본 연구의 목적은 '고부가가치 전문인력양성 직업교육훈련'의 장애요인을 도출하고 발전방안을 제안하는 데 있다. 해당 훈련은 ICT, SW, 지식서비스 등 고부가가치 분야에 전문적인 교육 훈련을 제공함으로써 여성 취업의 양적 질적 문제를 해결하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이러한 목표에 부합하는 교육 훈련이 이뤄지고 있는지 확인하기 위해 2018년도에 운영된 48개 과정에 대한 분석 및 현장모니터링을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 학습자 관리, 과정 설계, 현장실습 운영, 성과평가와 관련하여 장애요인 및 개선점이 도출되었다. 이를 토대로 연구자는 고부가가치 직업훈련의 발전방안으로 첫째, 역량 기반 학습자 선발 둘째, 기업 연계형 프로젝트 및 구조화된 현장실습 강화 셋째, 자체적인 성과평가 체계 마련 및 성과관리 넷째, 우수훈련과정에 대한 지원 확대 및 과정개발 관련 컨설팅 지원을 제안하였다. 본 연구결과는 고부가가치 훈련을 위한 정책 수립에 참고자료가 될 것으로 기대하며, 향후 양적연구를 통해 성과와 문제점을 보다 명확하게 진단해야 할 것이다.

Self-esteem and social supports are important variable influencing adjustment to college life. The study aims to identify the factors influencing college students' adjustment moderating effects on social supports. Data were collected from 265 usable questionnaires among college students in Pyeongtek University. Results of a factor analysis yielded three dimensions of self-esteem which were talent/attitude and capacity/pride. And results of factor analysis also yielded three dimensions of social supports which were family, friends, and professor supports. Hierarchical regression analysis revealed that capacity/pride and all of social support factors affected significantly for adjustment to college life. And female and attitude for students' major had a positive affect on adjustment to college life. It was suggested that self-esteem, social supports, and aptitude for students' major should be considered in college management policy.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of the proporation of household expenditure item and the subjective burden of household due to the private educational expenses. The data used in this study included 761 housewives who have a child of the second grade or fourth grade of primary-school in Seoul. The findings of this study are as follows: First these six variables-educational level of mother household income place of residence grade of child number of child and the expected educational level of child-have significant effects on the private educational expenses. Second the proporation of food expense housing expense clothing expense and miscellaneous expense significantly differ with respect to the private educational expenses. Generally the proporation of household expenditure item and subjective burden are influenced more by the private educational expenses for school work than by the private educational expenses for talent.

International transfer of technology is not a simple mechanical progress obtaining technology from overseas, but a sysmetic progress for advancing ability of domestic research development through technology, men of talent, advanced management and its experience. In this progress, it is a important yardstick measuring a country's standard of technology & productivity and self-reliance of industrialization whether countries have introduced some technologies or settled them somehow or not. Through these views, this paper is dealing in major features on each stage in connection with economic system's change, strategy of economic development and industrialization of China regarding transfer technology in China extended during five decades after war.

Today, it is imperative to educate students on how to best prepare themselves for the new data driven era of the future. Undergraduate education plays an important role in providing students with more Data Science opportunities and expanding the supply of Data Science talent. This paper surveys and analyzes the curricula of Data Science-related bachelor's degree programs in the United States. The 'required' and 'elective' courses in a curriculum for obtaining a B.S. degree were evaluated by course weight to indicate its necessity. As a result, it was possible to find out which courses were important in Data Science programs and which areas were emphasized for B.S. degrees in Data Science. We found that courses belong to the Data Science area, such as data management, data visualization, and data modeling, were more required for Data Science B.S. degrees in the United States.

In order to achieve this goal, we consider the following issues: a retrospective analysis of the concepts of "giftedness", "intellectually gifted personality"; the experience of working with gifted youth abroad is analyzed; features of work with gifted student youth are revealed; educational and methodological support and practical work with gifted students are analyzed; an empirical study was conducted to determine the attitude of gifted youth to organizational forms of work with them; developed a scientific circle as a form of work with intellectually gifted student youth. A set of methods is used, in particular: theoretical methods: comparison, analysis, synthesis and generalization; empirical methods: analysis of documentation and results of pedagogical activity, observation.

Purpose: Since core competence-based training is in demand, this study aimed to develop a suitable talent model and major competencies for the Department of Physical Therapy at U University and use it to propose appropriate educational subjects. Methods: This case study was conducted at U university in Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do. To study curricula based on major competence, related documents were analyzed, expert opinions were obtained, and a consumer survey was conducted. Results: U University assigns major competencies for each department, develops subjects accordingly, maps them, and constructs a competency matrix. The four major competencies of physical therapy were defined as musculoskeletal system, nervous system, cardiorespiratory system and sports injury, and physical management abilities. In order to realize these major competencies, U University added subjects to its curriculum. Conclusion: The results of internal and external environmental analysis should be more actively considered to enable changes in subjects at the departmental level. In addition, the setting of major competencies should be subjected to more detailed, specific reviews to maintain the basic principles of major curricula.

개정교육과정에서는 창의적 인재육성의 목표 아래 다양한 창의활동과 진로활동이 강조되고 있다. 창의적 체험활동으로 대표되는 이 정책의 시행 이후에 교사는 교원 고유의 학급경영 업무이외에 체험활동의 기획과 실행, 안전사고에 대한 예방과 같은 포괄적인 책임을 가지게 되어 업무 부담을 많이 느끼고 있다. 기존의 교사 업무용 정보시스템에서는 규격화된 정보의 제공과 관리만 할 수 있는 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 창의적 체험활동을 포함하여 변화하는 교육현장에 맞추고 체계적으로 학급관리를 지원할 수 있는 정보시스템을 개발하여 교육과정의 목표를 달성하는 것에 도움이 되고자한다. 전체 시스템은 교사용 어플리케이션과 학생용 쪽지시험 어플리케이션, 학생용 출결체크 어플리케이션, 교사용 전체 관리시스템으로 구성된다. 관리시스템은 창의적 체험활동을 위한 위치확인, 소감문 등록, 활동등록 기능을 포함한다. 이 시스템을 통해 창의적 체험활동을 포함한 다양한 학급활동을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있고 교사들 간의 활동내역 공유가 가능하여 교사들의 업무효율성 향상에 기여하였고 나아가 이 시스템을 통하여 개정교육과정의 목표달성에 도움을 줄 것으로 판단되어진다.

Purpose: As one of the most developed cities in China, the application of e-commerce is more mature, especially the promotion of ecommerce to foreign trade. After the establishment of Shanghai Free Trade Zone (FTZ) in 2013, the government issued a series of policies to promote the application of e-commerce in Shanghai's foreign trade. This paper takes Shanghai FTZ as an example to study how to develop the application of e-commerce in other free trade zones and how to innovate the international trade mode. Research design, data and methodology: This paper selects the latest data from 2010 to 2019, uses econometric correlation analysis and regression analysis to study the impact of e-commerce on the foreign trade of Shanghai FTZ. Results: At last, the conclusion is drawn that the establishment of free trade zone provides many advantages for the development of e-commerce in Shanghai, and the growth of e-commerce in Shanghai FTZ promotes the development of foreign trade of Shanghai FTZ. Conclusions: So as to promote the development of e-commerce in Shanghai Free Trade Zone, some suggestions are put forward, such as increasing network supervision, establishing e-commerce talent training system, logistics management and information management systematization.
