합성수지를 이용한 사각단면 목재의 휨 보강 성능에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Flexural Capacity of Rectangular Section Wood Using Synthetic Resins)

  • 건조물문화재의 부식 및 노후화에 대한 보존수리는 원형유지를 기본원칙으로 하며, 수리로 인해 인위적인 훼손을 가하는 과오를 범해서도 안 된다. 따라서 합성수지를 이용한 보존처리방법이 부각되어지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 합성수지로 보강한 사각단면 목재의 휨 성능에 관한 연구로서 합성수지의 보강길이, 보강면적비율, 합성수지 재료강도, 보강위치를 변수로 하여 총 11개의 시험체를 제작하여 실험하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 목재의 휨 보강재로 합성수지의 보강효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 사용 가능성을 확인 할 수 있었다.

  • Preservation of wooden structure due to deterioration and corrosion is based on preservation of original form, and wooden member should not be arbitrarily replaced or damaged. Accordingly, preservation processing method with synthetic resins is embossed. But it has an adverse effect because there is no exact standard for the reinforcement ratio with the synthetic. This paper experimental study for reinforcement ratio of wooden compressive member with synthetic resins, Reinforced ratio on section area of compressive member and direction. As a result, synthetic resin reinforcement selected as experimental variables by proper ratio enhanced compressive capacity of reinforced wooden member, than new wooden member.

합성수지 생산공정의 JIT 생산 시스템 도입에 대한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on JIT Production System's Implementation in a Synthetic Resins Manufacturing Process)

  • The basic purpose of the JIT(Just In Time) production system is to increase profits by reducing costs-that is, by completely eliminating waste such as excessive stocks or workforce. To achieve cost reduction, Production must promptly and flexibly adapt to changes in market demand without having wasteful slacks. :iuch an ideal is accomplished by the concept of JIT, producing the necessary items in the necessary quantities at the necessary time. The JIT production system is supported by the following: reduction of setup time, smoothing of production, standardization of jobs, improvement activities, design of machine layout, Kanban system, autonomation etc. This study examined the present state of the domestic JIT production system and introduced the empirical case of JIT application a small and medium manufacturing company. A synthetic resins manufacturing company applied JIT principles to its processes and achieved the great performance.

  • Most of the cultural assets in Korea are wooden structures. Due to the material characteristics of wood, the preservation of traditional wooden structure is impossible by simple maintenance. Damaged member is replaced with new member or completely dissolve and restore them. But member has a cultural value, so that it is impossible to arbitrarily replace each member. Although the preservation treatment method using synthetic resin is emphasized, there is no exact standard for proper reinforcement ratio. This paper is experimental study for reinforcement ratio of wooden flexural member with synthetic resins, Reinforced ratio on section area of flexural member. As a result, synthetic resin reinforcement are selected as experimental variables by proper ratio enhanced flexural capacity of reinforced wooden member than new wooden member.

Adsorption and Separation of U (VI), Co (II), and Dy (III) Metal Ions on Crown Synthetic Resin

  • Synthetic resins were combined 1-aza-12-crown-4 macrocyclic ligand with styrene divinylbenzene copolymer having 1%, 2%, 8%, and 16% crosslink by a substitution reaction. These synthetic resins were confirmed by chlorine content, elementary analysis, SEM, surface area, and IR-spectrum. As the results of the effects of pH, crosslink of synthetic resin, and dielectric constant of a solvent on metal ion adsorption for resin adsorbent, the metal ions showed high adsorption at pH 3 or over. Adsorption selectivity for the resin in ethanol solvent was the order of uranium ($UO_2{^{2+}}$) > cobalt ($Co^{2+}$) > dysprosium ($Dy^{3+}$) ion, adsorbability of the metal ion was the crosslink in order of 1%, 2%, 8%, and 16% and it was increased with the lower dielectric constant. In addition, theses metal ions could be separated in the column with 1% crosslink resin by using nitric acid (pH 2.0) as an eluent.

