ERP 시스템 선정요인 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of ERP System Selection Factors)

  • ERP is the key-enabler of enterprise's informatization. Seletion of a right ERP system is one of the critical issues. Previous study shows that since a very few methodologies of selecting ERP systems are provided, most of companies have difficulty in Implementing ERP system. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of ERP system selection factors and develop the ERP evaluation methodology An empirical study is performed and shows that there are signigicant differences in ERP selection factors among ERP consultant, ERP developer, and system manager. The result shows that five factors such as general characteristics of software and supplier, technology characteristics of software and supplier, and Project management shills are significant. Based on the five factors, the evaluation methodology is developed. The methodology will help enterprises to make better decision in selecting ERP systems.

연료캠 형상에 따른 PLN 디젤 분사계의 분사특성에 관한 시뮬레이션 (Simulation on the Characteristics of PLN Diesel Injection System by Cam Profile)

  • In this study, in order to investigate the influence of cam profile on the injection rate, the characteristics of injection in PLN (pump - line - nozzle) diesel injection system were simulated. Six types of the profile of fuel cam were used for simulation. The maximum injection pressure and maximum injection rate of initial and end phase were analyzed to demonstrate the characteristics of injection. The mathematical model of the injection system and the computation results were verified by experimental results. Simulation results showed that the maximum injection pressure, maximum injection rate, injection quantity and pressure drop in the end phase were proportional to the velocity of fuel cam during the effective stroke.

Switching Impulse Flashover Tests and Analysis for 765kV Jumper V-strings with Damaged Insulators

  • The 765kV transmission line will be maintained by live-line works for efficient operation. In order to maintain the 765kV transmission lines safely by live-line works, lineman has to know switching impulse flashover characteristics of the jumper V-strings with damaged insulators in advance. In order to know the flashover characteristics this paper carried out experimental flashover mockup tests for jumper V-string with damaged insulators in the outdoors. And it suggests flashover characteristics of the 765kV jumper V-strings also. The results will be used in estimating the safety of live working for 765kV transmission lines.

  • Facing target dc sputtering system developed by Hoshi et al. has simple configuration and high deposition rate under moderate substrate temperature in the range of pressure 5x10S0-4T - 1x10S0-2T torr. In this system, magnetic field should be applied perpendicular to the target surface in order to confine high energy secondary electrons between two targets. Because of this magnetic field, the glow discharge characteristics are very different from dc planar diode system showing some unstable discharge region. In this paper, the glow discharge characteristics of this system have been studied under the condition of Ti targets with Ar-NS12T(10%) as working gas. It is found that this system has stable discharge region under the discharge current density of 15-30(mA/cmS02T). The plasma density and electron temperature are in the range of 10S010Y - 10S011T(CMS0-3T) and 2.5-5(eV), respectively.

  • The switched reluctance motor(SRM) drive system provides a good adjustable speed and torque characteristics. However, it also has some drawbacks such as relatively high torque ripple and acoustic noise which are caused by the torque production mechanism. To reduce torque ripple and to have precise speed control, PLL technique is adopted. The PLL system in conjunction with dynamic dwell angle control scheme has good speed regulation characteristics. Digital control system with a 80c196kc micro-controller is used to be realized this drive system. Test results show that the suggested control system has the ability of dynamic and precise speed control.

  • Harmonic current originating from electric locomotives can be magnified due to the impedance characteristics of power supply circuit and bring about various problems. That is, electromagnetic interference with communication lines, operational trouble in signaling, overheat and/or vibration in power capacitor, mis-operation in protection relay and so on. Therefore, the exact assessment of the harmonic current flow must be undertaken at design and planning stage for the electric traction systems. For these reasons, this study propose a new approach to model and to analyse traction power feeding system focused on system response to current and voltage harmonic(PART I ). Measurements of harmonics are also performed for railway power supply systems under normal operation. Spectrum and distortion analyses in measurement data are variously described in PART II

  • The high frequency pulsed power system is widely available for use in high frequency generator applications. We designed and fabricated our own high frequency pulsed power system to obtain very sort pulse width and high peak value and investigated microbe removal characteristics using it. This paper introduces a simple high voltage high frequency pulsed power system for removing various bacteria caused by dirty water. This system include power supply circuit, switching MOSFET, and flyback converter. We can also control the switching using a PIC one chip microprocessor. As a result, we can obtain good removing characteristics of various bacteria by adjusting the charging voltage, the pulse repetition rate and the electrical field inducing time.

제어방식에 따른 산업용 수냉각기의 운전 특성 비교 (A Comparison of Operating Characteristics for Industrial Water Cooler with Variation of Control Methods)

  • This paper presents a comparison of operating characteristics for industrial water cooler with variation control methods. The performance analysis regarding the characteristics of condensation capacity, evaporation capacity, compressor load, COP of an on-off type cooler, a hot gas-bypass control type cooler and an inverter control type cooler with respect to the system load is reviewed, respectively. The primary results are as following: the variation of required compressor load of an on-off type cooler with respect to load is 5%, that of hot gas-bypass type is 18% and 66% for an inverter control type cooler. As the result shows, an inverter control type yields relatively huge difference of required compressor load compared to other types of control system. In terms of partial load, COP of an inverter control type cooler presents the highest value, and is considered as the optimized type for the used of the system involving frequent partial load.

  • The frequency characteristics of the optical pickup are investigated indirectly from the bode diagram of the open loop system and the actuator. However, there is necessity of acquiring the optical pickup bode diagram in a view of the differences in the frequency characteristics. One of the differences is that bode diagrams of the optical pickup are differ to that of the actuator and the other is that bode diagrams of the open loop system include controller, gains and filters. So this paper presents the method acquiring the optical pickup bode diagram. In addition, usefulness of the optical pickup bode diagram was demonstrated by being applied to the optical pickup design. The reason of reducing the development period and acquiring the frequency characteristics of the optical system, the optical pickup bode diagram has many merits in the optical pickup design before acquiring the stable bode diagram of the open loop system.

  • Temperature adaptability is an important metric for evaluating the performance of an optical system. The temperature characteristics of the optical system are closely related to the material and shape of its lens. In this paper, we establish a mathematical model relating the temperature characteristics to the shape and material of the lens. Then a novel assembly structure that can solve the lens constraint and positioning problem is proposed. From those basics, the correctness of the theoretical model and the effectiveness of the assembly structure are verified through simulated analysis of the imaging quality of the optical system, whose operating temperature range is $-60{\sim}100^{\circ}C$.
