무인헬기용 Macrogranule(GG) 제초제의 안정성 및 살포방법 연구 (Studies on Application Method and Safety of Macrogranule(GG) Herbicide for Remote-controlled Aerial Application)

  • 무인헬기 살포로 논에 발생하는 잡초를 방제할 목적으로 macrogranule(GG) 제초제를 개발하였다. 약제 제조와 제조약제의 안정성, 살포방법에 따른 적용방법을 조사하였고, 제형별 살포소요시간 경제성을 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 제조 GG의 입경(粒經)은 2.5~3mm 범위내에 85%이상을 차지하였고, 가비중은 $0.2\sim0.4g\;mL^{-1}$로 수면에서 부유성을 갖고 확산되는 입제고형물이었다. GG의 저장안정성은 $54{\pm}2^{\circ}C$ 항온기에서 2, 4, 6, 8주간 저장 후 halosulfuron-methyl을 HPLC로, mefenacet는 GC로 분석한 결과 유효성분 및 외형 변화가 없이 안정되어 있었다. GG의 수중붕괴성은 온도가 상승할수록 증가하였다. 또 담수 중 pH별 수중붕괴성은 담수 pH의 영향은 없었다. GG의 살포거리는 손살포, 도구살포 및 기계살포 등에서 각각 4~5m, 7m, 10~12m로 살포방법에 따라 달랐다. GG의 약효 및 작물안전성은 손살포, 도구살포, 기계살포 및 무인헬기살포에서 모두 우수하였다. 제형간 $4,000m^2$ 기준 손살포 소요시간은 GG, GR, SC, TB가 각각 38분 4초, 42분 20초, 38분 10초, 21분 4초였으나, 무인헬기 살포시 1분 32초를 나타냈다. 제형의 형태 및 특성상 무인헬기살포가 가능한 제형은 SC, GG였다.

  • 연구배경 : 치료 경력이 있는 환자의 약제 내성은 진료의사의 처방의 적절성 및 환자의 복용 순응도를 복합적으로 나타내어 주는 지표가 될 수 있으므로, 우리나라에서 재치료 대상 결핵 환자에서 장기간의 약제내성률 추이를 파악하고자 하였다. 방 법 : 연도별 보건소 등록환자의 약제감수성 검사 결과 및 결핵연구원의 전산 입력된 자료를 활용하여 1981년부터 2004년 사이에 주요 약제에 대한 내성률의 변화를 분석하였다. 결 과 : Isoniazid 내성은 90%에서 20%로 감소하였다. Ethambutol 내성률도 45%에서 6%로 감소하였다. Rifampin 내성률은 13%에서 28%까지 증가하다가 13%까지 감소하였다. 다제내성률은 rifampin 내성률보다 약 2-3% 낮았다. Pyrazinamide 내성률은 5% 미만에서 10% 정도까지 증가하였다가 다시 5%까지 감소하였다. 2차약제에 대한 내성률은 1-2% 정도였다. 내성 빈도는 남녀 간에 차이가 없었으며, 대도시 지역이 중소도시/농촌지역보다 낮은 약제 내성률을 보였다. 결 론 : 우리나라보건소에 등록되는 재치료 대상 결핵 환자의 주요 항결핵 약제에 대한 내성률은 2004년을 기준으로 isoniazid 20%, rifampin 13%, 다제내성 11%, ethambutol 6%, pyrazinamide 5% 기타 2차 항결핵제에 1-3%로 나타났으며 1981년 이후 모든 항결핵 약제에서 그 내성률이 유의하게 감소하고 있었다.

  • Recent growth of hacking threats and development in software and technology put Network security under threat, In addition, intrusion, malware and worm virus have been increased due to the existence of variety of sophisticated hacking methods. The goal of this study is to compare Snort Alpha version with Suricata 2.0.11 version whereas previous study focuses on comparison between snort 2. x version under thread environment and Suricata under multi-threading environment. This thesis' experiment environment is set as followed. Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-4690 3. 50GHz (4threads) of CPU, 16GB of RAM, 3TB of Seagate HDD, Ubuntu 14.04 are used. According to the result, Snort Alpha version is superior to Suricata in performance, but Snort Alpha had some glitches when executing pcap files which created core dump errors. Therefore this experiment seeks to analyze which performs better between Snort Alpha version that supports multi packet processing threads and Suricata that supports multi-threading. Through this experiment, one can expect the better performance of beta and formal version of Snort in the future.

