Although closed soilless culture is useful for saving water and fertilizers with minimizing environmental pollution, adequate management of nutrient solutions is still not stabilized in greenhouse cultivation. In order to investigate the problems occurred in closed soilless culture of Paprika (Capsicum annuum L., cv. Fiesta), we compared ion balance, fruit yield, and the water and fertilizer use efficiencies in the closed system with those in the open system. The plants were grown in rockwool culture with a nutrient solution of EC $2.5dS{\cdot}m^{-1}$. After 4 weeks of treatment, individual ratio of $NO{_3}^-$, $K^+$, $Ca^{2+}$, and $Mg^{2+}$ to total ion concentrations ($meq{\cdot}L^{-1}$) decreased from the initial value, especially the biggest decrement was observed in $K^+$, and on the other hand, $SO{_4}^{2-}$, $Cl^-$, and $Na^+$ were accumulated in the closed system. Yields after four-time harvests were 19% higher in the open system than in the closed system. Total volume of water used per unit area ($m^2$) in the open system was 20% higher, but the total water use per fruit was not significantly different between the two systems, while t total fertilizer use per fruit was 78% higher in the closed system. Amount of marketable fruits was not significantly different between the two systems. We concluded that the increase in $K^+$ supply and the replenishment of recycled nutrient solution every four weeks were required for preventing the imbalance or depletion of nutrients in the close soilless culture of paprika plants to get more balanced nutrient composition during whole cultivation period.
As the digital technology has improved, the numbers of Hangul font users have increased and their individual needs and taste are diversified. Therefore new and various Hangul fonts out of traditional form are developed and used. But under the present font classification system, it is hard to compare and analyze these various fonts. And the present classification system is hard to be the font user's guide for proper use of various Hangul fonts. For the better use of Hangul font, to diversify the font classification system is needed. So we propose the development of these thru classification standards. First, structural classification based on the structural character of Hangul. Second, image classification based on the visual images of each font. And third, usage classification based on the fonts proper usage in various media. For the development of various typographically balanced fonts and for the suitable and effective use of the various font, we must try to build the font classification system based on the diversified classification standards and build Hangul font database based on this classification system. Through these studies, we can expect the development of good quality fonts and the better use of these fonts.
In order to correctly understand the Internet fashion shopping mall, which is expected to continuously grow up, and to strengthen marketing activities in cyber space, a more scientific and systematic research is necessary. Most of the early researches of the Internet fashion shopping mall were focused on technical parts so they studied the environmental and physical characteristics of the Internet fashion shopping mall, but recently, the Internet fashion shopping mall is activated and accordingly, the interest in Internet shopping users is going up. Under this circumstance, the research to understand the characteristics of Internet shopping consumers becomes necessary. Therefore, the research was conducted by a survey, focusing on college students who use Internet a lot. The survey covered the experience and the type of using the Internet fashion shopping mall, the extent of satisfaction, strengths, and weaknesses of the Internet fashion shopping mall, the use of a cyber fitting system, and the possibility of the development of the Internet fashion shopping mall having a cyber fitting system. As a result of the study, it was found that: most of the students used the Internet fashion shopping mall; they used a fashion-specialized mall most; they pointed out economy of time as the biggest strength of using the Internet fashion shopping mall; they thought the biggest weakness of the Internet fashion shopping mall is that they can not try on clothes so they can not check whether clothes go well with them or not; and regarding the intention to use a cyber fitting system if available and the possibility of the development of the Internet fashion shopping mall, they replied that they would use it and the malls with the system would be developed. Based on the results, this study proposes a cyber fitting system as an improvement of the Internet fashion shopping mall.
