This paper presents a software design and implementation of software-defined radio based IEEE 802.11ac encoder using Texas Instruments TMS320C6670 digital signal processor (DSP) platform. In this paper, the implemented encoder has the capability of generating all the signals consisting of preamble field and data field under different modulation & coding scheme in the IEEE 802.11ac standard. Moreover, the flexibility in choosing different rate, bandwidth, or mode can also be achieved by software reconfiguration using the DSP. As a result, by utilizing the computing power provided by multi-cores as well as the FFT coprocessors in the DSP, the required maximum throughput 78Mbps can be fully reached within 4 ㎲ for each OFDM symbol in the case of 20MHz bandwidth of IEEE 802.11ac.

God, existing in the Tabernacle was designed not by man but was designed by Him Personally. The LORD said to Moses..... 'Then have them make a sanctuary for me, and I will dwell among them. Make this tabernacle and all its furnishings exactly like the pattern I will show you(Exodus25:1-9). These words represent the Godly Origin of the Tabernacle. He referred to it as'A copy and shadow of what is in heaven' (Hebrews8:5) , Furthermore, The Tabernacle, a copy and shadow of what is in heaven, used in the Old Times, was his body(John2:21). Therefore The Lord is the true designer of the Tabernacle(Exodus25:8-9), and is where He dwells(Exodus29:46), and is where the sinful man meets the Lord(Exodus30:6). It is where the Lord dwells(Exodus29:46) and where Forgiving takes place(Leviticus4:20,26,31). Because of this, The Tabernacle is the most important out of any piece of architecture designed by man.

The world has been transfiguring so rapidly thesedays. Especially, Shanghai, the symbol of the modernization of China, its speed is now so transcendental, indeed. A lot of Korean companies have made inroads into the China market so actively. There a building called PosPlaza was investigated by PohangJechul(POSCO) in the financial business trade area of Pudong, Shanghai. It has a main building of thirty-four stories with an industrial of four stories as an office area, which is now perceived as a symbolic architecture of Pudong. As for many employers who needed a large-scale restaurant, it was planned to pursue the convenience, to feel the Korean traditions and the cozy of the sunshine through the large flat window with the simplicity as the people enter the main hall.

The purpose of this study is to express display space according to a way of symbols' meanings, to apply and study the way that systemizes, specifies and objectifies the approaches to designs when the space is expressed. The study will present applicable characteristics in expressing the display space by analyzing visitors' symbolic nature prior to the specification of space expression. The study way is to analyze the definition, structure, system, characteristic and meaning-applied ways of the symbols through symbolic theoretical considerations, to show communication's accessibility applying the symbol-produced ways to the relationship between the conception and the components in expressing the exhibition space and finally to present the way to express the exhibition space through the symbols' meaning-produced ways.

This research does Complexity form, Interior epidermis cell re-organization, Object discovery that have correct numerical value concept by purpose. Representation through 3d digital modeler of polygon, Nurbs and street-sheet program(x,y,z coordinates & Network way of points) etc. of main work. Investigator specified numbers of U profiles*30, V point-20 that is 600 Paramaters individual in volume, and define circle radius of lighting in object, Projection size variously and tried difference. Transposition cell to point and Heightened brightness of color using pointillism of painting. Led lighting cell object is expressed being decoded by digital code.

Water is the origin of all things and has been standing as a symbol of eternity which neglectes birth and death, or time and space. We mankind , however, confronts the water pollution or moreover the situation threatening even our existence as the results of considering it as mere consumables without any study on its original meaning or nature. Now, we should search for the way to understand the substance of water and to use it in the course of nature, getting rid of the altitude of merely consuming it. Our traditional way of life is in harmony with the nature and water has been adopted in the space as the important element of the nature especially as per the theory of geomancy. Man can be inspired by the plasticity , motion, sound , and reflectivity of water adopted and harmonized in the space, and the concept such as water both of inner and outer space or hierachy of a microcosmis to be composed by the natural order which lines up a man-water-space.