  • The purpose of this investigation was to make a comprohensive study and evaluation of the oral health of a group of orthopedically handicapped children by considering the DMF rate, occlusion, and oral hygiene status of 194 orthopedic children. The obtained results were as follows. 1. The DMF rate of over all examined children was 59.85%, and when the four orthopedic groups were compared among themselves, it was found that Cerebral Palsy group had a significant higher DMF rate than that occuring in any of the remaining groups. 2. Total prevalence of malocclusion was 50. 10%, and it was found that Cerebral Palsied children had a significantly higher incidence of malocclusion ($67.90{\pm}4.12$), and that Cerebral Palsy group showed a significantly different distribution of higher percentage of Class II occlusions from that observed in the remaining groups. 3. In dental plaque index, Average plaque index per tooth was 2.09. Plaque index of each group was as follows A) Cerebral palsy: 2.35 B) Poliomyelitis: 2.24 C) Tb Group: 1.65 D) miscellaneous Group: 1.72.

APPLICATIONS OF A MODEL TO COMPARE AFLAME SPREAD AND BEAT RELEASE PROPERTIES OF INFERIOR FINISH MATERIALS IN A COMPARTMENT

  • Flame spread and heat release properties and incident heat flux of interior materials subject to an igniter heat flux in a compartment are investigated and compared by using computer model. A comer fire ignition source is maintained for 10 minutes at 100 kw and subsequently increased to 300kw. In executing the model, base-line material properties are selected and one is changed for each run. Also 4 different igniter heat flux conditions and examined. Results are compared for the 12 different materials tested by the ISO Room Comer Test (9705). The time for total energy release rate to reach 1MW is examined. The parameters considered include flame heat flux and thermal inertia, lateral flame spread parameter, heat of combustion and effective heat of gasfication. The model can show the importance of each property in causing fire growth on interior Hnish materials in a compartment. The effect of ignitor heat flux and material property effects were demonstrated by using dimensionless parameters a, b and Tb. Results show that for b greater than about zero, flashover time in the ISO Room-Corner test is principally proportional to ignition time and nothing more.

Electrochemical Behavior of Mordant Red 19 and its Complexes with Light Lanthanides

  • Mordant Red 19(MR19) is reduced at mercury electrode at -0.67 V vs. Ag/AgCl with two electrons per molecule in pH 9.2 buffer by differential pulse polarography and linear sweep voltammetry. The peak potential is dependent on the pH of solution. The exhaustive electrolysis, however, gives 4 electrons per molecule because of the disproportionation of the unstable hydrazo intermediate. The electrochemical reduction of lanthanide-MR19 complexes is observed at more cathodic potential than that of free ligand. The difference in peak potentials between complex and free ligand varies from 75 mV for $La^{3+}$ to 165 mV for $Tb^{3+}$ and increases with increasing the atomic number of lanthanide. The electrochemical reduction of lanthanide complexes with MR19 is due to the reduction of ligand itself, and it can be potentially useful as an indirect method for the determination of lanthanides. The shape of i-E curves and the scan rate dependence indicates the presence of adsorption and the adsorption was confirmed by potential double-step chronocoulometry and the effect of standing time. Also the surface excess of the adsorbed species and diffusion coefficients are determined. The composition of the complex is determined to be 1 : 2 by spectrophotometric and electrochemical methods.

Trust based Mutual Authentication Mechanism for Cloud Computing

  • Cloud computing is an emerging business model popularized during the last few years by the IT industry. Providing "Everything as a Service" has shifted many organizations to choose cloud-based services. However, some companies still fear shifting their data to the cloud due to issues related to the security and privacy. The paper suggests a novel Trust based Mutual Authentication Mechanism using Secret P-box based Mutual Authentication Mechanism (TbMAM-SPb) on the criticality of information. It uses a particular passcodes from one of the secret P-box to act as challenge to one party. The response is another passcode from other P-box. The mechanism is designed in a way that the response given by a party to a challenge is itself a new challenge for the other party. Access to data is provided after ensuring certain number of correct challenge-responses. The complexity can be dynamically updated on basis of criticality of the information and trust factor between the two parties. The communication is encrypted and time-stamped to avoid interceptions and reuse. Overall, it is good authentication mechanism without the use of expensive devices and participation of a trusted third party.

