertaken by seafarers have been conducted through interviews and record analyses, experimental studies on the effects of factors, such as high workload, shift patterns, stress, sleep deprivation, and disturbance on the cognitive performance of mariners have been limited. Other safety-critical transport industries, such as aviation and rail, have developed fatigue management tools to help managements in the work patterns of their operators. Such tools for mariners would assist shipboard crews, marine pilots, and shore managers for planning and improving work schedules. The overall aim of this paper is to determine a fatigue factor that can be applied to human performance data as a part of a software program that calculates total cognitive performance. This program enables us to establish the levels of cognitive performance in a group of marine pilots in order to test a decision-making task based on radar information. This paper addresses one of the factors that may contribute to the determination of various fatigue factors: the effects of different work patterns on the cognitive performance of a marine pilot.

In Automated Container Terminal, the remarshaling is the task of rearranging containers for the effective exporting operations. Since available time for the remarshaling is usually restricted, all containers cannot be remarshaled. Therefore, this paper proposes a method that selects some containers from all export containers and then establishes the remarshaling plan with only the selected containers. The experimental results using simulation system shows that our proposal planning method that plans after selecting remarshaling containers is better than plans with all loading containers and remarshals during the available time.
This study aims to investigate the Healthy Family Support Centers'(HFSCs) operational patterns and their programs by surveying 46 HFSC employees in order to prepare for the massive increase of the number of HFSCs nationwide. This study might contribute to not only rebuilding the HFSCs' operational strategies but suggesting visible ideas for the HFSCs' programs. Results were as followed: First, most HFSCs consisted of several teams, i.e., educational team, counseling team and cultural team. However, the number of employees in each team was different from one regional community to another. The most difficult task in the HFSCs' operation was publicity work. Citing the issue of system delivery difficulties, HFSC employees insisted that budgetary deficit was the most difficult obstacle in running the HFSCs. Second was in regards to the programs that each team was planning, performing, and evaluating for each program. The HFSCs' programs were mostly structured around family difficulties or problems that arise according to the family life cycle. Based on these study results, more unified and specialized programs for HFSCs should be developed. In order to achieve this related studies should continue to conducted.

This study examines the reliability evaluation concept and procedure of bulletproof materials (BRP: Bulletproof Reliability Program). ASRP, RAM analysis tasks were utilized for the study. Based on this analysis, the concept, method, performance system, and procedure of BRP were examined. The BRP task execution procedure consists of the following four steps. First, the business (evaluation) planning stage establishes the evaluation plan every year. Second, there is a testing stage that performs the general inspection, functional test, and operational test according to the established plan. Thirdly, there is an evaluation/analysis phase to synthesize/analyze the results and to judge the appropriate grade considering the performance of bulletproof materials. Finally, the follow-up step of each group according to the result. The following criteria are suggested for BRP implementation: BRP testing capability, development of BRP evaluation method, and recognition of the importance of BRP business.
Background: Children with cerebral palsy have difficulty acquiring motor skills through motor learning due to lack of motor planning of the central nervous system and musculoskeletal dysfunction. Motor learning is the acquisition or modification of movements with the aim of developing skilled movements and behaviors. Cerebral palsy improve motor function through motor learning, and effective motor learning mainly depends on practice parameters such as learning feedback. Therefore, we investigate the effect of motor learning in children with cerebral palsy and try to present the possibility of clinical application. Design: A systemic review. Methods: Research papers were published from Jan, 2010 to Dec, 2020 and were searched using PubMed and Medline. The search terms are 'task specific training' OR 'motor learning' OR 'feedback(Mesh term)' OR 'goal activity' AND 'cerebral palsy(Mesh term)'. A total of eight papers were analyzed in this study. The paper presented the quality level based on the research evidence, and also presented PEDro (Physiotherapy Evidence Database) scores to evaluate the quality of design studies in randomized clinical trials. Results: The results showed that motor learning coaching in children with cerebral palsy improved motor function in post and follow up tests. Also, self-control feedback of motor learning is more effective than external control feedback. 100% external control feedback of motor learning is effective in the acquisition phase and 50% external feedback of motor learning is effective in the retain phase. Conclusion: These results suggest that it will be an important data for establishing evidence on the effect of motor learning arbitration methods in children with cerebral palsy to develop clinical applicability and protocols.

Due to various project delivery methods and the complexity of construction projects in the construction industry, developing the framework of construction management for critical, highly complex projects in the construction industry has become problematic. Currently, a set of construction manuals play a pivotal role in planning and managing construction projects as subcontractors try to complete their scope of work according to the instructions of a general contractor. It is challenging for general contractors to write a construction management procedure manual to cover various types of project delivery methods and construction projects. In construction, the construction procedure manuals describe specific actions to be taken through the project. In reality a few contactors own such manuals and their construction schedules include more construction operation activities. Thus, it is hard to estimate the workload and productivity of construction managers because the manual and the schedule do not present the amount of management efforts required to complete a project. This paper proposes a framework to present construction management tasks according to project delivery methods which can be applied to various construction projects. Actions for management tasks were mapped and were integrated with construction activities throughout the project life cycle. The framework can then be used to give specific instructions to project participants, collect management actions, and replicate management actions throughout the project life cycle. The framework can also be can used to visualize complete construction project to analyze and manage construction management activities in each phase of a project in order to enhance productivity and efficiency. The studies of existing construction manuals were carried out to identify construction managers' responsibilities. An artificial intelligence program, CLIPS (C-Language Integrated Production System) was used to search for appropriate actions for impending tasks from a set of predefined actions to be performed for a given situation. The framework would significantly help construction managers to understand interrelations among management tasks or actions within a project. Furthermore, the framework can be embedded into Building Information Modeling (BIM) or Facility Management Systems (FMS) so that designers and constructors would execute constructability review before construction begins.

