요양보호사의 위험요인과 보호요인이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 연구: 직업적응의 매개효과 중심으로 (A Study on the Effects of Risk Factors and Protection Factors of Care givers on Job Change Intention: Focused on the Mediation Effect of Occupational Adaptation)

  • 본 연구는 요양보호사의 이직의도에 직업적응이 미치는 영향에 대한 이해를 통해 요양보호사의 위기와 역경을 극복할 수 있는 요인을 규명하고 장기적으로는 요양보호사의 다양한 문제 해결에 기여하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 실증적 연구과제로 확인하고자 위험요인과 보호요인, 조사대상자의 일반적 특성요인, 직업적응 및 이직의도를 선정하였으며, 요양보호사의 위험요인과 보호요인이 이직의도에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 직업적응이 매개역할을 하는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 이에 서울 경기지역의 노인의료복지시설에 재직 중인 요양보호사 291명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 요양보호사의 위험요인 및 보호요인과 직업적응의 관계에서 요양보호사의 관계갈등이 심할수록, 직장문화에 대한 부적응이 높을수록 직무만족과 조직몰입에 악영향을 미치고, 정서적지지, 평가적지지, 정보적 지지가 높을수록 직무에 만족감을 느끼고 직무에 몰입하게 되는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 요양보호사의 위험요인 및 보호요인과 이직의도의 관계에서 요양보호사의 관계갈등이 높을수록, 직장이 불안정하다고 느길수록, 직장문화에 적응하는 것이 어렵게 느껴질수록 이직의도를 더 많이 갖게 되는 것으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 요양보호사의 위험요인 및 보호요인과 이직의도의 관계에서 직업적응의 매개효과에 대한 검증결과, 직업적응의 하위요인인 직무만족은 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났지만 조직몰입은 위험요인인 직무스트레스와 이직의도의 관계에서만 매개역할을 하고, 보호요인인 자기효능감이나 사회적 지지와 이직의도의 관계에서는 매개변인 역할을 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 요양보호사가 평소 직무에 대한 만족감을 느끼고 있다면 직무에 대한 스트레스도 덜 받게 되고, 자기효능감이 향상될 것이며, 사회적 지지에 대한 긍정적 사고방식을 갖게 되어 이직률을 낮출 수 있다는 사실을 알 수 있다. 또한 요양보호사가 조직에 몰입하면 할수록 직무스트레스를 덜 받게 되고 이직의도를 감소시킬 수 있으나 자기효능감이나 사회적 지지에 대한 인식에는 큰 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이를 바탕으로 시설장은 요양보호사들이 보다 직업에 적응할 수 있도록 갈등해소를 위한 노력과 직장문화에 대한 적응도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색하여 시설운영의 안정을 도모하고 질 높은 서비스 제공을 위한 노력을 해야 하며, 요양보호사들의 직무만족과 조직몰입의 향상을 위한 적극적 경영전략 및 제도적 뒷받침을 위한 개발이 요구되어진다.

병원조직에 팀제 도입이 팀직무만족과 팀조직 몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of a Team System's Introduction to Hospital Organization, Regarding Job Satisfaction and Organization Commitment)

  • The introduction of a team system to any organization is usually to improve that organizations dynamics, by increasing the proper adaptation to rapidly changing environments, by reducing approval procedures, and by promoting power authorization. In this regard, this study was carried out in an attempt to determine (1) whether or not the introduction of a team system can be as effective in hospital organizations as it has been in business organizations, and (2) what behavior factors influence such effectiveness. For the current study, questionnaires were distributed to the employees of a university hospital in Pusan. Four hundred eighty three of them(94.7%) were retrieved and analyzed through statistical processes. The three types of variables that were found to influence team effectiveness were: (1) independent variables of team organization characteristics, such as communication, organizational atmosphere, leadership and team knowledge, (2) intervening variables of team organization characteristics. such as job autonomy, technological variety, task subjectivity, task feedback and task importance, and(3) the dependent variables of team level effectiveness, such as job satisfaction and commitment to team organization. The gathered data were processed by using the 6.12 version of the statistical program SAS(Statistical Analysis System), and the reliance coefficient of those measured variables was then evaluated as an average of 0.78. The influence of team level effectiveness was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. These differences in effectiveness were then analyzed on the basis of related mean values, while the differences among demo-sociological characteristics were analyzed by using the dispersion analysis(ANOVA) and the t-test. The results of the study can be summarized by the following. First, regarding the relationship between team organization characteristics and team level effectiveness, all of the factors including communication, organizational atmosphere, leadership and team knowledge were found to have a significant influence on effectiveness. Second, the factors of team job characteristics, such as technological variety, task importance and job autonomy, had significant effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment among the teams members. Team level effectiveness was generally high, while team job satisfaction was higher the teams organizational commitment. Third, regarding the demo-sociological characteristics, team level effectiveness was found to be higher among those who were older, who had more job experience, and who had a higher position. Comparing the differences among job types, the effectiveness was relatively higher in the fields of nursing and administration/management then in other fields. Further study should be done towards the setting of variables for characteristics of hospital organization, developing suitable methods of measurement, and researching individual level effectiveness.