Role of folP1 and folP2 Genes in the Action of Sulfamethoxazole and Trimethoprim Against Mycobacteria

  • The combination of trimethoprim (TMP) and sulfamethoxazole (SMX) has been shown to be active against Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) in clinical tuberculosis (TB) treatment. However, the mechanism of action of TMP-SMX against Mtb is still unknown. To unravel this, we have studied the effect of TMP and SMX by deleting the folP2 gene in Mycobacterium smegmatis (Msm), and overexpressing the Mtb and Msm folP1/2 genes in Msm. Knocking out of the folP2 gene in Msm reduced the minimum inhibitory concentration of SMX 8-fold compared with wild type. Overexpression of the folP1 genes from Mtb and Msm increased the MICs by 4- and 2-fold in Msm for SMX and TMP, respectively. We show a strong correlation between the expression of folP1 and folP2 genes and TMP-SMX resistance in mycobacteria. This suggests that a combination of FolP2 inhibitor and SMX could be used for TB treatment with a better outcome.

아스팔트 콘크리트 포장의 선형 점탄성 유한요소해석 (ViscoElastic Continuum Damage (VECD) Finite Element (FE) Analysis on Asphalt Pavements)

  • 이동하중에 의한 아스팔트 포장의 변형률과 피로수명을 예측할 수 있는 유한요소해석 프로그램을 개발하고 그 성능을 현장 및 가속시험의 계측결과로 검증하였다. 본 논문에서는 아스팔트 혼합물의 점탄성 연속체 손상(ViscoElastic Continuum Damage, VECD)모형을 유한요소해석 프로그램인 VECD-FEP++(Finite Element Program in C++)로 구현하는 과정을 다루고 있다. 아스팔트 혼합물의 피로손상은 열역학 이론에 근거한 Schapery의 일 포텐셜 이론(work potential theory)과 일축 단일 변형률 인장 시험으로 정의하고 이를 VECD 모형의 입력변수로 사용하였다. 실제 포장의 동적 변형률을 예측하기 위하여 한국도로공사 시험도로에서 이동하중 시험을 실시하고 그 결과를 비교하였다. 또한 4가지 서로 다른 아스팔트 혼합물(일반밀입도, SBS, Terpolymer, CR-TB)을 사용한 포장가속시험을 실시하고 각각의 피로 특성을 유한요소해석으로 예측하였다. 아스팔트 기층상부와 기층하부에서의 횡방향 변형률은 계측과 수치해석결과가 잘 일치하였다. 반면에, 표층과 중간층에서의 응답은 차량접지하중의 복잡한 영향으로 인하여 이를 반영할 수 없는 현재의 유한요소해석모델의 예측결과와는 다소 차이가 있었다. 포장가속시험결과 SBS 혼합물의 피로저항능력이 가장 우수한 것으로 평가 되었으나 VECD-FEP++에 의한 수명은 이와는 다르게 Terpolymer가 가장 우수한 것으로 예측되었다.

인천.경기지역 보건소 간호사의 보건사업 수행에 관한 조사 연구 (A Survey on Health Service Activities of Public Health Nurses in Inchon & Kyung Gi Area)

  • This survey was conducted in order to find out the degree of health service activities of Public Health Nurses & variables relevant to their activities. The subjects of this survey were 232 PHN in Health Centers, Inchon & Kyung Gi area. Data were collected by mean of questionairs from 30th, September to 30th, October, 1986. For the analysis, ANOVA was used. The results were as follows; 1. General characteristics of PHN: o An approximately four fifth of the subjects (82.3%) was between 20-39 years. o The average career length of the subjects as PHN was 4 years. o Their educational level was almost Nursing School (22.4%) Junior College of Nursing (53.4%). o The marital status of the subjects was already married (75.4%). 3. The degree of health service activities of PHN; o The total mean of health service activities was 2.147 (S.D: 1.477, range 11-5). o Among the 11 Health Service Categories; Health service planning (2.828) is the highest mean scored category. The lowest mean scored category was the other health services. o Among the specific activity items about the 11 health service categories, the highest scored activities were 'personal counselling & education' in well-baby care (2.504), family planning (2.530), Tb control (2.134), disease control (2.371), 'health history taking & health examination', in prenatal care, 'clinic care', in administrative service, 'record & report', in the other categories. o Almost categories (10), 'Home visiting' was the lowest scored activity. 3. The relevance for the health service activities by several variables were as follows; o The relevance for the health service activities by general characteristics of PHN was not shown significance at age, educational level, marital status, relegion status. o And at work place, & work department was shown high significance.