ERP supports the automation and integration of business processes of enterprises and records voluminous data about the business activities of enterprises. The academe and business enterprises are focusing on process mining, which improves the performance of business processes and strengthens compliance. However, these studies focused on analysis of the business process of large companies, which adopts foreign ERP, such as SAP ERP or Oracle ERP. In comparison with foreign ERP, domestic ERP lags behind in terms of logging and managing of event data. Therefore, the application of process mining to domestic ERP is a challenging task. The present study aims to analyze domestic ERP based on process mining to overcome this challenge. This study discusses the lessons learned from a case study in a Korean cosmetics manufacturing company. Our results are expected to strengthen the competitiveness of Korean small and medium-sized enterprises that adopt domestic ERP and realize the outcomes of the large investment of the Korean government on the ERP implementation of enterprises.
In the fields of computer animation and robotics, reaching a destination while avoiding obstacles has always been a difficult task. Moreover, generating appropriate motions while planning a route is even more challenging. Recently, academic circles are actively conducting research to generate character motions by modifying and utilizing VAE (Variational Auto-Encoder), a data-based generation model. Based on this, in this study, the latent space of the MVAE model is learned using a reinforcement learning method[1]. With the policy learned in this way, the character can arrive its destination while avoiding both static and dynamic obstacles with natural motions. The character can easily avoid obstacles moving in random directions, and it is experimentally shown that the performance is improved, and the learning time is greatly reduced compared to existing approach.
This study aims to provide the basic data of the rehabilitation program for the schoolchild with intellectual disability by designing new framework of the features of postural control for the schoolchild with intellectual disability. For this, the study investigated what sensations the schoolchild are using to maintain posture by selectively or synthetically applying vision, vestibular sensation and somato-sensation, and how the coordinative sensory system of the schoolchild is responding to any sway referenced sensory stimulus. The study intended to prove the limitation of motor system in estimating the postural stability by providing the cognitive motor task, and provided the features of postural control of the schoolchild with intellectual disability by measuring the onset times and orders of muscle contraction of neuron-muscle when there is a postural control taking place due to the exterior disturbance. Furthermore, by comparatively analyzing the difference between the normal schoolchild and the intellectually disabled schoolchild, this study provided an optimal direction for treatment planning when the rehabilitation program is applied in the postural control ability training program for the schoolchild with intellectual disability. Taking gender and age into consideration, 52 schoolchild including 26 normal schoolchild and 26 intellectually disabled schoolchild were selected. To measure the features of postural control, CTSIB test, and postural control strategy test were conducted. The result of experiment is as followed. First, the schoolchild with intellectual disability showed different feature in using sensory system to control posture. The normal schoolchild tended to depend on somato-sensory or vision, and showed a stable postural control toward a sway referenced stimulus on somato-sensory system. The schoolchild with intellectual disability tended to use somato-sensory or vision, and showed a very instable postural control toward a sway referenced vision or a sway referenced stimulus on somato-sensory system. In sensory analysis, the schoolchild with intellectual disability showed lower level of proficiency in somato-sensation percentile, vision percentile and vestibular sensation percentile compare to the normal schoolchild. Second, as for the onset times and orders of muscle contraction for strategies of postural control when there is an exterior physical stimulus, the schoolchild with intellectual disability showed a relatively delayed onset time of muscle control, and it was specially greater when the perturbation is from backward. As for the onset orders of muscle contraction, it started from muscles near coax then moved to the muscles near ankle joint, and the numbers and kinds of muscles involved were greater than the normal schoolchild. The normal schoolchild showed a fast muscle contracting reaction from every direction after the perturbation stimulus, and the contraction started from the muscles near the ankle joint and expanded to the muscles near coax. From the results of the experiments, the special feature of the postural control of the schoolchild with intellectual disability is that they have a higher dependence on vision in sensory system, and there was no appropriate integration of swayed sensation observed in upper level of central nerve system. In the motor system, the onset time of muscle contraction for postural control was delayed, and it proceeded in reversed order of the normal schoolchild. Therefore, when use the clinical physical therapy to improve the postural control ability, various sensations should be provided and should train the schoolchild to efficiently use the provided sensations and use the sensory experience recorded in upper level of central nerve system to improve postural control ability. At the same time, a treatment program that can improve the processing ability of central nerve system through meaningful activities with organizing and planning adapting reaction should be provided. Also, a proprioceptive motor control training program that can induce faster muscle contraction reaction and more efficient onset orders from muscularskeletal system is need to be provided as well.

In order to have market competitiveness in local and global areas, Domestic Marine Leisure Industry business, which is a latecomer in the Marine Leisure industry, should retain a strong market adaptability by reducing time and cost that are required for work of planning, designing, and preparation for product development. To meet above requirements, it is essential that integrated system control extensive marine leisure industry. After ensuring integrated information by figuring out the systematic link between related-industries, the core of this research is to secure information classifications that are not just in the flow of simple serial order, but in that of integration and object-oriented information classifications. For this end, we examine other similar cases in industries using real information system applied to industrial production and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), Digital Manufacturing (DM) and applying the same methodology to review practical application in order to construct the information system, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), compared with the case studies. Through this basic task for the marine leisure industry classification system configuration (Work Breakdown Structure, WBS) and utilizing information of driving real companies of marine leisure industry, a unique area of MLWBS (Marine Leisure Work Breakdown Structure, MLWBS) is configured.
