The aim of this article is to propose a framework for standardization of knowledge based on a case study of clinical operation to guide initial hospital knowledge management projects. Both quantitative and qualitative data for the project from 2009 through 2012 were collected for analysis. In a study of knowledge management project of a lab in S Hospital's Eye Center, this research examines the standardization of operational knowledge for competence enhancement of the lab. The lab defined and standardized the knowledge concern of the lab operation and the in-group from 2008. Organizations are often unaware of the potential value of tacit knowledge in both clinical and administrative area. The main finding from the case study is that analysis of such tacit knowledge of a lab in a hospital can be transformed into explicit knowledge for organizational capabilities such as improved quality, responsiveness and competitive advantage. Concepts from Nonaka's theory are used to investigate processes of knowledge standardization, examining the strategic value of tacit knowledge and the need to rely primarily on internal documentation processes. Since there has been limited research on hospital knowledge management. it may also be useful to researchers in generating propositions for further study.

세계는 지금 정보화사회를 넘어 지식사회(Knowledge Society)에 돌입하였다. 즉, 지식이 가장 강력한 경쟁력의 원천이 되고 있다. 이러한 환경변화는 디자인에 있어서도 새로운 경영 패러다임을 요구하고 있으며, 지식경영에 대한 체계적인 연구와 실무적 접근이 필요한 시점이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 디자인 분야에 지식경영을 도입하여 디자인적 맥락에서 지식경영에 대한 이론적 체계를 재구축하고, 디자인을 통한 지식창출 패러다임을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 디자인에 지식경영을 도입하기 위한 기초 연구로서 디자인에 적합한 지식경영의 이론적 프레임웍을 개발하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이론적 고찰로서 지식경영과 지식경영시스템에 관련된 선행 연구들을 살펴보고, 디자인에 적합한 지식경영 도입 방안과 이론적 프레임웍을 제시하였다 또한 지식경영시스템을 크게 디자인 인프라, 지식정보시스템, 의사결정지원시스템, 지식역량으로 구성하였으며, 지식경영시스템의 기술적 특성을 정보기술측면에서 분석하였다.

Purpose - This study examined the relationship between local attachment, prior knowledge and involvement in the festival, and local image, attitudes toward and support for the festival among people who have visited the Incheon Pentaport Music Festival, the largest music festival in Korea. Design/methodology/approach - A total of 250 samples were used for the final analysis, and SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 21.0 were used to analyze the data. The structural equation model analysis was conducted to test the hypotheses of this study. Findings - As a result of the analysis, first, only local attachment was found to have a positive and significant effect on local image. On the other hand, prior knowledge or involvement in the Incheon Pentaport Music Festival was found to be unrelated to local image. Second, local attachment and involvement were found to have a significant effect on attitude, but prior knowledge was not significant. Last, this paper examined the influence of festival area image and attitude toward the festival on festival support, and found that both have a positive and significant effect on support. Research implications or Originality - This study expands the scope of research on music festivals and is expected to contribute to tourist attraction and marketing strategies for the revitalization of music festivals in the future.

In this paper, a new method of product function analysis is presented to categorize various design information generated in product development processes. In order to improve product functions, designers must understand unit functions and modified parts of products. The product function analysis (PFA) is based on the designer's understanding of product functions. The proposed PFA provides the methodology to classify the various functions systematically and understand the relation between functions easily. Using this approach, efficient design support system can be developed and used for designers to support decision-making with design knowledge.