Cognitive abilities and speakers' adaptation of a new acoustic form: A case of a /o/-raising in Seoul Korean

  • The vowel /o/ in Seoul Korean has been undergoing a sound change by altering the acoustic weighting of F2 and F1. Studies documented that this on-going change redefined the nature of a /o/-/u/ contrast as F2 differences rather than as F1 differences. The current study examined two cognitive factors namely executive function capacity (EF) and autistic traits, in terms of their roles in explaining who in speech community would adapt new acoustic forms of the target vowels, and who would retain the old forms. The participants, 55 college students speaking Seoul Korean, produced /o/ and /u/ vowels in isolated words; and completed three EF tasks (Digit N-Back, Stroop, and Trail-Making Task), and an Autism screening questionnaire. The relationships between speakers' cognitive task scores and their utilizations of F1 and F2 were analyzed using a series of correlation tests. Results yielded a meaningful relationship in participants' EF scores interacting with gender. Among the females, speakers with higher EF scores were better at retaining F1, which is a less informative cue for females since they utilized F2 more than they did F1 in realizing /o/ and /u/. In contrast, better EF control among male speakers was associated with more use of the new cue (F2) where males still utilized F1 as much as F2 in the production of /o/ and /u/ vowels. Taken together, individual differences in acoustic realization can be explained by individuals' cognitive abilities, and their progress in the sound change further predicts that cognitive ability influences the utilization of acoustic information which is non-primary to the speaker.

PSO를 이용한 인공면역계 기반 자율분산로봇시스템의 군 제어 (Swarm Control of Distributed Autonomous Robot System based on Artificial Immune System using PSO)

  • This paper proposes a distributed autonomous control method of swarm robot behavior strategy based on artificial immune system and an optimization strategy for artificial immune system. The behavior strategies of swarm robot in the system are depend on the task distribution in environment and we have to consider the dynamics of the system environment. In this paper, the behavior strategies divided into dispersion and aggregation. For applying to artificial immune system, an individual of swarm is regarded as a B-cell, each task distribution in environment as an antigen, a behavior strategy as an antibody and control parameter as a T-cell respectively. The executing process of proposed method is as follows: When the environmental condition changes, the agent selects an appropriate behavior strategy. And its behavior strategy is stimulated and suppressed by other agent using communication. Finally much stimulated strategy is adopted as a swarm behavior strategy. In order to decide more accurately select the behavior strategy, the optimized parameter learning procedure that is represented by stimulus function of antigen to antibody in artificial immune system is required. In this paper, particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to this learning procedure. The proposed method shows more adaptive and robustness results than the existing system at the viewpoint that the swarm robots learning and adaptation degree associated with the changing of tasks.

우리나라 해수면 상승 대응방향에 관한 소고 (Some Thoughts on Direction to Cope with the Sea level Rise in Korea)

  • 해수면 상승 현황 및 영향에 대한 검토를 토대로 해수면 상승의 효율적 대응을 위한 기초적인 방향을 제시하였다. 지구온난화로 인한 기후변화 중 자연 및 인간 시스템에 가장 큰 악영향을 줄 수 있는 요소 중의 하나가 해수면 상승인 것으로 평가되고 있다. 해수면 상승 영향에 대한 대응 방향은 기본적으로 온실가스 감축과 기후변화 영향 적응 측면을 동시에 고려하는 것이 필요하다. 그러나 온실가스 감축의 어려움과 더불어 해양의 큰 관성으로 인하여 해수면 상승을 회피할 수는 없을 것으로 예상되는바 계획적인 적응 전략에 초점을 맞추는 것이 중요하다. 해수면 상승 대응은 과학적으로 불확실한 상황에서 이루어지는 과정으로 대응 정책 결정은 정보와 인식 구축, 계획 및 정책구상, 실행, 모니터링 및 평가의 단계로 수행되어야 하며 관련 정책 결정은 환경, 경제, 위험에 대한사회의 태도 등을 고려하면서 장기적이고 연속적인 과정으로 이루어져야 한다. 대응을 위한 과제로는 현황 및 예측에 대한 과학적정보 증진, 적응 대책 검토 및 수립, 국민 의식 증진 및 대응 필요성에 대한 합의 형성 및 이들 과제를 종합적이며 지속적으로 다룰 수 있는 시스템 구축이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

간호사가 인지하는 간호관리자의 윤리적 리더십 측정 도구 K-ELW의 타당화 연구 (A Validation Study of the Modified Korean Version of Ethical Leadership at Work Questionnaire (K-ELW))