The present study was to analyze the trend of registration of design rights in apparel products and tc point out problems of current protection law to design. The research data was total 1,850 design rights in apparel that have been registered to the Korean Patent and Trademark Office from the first design registered in March 1, 1963 through those registered in April 24, 2003. All design rights were analyzed by the year, by the type of product, and by the type of applicant. And also design rights registered under the revised design registration system(without examination) were analyzed by the trait. The results of the study were as follows: (1) Sweater & polo shirts, underpants, and the Korean traditional dress were three major single categories registered in apparel : (2) 54.3% of total design rights in apparel was registered since the legal system of design rights has been revised in March 1, 1998 : (3) Registration by individual applicant were 71.7% of total; (4) About 60% of total design rights were for aesthetic, but in some categories such as vest. brassiere, undershirts, designs for function were more frequently registered than others. And total 68 design rights for the symbol of the organization or uniform, were registered in upper outerwear and pants : (5) As problems of the current legal protection system for designs, the term of “design”(expressed in Korean), double registration of similar designs, malicious intention to register other's trademark as his/her own design. The current legal system for design rights were more used for the product that has relatively long life cycle. And the revised law has been effective in encouraging the registration of design rights. However. the current design law still has some problems to be revised to prevent design rights or trademark infringement.

Salvador Dali put a title of his work as 'A Propos of the Treatise on Cubic Form by Juan de Herrera' at 1960. Through this work which is consisted in cube frame surrounding black and white letter squares and nails in the sky, he directly referred about the cube which were showed in his pictures. To understand the meaning of this work, Dali's paintings and Juan de Herrera's design and architectural ideas are analysed by building. His concerning about absolute existence like god and nuclear takes the cubic form by Juan de Herrera instead of pictorial tendencies of Cubism, however pictorial elements such as sky and nails were still used in the work. He use alphabet letter as pattern consisting wall and symbol representing 'Juan de Herrera', moreover number '2' is taken to show up line attribute. Dali had several design develop process, and finally he reached an new stage called 'Hypercube'. Hypercube can distinguish from Cubism and Herrera's architectural idea, and it will be free from objective world based in Euclid geometry. Although cubic is the simplest shape. It can contain the variety of developments in these fields - philosophy, architecture, painting and etc.- from Platon to nuclear physics and coexists in a picture of Salvador Dali.

The knots have been used practically and functionally in close relation to people's daily life, and it shows the beauty of its ornamental purpose. This study was to discover a new formativeness, such as the natural and symbolic beauty of knots, based on the interpretation of knots' basic image, recreating Korean beauty and characteristics within a modern sense. A bowknot is one of the beautiful Korean traditional knots and it is considered as a symbol of transformation. In this study, the formativeness of bowknots was shown and used, resulting in developing textile patterns that symbolize peace, love, joy, and hope. It was believed that the symbolism of bowknots could be suitable for a pattern of kindergarten uniforms which the children would experience for the first time. Considering the functional characteristics without discomfort while the children participate in various activities and movements, we made two pairs of boys' uniforms and two for girls.

The purpose of this study is to fashion-design the image of Cleopatra on the basis of Cleopatra's characteristic, clothing and its symbolic meaning shown in movie . In movie , Cleopatra(69B.C-30B.C) is described as passionate, intelligent, dignified person and even as enchantress. Costume that Cleopatra wears compound the type of ancient Egyptian costume in New Kingdom, the change of it, and the trend in the 1960's. Their color and pattern also symbolizes religion by adding ancient Egyptian myths to show the absolute royal authority. Therefore, design concepts, determined on the base of Cleopatra's characteristic and symbol meaning, are applied to make creative costume with Cleopatra's image of God Isis. In order to show Cleopatra's dignity, confidence, territorial ambition, black is used as a general base color. To represend Cleopatra's passion and the image of Isis, red is used. And the word 'Kemeto' represents all these symbols. As a whole, dress named 'Kemeto of Cleopatra' is designed and created.