The status of small and medium-sized enterprises has been changed into more independent business entities rather than simply subcontractor so that the utilization of specialized knowledge has been much more necessary for the survival in the market. However, small and medium-sized enterprises, it is difficult to sufficient investment in knowledge services due to limited resources relative to large enterprises and demand for knowledge services business of government support is growing. For this reason, it is important to measure accurately the demand for knowledge services of small and medium-sized enterprises in knowledge management for effective utilization of knowledge service. In this study, we analyzed previous studies on small and medium-sized enterprises knowledge services that can be utilized in a comprehensive way. As a result, we developed knowledge service needs assessment model based on five critical success factors for continual growth and 12 types of knowledge service. This model has been modified and supplemented through expert meeting using delphi research method and topic modeling analysis using secondary data. This study is attempted to appropriately measure necessary knowledge services for small and medium-sized enterprises so that generated the evaluation model of knowledge service demands, comprehensively dealing with core knowledge services for many kinds of business entities. It is expected that the developed model will be a useful tool to understand and evaluate knowledge services demands of enterprises.

최근 국내에서도 지식경영과 관련한 연구와 실례가 다수 발표되고 있다. 그러나 지식경영의 이론적 배경을 완전히 이해하지 못한다면, 이를 지식창출(Knowledge creation)을 지원하는 경영도구(Managerial application)로 이해하기 보다는 정보를 관리하는 또 다른 방법으로 오인하기 쉽다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지식경영이 최근 주요 경영도구로 회자되고 있는 배경을 당대의 경영환경 및 과학철학(Philosophy of Science)을 중심으로 살펴본다. 이후 데이터(Data) 및 정보(Information)와 비교되는 지식의 특성을 고려하여 이를 창출하거나 이의 흐름(Flow)을 활성화(Facilitating)하기 위한 여러 가지 방안 중 연성정보시스템 방법론(Soft Systems Methodology)을 고찰해 본다. 연성정보시스템 방법이 건설경영(Construction Management)관련 대학교육과 실무에 어떻게 접목될 수 있는지에 관한 논의로 결론을 맺는다.

본 연구는 기존의 지식경영시스템의 한계요인을 분석하여, 시맨틱 웹 기술혁신이 이들 한계요인을 어떻게 극복할 수 있는가에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 기존의 지식경영시스템의 한계요인을 분석하기 위해서는 설문조사 방법을 이용하였는데, 시스템 사용의 시간 및 공간적 한계, 시스템 사용의 불편성, 검색 한계, 통합한계라는 시스템 품질의 한계와 지식의 부적합성/불완전성과 비신뢰성이라는 지식품질의 한계가 비즈니스의 가치흐름에 장애요인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 본 연구에서는 특히 시스템 한계를 극복하는데 시맨틱 웹이 적용될 수 있다는 것을 지식경영과정이라는 관점에서 분석하고 시맨틱 기반의 지식경영시스템의 개념적 모델을 제안하였다.

Coordination has been identified as a concern in the cross-cutting issues of food security and nutrition (FSN) in Cambodia. Food Security and Nutrition Information System (FSNIS) in Cambodia is the only "entry portal" to support policy formulation and decision-making with regard to FSN. While this knowledge and information management system has earned a respectful reputation, Council for Agricultural and Rural Development (CARD) faces many challenges in the implementation of the system. This paper will present how FSNIS has been developed and impacts on policy or strategy related to FSN. In addition, sustainability of the system is a key challenge for FSNIS; yet it is interesting to see how it works. Along with a success story, FSNIS is recognized by its stakeholders as the most successful knowledge and information management system in the field of FSN in Cambodia.

오늘날 많은 기업들은 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 수단으로 지식경영을 도입하고 있으며, 이에 필요한 지식관리시스템 구축에 많은 투자를 하고 있다. 조직 내에서 지식관리시스템의 효과적인 사용은 조직 구성원들의 지식수준 향상과 업무의 비효율성을 제거시킴으로써 조직의 경쟁력을 증가시킬 수 있다. 본 연구는 조직의 지식관리시스템을 성공적으로 구축하기 위해 파워 프로세스의 관점에서 지식을 제공하는 지식근로자, 특히 기업 경영자의 리더십에 따른 성과분석을 통해 지식관리시스템 구축에 필요한 정보를 제공하고자한다.