Purpose : Centering on users(patients) who are offered the patient transport service by the emergency medical service system in our country, the use and satisfaction are analyzed with the transport service in 119 Emergency Medical Service System and Private transport agent. Results : 1. As for personnel in ambulance cars, 119 emergency staff showed a higher boarding rate of the first-class emergency medical technicians than private transportation centers : 48.4% and 17.7%, respectively. 2. Private transportation centers showed higher user satisfaction with transportation service than 119 emergency staff, which was not statistically significant. 3. As for the case that needs to receive the transport service in the future, the ratio with the will to use 119 Emergency Medical Service System(70.9%) was indicated to be much higher than the ratio of the private transport agent(29.1%). Suggestions : First, Centers transporting first-aid patients should essentially secure a sufficient number of first-class emergency medical technicians as professional emergency medical staff to reinforce qualitative improvement in emergency medical service. Second, It is necessary to establish a systematic monitoring system and develop educational programs in order to enhance satisfaction with the use of 119 emergency staff. Third, the government or the local government needs to positively support and guide the private transport agent, which is in charge of the public medical service.

This paper describes remote monitoring system for the various environments of a vinyl house, which was located in rural or outer of urban by use internet web connection system in a long distance office. We have constructed remote monitoring system by use a simple experimental model for the monitoring of various factors which need to operate common vinyl house. The experimental model includes temperature, humidity, smoke and infrared sensors for the measuring and AC 220V light bulb for the controlling in the USN system. Also, we have developed monitoring software by use NI Labview and communicate between PC and sensors through the DAQ-board, USN control board. We use CCD camera and grab board for the real time remote monitoring of wanted image in the house area. The computer server for remote connection is constructed in the local PC with Apache web server, PHP and MySQL ODBC. We construct internet communication system for the monitoring remotely the local environments of a vinyl house system.
Purpose With Intelligent public service (IPS), it is possible to automate the quality of civil affairs, provide customized services for citizens, and provide timely public services. However, empirical studies on factors for the successful use of IPS are still insufficient. Hence, the purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the factors that affect the success of IPS with classification function. ISSM (Information System Success Model) is considered as the underlying research model, and how the algorithm quality, data quality, and environmental quality of the discrimination system affect the relationship between utilization intentions is analyzed. Design/methodology/approach In this study, a survey was conducted targeting users using IPS. After giving them a preliminary explanation of the intelligent public service centered on the discrimination system, they briefly experienced two types of IPS currently being used in the public sector. Structural model analysis was conducted using Smart-PLS 4.0 with a total of 415 valid samples. Findings First, it was confirmed that algorithm quality and data quality had a significant positive (+) effect on information quality and system quality. Second, it was confirmed that information quality, system quality, and environmental quality had a positive (+) effect on the use of IPS. Thirdly, it was confirmed that the use of IPS had a positive (+) effect on the net profit for the use of IPS. In addition, the moderating effect of the degree of knowledge on AI, the perceived accuracy of discriminative experience and IPS, and the user was analyzed. The results suggest that ISSM and TOE framework can expand the understanding of the success of IPS.
Background : Because of introduction of nationwide health care system in 1989 and the improvement of socioeconomic status of population the number of outpatient visiting university hospital has good facilities and manpower has increased. So the waiting time for medical service at university hospital are lengthened. Particularly outpatients complain that waiting for prescribed drugs at pharmacy depart are long. Reducing waiting time at pharmacy depart door-to-door delivery system that the patients applying for door-to-door delivery receive prescribed drug at home without waiting at pharmacy depart were studied. The objective of this study is to analysis the opinion of outpatients for door-to-door delivery system, to study the appropriateness of adopting the system and to produce ideal model for the system. Method : Outpatients waiting drug at pharmacy depart were questioned about door-to-door delivery system. to find the factors affect utilizing the system the logistic regression was used. Result : 83.3% of the patients want to utilize the system without charging, and 72.9% of the patients want to utilized system with charging. 68.3% of patients with charging want to use this system because of long waiting time at pharmacy depart. 50% of patients who do not want to use door-to-door do not use this system because of incorrect delivery. The affecting factors to utilize the system were sex, waiting time, fee. Conclusion : The model for door to door delivery system. 1. door-to-door personnel reside in hospital and the patient want to utilize the system apply for the delivery with charging. 2. The applied drugs dispense at spare time. 3. Delivery company gathers drug at appointed time and delivers. 4. The delivery fee is 2,000-3,000 won. 5. To prevent from loss and changing the drug the name of patient on packet are printed and drug packet are sealed. 6. The company submit the confirm sheet which are written that the patient received drug correctly to hospital. 7. The delivery time of drug is reserved for the convenience of receiving.