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to validate the Korean version of the Ethical Leadership at Work questionnaire (K-ELW) that measures RNs' perceived ethical leadership of their nurse managers. Methods: The strong validation process suggested by Benson (1998), including translation and cultural adaptation stage, structural stage, and external stage, was used. Participants were 241 RNs who reported their perceived ethical leadership using both the pre-version of K-ELW and a previously known Ethical Leadership Scale, and interactional justice of their managers, as well as their own demographics, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Data analyses included descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients, reliability coefficients, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. SPSS 19.0 and Amos 18.0 versions were used. Results: A modified K-ELW was developed from construct validity evidence and included 31 items in 7 domains: People orientation, task responsibility fairness, relationship fairness, power sharing, concern for sustainability, ethical guidance, and integrity. Convergent validity, discriminant validity, and concurrent validity were supported according to the correlation coefficients of the 7 domains with other measures. Conclusion: The results of this study provide preliminary evidence that the modified K-ELW can be adopted in Korean nursing organizations, and reliable and valid ethical leadership scores can be expected.

주의력결핍 과잉행동장애 여자 아동들의 주의력, 인지 기능 및 행동 특성에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Attention, Intellectual Functioning and Behavior Characteristics of Girls with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of attention, intellectual functioning and adaptation of girls with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods : The scores of the ADHD Diagnostic System (ADS), the Korean Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-III (K-WISC-III) and the Korean Personality Inventory for Children (KPI-C) were compared between 26 girls with ADHD and 26 boys with ADHD. Results : 1) There was no significant gender difference in the intellectual functioning, except for the picture completion subscale. 2) Compared to the boys, the girls responded more slowly on the ADS visual task. 3) The girls were rated higher by their parents for the depression and social relationship problems of the KPI-C. Conclusion : The results suggest that there are noticeable gender differences for the attention problems and social functioning of children with ADHD.

중국 유학생의 학업성취 및 중도탈락 분석에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Analysis of Chinese Foreign Students' Academic Achievement and Fallout)

  • In response to the recent decline in the school-age population, universities have made attracting foreign students a major policy task for universities. As a result, the number of foreign students increased rapidly in terms of quantity, but in terms of quality, the risk is inevitable. Accordingly, the government presented education and internationalization competency certification system indicators on the basis of which quality control of students was systematized. Based on the above certification system, this study focused on analyzing the multiple factors that are actually given to the academic adaptation (performance) of the 2200 students who entered a certain university. In addition, factors other than the certification system index were discovered to comprehensively track how they affect the academic performance of students studying abroad. The researcher found the multi-reciprocal model analysis showed that the difference between the learner and the moderator was significant, and whether or not they had the Korean proficiency test (TOPIK) was significant. It also said that it could have a direct impact on Chinese University Entrance Exams (高考) are significant. If a model that is very effective in selecting students is established by each university and used as an indicator through this study, it will serve as a basis for efficient selection of students.

  • 레거시 시스템이나 특정 벤더의 애플리케이션이 혼재 되어 있는 기존 IT 환경에서 새로운 기술을 도입한다는 것은 많은 비용과 시간이 소요되는 작업이다. 특히 특정 소프트웨어나 일부 상용 애플리케이션에서 상호 연동성이 높지 않은 경우 이러한 상황이 더 많이 발생하며 시스템 도입 중 예상하지 못하는 상황이 발생할 가능성이 높아 새로운 애플리케이션을 적용하는 시간이 더욱 길어지게 된다. 서비스 지향 아키텍처를 기본으로 인터넷 애플리케이션을 생성하면 연결된 시스템 구성에 대해 유연한 처리 방법과 느슨한 결합을 기반으로 하는 아키텍처를 구현 할 수 있다. 이러한 접근방식은 XML 기반의 Web Service를 활용하여 서비스의 통합과 재사용을 통해 복잡한 처리를 요구하는 인터넷 환경의 워크플로우 모델 개발의 가능성을 살펴보고, 하나의 복잡한 비즈니스 프로세스와 다양한 서비스들이 워크플로우를 통해 재사용 될 수 있는 방법을 제안한다.

Custody Evaluation in High-conflict Situations Focused on Domestic Violence and Parental Alienation Syndrome

  • In a divorced family, child-centered custody evaluation is essential to ensure the child's best interests and healthy adaptation. A mental health professional's role and involvement are required in gaining an in-depth understanding of various environments and dynamics surrounding the child and family. Domestic violence, including child abuse and intimate partner violence (IPV) or parental alienation syndrome (PAS), is often observed in cases of custody evaluation in high-conflict divorced families, sometimes accompanied by allegations. Such cases warrant an extremely careful approach by the evaluator, who needs to be competent in interpreting the familial dynamics based on a reasonable context understanding. Genuine professionalism is a must for a custody evaluator to best help the child and carry out a high-quality custody evaluation process, and evaluators need to be ready for this task through adequate preparation and empowerment. This article is devoted to examining custody evaluation in divorced families in cases of IPV, child abuse, and PAS.
