Recently, SystemC is one among the language observed. In Industry, there are many the languages that use Verilog. But, unskillful SystemC users must learn SystemC for conversion that from Verilog to SystemC and need time and effort for this. By these reason, feel necessity of easy and efficient conversion. This paper argues efficient methodology to change Verilog to SystemC. Abstract concepts of Verilog are proposed fittingly each one by one in SystemC.

Currently, in Korea the scientific diving activity is being conducted without any legal basis, thus confusions arise in work coverage, equipment usage, and wage calculation etc. In this paper, introduction of scientific diver certification system is suggested to clear such confusions and to enhance the safety of scientific divers. Also the codes and regulations of foreign countries were introduced, and from the analysis of scientific diving tasks and applying skills, the hostility of the scientific diver's working environment as well as requirement of high level diving skills are explained. Finally the necessity of establishment of scientific diving regulation and introduction of diver certification system were emphasized and the promotion plan was discussed.

The purpose of this study is to encourage the circulation of good quality of oriental medicine and to improve national welfare. Investigation for the induction of quality inscription system was conducted by mail and interview. The data were analyzed by SAS. The major results were as follows: The portion of subjects agree to necessity of quality inscription was 78.5%. In the question of side effect against quality inscription, the rate of negative was 67.7%. The responses answered that the necessity of quality inscription was not economical profit but authority of knowledge and improvement on health(37.8%), established market for herbal medicine(34.7%) and effect of clinical care(23.9%), respectively These results might be useful information for establishing of quality inscription system for herbal medicine.

Computers are playing a major role in generating, sharing, and utilizing knowledge, which can be recognized as an essential component of national competitiveness. This may lead to the necessity as well as importance of computer education in elementary education. In the paper, we first investigate the necessity of teaching principles of binary system and then we figure out the status quo of teaching the subject in elementary classrooms. Based on the observations in the field, we design learning contents that can be used effectively in classroom so that students can learn easily the fundamental concept of binary system.