  • 거푸집 공사는 부실공사의 예방 및 인력절감과 저비용 고효율의 공사관리 차원에서 공법개선이 요구되고 있으며, 자재 및 공법 채용과정에서 경제성과 합리화를 꾀하는 일은 전체 공사에 큰 영향을 미친다. 공사 효율성 제고를 위한 합판계 유로폼의 대체공법과 거푸집 폐자재의 재생기술, 고기능성 거푸집, 친환경을 고려한 재생 가능한 거푸집 등 경제, 시공, 안전측면에서의 효과적인 거푸집 개발 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 구조체 공사 공기를 단축하고, 인력투입을 최소화하여 원가를 절감시키고, 조립 해체 과정에서 작업의 생산성과 안전성이 확보된 사출성형방식의 합성수지계 재생유로폼 공법을 개발하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이에 1차적으로 제반 요구성능 및 필요기술에 대하여 조사하고, 이를 바탕으로 개발기술의 타당성 검토와 기존 거푸집 및 선행기술과의 비교 분석을 실시하고, 성능 평가를 실시하였다.

Adsorption of Rare Earth Metal Ion on N-Phenylaza-15-Crown-5 Synthetic Resin with Styrene Hazardous Material

  • Resins were synthesized by mixing N-phenylaza-15-crown-5 macrocyclic ligand attached to styrene (2th petroleum in 4th class hazardous materials) divinylbenzene (DVB) copolymer with crosslink of 1%, 2%, 6%, and 12% by substitution reaction. The synthesis of these resins was confirmed by content of chlorine, element analysis, thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA), surface area, and IR-spectroscopy. The effects of pH, equilibrium arrival time, dielectric constant of solvent and crosslink on adsorption of metal ions by the synthetic resin adsorbent were investigated. The metal ions were showed fast adsorption on the resins above pH 4. The optimum equilibrium time for adsorption of metallic ions was about two hours. The adsorption selectivity determined in ethanol was in increasing order uranium (VI) > zinc (II) > europium (III) ions. The uranium ion adsorbed in the order of 1%, 2%, 6%, and 12% crosslink resin and adsorption of resin decreased in proportion to the order of dielectric constant of solvents.

Adsorption Characteristics of U ranium (VI) Ion on Cryptand Synthetic Resin Adsorbent

  • Cryptand resins were synthesized by mixing 1-aza-18-crown-6 macrocyclic ligand with styrene divinylbenzene copolymer having 1%, 2%, 5%, and 10% crosslink by a substitution reaction. These synthetic resins were confirmed by chlorine content, elementary analysis, SEM, surface area, and IR-spectrum. As the results of the effects of pH, crosslink of synthetic resin, and dielectric constant of a solvent on uranium ion adsorption for resin adsorbent, the uranium ion showed high adsorption at pH 3 or over. Adsorption selectivity for the resin in methanol solvent was the order of uranium ($UO_2{^{2+}}$) > calcium ($Ca^{2+}$) > neodymium ($Nd^{3+}$) ion, adsorbability of the uranium ion was the crosslink in order of 1%, 2%, 5%, and 10% and it was increased with the lower dielectric constant.

합성(合成) 추출(抽出) 수지(樹脂)를 이용(利用)한 백금용액(白金溶液)으로부터 알루미늄과 철(鐵)의 분리(分離) (Separation of Aluminum and Iron from Platinum Mixture using Synthetic Extraction Resins)

  • 수지합성 시 추출제의 고른 분산과 균일한 입자를 만들어 알루미늄과 철의 추출량을 증가시키고자 반응 개시제인 benzoyl peroxide(BPO)의 첨가법을 변화시킨 결과 세 번 나누어 첨가한 3pot의 성능이 가장 우수하였다. D2EHPA를 이용하여 합성한 수지의 경우 Fe와 Pt간에 Fe는 100% 추출되었으며, Al과 pt간의 분리실험에서 99.9%의 Al이 추출되었다. 수입되는 $P_{204}$ 수지 역시 Fe와 Pt간의 분리실험에서 100%의 Fe가 추출되었으며 Al과 Pt간의 분리실험에서는 98.9%의 Al이 추출되는 것을 확인하였다. 합성수지와 $P_{204}$내 추출제 함량은 각각 61.8, 60%이며, 이러한 차이가 추출효율에 차이를 가져오는 것으로 판단된다. 한편 두 수지 모두 $55^{\circ}C$까지는 Al과 Fe의 추출효율이 증가하나, 그 이상의 온도에서는 영향이 없는 것으로 확인되었다. FT-IR분석 결과 추출제에 따른 고유의 피크를 $1000cm^{-1}$에서 확인할 수 있었으며 합성한 추출 수지와 $P_{204}$ 수지 모두 $2900cm^{-1}$에서 가교 폴리스틸렌의 특징적인 피크를 확인하였다.