Today's ERP system has become a core system of IT·SW that not only supports and manages enterprise resources efficiently, but also encompasses major business tasks. In other words, the ERP system is an essential strategic element for the survival of a company as a powerful means to innovate the management of an organization. This study analyzed the impact on the utilization of IT·SW from the perspective of the entire organization's process without limiting the performance evaluation of the ERP system itself, which is a core system of a company. The measurement data for evaluating the performance of the ERP system was the 2018 domestic company IT·SW utilization survey result report (subject to survey : 3,017 domestic companies with 10 or more employees). Based on this data, this study analyzed the impact of the ERP system on the entire enterprise's IT·SW utilization. In particular, attention was paid to whether there would be a difference in the use of IT·SW if the type of ERP system introduction was changed through the improvement of the business process of the company. Multiple regression analysis was performed using the statistical package SPSS 25. As a result, among the ERP system introduction types, the greatest degree of (+)influence on the company's IT·SW utilization is when the ERP package SW or ASP service is used as it is. Although the difference is insignificant, the second case was to build an ERP system through self-development or outsourcing, followed by customizing the package SW or system through self-development or outsourcing. Through the results of this study, it is expected that the organization will improve the business process and use the standard ERP package SW as it is without modification, thereby effectively enhancing the use of IT·SW of the company and leading to management performance.
Purpose: Laws and regulations of land use are enormous, and the appliance of regulations is overlapped redundantly. Therefore, there are many problems such as time consuming in the process, limiting individual property rights, and interrupting enterprises' economic activities. This study will discuss problems of redundant regulations of land use and its improvement by figuring out current regulations of land use in Gyeonggi-do, one of provinces which applies the most various regulations of land use. Method: This study reviews laws on national land-use planning system and characteristics of land-use regulation in Korea. The extent of the review is limited to "framework act on the regulation of land use" with categories of national land, urban planing, architecture, etc. Through case studies in Gyeonggi-do, the status and problems of redundant regulations of land use are defined. For example, it is overlapped in "Seoul Metropolitan Area Readjustment Planning Act", Development Restriction Zone, Paldang Special District, and so on. It is mainly referred to 2015 Gyeonggi-do land-use restriction map. Result: First, Gyeonggi-do confronts many problems related to the development restrictions and the financial increasement for environmental management by redundant regulations. The development restrictions include supplying additional land for industrial use, relocating colleges, and height limitation relating to military facilities. Second, in order to organize redundant regulations, it is required to combine similar regulations and adjust through communication system among other departments. Third, regulations should consider unique local condition of each district. Lastly, efficient application of regulations is necessary so as to maximize the function of land, protect individual property rights, and stimulate local development.
In this paper, the authors propose a new method for linearizing a nonlinear dynamical system by use of polynomial compensation. In this method, an M-sequence is applied to the nonlinear system and the crosscorrelation function between the input and the output gives us every crosssections of Volterra kernels of the nonlinear system up to 3rd order. We construct a polynomial compensation function from comparison between lst order Volterra kernel and high order kernels. The polynomial compensation function is, in this case, of third order whose coefficients are variable depending on the amplitude of the input signal. Once we can get compensation function of nonlinear system, we can construct a linearization scheme of the nonlinear system. That is. the effect of second and third order Volterra kernels are subtracted from the output, thus we obtain a sort of linearized output. The authors applied this method to a saturation-type nonlinear system by simulation, and the results show good agreement with the theoretical considerations.
